Terri Moore: This was a huge area for storing boats, trailers, cars, and mini bldgs for smaller things. Family business for many years. Owners are professional and take pride in their business. Highly recommend.

Ours was a interstate move and the storage was able to accommodate 60 feet trailer without any issue. Owner Steve is very friendly and accomdating. When we moved out our stuff from storage before the date we planned, he is gracious enough to refund our money for the unused month. Overall very good experience and will always use this storage in future when needed.

Julian Cates: Great place to store a trailer if you like getting your stuff busted into constantly. Security is nonexistent. One side of the "fenced-in" lot has no fencing and is open to the woods behind it. Have had break-in attempts there three times now.

Russell Saine: I just started renting today so I have a limited experience so far, but the place seems secure and my climate controlled unit seems adequately cooled even on this 90 degree day. The one part of my experience today that stood out was Grace. She was the lady that helped me get signed up. She's very helpful and professional. She made sure I understood all the terms and conditions and walked me through verifying my code and keys work.So if you need a unit in this area I would say don't hesitate to go talk to Grace and hopefully they have a unit available that will fit your needs.*Update* After the first week of renting this unit we received the first rain in a long while which ended up flooding my unit. I was very lucky in that I had suspicions based on floor stains so I went to check on it right as the rain started. Luckily they had another unit available and quickly allowed me to move my stuff. They handled it the best they could given the situation. I just learned a lesson that when it looks like there's water stains there's probably a leak somewhere. I'm still a happy customer but honestly a large part of that is due to my diligence and luck in discovering the leak that flooded my unit before it damaged my stuff.

Well i went to move out and realized I lost my key, forgot which unit was mine, and how to get in. Grace was extremely helpful in verifying I was the actual owner, giving me a post it with my unit number and gate code. i didn’t know i had lost my key until after this, so i returned a few hours later, and Grace immediately gave me all my options, timeframes for each, and I ended up going with a locksmith she recommended who is also doing great work! Outstanding storage place with an even more outstanding employee, Grace! Considering my past experiences with four different self storage companies, I highly recommend this place if it is nearby! Thanks to Grace and self storage!

The online system required me to fill out multiple details about my car, vin, license plate etc. When arrived, the unit could not accommodate a car. As a result, I had to also rent a parking space, now paying 2X. Total bait and switch.

Michelle at CubeSmart understood exactly what I needed and took wonderful care of the situation, letting me know what her office needed from me and staying in communication with me while I waited for the auto transport company to confirm the pickup date and the driver's name. Michelle let me know as soon as the driver picked up the vehicle and she immediately closed out my account once it was picked up, saving me from having to remember that one last step. I couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service I received from Michelle and her staff at this CubeSmart and I highly recommend them if you are in a similar situation.

Rebekkah Speller: It would be super helpful if the information that is provided on the website, and in the reservation details reflected the updates process which is evidently completely virtual now. Additionally, gate does not seem to be accessible until 7AM (as opposed to 6AM as stated). The location I booked had incorrect office hours and information at the time of my reservation, my access code did not work all weekend, and the elevator in the front of the property is out of order.Thankfully, I was able to alleviate some of the stress by listening to my debut Studio -EP, Lifter of My Head which is available for streaming on all platforms. If the stress of life's transitions are getting to you, take some time to rest your mind with this collection of gentle, acoustic melodies.I was finally able to access my storage unit on a Monday morning at 7AM, which is a bit less convenient that a Saturday or even Sunday afternoon.
Michael Thumm: My girlfriend and I rented a unit online. We received an email saying we were ready to go, and with the codes we needed. The code would not work to get into the building or through the gate. Once we spent 15 minutes (which is a long time after packing and loading a trailer all day), we were able to get a temporary code that worked. When we got into the building, we realize there were no carts. We decided to not use this unit due to all the difficulties and a high likelihood of future problems. We have tried calling and going by the building to speak to someone about getting a refund. No one is ever there, and no one has returned my calls. I guess I’ll just have to write off that money as wasted. I believe I’ll steer clear of this company if I need a storage unit in the future.
Laura Melson: We have tried a few times now to get a storage space here. We would have an appointment set up and the store manager never would show up. Other times my husband would try to drive to the storage unit during the day to see if maybe he could talk to someone in person no one was ever there. Poor service and a waste of our time.

