Ernie Williams: After sending my vehicle to get serviced from another dealership I've noticed my vehicle wasn't running to standard. I've called Bull Tire after notifying my dealership and my dealership refused to look at my vehicle until 2 weeks out along with an estimate of $ 147. 86 to even look at my vehicle. I've then called Bull Tire and explained my situation and with their knowledge and experience they knew what the issue was. When I arrived at Bulls the front desk mechanic was extremely polite and took care of my vehicle in less than 30 minutes and even identified another issue. With all being said the repairs were done at a very reasonable price. Thank you gentlemen for setting the example of a top notch mechanic shop. You guys set the example for others to follow..
Mike Badin: Quick & Honest! Went in for a tire repair. Had a metal shard in my tire, didn't want to pull it myself without having what I needed to repair it. They pulled and could have charged me for a repair but instead told me the truth, it didn't penetrate through thr tire and thus no repairs were needed. Unfortunately in today's would honesty is in short supply but you will find d it here.

I requested Mr Bull to address this following the specs of Thuren Off-Road and rotate my dually wheels and tires. So hopefully my fronts stop cutting hard on the outside 2 rows of tread blocks. I easily recommend Bull Alignment with no apprehension.

Barkhamsted IT: I was referred to Bull T&S by TAO Auto after they replaced struts on my vehicle. Called for an alignment. They were able to schedule me that afternoon. Service was performed while I waited and in a reasonable time frame. I was provided a print out of the results of the alignment showing that it was now in factory spec. Thank you to the staff at Bull!

James Volpe: Bull Tire stripped my oil pan by over torqueing the drain plug. This was the only place I took my cars for ten years. Larry and Ken were good to me until this happened. I asked them to replace my oil pan and they refused. I explained to them that a stripped oil pan takes two visits. The first visit to over torque the drain plug and the second visit to remove the drain plug and realized it is stripped. Since they were the only shop I used it was their mistake. I ended up taking my car to another shop and paid $500 to fix their mistake. I no longer go to Bull Tire.Service:Oil change

Bob Shawver: My daughter attends NC State and she is driving my Jeep Wrangler while in school. She was having episodes where the jeep would randomly loose power while driving in heavy traffic which is obviously very dangerous. I needed to find someone local to investigate. I searched the Cary area and found positive reviews for Care Car Care and it was close to her apartment so I called and scheduled an appointment. Sam was very understanding of my concerns with the jeep being unsafe for my daughter and got us in the next morning. The jeep was not showing any codes so the issue was not easy to identify, they did some recommended services that could have been the issue but after another week the jeep continued failing. Once again, Sam got us in immediately and this time the jeep failed while they were driving and the codes showed up so the were able to repair the issue. Both cam sensors and the crankshaft sensor were the cause of this issue. My daughter put the jeep through a test trip to OBX and back to Raleigh without any problems. I would like to thank Sam and the team at Cary Car Care for staying persistent until this was resolved and the constant communication with me throughout as I am in Maryland and we had to work this out over the phone. It is comforting to know there are businesses out there that care about the safety of the customer and perform great customer service and quality auto repairs. Lyneka: I have had multiple cars serviced multiple times at Cary Car Care and am always impressed by their level of service, communication, and the quality of their work. They have multiple avenues to communicate with you regarding the needs and status update on your car. in addition, every interaction is pleasant and the service is quick. One thing I really appreciate is on two occasions, they have squeezed me in so my car would be road trip ready. They are busy so you definitely want to schedule ahead as much as you can, but they are definitely worth it. I am a loyal customer here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Saurabh Soni: Took my 2010 Camry LE in for an AC repair. Sam & the team did an excellent job overall. Very satisfied. Sam, in particular, handled the advisory role very well. He recommended that we get the AC system diagnosed first to determine root cause before we go replacing parts. Turns out that the car didn’t need a new AC compressor that I was previously told by another shop. They checked the system for leaks and flushed it, refilled it with the right amount and also added 2 quarts of engine oil upon finding that the levels were low. There was absolutely no pushing or pressuring me into buying a service or part that wasn’t needed. That, in and off itself, is amazing. Lots of shops try to cross-sell, up-sell but Cary Car Care did not. I’m glad I went there, and I will again as and when needed. They are locally owned family business and I highly recommend anyone who wants their car to be taken care of properly and avoid the myriad of shady tactics that other shops employ.Service:Air conditioning

