Arianne Leslie: Dropped my fourwheeler off with Sam after a family member discussed the work needed with him. He said it would be a week or so and then we had hurricanes so I understand the delay, however he only answered the phone after having it for 3 weeks and with multiple attempts to reach him. He then said he'd get it done that next week and I never heard from him again, despite many many calls. He's now had the atv for more than 9 weeks and doesn't answer the phone. You can't leave messages either. I'm very close to involving the police to get my fourwheeler and trailer back. I understand delays and unforeseen circumstances but you've got to keep your customers informed.
Alix Edsall: Called Sam’s Motorcycle & Atv Repair on a Tuesday about a possible spark plug vibrating out of the cylinder on my street bike. I dropped it off to him after hours and he got it fixed for me in two days and took the extra time to find out that I had others that were loose also. Just trying to look out for my best interest while he had it torn down already. I’m definitely going back whenever I need something I can’t fix on my own.

Loyd G: Sam was willing to try to resolve a problem that none of the dealers would or could. His intuition was spot on and it turned out that was the real problem. His experience and knowledge saved me lots of wasted money elsewhere. He was pleasant and easy to deal with. If I need repairs, I'm going back.

I have referred several people to him and will continue to recommend his service.He has worked on my dirt bikes, street bikes and atv's and has always done a professional job at a reasonable price.I recently picked up a street bike he had made some repairs too and while riding it the bike just died, absolutely nothing related to the repairs Sam made. Being alone in the middle of the day he was the first person I thought to call and when I told him that the bike quit his first response was "Do you want me to come get you?"When I said yes, he closed his shop and showed up with a trailer in less than 30 minutes.Try that with a dealer.

Rick Dee: Never returned my call
kelly mccloud: My boyfriend bought his bike in February and put it in the shop May. Here it is September and he still hasnt been able to ride and it was supposedly fixed. This shop does not open on time, the owner doesnt keep in contact with his customers and he is very hard to reach. He claimed to have fixed my boyfriends bike but when he went to ride it, it broke down. This shop has very poor business skills and personally i wouldnt recommend.
Shauna Taylor: Awesome service! I have had my bike painted 3 times by JMello Customs (I like to switch things up) everytime he delivers my vision perfectly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Michael Lawlor: Joe is awesome. He’s been friendly, transparent and honest. He delivered in his promise (actually exceeded) to get the bike done in a week given how much work he already had. All other bike shops won’t work on my Victory (maybe the angles are too sharp for them, and it’s beauty is blinding) maybe they know nothing falls off of them so business will be slower 🤷♂️. They are both highly experienced and skilled, and I’ve never worked with mechanics more willing to spend all the time necessary to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. I ride an old basic bike and I get as much customer service as the brand new baggers and customs worth 10x as mine. Since switching to All In from another local shop, my bike is way more reliable, and the performance I’m getting from it is better than the previous 10 years. Bring your bike here, and notice the wall to wall pack of bikes from all of the repeat customers. These guys rock.
