Veronica Dominguez: The doctor refused to schedule a same-day for future appointments for my children because he found it inconvenient and said there were "too many questions." Instead, he instructed the receptionist to arrange separate follow-ups because he couldn’t provide full medical service to my child even thought he will bill the insurance for each child. It seems he doesn't fully comprehend the challenges parents face in taking multiple days off. Furthermore, he declined to provide care for one of my children, claiming there was no need to see them, and rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later. I'm deeply disappointed with this place and cannot recommend it as the doctor doesn't prioritize the best interests of the child.
Vanessa Vinoles: Dr. Kasula had been taking care of our daughter for the last three years and he has done a great job. He shows genuine interested in her health and he is very amicable.
jude poo: I called in for a same day appt for a flu shot, for a new patient. The Dr. was more than happy to see us. He was so warm and engaging with my daughter, and he went out of his way to keep her occupied joking and laughing, probably he could feel her impending anxiety for the needle. She was laughing so hard she had tears in her eyes. I'm so happy we went in, and I'm happy to have been seen on such short notice. He also takes Medicaid which is a huge plus.
Ana T: I have been under Dr. Kasula's care since I was 4 years old up until now that I'm 21. Over the years, he's given excellent medical advice and promptly answered all the questions my mother and I had during my check-ups. It was a pleasure to have him as my pediatrician for all of these years.

He didn't rush me and my family as if we were going through a mill like cattle. No he treated us like we really mattered and that meant the world to me and my boys. Amy Nehlsen: We had an excellent experience last evening at PM Pediatric. My daughter had the backing of her earring go into her ear. Dr. Schuett and Nurse Bianca were awesome! They were kind, compassionate and professional. While I can say I hope we don't have to return to the urgent care, we will definitely choose this location for any future needs.
Marcus clinton: The staff was quick to see our son. His nurse Bianca was extremely nice and went the extra mile to bring a smile to my son’s face. Quick results and a quick prescription! They were even able to give our son his first dose so we could get him home and worry about the prescription pick up the next day.
Amanda Crew: I would definitely not recommend anyone take their child here!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time within a few months of taking my children here both times the doctor dismissed my children. The first time I just thought she was having a bad day because it was busy. I brought my daughter here because she was really sick. The doctor looked at her for a second and said it was probably a stomach bug. Needless to say the next day my daughter got scarlet fever really bad from her strep throat. Tonight I took my son and it was the same doctor. They weren’t busy. There was only one family ahead of us. We were there for over an hour. My son kept opening the door so we saw other families come in. Also I seen the doctor sitting around and just talking to the other lady sitting at a computer. I finally asked how much longer and the nurse said the doctor went into the next room. I of course got frustrated and said you mean the family that just came in and she said yes. They prioritize who gets seen first. Well how do they know who is more important when the nurses don’t do anything but ask a couple questions that you already answered at the front desk and check temperature and heart rate!!
Cyril Mathew: Good service. We have visited a few times recently and got quality care. Coming with online appointment, online check in, online paperwork is a joke, they do not respect and , we waited for more than hour to see a doctor.
Emily Burnett: We won't be going here anymore. My son has never been able to wear a mask. When I brought my son here, I tried to explain the our situation to the front desk attendant. The attendant raised his voice, while other patrons were waiting in the waiting area, and said, in reference to my son, "You just make him wear it!" No. No, you don't do this to a scared child who has sensory issues. The pandemic is over. The front desk attendant didn't save anyone from COVID that day, but he did give us reason never to visit this clinic again. Further, my son developed a rash to the prescribed antibiotic. When we made a virtual appointment regarding the rash the following evening, we waited in the queue for more than two hours. When I called the Cary office to try and make sense of the wait, the same attendant answered the phone. He hung up on me before I could voice all of my questions. I don't know if the WakeMed/PM Peds merger has caused this decline in service, but it is markedly worse than it was in recent years. Never again.
Alice Uchendu: I came here before not to long ago and there was this nurse who was so rude to me bc she couldn't take my insurance. She was rude and had an attitude with me, I don't know if it's because I'm a teen but she did not have a nice approach towards me every time I came in there and she was there and would see others come in she changes up her behavior being all friendly, the other nurses were so nice and respectful and explained things to me in a understanding way but the women in the braids (Sonia) whatever her name is was RUDE hope to never see her again!!. But other than that everyone else was nice and being there before that women😒 they were able to help with my problem.

will lane: This is our go-to urgent care and we recommend to all our friends with kids. The hours are super convenient, and the staff has always been kind. My kids love it because of the TV's with kids shows and the little drinks they offer them. We have unfortunately had to come here more times than we would like but we have never had a bad experience. The check-in process is easy enough and the wait is usually never long. The convenience of walking in or on-line is great because we have utilized both multiple times. We have been to all three locations and all three meet the same standard.