They diagnosed my car fixed took pictures and was very detailed, they even have an online system that is easy to use and understand, showing you exactly all updates on my vehicle. I was called and informed and even texted of the progress. The best experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. Minet was amazing and was super friendly and honest. I decided to fix the car even though it was going to cost close to the its value and even after she recommended that it may still cause the problems, and took a chance. So far so good, car good to go and working even better than before. Found my new Mechanic and will recommend them to everyone. Its no wonder they have the highest reviews out of all the auto shops in Cary.

Lisa Clark: Went to Cary Car Care (CCC) needing an air sensor fixed and the brakes checked out. Some brake work was needed so both fixes were done. One week later, I took my car for its yearly NC inspection and was told there was a real problem with the brakes, and it wouldn’t pass inspection. I came back to CCC and they acknowledged that it wasn’t safe to drive now. They had only done front brake work and back brake work was also needed. They didn’t charge me for adjustments to the front brake work, which was good. After the back brake work was done and I went for pick-up, I was informed that one of my hubcaps was lost during the test drive and that they would order me a replacement. I called back 2 times and was told an operations manager would call me back with an update. Never happened...My husband tried calling, left a message, and never received a call back. I called again and got put on hold for an operations manager, but had to wait so long, that I got transferred to voice mail. I left a message to give me a call back and it never happened. All totaled, I gave them over 6 weeks to resolve this issue. I spent $4,000 for all of this work, never heard back, and never got my missing hubcap. Their slogan is “It must be right, or we’ll make it right”. Apparently, that isn’t true for this customer’s experience...no more Cary Car Care for me.Services:Brakes,Auto emissions testing

K: Please please please, save yourself the money and headache …do not get any thing done here. I wish I never came here. Came for an oil change and our car is totaled now.Made an appointment, waited for over an hour and a half and was quoted on 5 things also wrong with my car. Declined most of the things they tried to sell us. Accepted the oil change and a new tire as the tire did indeed have a bubble. However, it was overpriced like crazy, but needing to have the car on the road quickly - we took it. Now, there’s a brand new tire on a car that does not run. 20 minutes driving back from this shop and the engine just dies without any check engine light or throwing any codes. I was promised and they gave me their word (now I know that that means nothing here) that the car would be totally fine for a four hour trip and so forth. Upon trying to return and have them fix the damage done, they were rude, condescending and actually charged us $120 in diagnostic fees to diagnose a problem they caused….Tried to call “customer service” - don’t even bother. Refused to waive the fee and actually gave nothing but attitude and disrespect.Here’s the best part, my boyfriend works at an auto inspection center. He has received multiple people coming in that he has had to fail because of broken/not working parts on cars. They were confused as to how it could fail since they had just taken it to THIS SHOP. Their stories sounded EXACTLY like ours. I started looking at all the reviews and now I understand that this didn’t just happen to us. They have been doing this to so many people.If you’re looking for a place that has compassionate people that want to help you - this is NOT the place. As a woman it is so hard to find car places that don’t treat you like an imbecile (iykyk) and it’s always nerve-wracking to find a place you can trust. Ladies especially, but seriously everyone- look out for yourselves. Don’t come here.Please, please, please don’t come here.

Captain's Escape: Don't buy tires at Precision Tune. I had 1 tire to wear weird, not out of line, but a tire defect and they would not honor their 70k mile warranty. I got less than 40k miles and told me to call Cooper. Precision said they don't handle tire warranties. Even Walmart handles tire warranties. On my last visit ever to a Precision Tune, they left 3 valve caps lose so they would have fell off. I've gone there for many years and the place is falling apart. Go else where as I'll never go back. I talked to their corp customer rep and he doesn't care how bad my experience was. He kept telling me how they did the right thing and it's my fault. Ha! Seeya! Zachary Stirewalt: I went for an oil change. They said I had an oil leak and needed to get a dye placed in the oil to find where the leak was coming from. I have a friend look at the car and found where the leak was - Precision Tune didn't screw the cap on tight enough when putting the new oil filter in. So, did they want my money, or did they not do their job right?

