Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville: what do users think?
Cristina Venus: I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I moved here from Fayetteville a few months ago. I was a member of a hardcore 26+2 Yoga studio in Southern Pines North Carolina and upon moving to Chapel hill, I didn't think I would find anything similar. Hot yoga RTP has exceeded my expectations. Their classes are amazing and the variety of teachers with their wealth of knowledge is super helpful. Classes throughout the day and evening. If you are looking for a serious gym, this is it. This gym practices 26 and 2 and also a variety of different hot yoga including Vinyasa and yin yoga. Feeling really lucky to have found my tribe here.
Dianna Dames: Came here for a 6am class through class pass. Was very irritated to walk up to what looked like a closed studio at 5:55am (door was locked) with a note on the door saying they are no longer a class pass partner so I would have to pay for the class to attend. Woke up at 4:45 for no reason! The fact that I'm seeing reviews from months ago talking about this same issue tells me that this studio has had months to fix this issue and instead make it the customer's responsibility. The way they handle this shows me they don't know how to run a business. At least kindly offer a discounted class or something for class pass members while you all try to figure out how to get removed as a partner. Why are we the ones who have to contact class pass for you after being asked to pay full price for a class that was already paid for through class pass. Horrible customer service.
Mainiti Hood-Allen: If i could give them 0 stars just off the lack of customer service i would. I wish i looked at these reviews before booking but i don’t always have time to check every review source before going everywhere!I booked my first yoga class after moving to the state a few months ago. I show up and the lady said she didn’t have me on her list and i told her i booked through ClassPass. She tells me they don’t accept ClassPass bookings and that they have been having problems with them. No further instructions. So i ask “do i just contact ClassPass since i drove 30 minutes out my way to come here?” Just a yes. I never felt so unwanted at a yoga studio before. So much for my lovely start back towards my yoga journey!!!!
Reid Manchester: Wow. So bad that i gave up at the door. No phone numbers anywhere so I messaged via instagram, no reply. Against my intuition i showed at the door. "oh sorry you must book and pay online." So i go online, 27 steps to create an account, now it's time to pay, $30 for a single class. Wish i'd noticed that on the site. I'm new to town, it felt like they don't want new customers.
Jamie Hewett: Showed up to a class booked on ClassPass to be told that they do not accept these bookings. Even after showing my confirmation was told that this was not accepted. Due to the length of my drive to this studio which is out of the way for me by many many miles I asked if they had a drop in or anything to do to help me. I was told to check online. I do so and it says online booking closed. The lady at the front desk really could care less, did nothing to try and assist me or help me book a class, honestly she just wanted me to leave. “Deal with it with ClassPass” This is a studio that I have come to off and on for a few years but now that I know that they have zero customer service skills or any care how they treat their patrons I will not be back. This is quite possibly the rudest I have ever been treated at a fitness studio.
Juliette Von Arnim: An amazing studio that offers top notch experienceTeachers here are helpful (Nikki is great!) and the studio is peaceful, quiet, clean and well organized. Coming here is an enjoyable experience (despite that I leave here fully worked out and exhausted!)I am new to yoga and looking to get flexible and strong overtime. I plan to come here regularly. The only thing I wish they had is mat pilates. I hope they will consider it.I am grateful nevertheless to this studio, and for the service it is offering to the local community.
Liza Michelle Rivera: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Nic Bay: Beautiful studio, students, instructors, and energy. I love the ‘Yoni’ room- I never want to leave it!!
RaJade Berry: Awesome first FAMILY HOT YOGA class today!
Lina Jay: I was expecting to be uncomfortable and I wasn't. I was expecting to be told... "you're doing that pose wrong!" but I wasn't. I enjoyed the experience and everyone was super nice and helpful. And as a first time out of shape, no longer flexible, fat girl with 2 bad knees I appreciated that. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because I paid for 3 sessions and was only able to use 2. I had to cancel one of my sessions because of a family emergency and when I tried to reschedule I was prompted to pay for another session. I would love to go back but I'm afraid that if I have to cancel again I will be out of my money again. But overall experience at this location was good.
Mary Petropoulos: This studio is amazing! The owner does an incredible job of keeping a great balance of classes with well educated/experienced teachers. This studio is a peaceful space to heal your mind and body. I highly suggest trying the yin class to anyone new to yoga or experienced!
Judith Holly: Great teachers and the classes are as challenging as you want to make it. I've learned so much from them on my journey and have learned to love yoga. It's the fountain youth!