Our son has some special needs and we were pretty nervous with how things would go, but the team was absolutely fantastic and did such a great job with him. The doctor and nurses listened to our concerns and checked for every single possibility. The staff is so incredibly nice. I would highly recommend.

Anthony Newman-Hunt: Had to go a couple days in a row, had the best experience. The staff was great and Dr Adam’s was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
Laurie White: I got very lucky with a decent wait time but I am sure it gets busy here. Self pay is $150, I waited about 20 and was done after 30mins. My son had a fever and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. They gave him medication to last until I was able to go to the pharmacy. All I care about is for my child to get treated not about the decorations or tv shows. I think they did a great job and am thankful my son is better.
Ashlee Vucich: We’re been to this urgent care several times, and the doctors have always been amazing! They worked with poison control to make sure my daughter was okay, and the doctor called to the next day to make sure she was doing well. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Kevin Koch: I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment we entered the door to the time we left it was a great experience. The staff was kind, and made the not so best situation feel a little better.
Garry Xiong: Stay away from this play! The people working here are rude probably because they are overworked. They wouln'd provide me there name, and when I called them to ask for provding medical history for my sons they put me on hold for a long time then accuse me of not calling the right number. Then they would give me a same name that I get from the corperate office. They are promised to email me but never did. I asked them to change the email on file they don't want to do it saying it violoate HIPPA even though I can show them proof that I am the father of my children. In all, the people there are not profressional and they experiance is very bad. Stay away from this place!

Lindsey Kamel: It’s a great option when you need to be seen outside of your Ped’s ofc hrs or availability. Be prepared to wait, even with an appt. Nurses were all so sweet every time we’ve been. Unfortunately both the NPs/PAs we’ve seen here are quiet dry and show very little concern for the patients.
JeseniaBoombam: The level of professionalism and care here is amazing. I was seen promptly and felt very comfortable and confident in Doc’s advice. I was even walked to my care by the Doc as I was the last patient of the night. I’ll recommend this location to all youth always.

They always take their time to answer questions, don't overschedule, and even emailed the next day to ask how he was doing. Great office and highly recommend. We drive almost an hour to go here!
Allison Kelly: Dr D is super kind and personable. I work in health care and it's rare to come across an MD with such lovely bedside manner. He takes his time with you. Never makes you feel rushed. It's not going to have all the bells and whistles like online portals like some of these other large practices but the CARE is way beyond worth it. He remembers all of our names every time and is so good with our son.

Kayla Peterson Doyle: Dr. Dommaraju has provided excellent care for both of my children since birth. We have been taking our two children here for three years!He is very well educated, experienced, and compassionate. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found this practice for my babies. This facility is family owned and operated. They know names, can do same day appointments, and the care is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual child. When my first was born, he had complications that the hospital did not take seriously enough. The day after discharge, Dr. D caught the problem right away and my baby was admitted for a brief NICU stay. I fully trust his medical advice, I am eternally grateful for this practice! We recently moved an hour away to Angier, and we still make the drive to Cary for his care! We would even drive out of state if it meant we got to keep him as a pediatrician! You really won't find more personalized care for your babies! Your children will not be treated like a number here, we always feel prioritized!

thomson mathew: Dr.Sarath Dommaruju is a very good pediatrician. The best thing about him is his availability to answer any questions at any time of the day or week. I once called his office on Sunday evening and left a voice message and he made it a point to give me a call back that very night ( although he was traveling and elsewhere).Revathi is also very polite and prompt with scheduling appointments and managing all conflicts. Dr.Dommaruju is very logical with his diagnosis and has been pretty accurate ever since we have been taking our 3.5-year-old and second baby ( from birth).I live in Apex and have many other pediatricians around but the customer-centric service Dr.Dommaraju and Revathi provide makes us go back there always!Keep up the great work team!

