Machele: This was my first time dining at Dame's as an out of state person and I really wanted to give them a 5 star but I couldn't as I was very disappointed with my total experience and so was my husband. The décor was nice but I would say things to improve on:1. customer service lacking and not good (staff not friendly nor welcoming and when asked questions, answers about food was not explained well and it seemed like a bother). This is key if you want customers to return and if you want to remain in business.2. chicken was lacking in flavor and meal over priced. There was a cost to even heat up syrup for your waffle. So ended up eating the waffle with cold syrup. Adam Bryant: I have now ordered 3 times online in the last 6 months. Not once was the food ready on time. The first time it was 35 minutes late. The second time I got there 10 minutes after the pickup time. I was told it would be able 10 minutes and it was ready 32 minutes after I got there for a total of 42 minutes late. This time I ordered almost 2 hours in advance. I got there 35 minutes late and was told again it would be 10 minutes ago I just asked for a refund and left. Denzell Smith: LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!This experience was no different than all of my prior experiences at this location, by way of the atmosphere and food; however, the service I received via my server during this visit made me fall in love with this restaurant even more. Extremely attentive, warm and friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and willing to go the extra mile by providing samples of the sides (without me requesting it) the server helped make this dining experience enjoyable and desiring future visits!! The food was EXCELLENT (as always), and the server really demonstrated mastery of perfect customer service - very intuitive and down-to-earth!! Alice: Only went here once when I was in town for a conference. The cashier was friendly but the chicken wasn't as crispy as I was expecting and hoping it would be. I got the tenders and the crispiness seemed on par with what I could get from KFC or Bojangles. Good chicken, but nothing special.
BB: I have lived in south Korea for over 30 years and have eaten many different types of chicken. This is the worst chicken I've ever had. The lack of sauce on chicken and strong chicken smell, and the sauce only tastes like pepper and curry. I doubt if this is really Korean style chicken. $14 for 8 pieces is by no means a small amount.
NK: Every time I have ordered fried chicken from here, it has been fine. It’s crispy and the supreme sauce is good.It’s consistent and I like how it stays crispy for a while. She also poke holes in the container so it doesn’t get soggy.

I was calling the one in Atlanta and having them overnight me chicken and placing in the air fryer. TASTE like it's freshly made and crispy like no other. First tasted them in Tokyo. They are ranked No. 1 for a reason. After 1 bite I through Soo Carolina Chicken in the trash. I wouldn't let my dog eat it! They place sauce on it for a reason. Kira A: This is the worst Korean Fried Chicken I ever had in my life! Soo Cafe's quality has really fallen since they moved in to H-mart. Too bad all the non-Koreans (AND native Koreans) are getting tricked to buy these, and thinking it's the same thing as the actual KFC back in Korea. Third time ordering with over-fried/burnt meat. The fried skin tastes like crunching on burnt chewy cardboard and little to no meat is too chewy being overcooked. It's sad one has to comment even on the sauce, but it's way too runny, losing flavor in the actual meat. This is nothing like the authentic KFC, not even close. Save your stomach and money. Coming from a Korean.

Located in the food court at H-Mart in Cary, Soo Carolina Chicken is a perfect alternative for those who want a refreshing diversion from regular fried chicken. Service is friendly and hospitable.
Alexander B: It’s located in H-Mart and by far my favorite takeout. The chicken is consistent and deliciously crispy.. I’m not a huge fan of fried chicken but I’ve been craving Soo’s Carolina Chicken about everyday this week after trying it. I highly recommend the Soopreme sauce options and I found the spice levels to be absolutely perfect where it’s just the right amount of spice (enjoyable) but not painfully so for the sake of it. Expect about a 10-15 minute wait time.

Every time we find ourselves out East, we made sure to stop in and get our fill. Well, now we have a branch right here on the West side and I am thrilled. Same owners, same delicious, crispy, crunchy, sweet, savory, moist, tender, awesome goodness!! Absolutely love it - and guarantee, you will too.

Lol. When I go here I don’t expect my food to be cold at ALLLLL because they are not priced like you other fast food. They are on the $$$ side if you catch my drift. If me and my husband and son eat here it can cost up to $30+ that’s 2 salads drinks aren’t included and a kids meal. But that would be a splurge days and it’s worth it.

Just Me: I requested no ice, but I instead got lots of ice. The employees here are either illiterate or maybe they just don't care. My guess is that it is probably a little of both. I thought this place was supposed to have great chicken, but the chicken sandwich was lousy, and the french fries were lukewarm at best. Truly disappointing. Had the sandwich been ok I might have been willing to give it a second chance. But, nope. Never again.Note to management: Please spare me and others your boilerplate response. Instead, try managing your restaurant with at least a modicum of professionalism.