Jette Efsen: Fantastic hot yoga studio! I have only good things to say about Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville. I joined one year ago and is now addicted to hot yoga, thanks to the owner Nikki and the other wonderful instructors. The studio is kept very clean and it offers a broad variety of classes throughout the day/week - all levels welcome. I find the instructors very talented, caring, passionate and knowledgeable and they will help you grow your yoga practice.I highly recommend Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville – it’s been life changing for me.
Paul Sommerfeld: This studio was my favorite place to do yoga in the Triangle! Nikki has created such a warm and inviting yoga studio, especially for those who may be new to yoga and nervous about trying it out.Awesome room, always clean. I really appreciated the variety of classes, everything from Bikram to yin to ashtanga to more low-impact classes. I miss being able to practice there!
Victoria Taylor: I love coming to this studio. Nikki and her team of instructors are wonderfully kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is my first yoga studio which i visit regularly, and it definitely has a friendly and warm atmosphere. Nikki certainly cultivated a space which feels like a home. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the hot room is always HOT! I’ve learned so much from her, Nicole and everyone who attends. I look forward to continuing my yoga journey here.
Lily Yang: I have to give one star or even zero if there is one! The owner, Nikkis is not friendly! She has a cold face like everybody owes her something! I have been a yogi for long time and visited all the studios in this area, this studio is the worst! Normally studios open 30 minutes before the class for people to prepare, but this one opens door 10-15minutes before the class starts, people said it happens all the time! I've never used Groupon before, I made a mistake to sign the first Groupon with this studio, she said I am not qualified to use it so I paid full price. Later, I said if I could use the paid price, she said No and ask me to step back not bother other students coming in, which is VERY RUDE! She could be nice to people instead of being mean, especially she is in business teaching people yoga, that's a SHAME! I will never visit this studio again!
Fiddlin' Holley: You must visit this studio and you must visit the yin class by Niki Bayer. Both are spectacular in every way possible.
Olga Kruger: This studio is wonderful! I had my first class a year ago and am so happy I found it. I first bought a groupon for a month unlimited and felt like I finally found a place that is right for me. The studio owner, Nikki, is amazingly friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. All the teacher I have come in contact with are wonderful and take time to work with you on your level. I highly recommend!
Sherron Williams: This hot yoga studio is awesome. The owners spirit and instructors are so inviting and helpful. They make you feel comfortable where you are in your skill level.....no judgement, just encouragement. Everyone is so happy and in a great place mentally and physically before and especially after a class. They call you by your name, they know how to accommodate you if you have had knee, back and shoulder injuries that require adjusting or modifying posture/positions. This is my happy place because it’s all about me learning and improving my practice. I also love the variety of classes especially the HIIT.
Prof Arun C. Mehta: I have personally not taken classes here in Bikram's Hot Yoga which is located at RTP-Cary-Morrisville in Mossisville Square Way, but heard a lot from many. Yoga is basically originated from India and Bikram, an Indian fine tuned it as per the clients requirement. Good to see that Yoga is popular across USA. There are many Bikram Yoga Studios across USA. One can join programme and timings as per suitability. It is said that environment inside is good. Trainers train you as per your specific requirement.
Tarheel Born: Awesome place to workout. Teachers are positive and give helpful guidance when you need assistance working through injuries.

CorePower Yoga: what do users think?
Roberto Burgos: Excelente escuela que incorpora vinyasa con el calor. Recomendable !!! 🕉️
Mark Heinen: Critical:Professionalism
Amy Lin Kasper: Love this studio! Such a great work out and all the instructors are amazing! Absolutely love Wednesday AM yoga sculpt with Kathleen!
Marcy Bullock: First let me say that all of the core powers I have been to have all been fantastic except for this one. I love the one at Cameron Village and Kathleen is awesome! There is a manager at the Waverly Place location who has it out for customers who redeem coupons that are sent to them. This is an interesting business model because the marketing department for CorePower yoga sends out free weeks. Sounds like a good idea because it doesn’t cost the studio any money if someone attends. Then the customer can decide if they want to join. I have received these emails several times and redeemed them. I am always down for a free workout! I received a very condescending and passive aggressive message from the manager at Waverly place saying that I should “give attention to this matter very quickly” and never come back unless I pay. I believe she should speak with her own corporate communications department if she does not want people redeeming coupons that say “come back we miss you”. She has told me that they will put a “note on my account” that I should not be attending unless I pay. Why would you treat a customer this way? I am very connected in the group fitness community I have been to about every yoga studio in the triangle and I will only say negative things now about your mean approach. Another way you could’ve approached this was to say to me in person a “I see that you receive this coupon however our studio does not honor it I am very sorry for the misunderstanding”. There is no need to send emails copying other studio managers. This is very immature and not a way to run a business. I actually brought a lot of positive energy to a class but only had six people in it. When I go to Cameron Village they are always packed and I think that says a lot about the manager in that location.
