Yoga-Mojo | Cary Yoga Collective: what do users think?
Aylin Regulski: I tried several studios before finding this gem. Such a wonderful space with instructors that help you both strengthen and find calm to bring peace to body and mind. The classes allow one to challenge yourself wherever you are. I have built so much strength and balance that I had lost. Highly recommend. They have classes at different times during the day and evenings which is appreciated...including some 7:00 a.m. classes during the week days.
Jennifer Boleyn: Just started with the studio and I’m really enjoying the classes. The instructors are lovely and knowledgeable. They truly guide you through your practice. It feels individualized even when you’re in a class with others. Looking forward to becoming a regular yogi.
Beverly Gelety: Phyllis is a wonderful instructor!
laura mishra: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Margaruite Allen: Excellent instructor. Studio large enough to not feel too close to others. Definitely will repeat the Monday 12:30 class. No fears guys. Jump in!!
Susan Donnelly: Good class!
Diane Jensen: Having practiced yoga in the Triangle area for over 15 years, I can purposely say that the Yoga Mojo studio in Cary is about as good as it gets. While there are many classes available for various levels of practice, classes taught by owner/operator Loretta Jo are awesome! Designed to mentally and physically challenge, they ignite passion for the ancient practice of yoga. Asanas and cleverly built yoga sequences are interspersed with the instructor's knowledgeable story-telling of Hindu mythology which proves both educational as well as entertaining. You leave class peaceful, serene, and physically spent and just HAPPY that you came to class after all!
M Lucking: I wish I could write something discouraging as to not pop the bubble of this small oasis yoga studio. Truthfully, there is absolutely nothing bad to say. This studio is not about being “hip” or “cool” in yoga practice. There’s no muscular 21 year old instructor shouting at you to be better and push yourself. The classes are small (about 5 or 6 people), the music is calming, and you are encouraged to practice in your own way. Michaele is a wonderful instructor, she gets you working up a sweat without really knowing it. She comes around during class to rub your back, press on your feet, and massage your face with essential oils (only if you want her to). I’m in a very high stress period of my life so I decided to attend classes at this studio to help ease some of that. I come out of each class feeling lighter and more focused. If you’re looking for a healing and calming space—this is it!!
Rachael Lord: This studio is one of my favorite places to be. The founder Loretta Jo is truly an artist in her flows and teaching method. When someone is truly passionate about what they do it shows in how they do it, and this studio embodies that spirit. From day one I felt comfortable, event though I was fairly new to yoga, and two years later I still love it here. Many new teachers and classes have been added and there is something for everyone.
Melody Zanation: Loretta is an amazing yogi and instructor, who makes you feel welcomed and accomplished. Each practice leaves you with a sense of serenity.
Lisa Woodring: Great yoga studio. Have only taken classes with Loretta Jo, but she is amazing. She gives off such a wonderfully calm, happy, and welcoming vibe -- just her presence gives me calm (something I need!). Have been taking a weekly class with her (occasionally extras) since last fall and have quite enjoyed it. The Vinyasa style class is great -- enough balance & strength challenge to make you concentrate -- so you can fully enjoy the relaxing moments at the end. As she says, a balance between effort and ease. And, of course, she makes everything look so easy. Highly recommend! Would be there every day if I could.
Shawna Keefe: Through my years of taking various yoga classes in different areas; Yoga-Mojo stands out as my favorite and highly recommended. There is something different about this place and when you walk in, you know you are welcome, at ease, and in a good place. It is a smaller studio which allows for individual attention. The instructors are friendly, kind, highly knowledgeable, warm, and caring. This studio embodies all that a yoga practice should be. After your practice, you will leave with a sense of peace, glad you came, and certainly will want to come back! An added benefit, Yoga-Mojo offers workshops and shares space with other holistic / wellness practitioners.
Katie Markelz: I took a free class (strength and stretch) with Loretta Jo this week. The small studio was intimate and lovely and just being in the presence of Loretta Jo's warmth was a peaceful experience. I look forward to strengthening my yoga practice at Yoga Mojo!
Woody Woodring: I do a corporate class every Thursday and enjoy every minute.
