Cary Pediatric Center: what do users think?
Sabina Jang: We scheduled a check up appointment 5 months ago. On the day of, we called to confirm the appointment and was told the doctor called out today and the appointment was cancelled.
Ben Hull: This is a terrible place to take your children. I've gone here since I was a kid and it was bad but has only gotten worse.
David Hare: As parents we have been taking our son for 15 years to Cary Pediatric Center..His mother was a childhood patient there since 1971.But it's time to leave. We're not moving from here but the Cary Pediatrics of today is not that of even a few years ago.The doctors are great, once you get through to them. It is very awkward to get through and after hours we're told by recording, that we'll be charged $15 if the nurse calls us back. We're not doing that. To get a message through to a doctor you must go through the nurse, even if you are there in person at the front desk, like I was this week, you still must go through a nurse who was not available in person, but only can be left messages ..this week I haven't had a callback in 4 days from this nurse..if there is a nurse. I'm waiting on a prescription to be filled that may or may not have not been sent or is lost and there's no one to talk to.So we've had enough. It is with some reservation that I send this review. But I feel it may expedite some well needed changes in their systems. And by the way, good luck with the portal.
Margaret Packard: Sad to change my once 5 star review. My family has been using this practice for nearly 20 years, and I for 10. ABSOLUTE GREED has over taken this practice, they’ve gotten too big to care. My 10 year old has been coming here since he was just days old and for the past 3 years I’ve been driving an hour just to stay here, bc we love Dr. V. HOWEVER- the support staff and billing issues have caused us to finally find a more local ped for him. They charged my husband a nurse call for 15$ because apparently years ago I SIGNED a call agreement?? Ok? Perhaps you should tell people who did not sign the form that the call is going to cost them. Then, they processed my insurance for a visit and was covered 100% and it was charged to me (and sent to collections) which took several calls and is still on my account. Another time I brought my son who was coughing so bad that he could not sleep and was vomiting, was told was likely a virus, and they’d give him nothing. Went to children’s urgent care directly after leaving and they said he clearly had pneumonia and it was confirmed via X-ray and was given medication. Through all this we stayed. Until the final straw: Three weeks ago I went to get my son a vaccine. His arm hurt and grew a lump. I asked if it could wait another few weeks to be seen at his well visit, they said they thought he should be seen. They asked for my insurance (again) and I explained that I would be self pay this year. Today we drove the hour for them to check what happened to his arm during the vaccine. They told me just to look at his arm, (bc it would have to be done by an MD), would be an additional $150!! I was shocked to say the least. I explained I had JUST been and paid for the initial visit, which clearly went awry, so why would I pay for that? She said she HAD to “code it as a SICK visit.” What?? Aside from being untrue, it just seemed wrong! I am self pay, so it wouldn’t even be submitted to insurance, so you wouldn’t “HAVE” to “code” it any specific way. Honestly, had it been a reasonable amount I would have just paid it, but 150$ for a quick recheck on an issue that was likely their fault to begin with, that they suggested I come in for a separate visit for, seems like a bit much to me. Especially since my visit in a few weeks was going to be several hundred as well. Getting the money today was more important than ensuring the injection they did the first time was correct-what they should have done properly the first time, otherwise I wouldn’t have had to return. Even if it wasn’t their fault, just to look and no specific treatment is $150? No thanks. Then she said, ACTUALLY it was considered a “reaction” (without even looking at it I might add) when the skin was clear, no itching and he’s never had a “reaction”, not to the 1st dose of the same exact vaccine, nor any other vaccine in his whole life, there was no issue other than the lump, which would obviously indicate that it had been administered incorrectly, not a “reaction”. And if she was so sure it was such, without even laying an eye on him, what in the world would I be paying 150$ for!? So which is it? Lol wow. Needless to say, I cancelled all of my appointments immediately and asked for my records which they refused to give to me! Which I am pretty sure is a HIPPA violation LOL, but apparently there are more than a few issues with billing here, so I’m not surprised. Ridiculous. Glad I won’t be spending my hard earned money here anymore, when they clearly can afford to loose patients. Perhaps some folks just pay these erroneous charges? Either way -be wary, and check your statements.
