Kimberly Stovall: Jay ( colorful eyeshadow) helped me and my little cousin with Fenty samples yesterday, super nice👌I've been wanting to try a produce for a while but was given a hard time at other stores. The ladies behind the register were very nice as well, and it was a busy day. My new favorite Sephora.
erin brownfield: I highly recommend the makeup lesson with Trinity! My consultation with Trinity was absolutely fantastic. I learned a lot and found great products, but I also looked and felt great afterwards. For anyone looking for new products or techniques, this is an excellent service!

I hate shopping at Sephora in person because they treat people like criminals-to-be. And it's not just this location either; maybe it's part of their training program. "Make sure customers always feel like they're unwelcome. Every customer is a potential thief!!!"It's a bummer having one so close to my home but hating going there so much that I'd rather wait for ground shipping than physically shop there.

Dominique McLamb: Clean store, great and friendly staff. Really easy to access if you want to avoid going to the mall to shop.
London Simone: First, I'd like to say that I had an awesome experience at this Bath & Body Works store. All of the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. I absolutely love coming to this store.. one of the employees actually stopped what she was doing to help me find a fragrance I was looking for, which was "Open Sky." I was a little disappointed when the staff informed me that the store no longer had "Open Sky" any longer. When the salesperson found me a scent that had a lot of resemblance to the spray I was originally looking for, she absolutely changed my upside down frown into a big smile. the bath & body works spray she got for me actually had an excellent gorgeous sent to it. I totally loved it, and I was very delighted and satisfied with the body spray she picked out for me. I will undoubtedly return to this Bath & Body Works location.

Adam Steed: I don't go here often, so I'm not usually up in any sales. But, this time the cashiers were very helpful and informed me of their coupon policy, and even used a couple to help me save on my purchase. I appreciate that.
Daizsa Nohemi: I have never experienced such a classless, unprofessional, and all around rude retail associate like I did when I encountered Olivia, one of the store managers here. She single handedly created the worst customer experience ever. I had an issue with my online order and needed to verify my order was ready for pickup. Instead of helping, Olivia insisted that I made a mistake and never placed an order at “her store” and that I should place a new order if I want assistance. Clearly that doesn’t work for me since I have my credit card statement showing I was clearly charged for an order. After minutes of being told I never even placed an order, she finally asked for some identifying information to attempt to look up the order and what do you know, she was able to find it. So at this point I was extremely upset and in the middle of asking a question she rudely interrupted me. I asked her to please not interrupt me and to let me finish talking and her response was “well I’m answering your question and you interrupted me a few minutes ago, but we won’t go there”. Excuse me? That’s when I hung up the phone and went to the location directly to get help. When I asked Olivia who her manager was all she said was “I’m the manager and you can speak to me”. When asked why she’s being so rude and if someone would even apologize for the inconvenience I had she literally laughed in my face and said “Is there anything else you need?” Ummm yes, an associate with some customer service skills would be preferred. I’m sure no one will even read this and more customers will have to encounter the extremely rude manager named Olivia.

Tiffany Terhart: the wonderful humans at the store all need raises. I come out of my way to this location because the workers are way more genuine and kind than the ones at the location enar me in Raleigh.Each time I've been in this store there's been at least 1 rude, entitled, a-hole of a customer trying to make their day hell and from what I've seen they've always handed it professionally and with grace. Even today, as a man and his child are openly spewing rudeness at the workers behind the register because of a mistake HE made on HIS online order and tried to make his incompetentcy their problem, they kept it together way more than I ever could have.whoever their manager is, needs to realize they have a good batch and they need to be treated as such.

Nowadays it’s hard to find . She deserves a promotion or raise or even recognition because of her personality in general.
Justin Herring: They aren't knowledgeable on the company exchange policy. If they are then they aren't in agreeance with it. They are offensive and semi aggressive trying to investigate where the exchange products come from instead of just doing what they're supposed to do. They definitely need to be retrained when it comes to exchanges.