Nestof Crows: Great instructors, welcoming place on your mat, nice new modern studio. Thankful to have CPY so close! Have learned so much this past year.
Hilary M: Great instructors, very welcoming, and clean studios!
crystal ragan: I had my 40th birthday party at Core Power and the staff was amazing! They had balloons for me when I got there and we had a private class. Christy was so great and we loved her class. I will be coming back to Core Power to workout.
Ben Como: I'm Visiting from Denver, Jackie was great, it was a welcoming environment, I will be back :)
Emily Fernandez: Knowledgable instructors and a clean studio. The hands on help, and the use of a mirror to improve postures are so helpful. Great spot to work out in the triangle. Not to mention the free week deal is unbeatable.
Patsy Clark: Wow! Such an amazing place. Each teacher is fantastic. I'm 50 and I can't imagine a better place to work out. Thanks for coming Cary CPY!⭐️
Shawna Austin: I have been practicing for years and I love this place. Everyone is really helpful and kind. Very nice studio, I would recommend core power yoga to friends or anyone who enjoys yoga. Thanks for coming to the community. I have the black tag membership which is awesome !! me and hubby travel a lot so I can go to any location nation wide love it!! I also have the app that has schedules for all locations and you can put on your calendar to remind you what time your class starts love it!!

Arrichion Hot Yoga + Circuit Training Raleigh (Brier Creek): what do users think?
Emily Fornek: Classes are 35-45 minutes, which is a little short to me. Although 45 minutes seems long during hot pilates! All yoga/pilates classes are hot, which is not particularly well-advertised in my opinion. Yes, it says hot yoga on the door, but plenty of hot studios offer non-heated classes. Oh and make sure to bring a hot towel because one will not be provided for you. Additionally, I don’t think the yoga instructors are certified. They don’t use the correct name for some moves (or are demonstrating them incorrectly if they are really trying to do triangle) and if you want to stay for savasana, you have to stay after class. And good luck meditating when everyone is packing up.My biggest issue with the yoga/pilates classes though is that the instructors don’t change the classes… they just parrot back the same memorized material for every class. Which makes the studio kind of boring. It’s boring to do the same exact moves in the same exact order every Diamond class. Though I acknowledge that one benefit to doing this is you can see yourself progressive in the moves over time. But still, I’d rather work the same muscles in different ways and keep things interesting. For the circuit classes, they do change the moves from class to class. The main issue I have with these classes is that the instructors are so busy doing their own workout, they aren’t watching you… Meaning they don’t provide you any helpful information about form to make sure you aren’t going to hurt yourself. They don’t even take a few minutes at the beginning of the class to explain how each move should look, what to be careful of form-wise, etc. There is a demonstration of the moves on the TV though which is helpful when you need a mid-session refresh on what you should be doing.
Alice Lutz: I started taking classes with some apprehension that this would be a "young persons" studio. I am over 60- in fairly good shape, hike a lot and have done SOME yoga. There are participants of all ages and stages in life. The Diamond and Topaz classes are super accessible, helpful, and really work to help keep my muscles "stretched" . The heat in the studio is something I crave AND find helpful. The instructors have all been genuinely NICE, friendly and helpful. Give it a try -
Bob Warnock: Always a positive experience with great staff and a family atmosphere that allows a "go at your own pace" style. A staple in my overall health for over 12 years!
Cory T.: Arrichion’s Brier Creek studio was the first place I’ve ever done yoga (hot or otherwise), but I’m a few weeks in and already hooked! The classes are diverse and challenging, especially for beginners, but the instructors are supportive and helpful. I am feeling much better physically after just a few sessions. The class times are spaced so well that there’s definitely at least one daily class that’ll work for everyone (6:15 AM, noon, and several post-5 PM options M-F, along with weekend times). The space is also welcoming and clean, and everyone I’ve spoken to in the studio has been kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental. I will be converting my promo membership into a full one as soon as I can!
