Molly Finkelstein: This was a terrific venue. The sound was great, and everyone was up and dancing. Security was friendly and helpful. See you next time, raleigh
Colleen Kehoe: Great place to see a hockey game!
Shane M: One of the better arenas in the country. Been to many events here. Food and beer prices are high but compared to other places, very affordable. Parking is a bit expensive. Great time going to a Canes game
Shinya A: No complaints for this arena. Parking is easy as well as exiting once the event is over. The Arena Restaurant is very good (buffet style but you do need a reservation). The variety of food choices around the arena are also decent (not just hot dogs and hamburgers). Seating for hockey games is great where the view from any seat is decent, of course lower level would be better, but even sitting high up in the nose bleed section is fine too.
Anthony Stevens: Nice rink. Stood the test of time. Great game. 4 OTs.
Michelle Jones: Heaven on earth!😉
Jack Carello: Go Hurricanes!!! The game was epic. Without any doubt going to see a Carolina Hurricanes game at PNC Arena is a great idea!!!!🥅🏒

Solomon Hindel: This is a nice hotel to stay in that is family friendly with good amenities. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have laundry on every floor as well as ice machines. The main floor has a small snack area.Breakfast is what you can expect from a continental included breakfast. Fresh fruit like apples and oranges, which went quick. Just ask for more if you need to. Waffle maker, a selection of breads, muffins, and yogurt are also included. I don't like the style of yogurt they had.If you like coffee, it was above average for a hotel. And much better than the traditional highway hotel or gas station coffee, so make sure to load up.They have a gym and pool. The gym is very nice. A few good pieces of equipment include newer treadmills and elliptical, a decent if older universal weight machine, and some free weights. Lots of room for stretching if a few people show up.The kids liked the pool, although someone left the heat on, so it was basically a hot tub. I had to ask maintenance to fix it, which took longer than I would have liked as I don't think the person working the front desk believed me that the pool was almost 100 degrees. The towels in the room were soft. We only got 3 with the room, so we had to ask for more. They're smaller than I would normally like. We had a hard time getting extra the first day as they had run out.Overall, we had a positive experience. Comfortable beds with good pillows. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the front as the back of the hotel is right on the train tracks. No horn, but during the day you can hear it pass by.Rooms: The room was a nice size. There were2 Queen beds. Fridge. Microwave. Sitting area and nice sizs TV with chest for clothing. There is still lots of room for moving around. We brought our own twin blow-up mattress, which fit as well.
Betsy Nichols: Very happy with our stay. The rooms, sheets, showers were all clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location felt safe and quiet.Nice pool and fitness room.We didn't worry about a thing. We saw nothing negative at all. There isn't a hotel on the planet that everyone is gonna feel 100% great about. But we have no complaints whatsoever.
Mayelo Jimenez: No limpian los cuartosRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5 …More
Daniel Looft: I would like to shout out Elijah(hope I spelled that right) at the front desk. I was balancing two plates of breakfast while getting on the elevator and dropped my cell phone down the crack in the floor that leads to the elevator shaft.I went to Elijah and despite his Technician being out that day, he handled the situation professionally and quickly. Within two hours, he had an Elevator Technician out to the hotel that morning. They stopped the elevator and retrieved my phone. He was so helpful, provided me with a phone and tracking number for my case and really helped me avoid a huge headache. All while being very pleasant and kind!
j neeairah nasir: My niece and her three toddlers came to Raleigh on a visit from Maryland. They arrived earlier than expected, and while they had a reservation for later in the day, trying to figure out how to entertain themselves in the meantime was an impossible task. I inquired about an earlier check-in, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They got us a great room and we were able to get the children into the pool for some much needed fun time after a cramped car ride. I will definitely be recommending them for future stays and telling all my community families about my experience. Top notch service.