Shane Armstrong: Very disappointing practice. The doctors themselves seem competent and are gentle with our kids. The problem is that you get very little time with them and have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time to see them. It feels more like an assembly line, pumping out appointments, than a caring practice. Every appointment we've had has been at least 30 minutes late, sometimes even an hour late. Last week, I was asked to come in 20 minutes early to update our insurance info. That took about 90 seconds, and then we didn't get called back until 30 minutes after our actual appointment time. Once called back, we sat in the exam room for another 20 waiting for the doctor. Once the doctor came in, they spent about 5 minutes with us, offered little actual advice, then the appointment was over. Over an hour of waiting, for 5 minutes of basically no help! Fast forward to today, my wife took our daughter in for her 18 month checkup, she was told 10:40 for the appointment time, but when she got there, they had cancelled our appointment because they had it down for 10:30 and she was 10 minutes late. So they can keep me waiting for an hour, but they cancel my wife after 10 minutes. 10 minutes that wasn't even her fault, but a mistake in the appointment setting. Just blown away by how poorly this place manages it's time, and how little they actual provide care when you finally see them. We're definitely moving both our children to a new practice. PS, if you're going to keep small children waiting around so long, try putting out some toys, or at least a TV to keep them from bouncing off the walls with boredom.
Carah Stoudemire: Dr. Cook is amazing, as are the nurses and front desk staff!
Sage Anderson: I’ve been going here for 20 years and absolutely love my doctor. Unfortunately I cannot say the same with the recent client service advisors/ front desk people. Im going to start by saying I work in the emergency veterinary field which is why I am very disappointed in the conversation I just had with the front desk lady over the phone. Starting Saturday I was feeling nauseous and had a very bad headache with a low grade fever of 100.4. Sunday was about the same but my throat was hurting and it was getting harder to breath with raspiness coming from my lungs. I took a covid test and it was negative. Today my fever keeps increasing rapidly. Ten minutes ago it was 101.1 and now it’s 102.9, breathing is getting worse, I am now throwing up not because I’m nauseous, but because there is thick mucus coating my esophagus and possibly in my lungs. I am not able to get this mucus up. I called to see if they would find this concerning enough to be seen today whether it be there or somewhere else, and if I should be seen before it possibly progress into something worse. The front desk lady let out a sigh when I said I think it might be the flu as I just took a covid test. She didn’t ask me what my symptoms are or asking ANY questions at all. She said “we have a walk in clinic tomorrow but I don’t know if you’d be interested in that” and that was the end of the conversation. Didn’t offer to set up an appointment or anything. I know human and animal medicine is different but where I work we would have at least asked questions to get a better idea of if this pet needs to come in now or if they can wait. I absolutely love my doctor but I can’t say the same for the lady at the front. Luckily I am not a young child and can take my self to an urgent care if need be. I am only writing this review as a concern for young children that cannot do the same and could have negative results from this conversation. Our conversation was less than 2 minutes long. The doctors are amazing but the front desk needs new training.
Nicholas Christy: Terribly managed practice with cowards for healthcare providers. Their financial practices are unscrupulous and corporatist in nature. We were billed $15 for a "nurse triage call" wherein the nurse listened to our question regarding our son's acute medical issue and then referred us to an urgent care. That was it and they charged us $15 and threatened collection over it. This just piggybacks on their cowardly behavior during the 2020-2021 timeframe but I won't go into that as it will only get my review censored.
Johanna Thomas: . I asked if they were open because of the “several” email reminders sent stated to arrive 15 min early and they stated they don’t open till 7:55am. All I suggested was to adjust their arrival time on the message. My daughter was finishing up her appointment and the clinic manager comes in our patient room to talk about a Google Review and she was basically rude saying they were not going to change the message and I should just be happy that they got me in and seen. Customer service is not what it use to be there (or anywhere anymore
BRIAN Magly: If I didn’t like my daughter’s doctor so much I would leave... There will be openings for appointments and you cannot book them, maybe this is normal practice and I don’t know. But if my daughter is sick and I cannot book an appointment with her pediatrician, WHATS THE POINT?? One time they thought my daughter’s temperature was 108 and said I couldn’t book an appointment (100.8). Also said I couldn’t make an appointment unless she was with me by my side? Really don’t understand this place. So don’t feel like your child is special here; maybe one of you are lucky enough to actually be seen by a doctor when needed.
Rebecca Howerton: I changed pediatricians upon moving back to Fuquay and tried this practice out. My child had to be seen for sick visits 3 times and each time I was told she had a virus and there was nothing they could do for her. Her sickness worsened each time and I had to bring her back multiple times before anyone actual did anything. The third and final time I changed pediatricians and have never looked back. We have not been patients here since 2018. I received a bill from them in the mail today June 28, 2022 from services back in 2018. Not only do they not take the health of your children seriously, but they will refuse to do anything in hopes of billing you multiple times for the same illness. Your child's health is too important to be trusted to people who are so money driven.
