The Umstead Hotel and Spa: what do users think?
Leigh Frazier: The Umstead is a beautiful hotel and spa. We spent the 4th of July there and had a great time. The service was impeccable. A special shout out to Hannah who did an amazing job at the pool! The food at Herons was fantastic.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
Charles gehlken: We stay at this amazing place at least once a year! Beautiful and serene! We always have a wonderful time, and I am struggling with putting 4 stars for service as it is their own standard I am comparing it to. They are normally a level of perfection rarely matched by others. However, this last time was a bit under that standard. We ordered coffee with cream and sugar and got a dirty cup and no spoon. When they did housekeeping after the first night, they took my robe as it was lying on the bed anddidn'tt replace it. Simple easy things that they fixed rapidly, but mistakes we are not used to at this usually impeccable hotel! This, of course, will not discourage us from attending again, if not before, then definitely on our next anniversary!Rooms: Rooms are always clean and well presented. They always try to go the extra mile!Food & drinks: Their bar and lounge are leagues above most within their market. However, Herons restaurant is an absolute must! It is fine dining at its absolute finest! From the 7 course art tour that takes you on an optical journey that you can literally taste to a brunch that intices you with dishes such as crab cake eggs Benedict. Please, if you do nothing else, enjoy this little discussed and highly underrated (Forbes 5 star) delicatessen gem!
Noel Haroon: Friendly, helpful staff. We enjoy the trail, the artwork, the restaurant and amenities. Very comfortable.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More
Erin Curley: Staff member that handles spa reservations is consistently rude. No semblance of client services or sales.Service: 1/5 …More
karin golden: I was gifted a massage at Umstead spa for Mother’s Day, and I felt like it was such a bad experience for over $200. When I first booked it my massage was 1:15 until 2:15 and they said I can arrive at 12:15 and stay until 3:15. I’ve been to spas all over the world and I’ve never had an end time so I thought that was strange but I just went with it. When I arrived, they said that my end time is 3 PM not 315. My massage started a few minutes late and the entire time all I was thinking was “how I’m going to shower, get ready, dry my hair by 3 PM.” Not relaxing at ALL. By the time I left the room and took the elevator back down to the locker room. I checked my phone and it was 2:25. Usually, I like to steam after massage but obviously there was no time for that. I got to check out right before 3 PM. But if I hadn’t, would they really come looking for me in the locker room and kick me out? I find this policy so strange. And I told them that and they got very rude about it.
kuenga kay: This review is long due. The spa itself is impressive, and the ambiance itself is laid back and relaxing. The property is beautiful, and I can see why people choose this place as a wedding venue. We also ate at the restaurant; the service and the food were exceptional. It’s in small portions but every bit as savory. The little complimentary juice they give you tastes so good!!! They have specific hours they remain open, so if you don’t have a reservation, call in and ask beforehand. I would definitely go in when I have more time so I can go around the property and really enjoy what they have to offer.
C S: As my first time experiencing the spa as I have waited a few years due to Covid and then closed for renovations, I was finally able to get an appointment and so excited to visit. I was beyond disappointed. The massage itself was underwhelming, the room was too bright even though I asked the therapist to have the room dark, which they did not accommodate and could not relax. I have received better massages at a generic massage chain then I did today. As this spa is rated in the top 10 spas to visit in NC they should hold therapists to a certain technique standard as an expectation. I will not be returning as the overall experience was not worth the wait or the money.