Kayla Etheridge: Exactly what I expected for the price. The room and bathroom was clean. The ac worked great. The TV had great graphics. The mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. Appliances were clean and worked well. Front receptionist ladies were very nice and accommodating. Location was great, safe environment within walking distance of a McDonald's and Sheetz. Nice indoor pool and gym as well.. plus a snack shop. 100% satisfied.
rj 888: I love the staff an rooms are cleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Wayne Hill: The pool is filthy and smells. I called the front desk and was told a service call would be put in. As we were leaving for dinner I stopped by the front desk to check on the status of the pool and was advised the pool would be cleaned at 8am tomorrow. To make matters worse there are bags of garbage in the hallway. Unfortunately, we are stuck...Never again!!
K B: Nice hotel but, the walls are thin. You can hear almost everything in the parking lot at night.
michael barrett: Roaches! I was also told they new about the issue when I brought it up. We were barely at the hotel as we were there for an event so when we woke up in the morning we noticed they were all over the bathroom. We decided to skip breakfast and abruptly checked out.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Michael Black: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They put us in a room with a family right above us with the kids running and doing summersaults off the bed. It was not an ideal wake-up call that we wanted.
Debbie F: Hard to find because not seen from the road. Meeting rooms ok.Location: 2/5 …More

J.S. Dorton Arena: what do users think?
Sue Belden: Dress cool, there is no air conditioning. If you tend to be hot natured, you should bring something to fan yourself with. The seats are hard and kind of small and not very comfortable, so you may want to bring a cushion to sit on. There is ample parking and a nice water feature that serves as a great back drop for pictures. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
John Everhart: Cool venue. Needs updating
Shinobaby Shrimp: Chinese New year celebrations! Finally a place that is Festive during Chinese New Year, definitely great spirit.
Rick Rhoads: Historic building. Newer arenas now house most sporting and live show events. Still used for other things.
Sheri Sweeney: Grand daughter cheer competition.
Jim Folz: Great event for the kids but the venue was old and dirty
Cheryl King: The place has aged a bit. It needs some updating.
Deborah Kinton: Attended the Chinese New Year. Good food and great entertainment
Tien Cao: Beutiful and large place for big event like Vietnamese Lunar New Year Festival.
Kaini Feller: Came here for the Lunar year Festival! Year of the Rabbit. The Arena is a bit older, but everything was clean.
Sally Truong: I enjoyed Vietnamese New Year Festival (Tet holiday) here with my husband. Thank you Vietnamese-American Association of Raleigh for your thoughtful preparations after 3 years pandemic without gathering.
Jim Farrow: I mean, look, the place is old, but I know that going in, and I don't expect it to be a box at PNC. It's historic. Not Madison Square Garden historic, but this isn't a comparison. All of this boils down to a fair rating. It's not bad, it's not good, it's fair.
Caio Ghiotto: Chairs are terrible
Jessica Grach: We LOVE Dorton Arena for our cheer competitions.
Marc Denny: Had fun at the fair.
Kelley R. Boykins: NC State fair 💥🎉
BG: Always have a good time
K44T D4e: Love the fair
Irma: Huge pumpkins and so many different kinds of products that I didn't know existed or could have been in a competition.
billy alphin: Best experience ever don't miss out whenever u have a chance
bryan gremchuk: Always have great events.

LUCY PEOPLES: The checkin service was wonderful. I asked the gentleman could I extend the stay the next morning before I checked in. He said yes. But the next morning at 5am. Some guy standing at the front desk was rude. I don't know who he was and he couldn't help me and said no. You have to check with the morning lady but am sure it's booked. He took my rm number on a note and said she would contact me when she arrives around 7am to let me know. The lady at front desk never contacted me. So I called front desk around 10am. She was rude. She said the inventory online was closed and I needed to checkout. She also stated the rm was booked. I never had such a bad experience. Am out of town with my son and no where to go at this time of the morning and had to go to work. No time to shower for me or my son. Plus we had to succeed to pack. I liked the location but not the morning service. I was amazed at the fact there wasn't a microwave in the room. So I couldn't warm my food. Bad day.Rooms: Very spacious but the bathroom small and where the beds are. If someone in your group uses the restroom with upset stomach. You are right at the door of the restroom to smell the results. Horrible position for the bathroom.
Kurtis Wells: 7/10 - very close to PNC arena, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was brand new. I was disappointed by all the up charges for bottled water and breakfast. The TV was delayed and hard to navigate channels.