Jess Braskey: If you are the type of person who needs that “warm and fuzzy” feeling from a doctor office, this is not the place for your family. We have not had a favorable experience with this office. I have never felt as though my daughter was valued as a patient; she was just another number to get through the day.Two-star rating (as opposed to one) due to the minimal/short wait times before appointments.
Kenya Burton: I has a bad experience today with the receptionist over the phone. I contacted the office to fix a misunderstanding of the services needed for my child. The receptionist refused to listen and talked over me as I tried to explain the situation. I understand she does not work in the back office but she needed to hear what I was saying to know I needed to speak with the referral specialist and not the nurse. Rather than listening, she asked me to hold and sent me to the nurses voicemail. I have never experienced this at this office. I work at a doctors office as a therapist so I am fully aware of the process of referrals, I am not saying I know everything, but I knew what I was requesting. If this lady would have listened rather than being rude I could have had a better experience and she would not have talked to me twice in one day. I’m disappointed in the way she handled this. I was able to get ahold of the referral specialist and she assisted me with everything.
Kristen Kindred: I have been taking my children here since we moved here in 2004. All 5 of my children had Dr McBride as their pediatrician. I really miss her.
Beth Deeney: Very friendly staff and we love Dr. V. He never makes us feel judged or dumb and answers all our questions like a normal person. Highly recommend!
Kirk A. Sporman: Appointment was after hours, and they were amazingly attentive to my daughter. Thank you, and thank you for making us feel like the most important patient.
Nicole Tyler: We moved to NC and we’re looking for a new pediatrician for our 5 and 1 year old. We went to the Cary location and saw Dr. Seidel and loved it. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Dr. Seidel takes the time to listen, is very friendly and easy to talk to. She is helpful and knowledgeable about any issues we have had. We lucked out in finding such a great place as soon as we moved.
Ashley H: This place will not give you the help you need. No one will listen to your problem or be comfortable to help. They just want your money. My daughter has add and the therapist has recommended medication. We has turning all the paperwork and wanting for a call the get the resources that we need. It never call and when we call back they say the doctor is not “comfortable”to give medication. After all the work we have done (at least five appointment) and the money we paid no help it provide. They say that no one in this office feels comfortable to help.Dr. Kathleen Gallagher has ask for the paperwork and say will be in contact with the therapist. They nurse call and only ask did she signs out the note and say they will be to problem but after all the work and wait we got a simple NO saying she’s not comfortable and no one will. This place is horrible and I don’t recommend any one go.
Abigail Jones: Dr v or dr Villarreal is the reason we go. I couldn’t give him high enough praise. Also dr Gallagher is amazing. I’m on some Raleigh parenting groups and you should see the raving reviews he gets from moms and dads. If I could I would post them here. It’s evidence based medicine, but Dr v always LISTENS first. For like a long time. He believes in mom instincts. I was worried about something and he just told me to come in because I was worried. It ended up being nothing too severe but he always believes and listens and that’s worth it’s weight in gold.
Mike Rausch: We take our twins here and have always had the best interactions with all staff.
Cathy Wolfe Kugler: We recently switched to see Dr. Seidel at the Cary office and love her! The practice is caring and efficient!

Western Wake Pediatrics, PA: what do users think?
Danielle Bates: We've been at Western Wake Pediatrics since our son was born in 2008. We've always experienced excellent care with both kids. Dr. Lopez is amazing -- but we've never had a poor experience, no matter the provider. As our daughter has gotten older, she's more comfortable with female caregivers, and we had an excellent with nurse practitioner Jennifer Hoffman just this week. Facing a double whammy, swimmer's ear and unrelated GI bug, our daughter was feeling pretty crummy. Despite that, Jennifer made her feel so comfortable during the appointment, talking at her level and addressing concerns from her point of view throughout. The extra effort didn't go unnoticed by us, especially the patient, who raved about it when we got to the car. (Yes, kids notice these things!) Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.
Rachel Worman: Absolutely LOVE Western Wake Peds!!! They are by far one of the best practices that I have taken my kids to. The drs sit and listen to your concerns and help you in every way possible. All the drs there are amazing.
Peter Carter: The doctors and staff are always great.
Ivon Garcia: Grasias Dr Lopes Y Dra Jenifer ,mis hijos y yo nos sentimos tan confiados , poniendo en sus manos su salud , y cuidados 🙏
tona johnson: I soooooo love this practice!