Mandi Russell: Great stuff but the price is way to expensiveRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Brian C: Stayed at the hotel one night as part of a wedding. The wedding itself was great, but the Umstead is a hotel that I would not trust with my luggage. We were part of the wedding party so when we arrived, they told us to tag our luggage and leave it in a pick-up area so it could be taken up to our rooms. However, when we went up to our rooms after the wedding, our luggage wasn't there. We hoped that perhaps they would deliver them later, but they never did. Later that night, we found our luggage by coincidence just sitting in a meeting room completely unattended at almost midnight. Who knows what would have happened to our belongings if we never found it ourselves and they sat there all night? On top of all this one of my bags was missing! When I talked to the management about it, they said they'd look into the situation and get back to me. Weeks go by and no one ever contacts me. I then had to start bugging them to get a response. After over a month of me calling them several times to see if they found my bag, they finally tell me that they can't find it and have no idea why the bellhops delivered the bags to the wrong place, basically shrugging off the whole situation. The manager also told me that they cannot accept responsibility for the missing bag and cannot compensate me since "it was never in their care," despite me voicing that I felt like it was in their care since they were the ones who re-assured me that they would deliver my bags in the first place when I left them in the pick-up area.It is pretty shameful that a 5 star hotel can't even correctly deliver bags to a room. A seemingly simple task to most. And it is shocking the amount of irresponsibility and apathy I experienced from the staff when they misplace your luggage. Do better and please don't treat your future guests like how you've treated me and my friends.
Caroline Sherman: Obtaining a reservation at the Umstead Spa is proving to be impossible. The schedule is available only 2 months out and is fully booked. I’ve been told to email daily to determine when the next schedule will be available. Really?Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
M A: Walk around their grounds and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Perhaps one day I may be able to stay there for a night and afford it 😃. Feels like it’s for the rich and famous only.
Mary Christensen: The room was magical! A harp played through our meal. The Afternoon Tea was so relaxed and the food was wonderful!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Robert Clark: The best hotel ever

Kianée Manning: It's a little ghetto never no one in the front officeRooms: No one comes to clean daily nor hand out supplies....Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Ben Hoge: Very sketchy place, would never ever stay there again. The counter top in the room was held on with clear plastic masking tape. Constant noises outside. Entire place feels and smells dirty. I feel sorry for the people who work there.Rooms: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
E C: It wasn’t too bad but during my stay I witnessed animal abuse. One person there called the police and I called animal control. It was the last room on the second row of rooms. Bothers me nothing was done.
Siobhán S (sapphixy): Great location, but service leaves a lot to be desired; housekeeping never cleaned my room in the month I stayed there, and there was a lot of unrepaired damage to the room. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, but that was as far as it got.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Christy Lowery: Have met some great people and the staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Kerry Sanford: A woman was murdered less than 20 yards away from my room and they literally stole 300 dollars from my card without authorization or anything whatsoever I am Traumatized from the constant gunshots and police activity and even though there was someone's life taken during my stay they refused to give me a refund or even remotely offer any kind of discount I wish they would tear this hotel down so nobody else is Traumatized. Lawyer is already in the process of legal action.
Candace Williams: Rooms: The room wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either.Safety: There was a lot of police activity the night I stayed. It's right near a bus stop, so there are plenty of strangers walking through the parking lot.
Zach Brown: This room was a nightmare. I happened to be right next door to a 24 hour heroin distribution center. Knocking, banging, pleading, yelling at any hour of the day. Some of the customers couldn't make it down the stairs and would be fading in my path as I came and went. I cannot recommend a stay here. The rooms are shabby but serviceable. The location is great. It just isn't safe or comfortable to stay in.Safety: They show the security cameras on a display in the lobby. More than half are out. Based on my stay, they may not want to know what is going on.
Mikey Kiger: By far the worst motel experience I have ever had and that’s saying a hell of a lot considering I have been living in motels the past two years. I have been staying at this location since Jan 6th and today is the 31st and I go to pay for my room this morning and they tell me I have to pay for a whole week at a time or I can’t stay here any longer. Which makes no sense whatsoever because they are making 20$ a day if I pay a night at a time. I have learned from the plethora of crack and dope heads, that are a fixture of the place, begging for whatever they think they can con you out of that the management here is racist. There are hundreds of used needles laying around everywhere. Loud music and yelling all night long. Plumbing is messed up. Laundry room has homeless people sleeping in it. Definitely not a place to take the family. I will never recommend or sty at this location again. Rather sleep under a bridge. Less crackheads and safer.
