DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND LIES! 0/10I recently purchased a vehicle from EchoPark Raleigh and had variety of negative experiences and issues with the Sales, Customer Service, and Management teams.The vehicle I purchased (according to EchoPark records) had no remaining factory warranty, thus influencing me to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle. Before proceeding with the sale, I confirmed this fact with both the Experience Guide (sale's team) several times and the EchoPark web-listing. After the sale was finalized, a Loyality Guest Coach (designated point of contact post-sale) notified me that there are 2.5 years of factory warranty coverage remaining on the vehicle, despite the web-listing and information obtained from the Experience Guide. This was an extremely deceptive business practice utilized to sell extended service contracts, as I purchased my contact under the influence of misinformation and lies told by EchoPark.Additionally, during finance contract negotiations, the Experience Guide stated that EchoPark would be throwing in the optional Interior/Exterior protections plan for me at no additional cost and when completing the sale's paperwork I confirmed this fact several times as I noted there were no contracts or paperwork to denote coverage. When following up post-sale to confirm coverage details, I was told by EchoPark's Guest Loyality Coach and Management team that this was not included and I did not have coverage as orginally told (are you starting to see the pattern here?).All-in-All, the team at EchoPark Raleigh was very deceptive and and will literally lie to get you out the door. I attempted to resolve these various issues post-sale, and have been met with extremely poor customer service and more lies. Save your time and money by going to a different dealership.(NOTE: I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE CONTACTED BY ECHOPARK CORPORATE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED)

Upon first service at the dealership, they informed me of all sorts of problems-- cabin air filter had never been replaced; engine air filter did not fit the vehicle; brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant all low and dirty. It appears none of what you'd consider basic maintenance had been done on the car before they re-sold it! I'd request a pre-purchase evaluation of any vehicle at the very least if I considered buying from here again

Jennifer Wood: Do not buy from them! My husband bought a Mazda cx9 a couple months ago. It drove fine on the test drive and on the way home engine light came on. Took it to our local mechanic and it needs about 10,000 in repairs, and the motor problems are very uncommon in Mazda. My husband took it back to them and after being told they did not HAVE to do anything they took $500 dollars and gave a sob story about how they would take a loss and there was no guarantee what they would try would fix it. Definite scam like other reviews they are also a service center so it speaks very poorly of their mechanics that the cars are not better checked or fixed before being sold. I'm sure they probably disconnected the battery to get the light to go off long enough for someone to buy it.

Being a single parent at the time I was hesitant and a little nervous to go car shopping on my own but Lou was very accommodating and patient. So I left with my BMW very happy. Here we are now needing another vehicle and I certainly went back to Lou however they are now located in their Cary location. My husband and I went in to look at 3 different cars with Lou. Was uncertain so Lou pulled up 5 other cars on the lot in our price range with all our specific wants and needs making sure we felt no pressure at all!