Natalie Miller: Love my mommy and me class with Alisha! It's a great way to get out and Alisha is amazing!
Mary Blanks: I've been practicing Yoga for a year now and it's not everyday that I come across a teacher or studio that has a way of making me feel incredibly welcome and challenged at the same time. Loretta Jo has carved out a beautiful studio space and puts loads of energy and passion into her classes. If you're looking for something unique and different, give the Mojo Studio a try.

They also offer a wide range of classes for more experienced practitioners. The class props are top quality and the custom storage system is very well thought out and gives the space a great put-together feel. Overall it is a wonderful studio experience.

CorePower Yoga: what do users think?
Roberto Burgos: Excelente escuela que incorpora vinyasa con el calor. Recomendable !!! 🕉️
Mark Heinen: Critical:Professionalism
Amy Lin Kasper: Love this studio! Such a great work out and all the instructors are amazing! Absolutely love Wednesday AM yoga sculpt with Kathleen!
Marcy Bullock: First let me say that all of the core powers I have been to have all been fantastic except for this one. I love the one at Cameron Village and Kathleen is awesome! There is a manager at the Waverly Place location who has it out for customers who redeem coupons that are sent to them. This is an interesting business model because the marketing department for CorePower yoga sends out free weeks. Sounds like a good idea because it doesn’t cost the studio any money if someone attends. Then the customer can decide if they want to join. I have received these emails several times and redeemed them. I am always down for a free workout! I received a very condescending and passive aggressive message from the manager at Waverly place saying that I should “give attention to this matter very quickly” and never come back unless I pay. I believe she should speak with her own corporate communications department if she does not want people redeeming coupons that say “come back we miss you”. She has told me that they will put a “note on my account” that I should not be attending unless I pay. Why would you treat a customer this way? I am very connected in the group fitness community I have been to about every yoga studio in the triangle and I will only say negative things now about your mean approach. Another way you could’ve approached this was to say to me in person a “I see that you receive this coupon however our studio does not honor it I am very sorry for the misunderstanding”. There is no need to send emails copying other studio managers. This is very immature and not a way to run a business. I actually brought a lot of positive energy to a class but only had six people in it. When I go to Cameron Village they are always packed and I think that says a lot about the manager in that location.
Nestof Crows: Great instructors, welcoming place on your mat, nice new modern studio. Thankful to have CPY so close! Have learned so much this past year.
Hilary M: Great instructors, very welcoming, and clean studios!
crystal ragan: I had my 40th birthday party at Core Power and the staff was amazing! They had balloons for me when I got there and we had a private class. Christy was so great and we loved her class. I will be coming back to Core Power to workout.
Ben Como: I'm Visiting from Denver, Jackie was great, it was a welcoming environment, I will be back :)
Emily Fernandez: Knowledgable instructors and a clean studio. The hands on help, and the use of a mirror to improve postures are so helpful. Great spot to work out in the triangle. Not to mention the free week deal is unbeatable.
Patsy Clark: Wow! Such an amazing place. Each teacher is fantastic. I'm 50 and I can't imagine a better place to work out. Thanks for coming Cary CPY!⭐️
Shawna Austin: I have been practicing for years and I love this place. Everyone is really helpful and kind. Very nice studio, I would recommend core power yoga to friends or anyone who enjoys yoga. Thanks for coming to the community. I have the black tag membership which is awesome !! me and hubby travel a lot so I can go to any location nation wide love it!! I also have the app that has schedules for all locations and you can put on your calendar to remind you what time your class starts love it!!

Discover Yoga & Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Teresa Gipson: She is very knowledgable. You cant get this level of personal treatment in any other studio. This yoga class helped me more with my painful sciatica in 6 months than 2 years other PT, at a fraction of the cost.
Ram Nimmala: Melissa is a wonderful yoga instructor. She blends her scientific therapy experience with the nuances of yoga very well. Her way of teaching /explaining is simple and unique. Melissa's studio has great ambiance too.
