I was in for a routine oil service and alignment. I say routine because that's what it should be, routine. Took less than 90 minutes and that's the way it should be. I've had similar service done at other dealerships and it would take 3-4 hours...I am big on communication and it was spot on. I received emails and text messages of progress and when my car was ready. Shout out to Malcolm, best SA there! Highly recommend. Bummer I do not live in this area as this would be my go-to dealership for service on my BMWs.One year later, I went back to Southpoint and STILL was GREAT. Malcolm is the SA you want. Orv Hengen: I requested and received a short notice appointment for a 2011 BMW 335is that had oil leaking from a Dinan intercooler. Within minutes of beginning an inspection of my car, the technician located a loose hose connection and repaired it. In addition, he found a a coolant expansion tank leak, which was replaced. I want to thank Ken Butron, my service advisor, in particular, for expediting the required work, and for keeping me advised of the repair progress; especially because I had travelled to Southpoint from Oak Island. Thanks to all for the excellent service at reasonable cost.

Anne Prosser: I was just told I have to leave my car for 3-4 days (actually much longer because I am dropping it off on a Wednesday) for a multi point inspection recommended by BMW. I asked how long I would have to leave it for an oil change and they said 2-3 days. For an oil change. I will never buy another car here. Completely ridiculous.

Since we checked out the internet there were more deals in California/New York and basically no deals anywhere else. We met Greg at Leith and after a brief chat, we felt he was very experienced, quickly knew exactly what we were thinking, and was very patient in explaining the current market conditions. We asked some difficult questions and he answered them in a sincere and professional manner. Although we were not very satisfied with the offer, we were not in a hurry to place an order and could wait until December. Because the X3 is still in very good condition. But I admire Greg's professionalism so I placed the order with him. Professional deserves to get the order。

Shanae Morris: First thing i wish i could give this place no stars . Please be very aware of this place . The owner Mike is a scam artist. My mom took her 2010 audi Q5 to get fixed . Mike “owner” told her that her fuel pump was out and that it needs to be replaced. So we proceed with the repair and had him fix it . got car back maybe 2weeks later and had a check engine light come back on . Took back to Mike to get an understanding why my engine light came back on and he told me he had fixed the problem the first time . So we left the car at his shop to see why the light came back on . Went back to pick truck up may 3rd for the 2nd time . drove car home and i could feel car wasn’t driving right . Woke up next morning to go put gas in it and got to gas station and car would not start back up . Got car towed back to MIKE and now he’s telling me my ignition to out . I dealt directly with the owner, Mike, and he was patient with me helping to determine if we should replace the CV boot or the whole axle on my high mileage VW Passat. We decided to replace the entire axle, and he was able to do it for just about the same cost as the boot replacement. I felt his charges were very reasonable, and he worked me into his schedule the next day. He even did a once over inspection on the condition of my car for no charge. Keith alexander: We were referred to Mike by a trusted friend who has brought vehicles to Euro Solutions for years. Our 2014 A6 was due for a transmission service...filter, gasket and fluids. Also decided to have our center differential flushed while there. Our car felt rough when putting it in gear and coming to stops which, we attributed to the transmission. Mike had the knowledgebase and diagnosed the roughness as bad motor mount. Mike ordered the parts and had us back on the road within days. Now our car is buttery smooth again, shifts magically. I feel if I had the dealer addressed these problems it would not have been as pleasant from a trust or financial perspective. We will, without question, utilize Mike and Euro Solutions again....and for what it is worth, Mike is a solid human. Bring your car here!