Chad Robertson: I have been doing hot yoga at Arrichion Brier Creek for about two weeks and it has been amazing. The Topaz class is perfect for beginners. Great class selection, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend Arrichion Hot yoga.
Tina Coriale: Tried the promo pkg and enjoyed it so much that I am now a member and embracing the challenge! It is a challenge for me which I was looking for a yoga to bring me just that. It also helps with releasing tension from day to day activities, life, work etc… it is a faster pace Yoga. Love the “hot” yoga all the sweating and how good it is for the body releasing toxins. The instructors are amazing, helpful and everyone is so friendly! A very clean atmosphere and several different classes to choose from. Love this journey with Arrichion, you will too!
Ricci McKenna: Clean studio, great instructors, challenging classes. Circuit, strength training and yoga classes - all in one studio!
Suzanne Florey: I have really enjoyed trying out classes at Arrichion Brier Creek. The studio is clean and had plenty of room. I do like that there is a variety of classes to choose from, though I personally prefer “slower” yoga. So far my favorite instructors have been Titus and Emily. Both of them have a welcoming and calming presence. I would definitely recommend checking them out!
Michelle Poletti: You never know if you never try 😁You can take classes at your own pace. Great place to get fit!!
Cindy McMorris: This is my second home!Great staff!Wonderful music!Super workouts in each class!
Tonya Slagle: Positive:ProfessionalismBeing new to yoga, I was very intimidated to go in the first time. I walked out feeling a totally different way! Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. The instructors are the best! I have continued to go and learn so much never feeling like I am being left behind. Thank you Arrichion for challenging and fun workouts/yoga!
Amanda: Love love love it! Initially started with a special they were having to try out classes & I’ve been going ever since. All the instructors are great, classes are great + each class is different and unique. Sometimes going to a new gym can be intimidating but don’t feel that way about Arrichion! All different class levels so you can find one that fits your style, even if you’re a beginner!
Elisa Gomez: Honestly one of the best gyms in town! Clay, Jenna and the rest of the staff are super friendly and make you feel welcomed every single time! Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone who is just looking for a fun (yet intense!!!) workout!
Anna Witkowsky: Positive:Quality
Amy Osborne: I’ve been attending classes at Arrichion for over 4 years. All the classes have a uniqueness that you won’t find anywhere else. The yoga classes are hot 🔥 and include challenges like pushup and ab series. The circuit classes are energetic and fast paced. Clay and Jenna, as well as all the other instructors, make the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. It’s more than just a studio or gym. It’s an encouraging ‘family’ of wonderful people.
Kelly Zimmerman: Positive:Communication,QualityI’ve been attending classes at Arrichion for over 3 years and have loved every class. The teachers are great and it’s an amazing workout!
Taylor Kent: Best heat in charlotte 🔥🔥! Also it’s not just a stretch, you actually get a good workout too!!!
Amber Yandow: Positive:QualityFriendly and helpful staff. Unique and fun concept!
Alice Danzie: The new location at Gateway Plaza is beautiful. The virtual offerings are great. Overall a good value.
Amy Hill: This studio meets all of my fitness needs with a fantastic community of instructors and members that are very encouraging and fun to be with. The system they have designed offers a variety of classes from hot yoga to circuit training and Pilates, to address strength training as well as flexibility. Great for athletes as well as beginners. The instructors are professional, and know how to challenge the professional athlete as well as support the beginner. These classes, are HOT and aggressive, but accessible to all, as you build endurance, strength, and a tolerance for the heat. Understanding which classes do what can seem a bit confusing at first, but I've come to understand and see the physical benefits I get from each of the individual classes, when used as a system together.I found Arrichion through a Groupon when I moved to the Triangle, and after trying studio after studio, I was immediately hooked and never left. Their approach is so different from any other yoga experience in the area. I've been a member for over three years, and I still feel challenged every day, in every class, with every instructor. I am a certified yoga teacher with a degree in dance performance and an extensive background in running. I'm over 40 now, and can honestly say, that I'm probably in the best shape of my life as a result of training with these guys.
Lacy Williams: Arrichion is for anyone who wants to push themselves -- physically, but probably even more so, mentally. I feel like I have a personal coach every time I come to a class. I love seeing all of my co-worker-outers. This place is a second home to me.

Indigo Hot Yoga & Wellness Center: what do users think?
Tony Spencer: The instructor was very welcoming and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. I had a great first experience and will make it part of my weekly routine now. I'm very grateful to have found this place.