Cameo McGonnigil: No free breakfast but right next to venueRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Joe Traveler: Gteat location, nice pool, located in a wooded area. Rooms have a spacious open feel with kitchenette area, table to eat, desk and large screen TV. Shower was huge modern shower with easy to operate faucet. Bed was central with two large windows. Only negative were the late night and early morning train horns in the distance.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bara Sempai: From personal experience, The Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena is the best Four Points hotel I had stayed at so far for this brand within the Marriott Portfoilo. Things that really impressed me:1. The impeccable politeness of the staff, how wiling they are to help guests/answer questions, and being able to interact with them/have conversation while waiting on things like ordering food and waiting in the lobby for pickup.2. The rooms here are spacious and I certainty enjoyed my 1 King Bed room that had a cooler fridge, a wet bar, small dining table, desk, and the complimentary hotel pen and paper pad which I don't see at most properties anymore. The room was absolutely clean and I loved it.3. The ability of the staff to solve problems. I had an issue the night I checked in where the TV wasn't working at all. It took awhile to reach a solution until the Front Desk realized their technical support wouldn't be able to come on property to fix the issue that they allowed my partner and I to switch rooms and give us time to move our things. There was also one morning that I was having breakfast and I noticed I had a cracked coffee cup that was dripping out coffee. I asked one of the breakfast attendants to take it away and they did.4. The breakfast buffet really impressed me, especially with the various meats: from pork and turkey bacon, to pork and turkey sausage. Most places skip on bacon because it's too expensive, but this Four Points definitely puts out to make guests happy!5. The complimentary coffee, teas, and hot cocoa in the lobby was a very nice addition as well. This was my first time seeing it at a Four Points and being able to use it 24/7 and seeing it stocked constantly was a Godsend.6. Shout outs to the staff that made my stay memorable and enjoyable: Jasmine, Lawrence, Brock, and Russell.Points of improvement:1. I stayed during Easter weekend and was not given prior notice that the Breakfast buffet would be closed on Easter Sunday in observance of the holiday. While it was a disappointment, fortunately, I did not take the Complimentary breakfast for 2 benefit as a Platinum Elite upon check-in. I was fortunate enough to be able to grab breakfast at a nearby Waffle House. It would have been nice to know in advance that breakfast wouldn't be served on a holiday.2. I was hoping to connect my work laptop and my Nintendo Switch to the TV in my room, but unfortunately the cable box was flush behind the TV on the wall, and I was too scared to lift up the TV from its mount to connect an HDMI cable. It would have been nice to have a second screen to use while I work and to be able to play games on the TV during my downtime. Most Marriott properties I've stayed at allow for easy access to the cable box so that you can pick from the TV menu to connect to a device via HDMI. It was a minor inconvenience, but a sorely missed amenity during my stay.Overall, this was a great property and I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the Raleigh area again for an event at the nearby PNC Arena. Stayed here for the 2022 League of Legends LCS Spring Finals and had a blast!Nearby activities: Within walking distance to PNC Arena.Food & drinks: Great Breakfast Buffet! Also near a restaurant/bar.
Is Honey: Not the first time I stayed in this Hotel but is the First time I feel like service employees care. The room was very nice and spacious. I had an issue with people next door talking and laughing very loud at midnight and I called front desk and issue solved. Brock was very nice and his service was a 5 star. Thank You!Rooms: Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was great, I feel very relaxed, slept bso good that next day you get up very energetic.
Brian Middleton: The room was fantastic. Clean, tidy, and everything I’ve come to expect from the Marriott family. I don’t recommend using the Bonvoy app to request additional guest services however. We needed a few extra sheets and towels for our room. I requested them in the app before heading out for the evening and they were not delivered to our room. When I went to the front desk, the staff was more than accommodating and handed me everything I needed. Better integration between the Bonvoy app and the property is definitely needed.
CJ McMillan: This is far from a 2 star hotel. 4 star
Michael Mace: Couldn't check in even though it was 2hrs past check in time. Pillows are terrible, very flat!!Food & drinks: You have to pay for breakfast. Coffee and tea are free.
