Sam: The two star for only the Store but nothing for the staff, if you want to spend 45 minutes in cashier line then go to this place, short staffing, they need to hire more cashiers.
JessKT: Normally I would give a 5-star to most Burlington. This location isn’t really organized. I cannot find kids undies. It doesn’t have a section for those stuff.
Pan Kuk: Was about ok.Not well kept.. not a whole lot of good options ..The purses had some kind of safety tags, and the sound from those was pretty loud AND annoying..

When we were here today, it wasn't even scanned, it was just straight up removed from the order so our cashier could possibly keep it for herself. She already contacted the store about this. It was a really great dress as well. And yet, we were still charged the entire price; no Cashback, no refund. As a result, I'm sorry, but if I ever go back to Burlington, it's only the one on Capital Blvd from here on out. Pathetic.

I needed to use the fitting room which is in the front of the store now and only 2 of them, they're were occupied for at least 10 minutes and there were other people in front of me. So I put the items didn't and left the store. I don't think I'll go back.

Both cashiers were rude and they didn’t know the store’s policy. Most of the customers at this location are immigrants and they Get hard time When they want to return or exchange something. Many customers are thinking to file a discrimination lawsuit.

My appointment was at 3PM. 3h12 PM the hair stylist came to me and said she had a problem. She was late with another customer and she didn’t know what to do.She could not commit to a time and would like to reschedule. I will travel next weekend and need to have this done. Also, my husband is taking care of my daughter and I can’t comeback during the week. On top of that, is a beautiful sunny day and I am wasting my time here. Now is 3h41 and I am still waiting. Probably the work will not be good as they need to close the store soon. Why to schedule someone close to the other customer?If you don’t want to be angry and irritated DONT COME here.This never happened to me in my whole life.First time here and I regret it.

Crystal Williams: I would not recommend getting a silk press here EVER! Bc your hair will be DAMAGED. This is the first and last time I will go to ULTA hair salon. The only reason I went bc of hearing good things. I went here on February 17th for a silk press and a trim (split ends). To keep my style, I wrapped my hair every night and oiled my scalp. (I DID NOT USE ANY ADDITIONAL HEAT AFTER LEAVING THE SALON). This past week, I shampooed and deep-conditioned my hair. A lot of my hair did not revert back to its natural state. Being an African American when my hair is straight and gets wet it will go back to a kinky-coily afro. (This was not the case) I reached out to Ulta yesterday to let the manager know and along with the stylist my hair is damaged. The stylist told the manager that my hair would revert back. (Manager was not familiar with my textured hair) Bc the stylist was with a client, the manager asked for my name and phone number for a follow-up call. (They did not call me back). At this point, I don't care if they call me or not. All they are going to say is it will revert back and maybe my hair texture shouldn't be straightened BS. I had my hair straightened 2 years ago and had no damage at all! My hair has been fried and it also has a burnt smell to it. I will have to start my natural hair journey all over again. As women, we should be able to go to a salon and not fear that our hair will be damaged in the process.
amy slike: So I took my teen in 3/28/23 to the Cary crossroads location to purchase some Elf items and let me just say the three star review was due to being treated less than a human. I was NEVER not once asked did we need help finding what we were looking for even though there were SEVERAL clerks just standing or walking around seeming to find “things” to make them to busy too help it was rather disheartening that I guess we didn’t appear to be of an ultra status. If I could give star review for an individual that obviously saw I needed help I would most definitely give 10 stars to Alexis she assisted my teen in locating what we walked the store 15 mins looking for. I will definitely only be shopping if I see Alexis working as she went above and beyond and the manager Allison VERY unfriendly
Jill Philpott: My 6 year old daughter and I went for formal updos for a wedding. I had Samar and my daughter had Ginger. Both stylists were amazing. The hair styles were beautiful and lasted all night. Would highly recommend either of them! Thanks so much for great hairdos. They were incredible!
Melanie Walker: Visited the Ulta Salon and had my haircut by Stephanie. It was my first time at this location, but certainly won’t be my last. Not only did she make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, she did an excellent job and was a delight! If you are debating on getting your hair done here I highly recommend booking with Stephanie.

