Rashad Gattis: It's a small store that specializes in running. They also sell some casual and basketball shoes as well. The staff is nice and attentive as well from my experiences there. No complaints from me.
Jayanth Reddy: There's very few stores in the triangle and this one doesn't have enough display models of shoes, tshirts and other sports athleisure. The staff were very friendly but sadly the store is too small .
The1stPrototype: Will never spend my money here. First and last time visiting was Saturday evening. Made to feel uncomfortable bc the store closed in 10 minutes. Asked if they had a specific type of shoe to help speed up the process, was told womens was on one side and men's was on the other... It was one gentleman in particular that just shouldn't work in customer service if they dont know how to communicate without being rude.
Fernando Vega.: The reason for the 2 stars is that the young lady that I asked for help was rude and her facial expressions when speaking to me was also rude. Almost as if my appearance was a problem.To the young guy who I ended up going up to thank for being nice and helpful. Respect my brother, but I wish the same rude young lady didn’t check me out on the two sneakers I purchase. Was rude once again when I went to double-check the pricing of the sneakers I was purchasing.Please learn how to deal with people/customers, we are there for the experience. If you are having a bad day learn to leave it at the door when going into work.

Nikita Whitaker: Horrible customer service. We will never go to this store again to try to purchase anything. After walking in no one acknowledged us even being in the store. Instead of one of the 5 people working coming over to ask us if we needed assistance I had to ask if a size was available. While standing in the women's section there was a few pairs of shoes I was interested in but no one bothered to ask if we needed help. I will continue to buy my shoes online or just go to another store before I ever spend my money in here. Your workers would rather stand up front by the register and discuss what they are eating for dinner than help customers. Poor service.
T L: This store has horrible customer service. My mother & I went in over the weekend. We walked towards the back where Troy (looked @ his picture on the wall to get his name) was standing, as we approached he actually turned his back to us. Stood like that for awhile & when we didn’t walk away he proceeded to walk to the back. No one else in the store spoke to us or asked to assist. Sad in a store full of black men we felt discrimination. Looking at the other reviews this behavior is common & management is not addressing it.

I was hesitant to visit this store because of all the bad reviews they had and their star rating was low. Barbara Velasquez: After going to the Nike drop website for some panda dunks 🐼 for my daughter Bday after every failed attempt. I sat in my car thinking about the new spot that just had opened literally in tears trying to find these shoes without having to pay over price for them as I was walking towards the door I knew I probably wasn’t gonna walk out with them because I knew they would have been sold out . I walked towards the shoes to only see that they were not on display ☹️ but that’s when 2 Amazing gentleman approached me (RELL & SEAN) to ask me about about what I was looking for. Me desperately trying to make my daughters birthday a special one I told him what I was longing for and he said YES! The magic word that he has them I was so overwhelmed and wanted to cry but I was too embarrassed to lol when I say that there are truly good people out there and great customer service on point….. I couldn’t ask for anything better this has been my Amazing experience and I will definitely come there again 💙 Rell & Sean You guys are THE BEST!

Jasmine B: Today I went to the Nike store at Fenton square and was highly disappointed. I had a coupon through the official Nike app for 15% off in store and was told that I couldn’t use it. I normally order all my shoes from the app and have them shipped, but I was out with family at Fenton Square and decided to go inside of Nike store.As I was about to purchase I showed the cashier my coupon and he states the don’t use the coupons because boosters use the coupon to buy the shoes and recreate Nike accounts to continue to use the 15% off. Not sure what that had to do with me. I made my purchase anyway without the 15% off. I asked how long has this been a rule and he states “about a month or so”. I’m completely confused because I have a friend who was just there last week and was able to use her 15% off without any problems. Not to throw the race card but my friend is white and of course I am black. This has been sitting heavy on my heart since I left earlier today so I felt compelled to write this review.