Up until recently it had been several years since I had utilized their services which they didn’t disappoint then and they surely didn’t disappoint this time. My 2023 Stinger GT2 was in for a performance spring upgrade and front and rear sway bar swap which these guys performed. Max B: This place is the real deal. I am utterly shocked as to how I missed this place and never knew about it. The gentlemen that work here are beyond experts. I have never in my entire life found a performance shop that offers such high quality service to their customers. I brought my C7 Stingray Corvette in today to get it's 3rd alignment since 2 other alignment shops couldn't get my car to stop pulling to the right. The C7 corvette has suspension that is adjustable in a many ways and it requires someone with the proper tools, know-how, and technique to get a car with such a stiff chassis, dialed in. Nick took the time out of his incredibly busy schedule to help me resolve this issue. I think he felt my frustration. He has been really careful with my corvette, and I can tell that he treats cars as if they are his own. He made sure his hands were clean so my steering wheel wouldn't get dirty, checked the pressures in my tires prior to hooking up the alignment equipment to ensure NOTHING affected the alignment in a negative way...THIS is how it should be done. He instantly knew that the rear caster (which every other shop ignored) was the issue steering the car to the right. Nick asked me how I wanted the alignment, and we came to a decision of a street alignment with a slight lean towards performance. Sure enough, after looking at his printout, the car had a very aggressive and unbalanced alignment from the previous shops.The moment you see the shop, the cars they work on, you'll immediately understand what this place is all about. If you have a performance car and want an alignment done to perfection, from someone who has aligned your model car many times, and knows of the common issues with your vehicle, this is the place to come.

I brought him my C8 Corvette to get lowered and have an alignment done. Because I have the front lift system, he wanted to do more research before he agreed to do it. I appreciated that, most shops say yes and they try to figure it out. He felt confident after his research and he did the job. Came out great. I have had the car for over 1,000 miles since having the work done with 0 problems and the lift system works perfectly every time. His alignment was spot on. Made a big difference and the car drives better than stock. More responsive especially on the turn in and handles fantastically.Since the Vette was such a success, I brought him my 2003 Mustang Cobra to have the intercooler pump replaced and to have an alignment done on this car as well. Again he set realistic expectations as far as time and costs. I am super happy with this car as well. It is also lowered and drove amazingly on the way home.I will definitely be a repeat customer here. Heather Patrick: I have been having AC and safety light issues in my car, for FIVE YEARS! No one has been able to figure out why my check engine and over heating lights keep coming on and off when there was nothing triggering those lights. After about 8 or so different mechanics, and each one of them coming back saying that it's "fixed" (when in the same day it goes back to not working) and/ or none of them being able to figure out what is wrong, these guys got it RIGHT!I brought my car in to replace my thermostat, and to fix my coolant leak. Bill was super patient with me and so kind, giving me updates on the car and everything. His guys did replace my housing unit and thermostat and the lights went off. I had to bring it in the next day because they came back on but once I did, they fixed it, NO SECOND DIAGOSTIC FEE, they test drove it for about a mile or so and it was fixed.Finally, I was driving over to play pool today and was thinking to myself.... I wonder if the AC is actually fixed, because two main parts for the AC have been replaced. I wasn't very hopeful, so I turned on my AC with caution....MY AC WORKS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FIVE YEARS!!!!!!!I cannot recommend or thank another mechanic as much as I can with these guys. They are so down to earth and thoughtful, I felt like I was one of their family members and am extremely grateful to Bill and his team. PLEASE go see them if you have car problems, they're real southern men who know what it means to work on a car. The guys at the front were pretty nice and helped me understand my spotty knowledge of what my sedan needed with full transparency and even taking me into the auto mechanic room to make sure i understood which was really nice.I had travel plans go wrong on my end mid-service and they were quick to accommodate me during that which was very helpful!They placed a faulty camshaft in the first time i was there, but i think humans make mistakes and its bound to happen to any auto shop so that won't affect my rating because they replaced it free of charge when i came back and took accountability for it which i appreciate.They did a quick oil change on top of the camshaft replacement with no appointment which was nice too.