Rachael Lautner: Dr. Bruce always goes above and beyond for our family! Western Wake Pediatrics is an amazing practice! We have been patients of Western Wake Peds for 7 years and counting. They are so accommodating to my twins who both have Autism and make them feel incredibly comfortable during their appointments. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Dazsana Childs: After a year of "care" I switched my son to another facility. The staff at the front desk needs retraining. I arrived early to an appointment and the nurse called asking me if I would arrive soon (I was sitting in the waiting room) the staff did not check my child in.The nurse takes entirely too long to send referrals or even return phone calls. I've had to call the nurse and leave multiple messages just to get a response days later. On the last day I brought my child in for an appointment the front desk staff lied to the 'head' nurse and she came the patient room waving a piece of paper falsely accusing me of filling out a document that was CLEARLY different handwriting and ink color. The nurse became hostile and after I asked to speak with someone else she said no I could not and canceled the appointment and when I said I wouldn't leaver until I spoke with someone else she threaten to call the police on me. A complete joke. They need to hire professional staff. Take your children else where!
Ooviya Sekar: Dr TARASIDIS, came to visit our newborn at Wakemed was the beginning of a great relationship with everyone at Western wake pediatrics. She is very thorough, caring and is truly concerned for her patients well-being. She is calm, clear, friendly with my newborn and never makes us feel rushed. Throughout the entire visit, she consistently asks if there are any questions and if there are, she gives detailed replies.I can't say enough. We love her! We are so lucky to have her as our pediatrician.Lactation Consultant BONNY is excellent! She helped me tremendously on my breastfeeding journey, changed my breast-feeding life! She couldn’t of been sweeter and more gentle while showing me such simple effective techniques. We are so appreciative and highly recommend a consultation with Bonny! She was very helpful and motivating. Thank you!! Warm hugs from me and my baby.Every doctor and all staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
Quinci Duncan: We always have a wonderful experience. The doctors take their time, answer all of our questions, and have great bedside manner. Highly recommend!
info TB: Amazing staffs. Thank you so much!
jaya bura: Awesome doctors
Julia Thomas: I wish i could give this place a zero star. I cant speak for the medical team here because I didnt reach that far because of the highly unprofessional and slow admin staff they have. I understand delays but the lack of communication and accountability is terrible here. If this is how new patients are treated, its only a reflection of how patient experience is prioritized here. If bed side manners and basic respect are important to you, stay clear!
Stephanie Henry: Every nurse and doctor has been wonderful. We’ve been going here for years and highly recommend the practice.
Priti Daswani: We have been with this practice for over 8 years now. Both my kids have been seen by various doctors and we like them. We especially love Cheryl D., one of the oldest staff nurse who brings a cheer on my kids faces even after a vaccine shot! The nurses are kind and empathetic. Toma is excellent at what she does drawing blood, quick and efficient! We appreciate what you all do!The only thing in my ideal world that could have been better is less expensive and easily available after hours care. However the positive is that they have the option of after hours care.
Kenny Engleson: Our kids have been going here for 13 years and a review is well overdue. Dr Ferrall, NP Jen Hoffman, Dr Shelton (Retired), Dr Lopez-Linus, and Dr Bruce have all given unsurpassed levels of care to our children. The appointments are timely, effective use of our time. The referrals are quick, with minimum-to-no administrative delays. These providers have all been thorough, caring, and trustworthy when treating our children. We would highly recommend this clinic for any family in search of a complete pediatric care location in the Cary/HS/FV area. Thank you to all the support staff and providers!
Zanna Jordan: Love this pediatric office! They are attentive and great with my kids! We see Dr. Hoffman but seen a few other doctors too and they are all incredible!! The only small negative is that the appointments usually can take long time, especially if your kids need vaccines! The nurse will see you first, then usually a bit of wait for the doctor in the room, then another wait (sometimes 20-30mins) for the nurse to come back for the vaccines before you leave. This has happened a few times for our wellness visits, except for our last visit where we didn’t need any vaccines, it seemed Be a much shorter visit. The other side of that, and big positive which I love, they do take good enough time with you to talk and answer questions so understand why this can happen sometimes. Just would be nice to not have to a long wait after seeing the doctor to get the vaccines. But still would highly recommend. They are a fantastic team and feel very cared for there.
Irina Tsedova: The best doctors are here. Our family loves western wake pediatrics. My kids are patients here for more than 6 years. Great staff, the best doctors!
Brenda: A word of advice, DO NOT use Dr. López as your provider. After my daughter's second appointment, I knew I'd never be coming back to this practice. Worst pediatrician. Will bully you if you disagree with him.Edit--- I wanted to come in here and remind Dr. López, that my daughter is still alive. After saying multiple times in our last appointment that she would die, in front of my 10 year old son. Management is so quick to respond on a public complaint but after a whole year I never heard an apology from them. I sent a very extensive complaint about Dr. López and his disgusting behavior as a medical provider. Every time I have the chance to meet a new mom I tell them to avoid this office and specially Dr. López.
christine kraft: All the practitioners here have been helpful and thorough. Recently my son saw Dr. Younes, and we appreciated her help and quick actions to rule out any serious concerns.