They had 9 employees, 3 of which were dancing in the seating area, 1 was texting on their phone behind the counter, 2 were in the kitchen but 1 seemed to be standing there watching the other work. 1 was at drive thru, 1 appeared to be manager, and 1 was cashier for inside. My order was nothing extraordinary. 2 big zax snacks.

JAYLYN SMITH: Night Management is the WORST! We came at 9:30, and the employee said they didn't have any chicken sandwiches ready and they were cleaning up to go home again, at 9:30! He said it would take five mins to cook 3 chicken sandwiches since they didn't have any. We were waiting for 20 mins! We came back around to see what the hold up was, and the night manager said they were gonna bring it out to us. WHEN?! We were in the parking lot for 20 MINUTES waiting for 3 sandwiches which they said would take 5! Then she said she had the right NOT to cook for customers! You close at 10! What establishment is this where mangers are saying they don't have to do their job unless they want to!!! Then she rudely said, "BYE!" As we finaly got our food. She needs to be fired ASAP!! No customer should have to deal with this! I'm a loyal Bojangle customer, but I will be taking business to PDQ across the street. They treat their customers like family.
shaneka holder: I’m very disappointed in my experience today. I ordered a Cajun filet combo with (fresh) seasoned fries and orange juice and confirmed with the young lady in drive thru to make sure they were fresh and she said ok. I pulled to the window and the first mistake she made was roll my change up and hand it to me; secondly I checked my food to only receive warm overly seasoned fries. When I stated they were not hot she closed the door and talked amongst whoever. A few minutes went by and she brought me double dip burnt fries and had another employee at window staring at me. I will not eat this food because I don’t appreciate being look at that way. I was a big fan of bojangles but not until today.

tt: These people keep closing the dining area a 9 when they close at 10. They are back there cleaning up so they can go home, and so the food ends up being not good. My fries were more like chips because they clearly re-dropped them. Don’t go here at night! Save yourself the disappointment.

The staff was more concerned about cleaning up to leave for the night instead of providing excellent customer service. The food was loop warm and I was missing a biscuit. Brian Willis: This is more a review of the chicken sandwich. At this point a three for fast food is stellar. But I digress. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich because you know chick fil a. KFC sandwich is dry, bread dry, meat dry( except the last bite which was weird). Wasn’t that spicy. Had to add some hot sauce for a bit more of a kick. Wasn’t much sauce on there. I Love Jellyfish: I have been to KFC multiple times but this location has been outstanding. When I and my family first stepped into the building the workers all gave us a warm welcome and quickly showed us around and started us with all the popular and delicious starters. We had the creamy mashes potatoes and the fresh veggies. When I took my first spoonful of the mashed potatoes i felt a creamy and heavenly sensation. I felt like I was floating on the clouds because of how nice and smooth the texture was. The veggies were nice and crispy and fresh; we had carrots and brussel sprouts and I couldn't even tell if the veggies were from a corner shop or a farm because they tasted so fresh. Next, we had the chicken drumsticks we ordered a pretty hefty amount of chicken considering we had a party of 12 that day. (I recommend making a reservation about a day in advance just to make sure that the dining room is not packed.) The chicken was nice and hot, steamy and crunchy. All the flavors just bursted into my mouth and all the savory juices rushed down my throat. I had about 4 pieces of chicken before gulping down an apple juice. To finish this magical and enchanted experience we finished with a nice and perfectly chocolatey brownie.

Shane Armstrong: Just plain nasty. I rarely go here because I’ve had really rude interactions with the manager here in the past as have many people I’ve spoken to. I’ve even seen her tell an upset customer to leave who wasn’t even being irate. It’s been a while and I thought maybe she’s gone so it was worth trying again. Boy was I wrong. I didn’t see that manager this time, so I don’t know if she’s still there, but the food was really nasty. My wife got the correct order, but her food was stale and chewy. We primarily went because I wanted to try the new Mac and cheese bowl. Instead I received a mash potato bowl, which I didn’t know until we got home. I tried to eat it anyway, but it was completely gross. The chicken pieces were so old and chewy that I couldn’t eat them. The mash potato and corn mixture tasted like a cross between chemicals and spoiled corn. I’m still wondering if I’m going to get food poisoning before the night is over. I definitely will not return here. If I do get another craving for a KFC dish, I’ll make the drive to Apex to the one near Beaver Creek. It’s nothing stellar, but for KFC, it’s decent and the food is much fresher. Hard pass on the Harrison Ave location. Go next door to Zaxby’s instead.

stephanie lagunas: This is the go to bojangles I go to since it’s really close to my house. They are always quick and fast which is always the best. There kind and customer is great too. The only complaint I have is sometime they forget my sauces it’s happened several times now. But I always check my food bag once I receive the bag just to make sure.
