I think the rate was actually very reasonable for the storage space. I even got a discount for the first month so I was even more pleased. Michelle was very informative during my introduction to the options available.

Price is great, it’s private…not too many people use it. However, the lady that manages the place can be very extra and was very rude to me one night that I accidentally tailgated into the facility. I was wrong but had no idea you cannot tailgate. She could have corrected me in a more gentle way. She was very disrespectful to me on the night of 12/7/21. I will not be renewing for January 2022. Overall it’s not a bad place.

Friendly staff! Zack was very helpful after my long move from Kinston, thanks for holding the reservation! This place is priced well for the area, and convenient off of Maynard. The driveway is pretty steep, so keep a tight pack in your truck. No complaints, they have lit units and climate if you need all that. I got light and power so I can charge my phone and play my radio while being able to see where my stuff is. Satisfied customer.

Very very clean units, well kept up. Assorted sizes and good climate control that is consistent. A good location - easy access. Staff in the office, Pat, is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. She is kind and listens well to your needs - offering good suggestions and willing to work with you. Would have given 5 stars. However, my small 5x10 is too expensive for me right now.

I honestly can't say enough good stuff about this storage area, and the wonderful lady that runs the office (Pat)! We got our 1st storage unit about 2 years ago, and have had nothing but a great experience ever since! It was a ease moving from one unit to another when we outgrew our first one! I also have got to say I've never met a unfriendly person at Ample storage, which is a refreshing change! I highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs!!

Ample Storage here on James Jackson Ave. in Cary is a great facility. I’ve been here for a whole year now. I’ve used my storage rental for work and for rehearsing with my band. The staff here is always friendly and they maintain a nice, clean property. The manager, Pat, is very nice and is always available to answer any questions. She really goes out of her way to make sure that her tenants are taken care of. I highly recommend using their facility to anyone in the area!!