Michele Williams: Melissa is amazing! She has a remarkable depth of knowledge. She has helped me gain a better insight into the root causes of my pain, and helped develope an exercise plan that I have been using almost daily for a year.Melissa has also assessed and treated my daughter who has been going to physical therapy on and off for most of her life. She is a great motivator and good listener. My daughter regularly does her exercises without my need to intervene. My eldest daughter has enjoyed the teen yoga classes.Time is well spent at this studio.
Angelica Swiersz: Melissa is an incredibly knowledgable, experienced instructor who puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. No gym or big yoga studio pretense or competitive atmosphere, just a nice, comfortable setting to practice yoga- perfect!

Pura Vida Studio: what do users think?
MJ Worldwide: Absolutely amazing intro experience! Our instructors were helpful, informative, and hands on. We had a thorough warm up. We hard plenty of time and space with each apparatus. We stretched out in the end and cleaned up. We all left exhausted. Lastly, we learned about more opportunities and how the studio schedule works. I look forward to visiting this studio again it was an excellent workout and I’m sure with time and their guidance I can get better.
Ashley Gottlieb: I cannot say enough good things about Pura Vida, the instructors, and the owner, Alicia. I started my aerial journey in October of 2022 and it has been life changing. I hadn't exercised in an embarrassingly long time because I hated every kind of exercise that I'd tried. I reached out to Alicia after taking a random aerial yoga class when I was away in the Berkshires and she was so informative about all the options Pura Vida offers. I ended up starting with private lessons with her on aerial sling and since then, I've continued privates, added on group sling classes, and mat yoga classes. I'm not young so this was a scary endeavor for me but Alicia has created the most amazing and inclusive community, allowing all people to be comfortable and feel safe. Since finding this studio, I have become stronger both physically, mentally, and creatively. I'd give 10 stars to Pura Vida if I could!
Barbara Brutt: On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Pura Vida Studio is asparagus. Fresh, strong, bright.I scheduled a private for Saturday morning with instructor Abby, and I couldn't have been happier. Upon my arrival, we discussed my experience and she asked what I was wanting for our time together. I essentially said, "please hand me my butt." And she did.I felt safe, and I appreciated her insights into strength and conditioning as well as a new-to-me sequence.I've never done aerial so early in the morning, but I loved it.
Kelly Kennerly: Love Pura Vida. My 16-year-old daughter has taken multiple 3 week long class stretches and is hooked. Alicia and all of her instructors are wonderful. Highly recommend!! Not only for teens but also for teens but younger or older, there are classes for almost all age ranges, and she offers multiple different class options too.
Lisa Moore: Pura Vida Studio is the best aerial studio I have ever attended. All of the instructors are so supportive and encouraging. The owner Alicia has built a special community at Pura Vida. I look forward to classes each week and love that the studio continues to offer new types of classes and workshops - so many opportunities to try something new and progress in your training at the pace that you prefer. Intro classes are very accessible - go try one out!
Maryn Faski: Pura Vida Studio is a wonderful, safe place to learn and develop your aerial practice. All the instructors are awesome and the community that Pura Vida has been able to foster is so supportive. It is truly my happy place.
Amber Bailey: My daughter held her 12th birthday party here in early October. The instructor was excellent. She did a great job making girls of varying degrees of abilities feel comfortable, be successful, and have fun!
Anam S: I cannot praise this studio and its owner enough! I have always felt comfortable with all of the instructors and love how they pay close attention to your safety and comfort. The owner is so kind and professional, and has always helped with all of my questions! I am eternally grateful to do aerial here and encourage you to sign up for any of the classes offered at Pura Vida!
Bella O: The owner is so kind and she is super safe
Emily Kaylor: Pura Vida and Mrs. Alicia have been a wonderful find for our family. Our daughter has fallen in love with aerial training and it is a place I feel safe having my child hanging from the ceiling all topsy turvy and smiling. Great to work with behind the scenes and a clean organized studio to top it all off! We hope to have out daughter involved for as long as we live in the area!