In the 30 minutes my mother and I were in the store, there were maybe 5 total words spoken to us. There were a lot of empty spots on shelves, plenty of employees just standing in groups having a chat. When we tried asking for help, which we shouldn't have had to as we clearly couldn't find what we were looking for but of course no one could be bothered to help, We had to walk clear across the entire store to one of the chatty groups that were too busy to notice that we and others were in need of basic assistance. Then the "salesperson" that offered to help just stood there until we left her presence. She casually finished what she had to say to the other "salespeople" and then proceeded to look at us and say, "Now, what did you want?" When we told her what we wanted, she proceeded to give us a product we didn't ask for. I pointed to the spot she got the product from and said, " I want the one next to it. Not the E.D.P. I want the E.D.T. (cologne)" She insisted that she was giving me the right one, which I could easily see that it wasn't correct due to the size difference; also have had an issue with this same salesperson insisting that she's given me the right product only to get home and find out it is not. After she spent some time looking in the back she came out to tell us they don't have it but I can get it online. If that's the attitude you want to have about it, then I can get all of this online. Nevertheless, standing at the checkout and the line moved, which was not obvious to us as we were browsing, a customer tells us that we're next in line. I look up to see a good 10 feet of free space between us and the cashier. She never said a word to us. No "I can take whose next in line" or "Sir? I can help you over here." Just blank face staring at us. She never offered for mom to use her points until my mom asked about it, which then we had to cancel the transaction and start over. Attitude added to that as well. Everything said to us in the store, which wasn't much, was said with a bitter tone. Everyone in there seemed like they had better things to do anywhere else. Didn't enjoy hearing young ladies talk down to my mom like that either. Just wanted to let you all know. Hope things work out for ya.

Not only did it look nothing like I asked for but they put my freshly died hair directly on my shirt and said "I hope you didn't like this shirt". I did go back and let their lead fix the color at no charge but I'll never go back. Awful.
Yuriana Lira: Had the worst experience here the workers ignored me the whole time when I was looking for items, the store was a mess lots of shelves not stocked and lastly when I went to pay the the worker didnt even talk to me and was talking to her coworker about how she wanted to leave, felt like I was a bother the whole time. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone go there if you need help couldn’t even get the bare minimum.

I hate shopping at Sephora in person because they treat people like criminals-to-be. And it's not just this location either; maybe it's part of their training program. "Make sure customers always feel like they're unwelcome. Her name is Rana and she did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable with the samples, we left the store feeling very satisfied with our experience. If you need any help with Clinique products, she is the person to go to.

Seriously, go elsewhere. You’ll get more help at walmart or via their online Ulta robotic chat.The employees at this store are extremely unapproachable, lack willingness to engage in providing customer service and are just overall not attentive. It seems they’d rather pretend they’re busy than help customers and that’s something I’ve observed probably 3 times now.

I didn’t need to look around because I just been there the weekend before Wednesday. There were not many customers. I looked for 5 minutes and realized that there is only 1 left on the whole shelf, and it is the one displayed right where you enter the store. So I asked one of the cashier “is there new one back in the storage?” This cashier named Zulema replied in the very rude way “WHY? What is wrong with this one?” Well, first, it was displayed for I don’t know how long, and been touched by people for I don’t know how many times. Plus it is the last one in the whole store shelf. And I will gift it to my friend. So I have the right to ask for a new one. You could just go check and reply me “Sorry, this is the last one” BUT you treated me in a way that I didn’t expect, it was rude, disrespectful, impolite and racist. If I am not Asian, will she still treat me the way she did? I have contacted the customer service using the app right after, but there is NO reply from the store since then. I feel SAD. So if you are Asian, don’t come here for your Black Friday Shopping. I don’t want you be judged by you face. Go to Sephora, at least they care.Update: the store manger called me, she was polite and listened to my experience, promised me she will give a coaching lesson to Zulema.

I looked for coloring for eyebrows by Refectocil and I couldn't find it either. As a specialized company, I expected more. I didnot realize they sell mac makeup and they had 50% ofl lipsticks The first sales lady was not helpful she said that she forgot to remove the promotion and that it was yesterday .However after speaking to the store manager she gladly honored 🎖 the promotion as its their fault for not removing the sale at 12 pm .Also , Nicole taught me about the perks of ultra app and how she used them for her Dyson airwrap . Unlike sephora those perks can become cash not just free items. I will definitely be coming back again

There are so many different brands to chose from and also test lipgloss shadows ect. So you leave not wondering if you will be happy or not. It is very clean and organized.
