jesse proctor: Well done authentic Argentinian empanada (You would have to visit quite a few shops in Argentina to find a empanada this tasty). Crust is light and flaky. Fillings are moist and delicious. Having taken a bite of over half of the savory menu items I didn’t find an empanada that I didn’t like. But the Al pastor, the pork, the potato knish and the spinach were my favorite. Enjoy.

T T: first let me say my waiter(man) was excellence! Cary location But It started off wrong I made reservations for one, when I got there the hostess asked me where did I want to sit she said in the first come first serve or in the dinning area well I thought that was a crazy question because why would I make reservation to sit in first come first serve. Then the other hostess took me to my seat well it was a booth that sat at least four to five people. I asked her to move me to a smaller table and she said there were none(lair) so then the waiter comes and I tell her I want to change my seat to a smaller table setting, She told one of the managers and he change me to a table that seat two. Now I am feeling better. Then another manger came to my table while eating and asked me was everything OK I say I have one complained. I said the hostess lied and said there were no tables available to change my seat HE Said OK, His OK was saying that don''t some like a complained or any problem she causes. . I will never return there. And the food and drinks are not worth the money! And the parking is bad there are not enough spaces to park your car or truck!
Kirk Smith: Three of us had a celebratory dinner there last night. Food and service were terrific (as it should be at this price!) My NY Strip was better than any I've had in the past few years. The restaurant very happily replaced my step-daughter's short rib entree with another entree when she found the ribs too fatty and not to her liking. Good place to go for a anniversary or other celebration.

Michael Grant: Wife’s birthday dinner. All staff were fantastic and friendly. Food came out quickly. Not rushed and even got clever with the slice of cheesecake offered by restaurant. Picture below is of the togo slice of cheesecake that was brought to us already packed in our togo bag. They put a candle on a plate so she had a candle to blow out. So creative and fun. Waiter even told us a few jokes at the end of our night. Great staff.

T Neal: Very disappointed in our most recent, first time visit to this location. As we were eating a roach crawled across the table. Totally ruined our upscale dining experience. To make matters worse management only offered to move us to a different spot in the restaurant and a free dessert or drink. We politely declined and asked that our bill be comp'd. We ended up with a bill 50% of the original cost, but we should have not been charged anything. I have reached out to corporate with no response as of yet. We definitely will not be dining here again.

Not Available: They charged my credit card more than I authorized. I called them when it posted to my credit card and they promised a refund but I never received a refund. In addition my food never came and after quite a while the food manager came to our table to tell us our food was delivered to another table so they had to recook it. Took forever. I won't go back....
Christina P: My husband and I have been repeat customers of this location (versus other locations, which we have visited) because of their attention to detail, the taste and quality of the food, and the incredible work ethic and respectfulness by all -- I know that as a customer of this location, I'm going to be treated well and leave with a very satisfied tummy. :-) The manager, Kimberly Brittain, is incredibly involved in every aspect of the dining experience and works (hard!) to ensure customer satisfaction. Many thanks to all of those involved at the Outback in Cary for all of your hard work (we know that it takes a team effort!); we truly appreciate it!
Michael W.: I was a reward member and once you reach an award they automatically issue it and put a 3 month expiration day on it. Never tell you about it till about 2 weeks before it expires. I have a special needs son and cannot go to a restaurant any night I wish. I asked them to extend the expiration date one month and they REFUSED. I told them to delete my rewards account and I will never eat at one of your restaurants again. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Charisse James: I was at this location yesterday for a lunch with my sorority sisters. The space was reserved and while the restaurant did have the seating ready when we arrived, things became very chaotic from there. We were there when they first opened so they were not busy yet. The lunch was purposely set at opening to avoid the crowd. Yet we only had one server for 30 people. It took a very long time to get our orders in. We had to keep asking where our food was and several orders never got filled. Other people started coming in to eat way after us and were served in a timely manner, one of which was a larger party but not as large as ours. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. This was my first time at this location and due to the poor service we received it will be my last.

I would have thought it to be a fluke but it's the second time we got old food. First time was a pizza empanada. I bit into it before I discovered it was old. The sauce had clunked up. The pepperoni had turned blue/gray. The food used to be amazing. I don't know what happaned to your restaurant. Food there used to be so much better.

Salty, but the sausages were well cooked. However, I had too many fries and the sauce overwhelmed the flavor with the amount of salt there was in the sausages and fries. I threw out the food half done…considering this was $10, it wasn’t worth eating it at all.3- My Inca Cola was expired since Feb 23, 2023. I wish I was lying but as soon as I turned the can down I noticed the expiration date and the can went straight to the trash unopened. I reported this to Uber as a health safety violation and I was fully compensated for my meal. The drink cost me $3, and that’s too bad.I was really excited to try this restaurant but I’m actually enjoying a chicken vegetable bowl that cost me a few bucks to get and tastes so good.. This restaurant has a lot of room to grow. AND CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR SODAS!

Christina H: We have eaten here 7-8 times. We love the food, so I would love to give five stars, but they are understaffed. The same person who takes orders is also responsible for packaging food, creating a bottleneck that creates wait times that are unnecessarily long. The other day I was picking up food at lunch time, and the food was ready more than 10 minutes past its estimated time. I had a similar thing a couple of months ago at dinner, only the extra wait was longer than 10 minutes. A few other times, our food has been ready on time without issue, so YMMV. Further, if you get takeout, I would double check your food, as sometimes there is a goof. I definitely recommend eating here, I just recommend being prepared to be patient if you hit them at a busy time.