Nikki Foster: Really needs to clean up the constant drug users and dealersRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Chris Stevenson: Don't bother going here nasty people hanging out all the time they call it the crack hotel.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Charlot Barker: This motel was repulsive. Bags of trash littered the stairwells and hallways, the smoke detector chirped periodically, carpet stained in many places, bathroom sink clogged, no hot water for early shower. The woman at the front desk was nice, but it was the worst motel I've ever seen.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Gabby Jones: I stayed there for a couple weeks til my place was ready to move in and let me just say terrible ! The heat didn’t work , the rooms smelled terrible! Nobody is ever at the front desk ! The place is just ghetto! And baby don’t even think bout calling that phone I watched them watch the phone ring! Smh don’t waste ur time even pulling n the raddegy parking lott
ADIL OUTKIDOUTE: I call front desk yesterday to solve my hot water problem for 2 nights i have this problem, they said they work on that but nobody do any action. Also about service i don't found bath towels,Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5 …More

Gaurav Banerjee: One of the worst Marriott hotels I have ever come across. Starting with the rude and arrogant manager, who clearly has high but misplaced opinion of herself. Breakfast was a sorry and completely tasteless affair. Rooms were smelly. House keeping was "on request". The cheapskates had turned off one elevator, and the wait time was like forever. All in all, one of the worst places. Marriott take note.

Hyatt House Raleigh / Rdu / Brier Creek: what do users think?
Bee Pielow: I stayed in room #227 and really enjoyed it. The AC worked great, TV had chromecast and very comfy bed and bedding.  The bathroom was sparkling clean but the shower door seemed to leak so even with a towel on the floor the tile was very slippery after showering.  Water pressure wasn't great but they have soft water which was nice. Despite being sold out the hotel was very quiet. Its not a very walkable part of town but there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.  My toddler really enjoyed the Brier creek park which was about half a mile away.We have family in the area and will definitely return to this hotel.
Jared Hurst: Place needs maintenance. Batteries in door locks dead. If you reserve a room online, they take it away at their pleasure with no explanation.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
T: Would love to give it 5 stars but just couldn’t. I had to vacuum and sweep my own room. We smelled weed in the rooms and hallways. They did let us check in early. The rooms are beautiful. The check in staff were very nice. Breakfast was also good. The environment was lovely.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Dan Okavage: Hyatt House really impressed me with this quick trip to RDU. Brandon at the front desk was awesome! He was very helpful with checkin, coffee, checkout and coordinating the shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast was awesome (free by the way) with an Omelette station!Rooms were clean and spacious. Felt like I had a nice one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, pots/pans, dishwasher and microwave. Not much around in walking distance but with Door dash, uber eats, etc, it wasn't hard to get a bite to eat.I will definitely be staying here again when I am in town.Rooms: Very spaciousSafety: Very safe
Mary Mangelli: We usually love Hyatt; but using coffee machine in room all the coffee grounds seeped through into coffee and was not drinkable, light in shower was not working and plastic knife wasn’t strong enough to get butter out of butter packet. And unfortunately, not Hyatts fault their was a group of adults next door or across hall laughing, swearing and having very loud conversation LATE in the evening.
Rob Baker: Awesome location and breakfast is included. Able to check in electrical. Parking is a little crazy at times, pets are allowed in certain rooms and you don't hear a lot of noise. A good place to rest your head.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Rhea G: Be sure to utilize the FREE airport shuttle because they do not advertise it like their other services.I understand staffing is tough, but the customer service needs improvements.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Dobs Place: Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was yummy with a great variety. The location is kind of away from anything walkable, but I had a car so it didn't bother me.Rooms: Had a king room. Was nice, but refrigerator was kind of small for a room with a kitchen area.Walkability: Not in walking distance of stuff.