Stephen Summerall: We love TriPeds. Dr. Chao and Leigh Freeman, P.A., have been incredible caretakers for our son. The nurses line is always caring and ready to help. As new parents, we’ve utilized the nurses line and hang up with a plan. Thank you to the wonderful nurses. Both Dr. Chao and Leigh have incredible bedside manner and truly care about their patients.Unfortunately, the billing department is unlike any billing department I’ve ever dealt with. While the practice is great, we dread calling the billing department for any questions. Laura is incredibly rude and lacks any personal or customer service skills. The most recent experience involves unread messages in the patient portal. The medical staff uses the portal but trying to get a response without follow up messages to the billing department is impossible. (Voicemails are not returned.) We’ve been seen at other facilities and they (Duke, UNC, WakeMed, local clinics) can bill without issue. However, it is constantly a struggle at TriPeds. Last year, we were over charged several hundred dollars. Again, the wonderful medical staff keeps us coming back. Hopefully, one day the billing process will improve.Edit: Thank you to whomever from TriPeds left a comment. Yes, we have spoken with Martin, the practice manager, who has been a big help.
Pragya Luintel: We have been going to triangle pediatrics for years and always had a great experience. The doctors take their time to address any concerns and are never rushed. The nurses are patient with kids and make them feel comfortable.
Joanna Kaswarra: We’re pretty new to the practice and have only been there for 3 or 4 visits between 2 kids, but we have been so thankful for the various doctors we’ve interfaced with while at Triangle Peds. In particular, Dr. Baer has been compassionate, knowledgeable, timely, and empathetic. I have appreciated her taking the time to listen to the whole story before making recommendations/applying her medical knowledge and personal experience as well as her ability to connect me with resources. I regularly feel empowered as a parent leaving TP!

Cassandra White: We started going to this practice in 2010 when we had our daughter. We loved it and Dr. Adams. We always felt comfortable and listened to. Starting in 2015, we've had some incidents and I'm to the point of leaving. I have called twice in the last 3 months for my son to have a sick visit and both times was talked down to and told to manage my son at home. Both times I ended up having to use an urgent care because they would not see him. In May of 2019 my children had well visits done. Dr. Horowitz decided to tell my daughter about vaccines and used fear mongering statements. "if you don't do this vaccine then you could die". She is 12 and he told me in front of her she needs to learn portion control and I need to make sure she isn't sneaking food. She is not even chubby or showing any signs of obesity. This made me very upset. I contacted the office manager, it went in one ear and out the other. Even said "that doesn't sound like him".I feel everyone needs to know about what happened. And many others I've talked to have similar experiences.

Caitlin: I have been taking my 2 children to Triangle Pediatrics for 4 years now and I am so thankful for this practice. We love Dr. Capps for our well visits but when we have seen other providers we have always been satisfied with the care we have received.One of the things I love most about the practice is the after hours triage nurses they have on-call. They are such life savers! They are always very kind and very helpful in terms of helping you assess your child, what you can do to help them, and determining whether or not they need to be seen and if it is urgent or can wait for an office visit. They never make you feel silly for calling. I should also add, the nurses who answer the phone during the day offering the same assistance are just as stellar.I also love that we have always been able to get a sick appointment (not always with Dr. Capps, but we have always been happy with whoever we have seen) when we needed to, and even in the middle of the "tripledemic" this winter, Dr. Capps didn't rush us or make us feel bad for needing to come in to the office. She gave us her full attention and even came back in to the room to tell us she thought about my child's symptoms more and wanted to try a different treatment plan and explained why. She always treats my children with respect, asks THEM questions as well as myself. My youngest wants to grow up to be a pediatrician with 3 kids just like Dr. Capps so I think that says it all. :)In summary, this office, between it's nurses, doctors, and the way it is run is top notch and a medical haven for families. Thank you for all that you do, Triangle Pediatrics!

She is amazing! Definitely recommend Triangle Pediatrics!!Edition - I called yesterday morning to get our daughter in for a sick visit and as Dr. Chao was out of the office, we saw Leigh Freeman. When we arrived for our appointment, she had already read through our daughter's chart and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was so very impressed!