R & R Pediatrics, PLLC: what do users think?
Mechia Cruz: My children attended their office for years and due to us having to relocate I called to ask for verification that they were patients and because we no longer are they will not give us the information we need why would that be a problem
Charan K: Excellent doctors, highly professional & approachable, clean environment, dedicated staff, thank you so much for your service. Strongly recommend others 👍
Alena Garcia: Harassing my husband's phone after my husband and I made it clear that we are relocating at another pediatrician. You Cleary have my phone number to call me for MY CHILD. yet you and your employees are harassing my husband's phone after we made it clear we are RELOCATING. I would not go back. The only reason we think you guys act nice is because the owners are Cleary seeking money for every child visit and forcing to give shots even though it's the parents choice. My fault for thinking this was a nice place to take the kids but after what happened in my scenario no thankyou ! Call my kids daddy again and we are going to have problems
Rishi: Very bad in attending patients and also not flexible on timing. If we book a time and you had to change the date due to some emergency at the last minute and you call an hour before the scheduled time and inform them, they will still charge you.
Rani Chowdary Duggirala: 1. I almost waited 45 mins after the appointment time to see the doctor2. Very poor response and turnaround time on my daughters immunization and physical records
sairajiv burugapalli: I asked for a NC school health assessment for my daughter which was due in a day, But the doctor said he will need 2-3 days to complete the assessment.
rahul P: Dr. Ravi is a very thorough physician who spends time listening your concerns. He will make you feel cared. I highly recommend Dr Ravi to anyone looking for a pediatric physician. He has been our physician for more than 5 years now.
Revathi Ramayanam: I highly recommend.
Kimberly Montalvo: Took my daughter in for a fever and it turned out to be a ear infection so okay. Went again for my other daughter because her throat was hurting she barely looked and said everything was okay. Then this Friday went for a wellness check and “everything was fine” my daughter had a fever since Sunday and turned out she has a ear infection too and she didn’t noticed it, had to take her to urgent care so they could address the situation. Felt like my concerns were dismissed so I won’t be returning and I definitely don’t recommend.
RKR Vangala: My kids are seeing this pediatrics for the past couple of years. The office looks clean. Doctors are very good too but some times I have seen doctor being in a hurry to end the appointment. I went for a doctor appointment on Saturday and they charged me around $96, my usual copay is $20, the reason the front desk gave is because it is Saturday and they also don't have a detail bill on the charges. I am grateful they are doing service on Saturday, but they can be transparent.
Jawa06: We took our newborn here for their first pediatrician appointment. Everything started off okay, but when it came to the pre-examination and examination I find that the staff lacks knowledge in doing their job. First, the person who was assigned to get our newborn's weight and temperature froze on the spot when she saw our newborn react to the cold weight scale by urinating. I'm sure it's not the first time a baby has done that while getting weighed, so why act surprised?? She also forgot to take our newborn's temperature, so we had to remind her how to do her job. Second, the pediatrician only spent a total of 5 minutes examining our newborn and trying to address our questions. We spent more time waiting at the appointment! She was getting annoyed because we had legit questions to ask regarding the health and safety of our newborn. Also, she had summarized in the paperwork that she had addressed certain topics with us when in fact she didn't! Our first visit to this office was very off-putting; I would not recommend coming here as there are other pediatricians in the area that actually care about what they do.
Kiran Patil: The worst experience I ever had in US. Unprofessional Dr and unprofessional staff.
Bernice Tettey: Dr. Rave and his team are excellent with the level of care they provide for my three children. We've been seeing him for a couple of years now. He's attentive, very detailed and has great bedside manners. His staff are prompt, efficient and accomodating with unscheduled sick visits. Doctors' offices can be quite unnerving for kids but this office makes my children feel at ease every time they visit.
Dan Marteen: Staff is rude and unprofessional and did not do paperwork properly. Owner defends this staff behavior instead of addressing it and apologizing for their rudeness!!! The response is exactly the point I am making. YOUR STAFF WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE FOR NO REASON AND WOULD NOT HELP WHATSOEVER AND THEN I CALLED AND THEY WERE RUDE TO ME!!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR STAFF AND CORRECT THEM! YOUR BUSINESS IS ON THE LINE WITH THEM!!!
Ashlee Vucich: We have been going to R&R peds for over 7 years now. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They always have same day sick appointments, if it’s after hours a doctor will call back very quickly, and they take their time during each appointment, never feels rushed.