Mrstan: Great place to stay, nice clean room. Shuttle service to airport was also nice with a very friendly driver
Roger D. Harris: Very well ran hotel excellent staff and class act service at all hours of night very helpful people 🙏Rooms: Full kitchen table and working area awesome 😎Food & drinks: Great attention to customers 😉Noteworthy details: Very clean great working out room
Sonia Gayle: Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: I felt very safe and secureFood & drinks: The breakfast had a nice variety
Jeroen: Very nice hotel, great looking rooms and very close to the airport. Also the staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Only one thing, in the weekends they don't use real plates during breakfast, only single use plates. I don't know why.Noteworthy details: I love the outside fireplace
Janet Peeples: I have been here on several occasions. The first 2 stays went well, and the staff were great. Well on yesterday at check-in, Brandon appeared to be friendly at first. But then that turned cold as his attitude 🙄 changed. Apparently, something was going on with the hotel servers. Because I was having issues with finishing up my reservation online. While standing in the lobby. After repeated attempts, I went ahead and just decided to pay their rate. We'll he run my card and said it declined. I logged into my banking app, and I showed him my account balances. So there was no reason for it not to go through. I used a different card because I couldn't reach anyone right away at my back. And decided to just pay with a credit card and move around. Especially since he seemed very annoyed and stopped even answering my direct questions. When I asked about the bar and their food options. Along with other things here, I hadn't noticed before. As a culture 👏🏾 we gotta stop treating our people like this. I articulate myself very well 😌 and I can read a room. He was apparently "really" busy as I kept apologizing if he was getting frustrated 😠. Then, when I checked in the room. There wasn't any lighting above the kitchen table area. My allergies were killing me, so I just dealt with not being able to see my food. However, thanks for allowing me to check in an hr before.

Tenika Tucker: I was fine minus the one roach and bed bug that ate me up on the second night however they did upgrade us to a better room I had to go to the front desk the next day about the bedbug management never contacted me I had to contact them after the fact an spoke with the super who told me that the exterminator didn't find any I however caught an kept the bedbug and gave it to her

Tony Bain: Stayed here to visit friends thought it was in downtown so we could walk places but its not walking distance but close enough to take a cheap uber. The room was clean and everyone was nice. Would stay again. A suggestion would be to add breakfast though.Rooms: Very clean
Blue Rose: People next to me was smoking weed and they told me I can't have my money back if I leave and I lost 100 bucks cause I left cause I sis not want to be charged someone else's smoking fee!
Steven Aragones: Stay Away from here, bad service, roaches in the rooms, and wont give me a refund!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Jesse Forte: The room was unclean and had a faint smell of animal urine. Some detergent or disinfectant used on the bed linens caused my skin to badly break out. The front desk staff was rude and clearly disinterested in their job. The hotel charged me more than the Hotwire rate that I booked, claiming that the extra amount was for incidentals. However despite having no incidentals the hotel overcharged nonetheless.Rooms: Unclean.
Sylvia McCree: Had an amazing stay over the weekend for an anime convention! Hotel staff happily accepted the arrival of several packages which was extremely helpful as I was a vendor for the event downtown! Additionally, they went above and beyond in making sure I had what I needed! De’ Asia was especially helpful!
Virginia Mckenzie: I stay at many hotel/motels each year. Maybe 40 plus each year. At this Red Roof is the first time I have ever seen COCKROACHES. On the wall by the bathroom sinkI killed all I could and brought evidence to the front desk. They hardly looked at the evidence and said "yes".Not a happy customer, will be very sceptical about staying at a red roof againYes they offered compensation but 10% does not make me a happy person.Rooms: cockroachesSafety: COCKROACHES
Brandon Whitley: Not sure how this hotel has 2 stars, when it barely should have 1. Upon arrival of this hotel, we arrived 20 mins prior to check in time. Front desk staff proceeded to tell us to come back in an hour for a different representative since they did not know how to check people in. When checked in, the room itself smelt moldy and musty. The room given had a hardly cleaned handicapped bathroom, where neither of us guests were handicapped, making it completely unnecessary. When asking a simple question of is there breakfast in the morning we get a response of “we got coffee take it or leave it”. And to top off this horrible experience housekeeping decided to take home a very expensive jacket that was accidentally left on the bed prior to check out. Normally hotels put things in lost in found but apparently this is a five finger discount hotel which could be expected from a 2 star hotel. After calling twice to retrieve jacket and speaking to front desk no refund was offered to make up for the stolen jacket or bad stay only “if we happen to find it you’ll have to mail us a box to send it back in” Don’t recommend anyone staying here.
