Falan E: I find that this location is known for poor customer service. The store should be run with self check out services if there isn't a real threat of theft. The staff interact with one another but never gesture to even say hi to its customers. I've experienced this on numerous occasions. Seem unhappy with assisting customers. I guess all their time and energy is on keeping the store organized and clean because that's all I've ever noticed.

I drive 30min to come to the store and arrived at 10:00am and when I called them, she said Ooh sorry, we open at 11!!! I asked to give my order from the door since you can’t leave the store and she said no I can’t!!How about me!! I was driving 30min and I have to go to my work!Staying another one hour doesn’t matter for you because you don’t respect your customers!!CHANGE YOUR HOURS POLICY!

Hayas Cuisine: I like their stuff , and me and my husband we got nice things from there but the reason I’m giving them 3 star is because we ordered shoes to be delivered home cause we are busy and we can’t come back to take it , when the shoes arrived home the size was correct but the security alarm was on it :( so I had to go to the store agaiiin to remove it while I didn’t have time to do that that’s why we asked for it to be delivered .

mylena sexton: I was going to purchase a couple of shoes and now apparently they don’t do all buy one get one 50% so being a store manager I spoke to the store manager and ask him if he will take 20 off that is way less of half so I can get the ones I wanted and he said no. Guess they rather lose a sale, than gain a customer when to another rack room and they did it so I purchase $400 worth of shoes. I guess some people can’t think outside the box. And they don’t want customers or need to make sales.

Alex P: The BOGO is becoming a scam. Entire brands are excluded. Used to be only Brooks (maybe one other pair), but now Nike and Sketchers and other brands are excluded. Meanwhile, they're carrying fewer of the other brands. Basically a bait and switch at this point. For men's shoes, I suggest trying shoes on in the store and then order them from Amazon 👍

KellyG Keen: Went for running shoes and told the sales associate I was looking for something "budget-friendly". He let me know that I wouldn't be able to get a decent running shoe for anything less than $200, which is not true (Brooks, Hoka, etc all make decent ones for ~$130-150). No effort to help find a shoe that fit my style. I'm going to Fleet Foot this weekend, hoping the people there will be more helpful (low bar to cross.).

I appreciated the warm welcome.There was a bit of a wait in the shoe department. I finally got assistance from Alex. Alex was polite and expressed empathy for the wait. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Alex let me know I should have at least 1-inch room at the toe box for comfort in the sneakers I selected. I felt like I was shopping in the 90s again. I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.The service was appreciated.Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.

Robyn H: Don’t go here unless you know exactly what you’re looking for, if you need help and guidance trying to find the right pair of new shoes this is not the place you’ll get it! There were only 2 people working in the store and both stood at an empty checkout. When I asked the girls if one of them could please help me they exchanged looks like neither of them wanted to be bothered. I explained that I had a recent foot injury that hadn’t healed properly and needed to get a pair with as much cushioning as I could get, the only advice she could give was that I should get a pair with memory foam. Do you know how many different types of shoes in this store have memory foam? Pretty much all of them! I walked out with no real help and no new shoes!