Stephanie Gorbounov: I’m new to hot yoga so I signed up for the beginner flow class; it was amazing! It was the perfect intensity, and a great price too! I will definitely continue coming here.
Jill Jordan: Great hot yoga studio and I love Justin Ann. She is smooth like butter and always has a fire playlist. Whatever the day hands me I leave her class melted in the best way. Seriously, good yoga teachers are rare and this place has a couple of sparkly gems. Big shout out to Jen Parks, her classes are money as well for those interesting in taking it to the next level ;)
Emily Alvarez: This is an amazing studio! I'm new to Raleigh and hot yoga and everyone there has been so welcoming and uplifting. I have been intimidated to try hot yoga but I told them that the first time I went and they immediately made me feel at ease and gave great advice. I especially love Justin Anne's express classes! Highly recommend checking this place out whether you're new to yoga or not.
Alexandra: I love this place. There are a wide variety of classes and everyone is very nice. The hot yoga room and lockers are always clean and well maintained.
Kelly Greenlee: Best Best Best!!! The team at Indigo is incredible and the work in is a positive transformative experience that we cannot recommend high enough. Always a good decision to go to Indigo!
James Qadery: The older dude with the tattoos is by far the worst yoga instructor I’ve ever met. I’m baffled! He tried to be an army drill instructor during what’s supposed to be a calming and self centering practice.
Katie Roberts: Had the best class yesterday with Ali . Hip hop yoga was challenging while relaxing .
Jackie Mosi: Apart from going to church this place is my second serenity!!Claudine and everyone there are very kind, inspiring. If I had time I will go to this yoga place every single day. After each class I feel like am ready to face my day, busy, stress, good or bad. Am glad I tried hot yoga!!!!❤️
Stephanie Fogarty: Claudine and her team are amazing people and instructors. Challenging, inspiring, and supportive. Always have clean towels, mats and mat covers, taking all of the effort out of going to yoga. Just show up and they take care of you. Been going for 3 years now, and won’t ever stop!
Amanda Garner: Seriously, don't bother. The studio itself is fine, if a little basic. It's one room and not very big but they do make it very hot and humid, which is nice. The classes are fine, also pretty basic. So far, none of the instructors have been very creative with their flows. What I can't get over is how inexcusably rude the people who work here have been. The first time I went, the girl at the front desk made a weird face at me and gave a big sigh when I came in, like she was really annoyed that I was there. The second time I went, I got there with 2 minutes to spare and one of the women made some snide remark about me being the last person they were waiting for. The third time I went, I rushed as fast as I could to get there after work and arrived at 7:01. They literally locked me out of the studio!I'm honestly baffled! Why do all these women teach yoga when they seem to hate it so much? You would think that with so many fitness studios closing due to covid, they would at least make an effort to not make their customers feel like an inconvenience, at best.
Cherri Bailey: Love Alli’s Gentle Hot Class - I’ve attended with a few subs but REALLY prefer Alli… I love her intent with the movements being slow, low, and deep stretches.
Nikki S: I’ve taken many classes at this studio. I’ve always enjoyed them and found the teachers to be very down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Sunday night Gentle Yoga with Allie. She is awesome and so is the class. It’s my favorite. It’s perfect for everyone and the best way to end the week. I feel like the class is very laid back as opposed to other classes where you have a fast pace and people who clearly do yoga often and bend in ways I couldn’t imagine. I recommend giving them a try!
Maureen Higgins: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualitySuch an amazing studio - the best in Raleigh!!
Jeannemarie Norton: Indigo has become my home away from home. I have been practicing here for nearly 4 years and it has changed me from the inside out. All the teachers are fantastic and bring something unique to your practice. Claudine (the owner) runs the studio seamlessly and always makes me feel welcome. The studio is always clean and a safe place to practice. I would give Indigo 10 stars if I could!
Abby Costin: I've been going here for over 5 years and have had only great things to say about the studio — it is my favorite in Raleigh by far!! For anyone looking to come here the first time, my favorite things are:1. The workout is amazing. No matter what has been going on in my week, I always leave feeling both physically AND mentally stronger.2. The staff is outstanding, professional, and kind. They are well-trained and take the time to help you improve your practice. Every teacher I've had has been next-level.3. This is by far the cleanest studio that I personally have ever seen. You can tell they take the highest precautions and pay attention to the small details.Just an amazing place all around! Absolutely love going here!
