Arianne Leslie: Dropped my fourwheeler off with Sam after a family member discussed the work needed with him. He said it would be a week or so and then we had hurricanes so I understand the delay, however he only answered the phone after having it for 3 weeks and with multiple attempts to reach him. He then said he'd get it done that next week and I never heard from him again, despite many many calls. He's now had the atv for more than 9 weeks and doesn't answer the phone. You can't leave messages either. I'm very close to involving the police to get my fourwheeler and trailer back. I understand delays and unforeseen circumstances but you've got to keep your customers informed.
Alix Edsall: Called Sam’s Motorcycle & Atv Repair on a Tuesday about a possible spark plug vibrating out of the cylinder on my street bike. I dropped it off to him after hours and he got it fixed for me in two days and took the extra time to find out that I had others that were loose also. Just trying to look out for my best interest while he had it torn down already. I’m definitely going back whenever I need something I can’t fix on my own.

His experience and knowledge saved me lots of wasted money elsewhere. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. If I need repairs, I'm going back.

I have referred several people to him and will continue to recommend his service.He has worked on my dirt bikes, street bikes and atv's and has always done a professional job at a reasonable price.I recently picked up a street bike he had made some repairs too and while riding it the bike just died, absolutely nothing related to the repairs Sam made. Being alone in the middle of the day he was the first person I thought to call and when I told him that the bike quit his first response was "Do you want me to come get you?"When I said yes, he closed his shop and showed up with a trailer in less than 30 minutes.Try that with a dealer.

Sean Living-Water: Rachel, Sev and Dillon made my purchase of a Zero motorcycle absolutely painless and smooth. They got me a rate that was as good as what I could have done on my own without all the hassle. The asking price on my barely used bike was below market value and they all went above and beyond to make things easy. The parts department was equally as good as the highly professional sales team, 100% committed to providing everything I needed without once trying to pressure me to spend more. More dealerships should be like this.

Michael Crowder: I had a terrific experience with Triangle Powersports. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for me during my purchase. I had a battery issue that we found on the day of purchase. The staff quickly replaced the battery which at the time we assumed was the issue. I got the unit home and continued to have a battery issue. I took the machine to local dealer who identified the issue. I sent the staff at Triangle the quote for the repair and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. This has not become my preferred dealership for future purchases. They did not ignore me and went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy. Thank you TPS for holding yourself to a higher standard than many others! If your in the market make sure to check these folks out first.

Rob Dusablon: Lots of great things to say about TPS. First Galo and the sales/financial team made this one of the least stressful major purchases I have ever made. Second, I have been a Harley/cruiser rider for 20+ years and this is my first sport bike. I didn't even get out of the parking lot before I made a "Harley" lean correction that put this bike's front tire far enough over for me to just fall over. I was not moving and was not hurt at all, but I cracked the faring and busted the feeler off the left peg. I came back in to order the parts, and the dealership GIFTED me a factory set of "sliders" (about $175) AND the cost of the install, (about $120) that will prevent the same damage in the future.Everyone here has been nothing but super friendly and helpful. From the sales team, to the folks in the parts department who helped me with gear and ordering replacement parts, and the technicians have all been amazing.This is now the only place I will go for parts and service,and if I ever need a new bike I am coming here.Highly recommend TPS.

Arnold Tijerina: I was in the market for a scooter. Called Sport Durst and interacted with Brandon for a few days over the course of Memorial Day weekend. He was always very pleasant, informative and was empowered to answer questions regarding pricing, etc. I went to the dealership and was able to consummate the transaction effortlessly through his and Quan's efficiency. Parts was great and helped me get a helmet that fit properly. The dealership also delivered the bike to me promptly (same day) and the delivery driver was very nice (I don't remember his name, sorry.) Despite the fact that Brandon didn't offer me lunch (c'mon man, an Arby's burger or something? ;) I still had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy any type of powersports vehicle.

They may decide to do so, which I also find decidedly negative, but it's their choice of how they treat customers. The issue I have is that when I paid NOBODY made me aware of that charge. I firmly believe they MUST to inform a customer BEFORE he pays. This is SO not cool Durst Powersports!!