Casidy: Pura vida is my home away from home. The amount of love and support cannot be put into words, it’s a place where I feel like I am listened to physically and mentally. I always walk out in a better mood than I came in and that’s all because of the amazing teachers and friends I have made along the way. Pura Vida will always be a special place in my heart, now and forever. There is something for anyone and everyone here so definantly give it a try! 100000/10 always recommend!!
gemma weinberger: Pura Vida is definatly the most accepting and empowering studios that I have trained aerials at.The owner, Alicia, is an amazing instructor and she is great at finding skills and poses that you feel comfortable with and still challenging you.Lea is also a great dance instructor and I would torally recommend doing class with her because she is easy going and supeer friendly. One of the other instructors, Carlie, is a great trapeze and flexibility teacher, so if your looking to get more flexible, I would reccomend doing a private with her.All in all, Pura Vida is a really great place to get started on your aerial journey!
Erin Lavin: I can't say enough wonderful things about this studio - my daughter has taken aerial silks and sling lessons here and has also just completed a week of their summer camp, and it has all been an amazing experience for her. On the last day of camp, she told me it was the best camp she'd ever been to and that she was so sad it was over. The owner, Alicia, is a rare gem - she's a true expert in aerial performance AND is great with kids. We are excited to spend more time here at camps and classes in the future.
Adi Gilor: Looooove this studio!I planed on going there only once a week for yoga, but ended up going 3-4 times a week since I loved the teachers, atmosphere and the variety of classes. All the teachers I've met are very professional, give attention to all the students and makes you feel proud of yourself even when you don't feel like you shoul be.Even now when I live in Israel I'm still taking online session every week at this studio with Alicia because I love her way of teaching so very much (:I sincerely recommend to all to go there. You will probably fall in love with this place.
Jennifer Thompson: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityPura Vida Studio is my happy place! Alicia is a wonderful instructor and runs her studio in a way that welcomes both experienced and beginner students alike. All of the instructors are fantastic!
Jamie Olarte: We adore this studio. Alicia's programs are so much fun, especially for the kids. And with all of the very careful guidelines in place, it is one of the only camps we've felt comfortable allowing our kids to attend.
Susan Kroll: My tween daughter absolutely loved this camp. Alicia Jurado, the owner and instructor is kind, knowledgeable and fun. And she has years of experience teaching and practicing, so is incredibly competent. And as a mom, I really appreciated Pura Vida’s commitment to safety and cleanliness. Truly outstanding during this scary time. So wonderful to be able to send her to get some fun activity that makes her feel strong and confident and feel safe doing so. She is coming back for another week and she can’t wait. Highly recommend.
Wanda Lakey: My daughter has participated in aerial dance lessons and summer camp at Pura Vida Studio for the last year. She absolutely loves it! She mainly works with the owner, although all of the instructors there are wonderful. We have found the owner to be an amazing teacher who is extremely nurturing and patient with the students. The camp experience incorporates more than just aerial dance. The kids also learn about healthy habits for their bodies and minds, such as breathing exercises and mindfulness. Camp has truly been a positive and uplifting experience for my daughter. She would go every week if she could!
Neil Horman: Our daughter Emily has been going to Pura Vida studio for some time for individual and group classes and has always enjoyed them. When all the lockdowns hit, Emily was devastated since all of her various summer programs were cancelled. But not Pura Vida. Alicia took the time to figure out how to still organize a summer camp that maintained proper social distancing, and ensured the safety of the campers while still being a blast, Emily came away with a fantastic experience, several new skills on various apparatuses, and a smile that she otherwise would never have had this summer
Brooke Murgitroyd: Thank you so much to Alicia at Pura Vida for leading a great week. We have come to trust Alicia very much in aerials work over the last year as she is consistently safety-conscious while kids are in the air, and she keeps the studio immaculately clean. It was especially nice that she was able to lead outdoor yoga classes and allow extra outdoors time this year to minimize risk. Brooke had a wonderful week and appreciated the opportunity to work intensively for a week at Pura Vida!
Meredith Gruber: Pura Vida Studio is one of my 14-year old daughter's favorite places! She just completed a week of summer camp and described it as life-changing. The owner, staff, and other students at Pura Vida are a talented, kind, and supportive community. I recommend camp or classes for anyone interested in yoga or aerial.