Mark Costin: Positive:ProfessionalismWonderful hot yoga studio owned and operated by wonderful people. Additionally, Indigo has taken all of the required and proper precautions during COVID. I've felt more safe and comfortable here during COVID than any other small locally owned business in the area. Truly, a cut above the rest.
Lindsey Weaver: All the teachers are friendly and helpful, very clean studio and the classes never disappoint. I would highly recommend.
Jesus Casiano: The last 8 yrs ive been going on &off to indigo hot yoga deck &claudine. Are so knowledgeable they have care for me been. A former elite athlete ive hurt myself there staff are phenomenal very caring something we need in a time of crisis thank you guys
Brett Ridenour: This place is perfect for beginners. If you are thinking about trying hot yoga, definitely come here!!
Michael Tarnovetchi: Great studio. Impressed by the cleanliness, instruction (Amy was great!), and overall atmosphere. Definitely an excellent supplement for a busy life to cleanse the body and reset the mind. Highly recommend

Yoga-Mojo | Cary Yoga Collective: what do users think?
Margaruite Allen: Excellent instructor. Studio large enough to not feel too close to others. Definitely will repeat the Monday 12:30 class. No fears guys. Jump in!!
Aylin Regulski: I tried several studios before finding this gem. Such a wonderful space with instructors that help you both strengthen and find calm to bring peace to body and mind. The classes allow one to challenge yourself wherever you are. I have built so much strength and balance that I had lost. Highly recommend. They have classes at different times during the day and evenings which is appreciated...including some 7:00 a.m. classes during the week days.
Jennifer Boleyn: Just started with the studio and I’m really enjoying the classes. The instructors are lovely and knowledgeable. They truly guide you through your practice. It feels individualized even when you’re in a class with others. Looking forward to becoming a regular yogi.
Beverly Gelety: Phyllis is a wonderful instructor!
laura mishra: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Susan Donnelly: Good class!
Diane Jensen: Having practiced yoga in the Triangle area for over 15 years, I can purposely say that the Yoga Mojo studio in Cary is about as good as it gets. While there are many classes available for various levels of practice, classes taught by owner/operator Loretta Jo are awesome! Designed to mentally and physically challenge, they ignite passion for the ancient practice of yoga. Asanas and cleverly built yoga sequences are interspersed with the instructor's knowledgeable story-telling of Hindu mythology which proves both educational as well as entertaining. You leave class peaceful, serene, and physically spent and just HAPPY that you came to class after all!
M Lucking: I wish I could write something discouraging as to not pop the bubble of this small oasis yoga studio. Truthfully, there is absolutely nothing bad to say. This studio is not about being “hip” or “cool” in yoga practice. There’s no muscular 21 year old instructor shouting at you to be better and push yourself. The classes are small (about 5 or 6 people), the music is calming, and you are encouraged to practice in your own way. Michaele is a wonderful instructor, she gets you working up a sweat without really knowing it. She comes around during class to rub your back, press on your feet, and massage your face with essential oils (only if you want her to). I’m in a very high stress period of my life so I decided to attend classes at this studio to help ease some of that. I come out of each class feeling lighter and more focused. If you’re looking for a healing and calming space—this is it!!
Rachael Lord: This studio is one of my favorite places to be. The founder Loretta Jo is truly an artist in her flows and teaching method. When someone is truly passionate about what they do it shows in how they do it, and this studio embodies that spirit. From day one I felt comfortable, event though I was fairly new to yoga, and two years later I still love it here. Many new teachers and classes have been added and there is something for everyone.
Melody Zanation: Loretta is an amazing yogi and instructor, who makes you feel welcomed and accomplished. Each practice leaves you with a sense of serenity.
Lisa Woodring: Great yoga studio. Have only taken classes with Loretta Jo, but she is amazing. She gives off such a wonderfully calm, happy, and welcoming vibe -- just her presence gives me calm (something I need!). Have been taking a weekly class with her (occasionally extras) since last fall and have quite enjoyed it. The Vinyasa style class is great -- enough balance & strength challenge to make you concentrate -- so you can fully enjoy the relaxing moments at the end. As she says, a balance between effort and ease. And, of course, she makes everything look so easy. Highly recommend! Would be there every day if I could.