Catherine Bartels: We love Triangle Pediatrics! Our three kids have been going here for the last 5 years and we have been very happy with our care. It is so nice to know that I can always call them and talk to a nurse (even after hours!) if I have any concern at all. Even if I'm not sure if my child needs to be seen, the nurses are always so helpful and I'm never on hold for long. I can always get a same day sick visit when I need one and they are pros at filling out daycare and school paperwork.
Katherine Green: We have had positive experiences at Triangle Pediatrics. My kids usually see Dr. Baer, who is fantastic - she answers every question we have and we don't ever feel rushed. We've seen a handful of other providers too, and all have been great. They are almost always able to get us in for same day sick appointments. I've called and talked to their nurses several times as well, and they're always helpful and give good advice. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician's office.
Richard Lepine: (Dec 14, 2022) I'm updating my review after taking my case to their operation manager who also overview the invoicing department. He explained to me that he was newly hired to help with issues like mine and would make sure it would be handled professionally now that he was on the case. In the end, he took care of resolving the billing issues, applied all the provider discount and insurance money and made sure I was treated respectfully and that he will address the personnel issues internally. I think that they are aware of some of the issues they have and are taking the right step.(November 5, 2022) I had a bad experience there. I paid out of pocket for services that ended up being covered by my insurance. My insurance sent them the check but I had already paid them. I tried to get a refund... still waiting after 2 months trying to get the billing clerk to fix it... No respect, very rude person. I would stay away until someone there in the leadership position teaches them core value like respect, understanding and honesty. I will revise this review if and once I get my money back and if I get some excuses from Lisa Zattiero, their billing clerk for the disrespect and condescending attitude. No customer deserves to be treated like that.

srikana pal: For being a medical clinic serving kids we have been facing regular delays while on our scheduled appointments. Although the medical team is extremely compassionate and helpful but having to wait nearly 20+ mins to be seen by someone on a scheduled appointment is extremely irritating and uncalled for.
Sunil Kokkiligadda: Can't even give the child a glass of water while waiting in the doctor's room. The nurse suggest we go out to the lobby and drink it from the fountain. It's 90 degrees outside and their air conditioning doesn't work. The doctor is least attentive to our concerns. Worst experience and I am not bringing my kids here again.

We shouldn’t have to wait in anxiety for the results until the practice finds a time to call us with them. The front office/reception experience can be improved as well.

Dr. Lazily diagnosed my child and sent her home with allergy medication and ended up in emergency room tonight because has nothing at all to do with allergies. Shweta Bansal: I am visiting their facility since 2012, people were nice back then but things has changed so much since 5 years!Every time I call them for an appointment scheduler - Barnett Black have always been very rude.Next incident - Called for a sick appt in the first week of November for several days at different times and every time tone was coming engaged. After a week of trying we had to try to get an appointment else where cause my kid needed help! Again when I called them in last week of Nov to schedule an appointment- I have been greeted with poor attitude and being told- you have moved your kid to a different facility why don't you go to them for an appointment and she was not letting me speak at all in 12 minutes of conversation!! Very rude, very unprofessional, very sad and disappointing! We are going to their facility since 2012 and they don't care for their old patients from whom they have earned business for such a long time!! I was not expecting this from cornerstone!

Shari Stalls: Front office is deplorable! All you want as a first-time mom who works full-time is a pediatric office that you can count on. This place will not give you that peace of mind or heart. Having access to a large staff and business hours 7 days per week seem like the right way to go? IT IS A FARCE!Called for a sick appt and waited 30 mins on hold before receptionist answered. Greeted with poor attitude and told no same day sick appointments and weekend appts are first-come-first-serve only before she hung up on us! Very rude, very unprofessional. Super sad and disappointing.Edit - just read other reviews to confirm that others have the exact same experience. Clearly many issues with front desk that need to be rectified.

Kamya Singh: Very dissatisfied. We have been a patient here from November'21. They told me during my second visit that they could not see my girls as registered patients there and then got me to do all the formalities again. And now today when I need the immunization records, they tell me they have NO records. Their excuse to me is that they have not updated them yet on the system.. I mean really, it takes one year for them to update the records..? To me this is unacceptable..
Andriy Kopiychuk (Андрій Копійчук): I was very surprised when Sebrina at the front desk offered us two masks for $2, refusing to check us in without a mask or provide one upon my request. I was told masks are for sale now and are not provided for free any longer. Apparently hundreds of dollars I leave in this business doesn't leave 10 cents behind to provide me a mask if you really want me to have one on. And, yes, it was a healthy child visit. What is even more ridiculous charging 10 times the price of that mask to your loyal customers. Shame on you.
Debajyoti Nandy: I have contacted Cornerstone because our previous pediatrician has left the city. First of all, they don't take any appointment at all without new patient registration. Secondly, the new patient registration thru their website does not work. So they asked me to send the forms by email. Thirdly, they took 12 days to respond my email with new patient forms !! Fourthly, they have sent a ESIGN request to give consent to release medical record from our previous pediatrician but they have sent it only for one child where I have sent the patient registration request for all three children !! This means they are so ignorant even to read thru my email !! I never had so much pain to register my children earlier. This is worst as of now. It seems like they are so rich that they don't need new business/new patient !!!