Russell Jimenez III: Don't book anything at Red Roof Inn. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong weekend. Now the hotel won't refund my money after I paid the night that I actually stayed there. So now they are making pay for both weekends. They are thieves and this should be illegal
Eve W: Stayed here this past weekend with my daughters and it was absolutely great! The location is right off the 40 and everything we wanted to check out in the Raleigh and Cary areas was 5-15 mins away. The staff was super friendly and professional. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman at the front desk that checked us; he was very cheerful, patient, and kind. There's lots of room for parking, the room was clean and smelled great, and the coffee downstairs was pretty good! Thank you to the Red Roof Inn PLUS staff for the great experience.
JBguitar 1990: Rude front desk employee. But given how cheap this place is it’s actually pretty decent. Great for just an overnight stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Couponing 2Freedom: Found a bed bug in my bed and checked out immediately!- Response to reply on review. Seems to be a lack of communication from the staff if you did not learn until now the hotel has bed bugs. Please discuss with the night staff as it was reported to gentleman at front desk immediately upon checkout. His response was can I see the picture as I’ve never seen a bed bug in real life.Walkability: Walking distance to shop and eat.Noteworthy details: The area is nice everything close but you can tell hotel is not the best once you see people hanging in front of it.
Sam: It was okRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
cha zehe (chazehe): Super friendly people staying here and front desk staff is well. Unique architecture, lounge area near pool is inviting. Would love to have a balcony, but alas, I'm merely CLC. LOLHighly recommend this Best Western Plus!Rooms: Rooms are comfortable, spacious and well proportioned.
Vibha Sukh: Spacious rooms and good ambienceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Anna.Jacob Goldenshtein: It's a very good place to stay, quiet and calm atmosphere, good service, beautiful location. Just across the street you have huge market center with Starbucks and Pizza, many different stores. Text to the hotel you have Panera Bread. There is an outdoor pool in the hotel. Breakfasts were very good. Coffee and tee for free 24/7. The only thing I didn't like in this hotel was the WiFi that didn't work at all. You connect to the WiFi, but without the internet.
Lourdes Steel: The place was clean and very welcoming. In particular, Niki, at the front desk, was great! She was so nice and offered excellent customer service. She even offered me a reward program to get discount and points when booking hotels. Overall, I highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ryan Grappo: Great service, accommodated our lack of state ID. That in itself was just out of this world. All we had was an expired temporary ID. Thank God for best western!!!Nearby activities: Crabtree valley mall with in one mile. Strip mall across the street, including Marshalls Ross and a T-Mobile store.
Cindy: The only complaint I have is the bed. I have arthritis and going on second night was a nightmare for me. Pain was awful. Other than that everything else was nice.Nearby activities: There's lots to do and see nearby. If we had the time, we would have ventured out, but we couldn't. Maybe next time.Walkability: Restaurants and shopping close enough to walk to.
Clementina Bradley: This location was absolutely perfect. Great eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Free breakfast was cooked great no mishaps at all. Thank you.Rooms: Well maintained and clean.Walkability: Loved the cool evening walks to the nearby stores.Food & drinks: Breakfast was awesome.
Tasha O.: Everything was good the bathroom had a weird smell though I didn't bother telling anyone because we were only staying for the night. In a good location had a shopping plaza across the street and a Panera bread next door.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
First Ladi: Food & drinks: Fresh hot breakfast was a plus! Coffee available all day and night was great too!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More

Aloft Raleigh: what do users think?
Annie Fritschner: Great Aloft location, room key on my phone, excellent beddingRooms: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Evelyn Capps: I'll start by saying I really liked this hotel. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, huge room and in a great location. Easy to walk to several restaurants. I stayed here 6 days and 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned or replenished with fresh towels after several requests. There is a sign that tells you after the 3rd night they will service your room. I waited patiently and then asked about service three times and it was just never done.