Shawna Keefe: Through my years of taking various yoga classes in different areas; Yoga-Mojo stands out as my favorite and highly recommended. There is something different about this place and when you walk in, you know you are welcome, at ease, and in a good place. It is a smaller studio which allows for individual attention. The instructors are friendly, kind, highly knowledgeable, warm, and caring. This studio embodies all that a yoga practice should be. After your practice, you will leave with a sense of peace, glad you came, and certainly will want to come back! An added benefit, Yoga-Mojo offers workshops and shares space with other holistic / wellness practitioners.
Katie Markelz: I took a free class (strength and stretch) with Loretta Jo this week. The small studio was intimate and lovely and just being in the presence of Loretta Jo's warmth was a peaceful experience. I look forward to strengthening my yoga practice at Yoga Mojo!
Woody Woodring: I do a corporate class every Thursday and enjoy every minute.
Natalie Miller: Love my mommy and me class with Alisha! It's a great way to get out and Alisha is amazing!
Mary Blanks: I've been practicing Yoga for a year now and it's not everyday that I come across a teacher or studio that has a way of making me feel incredibly welcome and challenged at the same time. Loretta Jo has carved out a beautiful studio space and puts loads of energy and passion into her classes. If you're looking for something unique and different, give the Mojo Studio a try.

110 Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Jacob Smith: Jake is a phenomenal yoga teacher and really funny. Worth a ten star review but Google doesn't go that high! Not to mention he is very attractive
Shelby Heilig: You can borrow a mat for free which is so helpful when you’re from out of town. They also have a great 5 class deal for new members!
Tanja Repo: Lovely and 'sweaty' hot yoga studio 😅 I was visiting Raleigh and was warmly welcomed to practice at 110 yoga. Thank you! 🙏I got a mat and a towel as well and facilities are super clean. Quality teaching and teachers.
Lindsay Allen: I really enjoy the ambiance of this studio and the music selected by the instructors. The flows are great too. I will definitely be back!
Sidney Overby: I always enjoy going to classes at 110!
Chris Beck: What an amazing experience! This was my first time attending a yoga class and It couldn’t have gone better. The instructor was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The ambiance of the studio was incredible and the cold towel after the class was perfect! I would highly recommend 110 Yoga for any level of student. Can’t wait to go back!
Kela Lopez: This is a review for the Yoga Teacher Training program at 110. I completed the YTT at 110 a few months ago and I cannot say enough great things about my experience - It’s been life changing! For starters, I’m not big on public speaking, and you have to teach a community class to graduate. But after going through the program, I had all the tools I needed to teach a class so it went better than I thought it would! What’s been most helpful is the support (from Cristina and all the awesome instructors at 110) along the way with providing me those opportunities to keep teaching and building up my confidence and finding my voice in the room to guide students through flows.I definitely recommend this YTT program if you’re looking to deepen your practice of yoga and/ or interested in becoming a yoga teacher. From the mindfulness sessions to learning about anatomy, alignment, functional movement, asanas, inversion clinics, creative sequencing, what cues to use and when, and even creating playlists to make music part of the class experience, everything comes together by the end of the program. A major plus is the people at 110, I’m so glad I found this studio!
Anna Huang: This is a review for their teacher training:I looked into all the teacher trainings and picked 110 for a couple of reasons - they’re serious about moving correctly and sustainably, and they actually teach you how to teach. It’s an experience you can carry with you the rest of your life, even outside of yoga - how to communicate, how to serve, how to be mindful and present, how to grow confidence and trust…You’ll get to know the best teachers at 110 who will be your mentor for your journey during and beyond your training. You’ll make new friends who will grow with you and support you. Mostly, you’ll learn so much about yourself.Highly recommended to anyone whether you want to be a teacher or not.
Alex Tanskey: Great place and great community!
George Callahan: Best dang yoga studio in Raleigh. Everyone is very friendly and they really emphasize the value of moving well. I've learned so much about strength and muscle engagement, benefits I didn't really expect. Plus my knee pain is gone! Every teacher/instructor has given a positive & unique experience, but my favorite classes so far have been with Daniela, Brittani, Lucille, Cristina, and Matt. It's great having such variety of quality instruction.
Paige Hoffman: I just started my yoga journey 3 weeks ago at 110. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place and the instructors. 110 has truly become my safe place. Not only have I found soemthing I thoroughly enjoy, I have seen myself come so far mentally and physically in such a short time. I’ve never once enjoyed work out classes or gyms and such and I can honestly say I look forward to booking my next class after each visit. The atmosphere is so welcoming & judgment free. Thank you so much to everyone at 110 for making each experience better than the last every time.