Always willing to answer my questions and does so much research for me.Thw triage nurse or the medica advice line are also wonderful they always call you back in less than 24 hoursHowever, the office management is terrible.1. they are always always always running late sometimes for over an hour. There hasn't been a time that I came in where I didn't wait for atleast 3min02. it's almost impossible to get a same day appointment since they stopped walk in . Once my baby was having breathing issues and they told me go to urgent care. I insisted to be seen my baby3. They almost never pickup the phone most of the time their phone lines are not working or was 2 month olddisconnected my theory is they do that when they are super busy..4. I tried to contact immunization and records by calling and no answer do i sent multipe rmails to info emailand then forwaeded it to someone named vicky or Valarie I kept sending multiple friendly reminders with no luck or response. a week later I called the office manager Kathy and she resolved the issue for me instantly and provided me with my son records.. if it wasn't for kathy god knows when will they have responded to request.

ADVENTURES WITH M&J!: I would like to share how much I absolutely love my pediatricians office “Tots N Teens Pediatrics” in Cary NC. I have been to other pediatricians office and never had the undivided attention I get from a smaller practice that truly gives every family their time. I have never sat in the waiting room. There are never more than 2 families there at a time. Both Dr.Radhika S.Gopan and Andrea Biondi, DNP are AMAZING! They are super personable, understanding, and they never make me feel like a crazy mom for asking too many questions. They don’t rush you and during well or sick visits they are interested in all the detail you want to give them. I love how they are a “let’s check this just to be sure” kind of doctors. You never leave their office with doubt or worry that something was not resolved or discussed about your children. We have been part of this practice for 3 years and I don’t plan on ever leaving. They will be our pediatricians office until we move out. I also want to say how amazing their nurse Jackie is. She is very knowledgeable, she is great with the kids and makes you feel like family. She is super attentive to your needs and not only is she a great nurse but she is also great with scheduling close appointments to fit your needs. All that to say I absolutely love Tots N Teens Pediatrics and I highly recommend them for your children as well!

They have responded to my calls (even before opening hours) and set up teleconference calls ASAP. They were so eager to work around the kids remote school schedule and were so compassionate. The nurse practitioner at the office is AMAZING! I cannot speak more highly enough about this pediatric office. They go above and beyond to treat, comfort and diagnose very difficult issues despite the pandemic. They have taken amazing precautions to keep every child safe before and after the pandemic. I am so thankful to have them as my children’s pediatrician.

They mean it when they say that they will accommodate you for same day visits. Our child was born right before a national holiday. Dr. Gopan & Jacklyn stayed at the practice long enough to see us.Jacklyn has even came in on her day off (Saturday) to see our child for a quick follow up. After hours calls have always been promptly responded to (perfect for a panicking mom).We have never felt rushed at any of our appointments, advice is always on point and we've always left the practice feeling like stellar parents armed with all the information we need to make sure our child is healthy. Vaccinations are given brilliantly. It's always a minute after the vaccination is given that our child pouts (probably more due to a bruised ego).We've found our child's medical home!! Mary: Tots N Teens is a wonderful pediatric practice. Both Gr Gopan and her Nurse Practitioner are extremely kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to their patients. Our pediatrician closed her practice when our son was 9 months old and we were referred to Tots N Teens. We follow the Dr Sears Alternative Vaccination schedule and this office is extremely accommodating with the protocol. We have never waited for our appointments. They are very prompt and never leave you waiting. The hours are so convenient for parents who both work full time. We highly recommend this practice.

A doctor who cares for her patients and not treated as another number for the day. She takes her time on any visit your scheduled with; whether it be a Wellness visit or a Sick visit. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. We travel over an hour to see her and wouldn’t change anything about it. When you find a true caring doctor like Dr. Gopan, you’ll also make accommodations if you need too as well. More importantly if your child is sick, Dr. Gopan always returns calls very promptly. She’ll get you in immediately if there is a need for a sick visit. The office is managed very professionally with an office Manager- Jackie that is very kind and always greets you when you arrive.