Daya Shankar: They Nickel and Dime. Patient care takes back seat. I don't recommend this place.
Elakiya Sathish Vlogs: It’s been a year with R&R Pediatrics and we are happy that we chose them. Dr.Rama is our provider and she is great listener when it comes to sick complaints or even general query and provides the best care and suggestions. Being a first time mom, she guided us with food diet to my toddler when she was underweight.Taking this opportunity to thank Dr.Ravee for helping us on a weekend , when we had an emergency for my toddler on our trip to NYC.They are best pediatric providers in town 👍 Highly recommend them ..
Venkateswarlu Chidipotu: Great service and great caring towards kids.we have been here more than 5 years.Thank you for your service..
Victor Dey: The worst service I have received ever , the representatives mostly are very rude and they don’t how to interact with customers .
Satish Pawar: Dr. Ravi is amazing. He is very caring and offers great help. We never had to wait for long time during our visits for the past 4.5 yrs. He picks up calls even during off hours and provides assistance. We are very happy with our decision to choose R and R pediatrics!
Sorma Garvoye: I love love this Pediatrician office. I moved to Raleigh, NC from Fayetteville, NC in 2012, and was pregnant with my second child. I wanted a friendly, family oriented and well knowlegeable Pediatrician office for my oldest as well as my unborn child. I researched several pediatrician and came upon R&R Pediatrics. Dr. Raveendra and Dr. Rama are the Pediatricians and are both great. My children have seen both; however, Dr. Ravedndra or Dr. R as my children refers to him is their primary doctor. I trust him alot. He is very knowlegeable, professional, patient, caring and overall the best pediatrician. All three of my children, 16, 8, and 6 months are seen at R&R and I would not have it any other way. I love this family oriented office. Dr. R always makes himself available. The receptionist are great too. I highly reccommend this pediatrician office!!

Cornerstone Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine: what do users think?
srikana pal: For being a medical clinic serving kids we have been facing regular delays while on our scheduled appointments. Although the medical team is extremely compassionate and helpful but having to wait nearly 20+ mins to be seen by someone on a scheduled appointment is extremely irritating and uncalled for.
Sunil Kokkiligadda: Can't even give the child a glass of water while waiting in the doctor's room. The nurse suggest we go out to the lobby and drink it from the fountain. It's 90 degrees outside and their air conditioning doesn't work. The doctor is least attentive to our concerns. Worst experience and I am not bringing my kids here again.
Ivonne Silva: Savannah Pressley (lactation consultant) has been so helpful to me. She has been able to give me advice during my breast feeding journey and has really put me at ease. I am very thankful to her!
Ramya P: All four stars are for the doctors. The practice needs a patient portal where patients can access the lab results of their child as soon as they’re available. We shouldn’t have to wait in anxiety for the results until the practice finds a time to call us with them. The front office/reception experience can be improved as well.
Salah Hamed: The mgmt has done major improvments to the current process and we are very happy here.
Tyler Ford: If I could leave less than one star I would. Dr. Lazily diagnosed my child and sent her home with allergy medication and ended up in emergency room tonight because has nothing at all to do with allergies. Spent maybe 5 minutes with her before deciding it was her allergies and was 100% wrong. Most definitely will never take any of my children back there!
Ishu Sharma: I found Dr Nayal very rude. She always looks unpleasant whenever I have concerns about my kids and ask questions. I have fairly good experiences with other doctors and nurses yet though. The front office looks little chaotic from outside but looking at theflu season, and how busy they could get, it's understandle.
Tiffany yueyue: The doctors are awesome. But office management is a mass! a nightmare! We try to get a baby food feed guide that was supposedly sent to us the last time visited, which is 3 weeks ago! e-mail so many times, call so many times! Nobody responded! I don’t know what is going on?!
satish kola: This is a commercial pediatrics. We recently moved here from India and doctors here misguided us to the wake med emergency for no reason.
Shweta Bansal: I am visiting their facility since 2012, people were nice back then but things has changed so much since 5 years!Every time I call them for an appointment scheduler - Barnett Black have always been very rude.Next incident - Called for a sick appt in the first week of November for several days at different times and every time tone was coming engaged. After a week of trying we had to try to get an appointment else where cause my kid needed help! Again when I called them in last week of Nov to schedule an appointment- I have been greeted with poor attitude and being told- you have moved your kid to a different facility why don't you go to them for an appointment and she was not letting me speak at all in 12 minutes of conversation!! Very rude, very unprofessional, very sad and disappointing! We are going to their facility since 2012 and they don't care for their old patients from whom they have earned business for such a long time!! I was not expecting this from cornerstone!
