Machele: This was my first time dining at Dame's as an out of state person and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I couldn't as I was very disappointed with my total experience and so was my husband. The décor was nice but I would say things to improve on:1. customer service lacking and not good (staff not friendly nor welcoming and when asked questions, answers about food was not explained well and it seemed like a bother). This is key if you want customers to return and if you want to remain in business.2. chicken was lacking in flavor and meal over priced. There was a cost to even heat up syrup for your waffle. So ended up eating the waffle with cold syrup. However, I must say that the flavored butter or shmear was very delicious though and was the only thing I really liked.Will probably not dine here again. First impressions are everythingParking: n/a

Adam Bryant: I have now ordered 3 times online in the last 6 months. Not once was the food ready on time. The first time it was 35 minutes late. The second time I got there 10 minutes after the pickup time. I was told it would be able 10 minutes and it was ready 32 minutes after I got there for a total of 42 minutes late. This time I ordered almost 2 hours in advance. I got there 35 minutes late and was told again it would be 10 minutes ago I just asked for a refund and left. Food is great, but do to another location or eat in. Never order online!

Joshua Safford: ABSOLUTELY BONKERS!!!! This is what chicken should taste , feel and smell like! Juicy, crispy and crunchy but also moist. The lady in the front was Fabulous and friendly! They had hot sauce and extra napkins in the bag (it’s like the knew! What my messy self personally 🤣)! I can’t wait to get down on all sections of this well seasoned menu! Thank you all at Dames! Denzell Smith: LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!This experience was no different than all of my prior experiences at this location, by way of the atmosphere and food; however, the service I received via my server during this visit made me fall in love with this restaurant even more. Extremely attentive, warm and friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and willing to go the extra mile by providing samples of the sides (without me requesting it) the server helped make this dining experience enjoyable and desiring future visits!! The food was EXCELLENT (as always), and the server really demonstrated mastery of perfect customer service - very intuitive and down-to-earth!! I was already a continued customer, but this experience solidified the notion!!Parking: This location is a storefront in a nice sized plaza, so parking isn’t an issue.

Wonderful service! Informative, quick, personable, I could go on, but most of all, flavor! Chicken was perfect, a bit over done, but that’s what you need so you can still get that crisp waffle! Serena Frierson: Tried to take my Dad out for a early Father's day meal. We have not been to a Red Lobster in years. The staff were very friendly, patience, and accommodating to the table preference. We sat down and our waitress was very nice. We ordered water, looked at the menu, and bounced. The prices at Red Lobster is sky high! I repeat Sky High! The floor under our table was very dirty. I wish they would not charge seafood platters over $35.99. Sorry Red Lobster.

Shane D: After seeing some of the reviews I decided to elaborate. Our server Shelby was awesome. She wasn't overly attentive but these days restaurants are short staffed and stretched thin and people have little patience as though they are the only ones in a restaurant. Ugh. I digress. Our biscuits we lukewarm but agin not a major disappointment. They are sometimes too hot to even eat anyway. We ordered 2 ultimate feasts and lobster pizza. 4 stars because there were a few items on the menu that I asked for that weren't available like the watermelon sangria being advertised for summer and seafood stuffed mushrooms which I like almost as much as the biscuits.

Peggy Arias: Thursday, July 6th, my husband son and I ate dinner in celebration of my son's recent promotion at the Bonefish Grill in Cary. Our dining experience was 5 star due to the extraordinary job done by our server Kiea D. She was delightful, personable, and, experienced. She brought knew meaning to 'service with a smile. Her manners were impeccable and her customer service skills, impressive. She was efficient and attentive without being hovering or intrusive. She brought 5 star restaurant service to a relatively good restaurant and totally enhanced our dining experience. If ever there were an employee who should be personally recognized, it is Kiea - as she represented Bonefish Corporate so well that we will be frequenting this restaurant more often and encouraging friends and family to do the same. I don't think I have ever encountered anyone in the service field so good at and happy with their job.Parking: Parking wasn't hard to find.

Michael W.: I was a reward member and once you reach an award they automatically issue it and put a 3 month expiration day on it. Never tell you about it till about 2 weeks before it expires. I have a special needs son and cannot go to a restaurant any night I wish. I asked them to extend the expiration date one month and they REFUSED. I told them to delete my rewards account and I will never eat at one of your restaurants again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We ordered the seasonal veggies which we were told was green beans sauteed in a herb butter sauce.....we were brought broccoli. Both sides brought to my brother-in-law were not what he ordered.
