They sell you nice looking cars from the exterior but they come with so many problems that they won’t tell you.. which is so unfair!! This was my first car and my experience with it has been the worst thanks to these knuckleheads. I bought a Volkswagen from these people back in March this year and the first month i had it, I needed to get a jump over 4 times in one month. They sold me a car with a no good battery. The cv axles are worn, which is a really big problem if you know how much it costs to get them replaced (ARM AND A LEG). And if I choose to not replace them, the car wouldn’t be drivable after some time. The car needs new tires, it vibrates when I accelerate speed. It also needs a new cam shaft and the engine seems to be going bad already and I need a tune up.. there’s so many more problems that I probably forgot to mention but you get the point. These repairs will come up to so much money altogether that I can’t even afford!!!!Thank you knuckleheads for making my life more stressful than it already is and had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when i asked. im going to see if i can sue.. this place needs to be shut down for this messed up business they operate. I learned my lesson. Guys if you’re looking for a new car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Needs new motor, head gasket leak (my mechanic saw evidence of a stop-leak material added recently). I now can see the red flags, as Sam the owner would only let me look at the one car (those are too expensive, he said, when I expressed interested in others) and was super-quick to emphasize no mechanical warranty. I was too trusting, and learned a hard lesson.I would not buy a stick of gum from this guy.

Dejenai Fox: Let’s see at the end June of 2021 I went to this place to buy a car , I was pregnant and was just trying to get reliable transportation . I drove the car and it was fine ! I was never given a car fax at the time . I go to my bank and they provide with the car fax that it has been an accident but it was driving fine , air worked no lights on , so we proceeded . By the 2nd Week in July the lights weee on and the car was having electrical issue . I called plenty of times and they passed meOff advising I would have to work with who sold me the car ! I called over 20 times trying to get them to look at my Dodge Dart because it was under warranty and they ignored me until my warranty ran out and then said I bought the car as is because my warranty expires ! How sick do you have to be to take advantage of a pregnant woman ! Don’t go I promise the cars are hit and miss and when they miss they don’t care to help you ! I’m still paying on a car that has a world wind of issues & I have reported unfair practices to BBB I mean I had a warranty . Sick

Ashley Pomerville: Will not use this dealership again! Service was good when purchasing the vehicle (even though it took forever). It was after dealing with dealership regarding my plates that is my problem. Called 3 time over a week span and got 3 different answers each time I called. The last time they told me it was an issue between me and the DMV and they couldn't resolve. Finally spoke to the DMV and the dealership picked up the plates themselves. So back to the dealership and now it magically turned into we had them but we sent them out to you and they cannot provide any tracking or proof and I am the one left with no valid plates on my vehicle.

Tim Bradley: My son had his car towed here, because his engine seized up. Through his communication with the dealership, he was offered a number (created by their appraiser) that he felt was acceptable. We went to the pre-owned dealership and the manager told us 1000 less. We explained what my son was offered 2 days prior, from the dealership and even though the manager didn’t offer to figure it out, the appraiser came out and agreed to go and talk to the individual, who had called him. They confirmed the call, the offer and he honored what they said. Although, the visit did not start as planned, we can say that the appraiser and GM at this store honored what their other employees said. That speaks volumes in todays society. No one likes to be mislead or lead down a path. Finding an honest appraiser and GM will make me consider coming here in the future or recommending others to them. This GM and appraiser could have easily walked away and chosen to neglect the issue at hand. Instead they chose to address. Rick Hendricks, you have 2 honest men, in these 2 men.

Karl Heilmann: Ronnie and Greg have been great! I had an issue with my relatively new condition car, but it developed a small problem. It's a Dodge and under warranty, so they had me take it to Dodge, but that didn't work out well. After waiting there about 4 hours, that service center said they won't work on it. It ended up in my shoulders to find the solution, but Ronnie and Greg stepped right in and got me on track to fix the problem. Their personal customer service ethics are terrific!!! Dodge, not so much (thus only 4 stars).

Tammi Coleman: So we (African American couple) went in here on Saturday, pulled up to a smoking grill. Cook said he “cooking for his guys” when I asked for a burger. Basically food, not for customers. As we were seated inside, the Caucasian couple next to us was offered whatever they wanted from the grill. If we are potential paying customers looking for a $20k plus car, you saying we are not worth something to eat as well. Never going back again.

Antonio Gianni: On 4/26 I bought a 2012 Lexus RX 350 from TMS. This is my 4th Lexus purchase. I have been driving the SUV for over 2 months and very happy with the purchase. I took it on a long trip to NY with absolutely no issues. The car was in incredibly good shape inside and out for a late model. I mean, any car can be a lemon or have problems after a sale/purchase (especially late models) but I really think TMS tries hard to source from quality local dealer trade-ins (not auctions). Nothing is guaranteed but we both got lucky with this specific car.Given the pre-owned car market the price was firm but very fair and no “extra” BS charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid the day I came to pick it up. Overall great experience.

Kathy Fradenburgh: Bought a truck here a little over a year ago. Seemed like a good experience at the time but as time goes on we can see all the rust coming through the paint that they used to camouflage the rust. They rigged the sunroof just long enough to make it off their lot. They were shady when they sent the video of sunroof repair in that it slid open but it never tilted open. It has leaked from the day that they shipped it us. The battery died the week after we bought it and it cost almost 200 for a new one. The turbos have stuck since day 1 but they said they weren’t. I never write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to lose as much money as we have! They said they “didn’t sell rust buckets” however, we have discovered the undercarriage is all rust, that they painted to hide it! They took us for fools, and we fell for it! Don’t let them do it to you.

They have limited selection at this time, but what they do have looks great.I had a very small punch list of minor repairs (mostly very minor/cosmetic and nothing I fault them for missing, I only noticed them after spending extended time in the vehicle) and they have been great to work with and are very responsive in helping me get the parts.Overall a great truck buying experience without the hassle I’ve faced from other dealerships.

I ended up with aF-350 for the same price as the F-250.Their customer service and no need for haggle pricing is second to none. If you are in the market for your next used vehicle, you need to check these guys out. You will be impressed.