Visvesh Balasubramanian: You can not get to see the doctor on short notice . Cannot even schedule a flu test as they are “full” . What use is a pediatric facility of u cannot get to see them when I need them?
Shari Stalls: Front office is deplorable! All you want as a first-time mom who works full-time is a pediatric office that you can count on. This place will not give you that peace of mind or heart. Having access to a large staff and business hours 7 days per week seem like the right way to go? IT IS A FARCE!Called for a sick appt and waited 30 mins on hold before receptionist answered. Greeted with poor attitude and told no same day sick appointments and weekend appts are first-come-first-serve only before she hung up on us! Very rude, very unprofessional. Super sad and disappointing.Edit - just read other reviews to confirm that others have the exact same experience. Clearly many issues with front desk that need to be rectified.
Meera Patel: Very busy facility. Every time we have to wait for an hour to see the doctor. They need to hire more nurses and doctors.
A V: Doctors and nurses at this facility provide good care. But the management here is very rude. The phone lines does not work for the most part of the day.The front desk staff is absolutely rude. lets be little respectful to the parents as most of the parents visit this place with a problem not for pleasure.Weekend timings are gimmicky. It turns out to a money making machine/urgent care on weekends.Their portal is a joke.
Sydney M: Amber went above and beyond to help me get some paperwork done for my child. As a healthcare worker doing 12 hr shifts it’s really hard for me to come in during open hours to pick things up so everything had to be done over phone/multiple emails. She was fantastic! Thanks for saving this busy mom a trip in!
Kamya Singh: Very dissatisfied. We have been a patient here from November'21. They told me during my second visit that they could not see my girls as registered patients there and then got me to do all the formalities again. And now today when I need the immunization records, they tell me they have NO records. Their excuse to me is that they have not updated them yet on the system.. I mean really, it takes one year for them to update the records..? To me this is unacceptable..
Andriy Kopiychuk (Андрій Копійчук): I was very surprised when Sebrina at the front desk offered us two masks for $2, refusing to check us in without a mask or provide one upon my request. I was told masks are for sale now and are not provided for free any longer. Apparently hundreds of dollars I leave in this business doesn't leave 10 cents behind to provide me a mask if you really want me to have one on. And, yes, it was a healthy child visit. What is even more ridiculous charging 10 times the price of that mask to your loyal customers. Shame on you.
Debajyoti Nandy: I have contacted Cornerstone because our previous pediatrician has left the city. First of all, they don't take any appointment at all without new patient registration. Secondly, the new patient registration thru their website does not work. So they asked me to send the forms by email. Thirdly, they took 12 days to respond my email with new patient forms !! Fourthly, they have sent a ESIGN request to give consent to release medical record from our previous pediatrician but they have sent it only for one child where I have sent the patient registration request for all three children !! This means they are so ignorant even to read thru my email !! I never had so much pain to register my children earlier. This is worst as of now. It seems like they are so rich that they don't need new business/new patient !!!
Eswar Arranagu: Standard wait time is 30 mins, today I gave up after around 45 mins wait. Time for change.
Singavel Kundran: wait time is horrible
Duha Diana: Both my toddler and my infant are patients here .. we love our provider DR donguhe and DR Colman are both amazing and my babies love them . they are very knowledgeable .Also. shout out to savanna she helps me resolve any quest.she is an amazing lactation consultant. Always willing to answer my questions and does so much research for me.Thw triage nurse or the medica advice line are also wonderful they always call you back in less than 24 hoursHowever, the office management is terrible.1. they are always always always running late sometimes for over an hour. There hasn't been a time that I came in where I didn't wait for atleast 3min02. it's almost impossible to get a same day appointment since they stopped walk in . Once my baby was having breathing issues and they told me go to urgent care. I insisted to be seen my baby3. They almost never pickup the phone most of the time their phone lines are not working or was 2 month olddisconnected my theory is they do that when they are super busy..4. I tried to contact immunization and records by calling and no answer do i sent multipe rmails to info emailand then forwaeded it to someone named vicky or Valarie I kept sending multiple friendly reminders with no luck or response. a week later I called the office manager Kathy and she resolved the issue for me instantly and provided me with my son records.. if it wasn't for kathy god knows when will they have responded to request.

UNC Pediatrics at Cary: what do users think?
Rachael K: I left this doctor crying. I was so angry and upset with the treatment, and lack of help given. My son is autistic, and this doctor was more concerned with me managing him to be checked than helping us.The lack of care and compassion was outrageous. Maybe this doctor is good with much older kids, but don't expect much with your little one. He was rude with terrible bedside manner. I immediately switched to a different pediatrician.