Erik Rogers: Hotel is in a great spot if you are visiting NC State. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they charge you $12 per day to park. I get when they do this when you are near a major transportation hub or space is very limited but that’s not the case here. Just one of those things that I feel like is 100% a money grab. Besides that great place to stayNearby activities: NC State
Joseph Williams: Great customer service from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Shagofa Hussaini: The front desk people need more clear instructions than just swipe your credit card!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Riley Rogers: Don't stay here unless you want your vehicle broken into. Don't worry about asking the front desk for help, they won't do anything about it, and will tell you "Oh, that's actually been happening a lot recently, sorry about that."Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Paul McFeely: Great rooms. Very friendly staff.
Ijlal Ahmad Gondal: Definitely not going for bang for the buck here, have cockroaches in rooms, cheaping out on room being cleaned every 3rd day which is unacceptable even though I asked everyday, customer service is a lottery, pool was out of servic, only thing going for them is everything is relatively newRooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Mark McCormick: Entrance is far from obvious, but better to go in via the back of the hotel and park there. Entrance from the street (Hillsbroug) Room is nice enough, although the blinds only allow black out, or revealing yourself to the apartment block behind. Eek, scary for them. The front desk girl was sweet, and helpful. The bar was closed, I think. The drip behind the bar proclaiming to NOT be a bartender wasn’t really clear. The tap beer was completely off as they were maintaining the cooling. Overall, nice hotel, but could do with some sharpening up.
Brian Sporrer: The room was adequate, and some touch-ups wouldn't hurt, but overall, decent. Everyone of the staff members I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of everything, from what I could tell.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Inverted Thrills: Great hotel
Angela Harrington: This is one of the cleanest, will run hotel we’ve stayed in. I’m a Titanium with Bonvoy! Kathryn was awesome! She made our stay very special! Gonza next door was awesome as well. Food and service was excellent. Very tasty! I would stay here again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ethan Barger: Over priced
Christopher Thompson: Great location, greart customer service! Rooms are decent!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
David Bishop: Great stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. A special shout-out to Robin at the WXYZ Lounge. She runs a tight bar and I look forward to returning again.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, qell-stocked and quiet.Nearby activities: NCSU campus, many food and drink options nearby. Downtown Raleigh is just a short car ride or public transit ride.Safety: Robin and the front desk staff diffused a potential security situation compently and professionally while we were there. We felt very safe!Walkability: In walking distance to NCSU campus and many amenities nearby.Food & drinks: Robin at the WXYZ Lounge was an excellent host. She runs a tight bar and the beer, spirit and wine options are excellent!Noteworthy details: Great hotel within walking distance of many things and driving distance of many others.
bianka goodman: Upon arrival, you have to go on the second floor to get your room. It's an inconvenience to use keys to operate the elevators. The room temperatures was either too hot or cold. Our room was not ready uppn arrival. My mom and I did some activities came back and room was still not ready. Above all that it was ok to stay here.Rooms: Very nice rooms. Bathroom was my favorite place. So fancy. Stand-up shower.Safety: Use your key to operate elevator.Walkability: NC State is right across from this prestigious university. There's a subway next to hotel.
Alfred Foote: The staff is just awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The view of the NC State Tower is awe-inspiringRooms: Nice spacious room.Food & drinks: Great little bar
Sita Subbu Voleti: We find the accommodation and facilities provided are exemplary and services too very nice.Thank you and your staff very much ..Voleti Venkata Subbarao.Morrisville../NCRooms: NiceSafety: GoodWalkability: ConvenientFood & drinks: Delicious and healthy
Karim Mady: The room was massive , with everything you can imagine, nice toiletries, big shower and comfy beds. However they don’t ride up the room everyday automatically they do it every other day or you can ask for daily at a cost. The room has a basic coffee machine with pods that come in both caffeinated and decaffeinated and complimentary water bottles . Overall I highly recommend the hotel and the location is amazing

Steven Woodard: Call it a 4.5. The facility is very nice and quiet. Clean, plenty of towels. The deduction of a half point is due to a surprisingly bad breakfast. Scrambled eggs on the buffet were dry. The fresh omelet was drier. Nice location and again, it is clean and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
