Yesterday my tire blew on my way to work. I called Brett and he dropped everything to come and not only pick up my scooter but me and brought me to work. Arianne Leslie: Dropped my fourwheeler off with Sam after a family member discussed the work needed with him. He said it would be a week or so and then we had hurricanes so I understand the delay, however he only answered the phone after having it for 3 weeks and with multiple attempts to reach him. He then said he'd get it done that next week and I never heard from him again, despite many many calls. He's now had the atv for more than 9 weeks and doesn't answer the phone. You can't leave messages either. I'm very close to involving the police to get my fourwheeler and trailer back. I understand delays and unforeseen circumstances but you've got to keep your customers informed.

Alix Edsall: Called Sam’s Motorcycle & Atv Repair on a Tuesday about a possible spark plug vibrating out of the cylinder on my street bike. I dropped it off to him after hours and he got it fixed for me in two days and took the extra time to find out that I had others that were loose also. Just trying to look out for my best interest while he had it torn down already. I’m definitely going back whenever I need something I can’t fix on my own.