Activation Cranberry: It’s a couch party with a bunch of teenagers who are tall for no reason, and lack customer service. Just go online shopping.
Tech Hub: Decent customer service but meager selection at the store. The company is great overall but this particular location will be hit or miss in terms of servicing your needs IF your needs include footwear, bottoms and a top to your liking (especially if you're a guy on the larger side).

Michael Bonventre: You can almost always find some great deals on clothing and shoes. The spices and tools section usually have some awesome prices as well.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.

Ravi Komandur: Yesterday I have experienced very poor customer service at this store. The staff’s attitude was more hell bent focused on putting the shoes baxk to the shelf rather than focusing on the customers. Especially there is one staff that was very rude to a teen girl. The teen girl was trying a new shoe and she was super excited about her buying, but this particular staff came up to the teen girl and told where did you get the shoe from and the girl was so puzzled and before even she tried to respond and the staff mentioned that the shoe should be in the in front row shelf and you need to place it there. I literally noticed that the girl excitement about the buying the shoes was gone and she walked away. The parent was so next right to the girl and the staff should have talked to the parent if he noticed that the girl was placing the shoes on the floor after trying them, but she is not. I felt that instead of talking to the girl in a rude way, the sales guy should have talked to the parent if he felt that the girl was placing the shoes on the floor and leaving them after trying, but she is not. I understand the staff has lot of efforts in placing back the shoes in the shelf but at least should have some decency while talking to the little kids. I decided that this store is not worth going in future especially with this kind of customer experience.

India: I would shop here more often if the two young ladies who worked there didn’t follow and stare me and my sister down anytime we come in! We haven’t taken nor done anything to be followed and I’m pretty sure rack room shoes doesn’t pay them 5 dollars an hour to be loss prevention agents
Rhea Gonsalves: If it were possible to give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and rude employees. The man at the checkout is rude to customers and has a horrible attitude. He doesn't want to work with customers and talks down to people. We didn't even get the shoe and size we were informed was available. Shop at other stores and get treated well. No one should be treated so poorly.
Deborah Tomczak: Wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful worker who helped me and my family at Rack Room. Avery was wonderful, patient, kind and very knowledgeable! They are lucky to have such a great employee.
Rajiv Krishan: Rude staff with lazy behavior. I do not recommend anyone to visit there.. no help whatsoever from manager to staff...They should either close this facility or let someone else handle..A perfect example of a good brand with a bad unit in action..
Grace Linares: I had the worst customer experience of my life. I went to exchange a birthday gift because they were a size too big and the manager was awful. He mistreated me and had an attitude. I had all I needed to make the exchange. I am never rude to any employee as I am a retail employee myself and I know how draining and tough the job can be. He was making fun of everything I said or did. He quite literally ruined my birthday gift because of his rudeness. I didn’t say anything bad to him. I just said “Hope you have a lovely night” to show him some kindness and see if maybe that brightens his day. However, there aren’t any excuses to mistreat a customer that is polite and wants to do a simple procedure. I would never make a person feel like he made me feel. Hopefully I am the first and last customer that has tu put up with his meanness. For reference this was on December 9th, 2022 at 8:00pm in the Room Racks Shoes of Market Center Drive. I hope his supervisor sees this.

Divya Shaju: Had the worst experience in Rackroomshoes this weekend.. There is no customer service at all with manager swearing at customers .. have never seen any store with this type of behavior which is totally unacceptable.
RP: I would give them a zero star if I could. This business is prejudiced against Indians. They mistreated an Indian family before me and did the same thing to me. I asked a question and the guy just gave me an attitude by starring at my face, did not answer when i asked 2-3 times. The manager intervened, answered my question. As soon I walked away, the manager told the employee "just smile" in a very sarcastic manner. Question was what I was returning was the higher value of the two on the receipt or not. As it was not clear to me from the receipt. If you have been mistreated by the employees or the management, know that you're not the only one, especially if you're an Indian. Corporate must do something about this as I see there are other Asians who have complained about the same issue.