Lyndsey Campbell: Great hot yoga studio with friendly instructors
Carissa Lynn Anderson: I heart this place. Thank you 110 Hot Yoga and instructors for welcoming me to your studio. Great space, organized studio, knowledgeable instructors, and peaceful vibe. I like going here because I am welcomed and feel safe practicing Yoga.
Addison Gurganious: If you are a mover you must try a class at 110!! The instructors find a unique way to use concise ques over inspiring music to guide students through dynamic and challenging sequences. 110 provides the space to get lost in the flow and connect the breath, mind, and body.Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. The studio is always spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities.
Emma Rizo: I hate to give this studio a bad review, but given their lack of ANY COVID-19 procedures, there's no way I can go without sharing my experience. When I first started at the studio, they had tape on the floor to indicate where to put your mat down. Instructors wore their masks downstairs in the lobby, but not properly (often not covering their nose, etc). In class, people weren't required to wear masks at all and oftentimes masks weren't worn in the locker room. Fine, I kept going because I paid for the month. Then there were two incidents that really disappointed me.On the MindBody app, they claimed to cap classes at 12. That's simply not true. I showed up to class once and every single spot was full. The owner Christina was taking the class, along with a couple of other instructors. She told me to just put my mat down wherever and I was appalled. I told her I was uncomfortable doing so and left. There were probably about 14 people there, even after I left. I drove to class, expected to do yoga, and was totally let down! Additionally, as the owner of the studio or as instructors, I was really shocked that they would just let a paying customer leave rather than say "Hey, I work here and can come to class whenever I want, I'll leave and you can take my spot." Not that it would've mattered if one person left given the fact that the class STILL would've been too full.A few classes later, I showed up and there was no tape on the floor at all. People could just put their mats down wherever. Since there were only a couple other people there at the time, I stayed. I hoped that it was a one time thing and they were simply replacing the tape and hadn't gotten around to it by that class. Not the case! I popped in with my boyfriend (bring a friend for free) for class a few days later and there were still no markers on the floor whatsoever. I never went back again. It's totally disappointing to see, because the instructors there are pretty good! Overall it's more of a gym vibe than a true yoga vibe, if that's your thing. Rachael Roykovich is AMAZING, by far my favorite instructor there!Particularly disappointed that I had to stop going over a week before my month long membership expired. As a student, I don't have a lot of money to be throwing around and it sucked to basically throw out a fourth of what I paid because the studio was being so careless. How they have so few negative reviews is beyond me.In summary: Would not recommend. Decent instructors, really just options for "workout" yoga, and no precautions taken during a pandemic. How they're allowed to be open is beyond me.
Barbara Mooty Vinson: Beautiful, hip, urban hot yoga studio located in downtown Raleigh, just blocks off Fayetteville Street. 110 offers varying levels of hot vinyasa classes taught by knowledgeable, passionate and skilled yogi instructors--with a special focus on proper alignment and form.Classes that are taught during the popular "after work M-F" are oftentimes full--so again arrive 15 minutes before class starts.I have taken classes and workshops there--great experience! In particular their foam rolling workshop is so helpful and informative for runners, cyclists and peeps who love other sports.Creatively designed classes indoors and outdoors that were mindfully aligned with the restrictions the COVID pandemic caused. Heads off to this the 110 Yoga team!
Justin Worlock: This was my first class with them and it was super smooth. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Thank you!
cole gillespie: I have been going to 110 on and off for years and every time I’ve visited this spot I’ve been treated with kindness and respect. The owner is so one of the strongest teachers I’ve ever met. Many of the teachers from all around Raleigh have taught here at one point or another because the owner has been at the heart of the Raleigh yoga scene for as long as I can remember. I recommend this place anyone new to yoga or new in the area. Go see it for yourself and take Christina’s or Rachel’s class. You won’t be disappointed.
Kat Baker: The best studio in Raleigh! Focused on strength and alignment - great classes!
Edmund Parowski: Great studio right in the heart of downtown, excellent instructors, clean studio, and great classes!
Ron Rogers: Exceptional experience. I have been fortunate to attend classes with Cristina and Rachel and they are both tremendous. Sincere, helpful and amazing. As an outsider I felt comfortable, as a novice I felt I was in good hands. LOVE THIS PLACE! Exceptional experience. I have been fortunate to attend classes with Cristina and Rachel and they are both tremendous. Sincere, helpful and amazing. As an outsider I felt comfortable, as a novice I felt I was in good hands. LOVE THIS PLACE!
