Mason Brewer: A gorgeous short hiking experience in an unexpected area. I frequent this place and very rarely run into other visitors. It's a nice experience, but could use some TLC as currently a portion of the trail has collapsed and been blocked off and some of the man made items are delapadated don't let that discourage you though still a 5 star experience and if enough people talk about it maybe the location will get the TLC it deserves
Clara: Pretty natural preserve, when working in it, you can smell the forest, didn’t discover more of it

Алина Бреднева: Отличная прогулка с собакой по этой тропинке.нет людей и можно собаку отпустить без поводка и хорошая нагрузка на мышци во время прогулки.
Michelle Mohr: Thought it would be a cool place to go because of the snow in the picture but it’s was august so it was actually really hot and there was no snow as advertised.Lived here for 10 years and had no idea this place existed. It’s a really pretty trail that works it’s way along the creek. Bring a spider web clearing stick if you go in summer.

Cary Tree Archive: what do users think?
KAT OLONE: This is a very special volunteer community project started by one of Cary residents George McDowell. Cary Tree Archive is on HOA land with White Oak Creek Greenway running through it so visitor parking can be little tricky if it is your first time visiting. Read directions on their website before you go. There's a children play area, lots of beautiful native trees with unique stories of origin and a big pollinator garden. We saw a few monarchs and lots of other wildlife during our visit. I encourage visitors to read more about Cary Tree Archive story on their website. It's an amazing undertaking and I hope it inspires more similar projects.Parking: There is no parking lot adjacent to the Cary Tree Archive because this is not a typical city park. The best place to park is in the YMCA parking lot across Cary Parkway. It's also a trailhead for White Oak Creek Greenway which goes right through Cary Tree Archive (CTA). For more info there are detailed directions on the CTA website
kaila: They recently planted in this area, trees, flowers, etc. Very pretty to look at. I've seen people playing with their dogs in the field and children on the playground. There's a tree here that was planted around the time COVID-19 started as well.
Jorjor “FreddyBoy” Well: Nice place to strollVisited on Weekend …More
Anastasia Makarova: It's always a pleasure to walk here and watch trees growing, flowers blooming, people walking their dogs and biking and running.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No Price for adult entry Free …More
Panowork.com魔鬼哥哥: 对于住在最近的居民提供了便利和优良的环境供于闲暇,但是没有停车场,对于较远的居民不是很方便除非散步者路过而已,我不建议此地。
Mike Stellpflug: Great project, thanks for taking the initiative to improve the habitat for native species (including humans). Hopefully the biodiversity will serve as a model for local yard/commercial landscaping and displace the poisoned straight-line standard of beauty.

Harold D. Ritter Park: what do users think?
Michelle Wendell: This is a great park because it is small enough to let your kids wander while still being able to see them easily. There is a small sand pit which is always a hit with the kids. A Greenway is behind the park which is nice to walk. There are baseball fields at this park as well. The restrooms are nice and clean. This is a favorite park for me and my kids.
Miyoshi Edmonds: Playground: Great area for kids to play and hangoutRestrooms: Top shape - clean, smelled great and well stockedPicnic area: AWESOME a lot of garbage cans and outlets. Loved we could turn lights on as it got darker. Everything was great.

Lake Crabtree County Park: what do users think?
Cynthia Lammertsma: Rather nice to walk all the way around the lake. Some wildlife can be spotted. Heron, geese, a turtle this time. There's a section along the road that's not nice and a lot of paved paths as well and a section leads across a parking lot. Over all it's alright.
Jamysia12 unique Andrew 360 xbox harris unique 360: My family enjoyed kayaking and the picnic area was nice and clean. The walking trails were great because of the trees so you didn't have to worry about the sun.
Berry Williams: Great singletrack, mediocre signage. Nothing too challenging, some of the roots which come with established trails, but overall good maintenance. Non-directional, so be aware of other riders. Multiple loops with odd occasional connectors can leave you guessing where you are until you learn the system. Pump track is ridable, but fairly far removed from parking, I was not interested in riding the dj up to it. Jump line appeared to be closed (30JUN23). Overall, a great park, beautiful views of the lake, and a fun ride.
Stephanie Bowman: This park was really beautiful & well maintained! I was honestly really surprised when arriving here and there not being a fee for getting in like most State Parks have. They have free kayak's, canoe's, stand up paddle boards & peddle boats available to use on a first come first served basis and you just have to check in and show your ID. There are hiking trails, volley ball, park for kids, covered pavilions/shelters with grills (bring charcoal) and they are equipped with lights and plenty of outlets to plug things into, they have horse shoes, fishing piers though it is catch & release ONLY, there are bathrooms as well. You are not allowed to smoke (anything) cigs, vaping etc, no fires, no camping & the lake is a boating only lake so no swimming is allowed.Playground: Very nice and clean and plenty of things to keep kids and big kids (adults 😉) busy and having fun!Restrooms: Clean and well maintainedDog-friendliness: Must have on a leashPicnic area: Lots of picnic areas that are available on a first come first served basis unless you reserve one of the covered pavilions/shelter areas which come equipped with charcoal grills, overhead lights and plenty of outlets. There are also single picnic tables through the park which are not covered.
Nivetha Rajan: Playgrounds are not well maintained and it's crawling with insects
Mike S: Very nice park.
Teri Rigali: Super cleanPlayground: CleanRestrooms: Clean
Brittany Baez: This is a great spot. Love the lake views, the hikes, the playgrounds. We always come back. It's gorgeous. My husband and I brought our 4 kiddos and we saw a turtle, an amazing beetle, and little frogs. Super special ❤️
Tony Wyre: Peaceful. Quiet. Not crowded at all during work hours. Lots of trails and plenty of fresh, crisp air.
Scott Singleton: Great trails!
Raama Dev: A nice park with a lake!Boat rental employees are insensitive to kids. They don’t let kids touch or explore the boats… Made my kid cry
Doug MacLeod: We enjoyed a wonderful picnic at the park and we noticed the nice improvements that have been added since the last time we visited. It has been a while since our last visit.I do recommend stopping by the park, explore and enjoy your time

Daph Knee: Beautiful park!! So peaceful, will be back.
Cassandra Dyer: Such a beautiful view watching the sun go down