I was able to come into the the front office and spoke with Sarah who was able to quickly and very nicely upgrade me to the 5x10 unit but that unit was also to small and when I told Miss Sarah at the front desk she just smiled and told me another had opened and transferred me with no issue! Customer service is top notch here and because of Sarah whenever I need storage space I am always going to return here!!

The Staff quickly learns our needs , who we are , where we belong. Myself and my Clients are treated like family. In addition the staff especially Kim takes the time to explain Sizes, Pricing , Gate Code , Entry and Exit Procedures, They have Security Cameras on site everywhere and are constantly monitoring. But most importantly, the onsite managers are excellent. They are well-organized, efficient, and friendly. In short, they provide outstanding customer service. Yes, They also have UHAUL Moving Trucks in a few sizes for your moving and transfer needs:) Highly Recommended.

devonne davis: Worse customer service experience ever! Was handed calculator by lady at front desk and told to figure out what the monthly storage fees are. Her rudeness and unprofessional manners was uncalled for. She stated that she had plenty of business and didn't care if I rent a unit or not because she would not miss my business. I was shocked being that there are so many other storage places in the area. I was able to get a unit from another storage place near by that was much better with customer service. In addition, the front office smelled like a animal or such lived there. Loud nasty smell! I have never experience such terrible treatment by someone that I was willing to pay.

The whole thing (including paperwork and my time moving from one room to another) was less an hour and half. Great experience!Previous review(Dec 2021) Strongly recommended. We used to have a storage at lifestorage back in TX. So when i moved to NC, i again use lifestorage. Priscilla was phenomenal helpful. She showed me the space. Help me finalised the rent I initiated online. Everything was done under half an hour. I am glad to trust lifestorage

We had to come in last-minute because Bee-Safe had changed their pricing and fees the day before we needed to move. Brenda made everything easy. The next day at move-in, Lee could not have been more helpful. We really felt like the Life Storage staff valued our time and money, and that’s a big deal these days. The facility is clean and well maintained, safe and easy to access. There were a few carts to help move and the door access codes were reliable and easy to use. All around great experience. Would recommend!

Glad she was working today so I could tell her how much I appreciated her as we closed out.

Sarah Corbitt: The facility is very nice and the employees are lovely to work with. Unfortunately, just before I was to move in, I was told the price they quoted wasn’t available as the first floor unit had been rented but if I went w a third floor unit, I could have the rate quoted. No big deal! After 3-4 months of being moved in, I received an email the rates were increasing 32% with one month’s notice. 32 percent! Ironically, it’s the exact amount they tried to offer me for the first floor unit that was gone when I first moved my storage in. I planned to use the facility long term so it’s really disappointing they seemingly played these types of games. I’ll now have to move my items. Something to think about before using this facility. I hope it helps someone else from the time and hassle.

Antwain Dozier: This is the worst place to do business with they don't send out and they just let anybody sign paper we lost almost 1500 bucks worth of stuff lying to us telling us they didn't know where it was at and they don't keep a record of when u pay your bill!! NEVER AGAIN

I uploaded some photos of a 10x10 unit that i rented since I couldn't find any photos online before i rented so I figured i would upload some to show it, doesn't come clean if you prefer it cleaned, then get your broom ready 😂 and cleaning supplies.

Sydney Eckhardt: I rented a 5x5 unit for about a month from these folks, and I had no problems. Renting the space was very simple, their website is great. They even stayed open a little late for me the day I moved in to help me get all set up, very kind. My only hesitation is beyond your own lock on your unit, there isn't much in terms of security, so I was hesitant to go after dark by myself, but this place is more affordable than most storage around town so it just depends on what your needs or priorities are. Having said that, I had no issues, I hardly ever saw other folks there when I'd go by my unit. Location is very convenient for students, just be on the look out for it if you're not familiar with the area, the entrance can sneak up on you.

When I went there they had absolutely no proof that those charges were necessary (which I knew they were not). They said they had all this documentation with nothing to show! And to make matters worse, the man working there had a nasty attitude when I said I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. Thankfully Budget agreed with me and put the funds back on my card. THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY AND RUDE. I will be filing a claim with the BBB.