Whitney Creech: Been waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
Kavitha Ranga: Answering service is horrible.
Ashley Clinton: It's too bad this place got bad reviews during the pandemic, Dr Khatri is amazing and so good with children. They were the only doctors that would take me when I had my new born during the pandemic and we had just moved into the area. I would highly recommend this location, very helpful.
Devon Drugan: Never in my life have I ever had to wait over an hour for a doctor's office to just simply answer the phone. I called at 8am and still no one answered. My call is obviously NOT "important to us" 🙄 Now have to go to a pediatric urgent care because no one can just tell me "No, we don't have any appointments."
dana borrellie: We have been long term patients here. I was a patient here when Dr. Flaherty was a provider. Eventually, he took over on my children! A lot of the senior providers retired and they have a lot of newer physicians that are a lot younger! I would say Dr. Bliss is the best doctor they have there! She is unfortunately not there due to maternity leave and the other two doctors that are there are Dr. Wenn and Amber. Dr. Wen is the worse unsympathetic provider you can ever see. My child has been sick dehydrated for 9 days with a contiguous virus. He didn’t even want to recommend the er when my child wasn’t eating drinking sleeping or using the bathroom. We told him that we were planning to take him to the ER because he is not home with us seeing what we’ve been seeing. He gave us an apathetic response by saying if your just going to take him to the Er you don’t need my help anymore. I was in shock that a physician would be so rude to us instead of making the best possible outcome for this baby that’s been suffering for days. I felt that he just wanted to brush it off and when I asked him if the hospital can give him a call he gave us an apathetic response like he wasn’t trying to do that for us. I understand we have bad days, but he really looked like he wasn’t trying at all. Amber is the other physician that’s there she is a lot more easy going. Although she is new but she is willing to help and come up with the best solution for the child. The clinical staff they are very caring and supportive which is why I’ve been going there for so long! Just disappointed that we’ve been long term patients there and it seems like when Dr. Bliss is not there we have no other choice to see the physicians that don’t do the very best as she does. Just wanted parents to be aware of this and hopefully Unc too !
Rana J: Dr. Philip Nguyen is the best pediatrician ever! Very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He helped us so much with my son’s autism diagnosis, Referrals and he continued helping us to make sure we receive all the good treatment. I can’t express enough about him and his staff. I can’t thank them enough . With everything we go through with our son his help was quick and highly appreciated! Go see Dr. Nguyen!
Kristina Fisher: On Saturdays it’s impossible to get a sick appointment, I was on hold for 30 minutes phone rang then I got hung up on. Called back again and it’s 8:48 and still no one on the phone to just say hey we aren’t taking anymore . It’s unprofessional
Hannah Kornegay: I’ve been trying to get an appt for my daughter who has had a recurring illness for months. We were coming to UNC pediatrics as a second opinion but even after having her records transferred it’s like pulling teeth to get an appt here. I thought there were issues just for new patients but after reading other reviews I guess it’s just how they operate. Guess we’ll be looking for another practice.
A thampi: Very disappointed with getting a same day appointment for my sick daughter. I was on hold for an hour this morning and still wasn't able to connect live with office staff, please find another place for your kid.
Abi Nair: I would not recommend this place. My daughter is a patient and we are exploring other paediatrician offices now. Good luck with a same day appointment if your kid is sick. So here is how their policy for same day appointments work: you have to call in at 8AM sharp for an appointment between 10AM-12PM to see the doctor on a Saturday! And if you end up calling at 8:15, you are done, there are others who have filled up all slots.Today, I was on hold from 8-8:50am and could never connect to a staff member either. “Your call’s important to us” - yeah right!Thrice our kid has been sick in the last 8 months and we have ended up at urgent clinics because the pediatrician office is full. Well, what’s the point in having a pediatrician then?Tried telling them how their policy was messed up for same day appointments but I don’t think the office manager on duty was genuinely interested in solving our problem.I would recommend you find another pediatrician’s office for your child.
Kate Morris: I had nothing but good things to say about this office until the pandemic, they were not seeing any sick patients and anytime I call to get my children seen they are not helpful and I wind up going to pediatric urgent care. I drive almost an hour to see these doctors, but I will be changing offices as they are not helpful unless my children are healthy. It is truly frustrating as a parent with a sick child to NOT be helped by their doctor. So unless you are just looking healthy checkup, DO NOT GO HERE!
Lindsey Tiller: I would love to be able to rate this physicians office but after two hours and fifteen minutes on hold we have yet to get ahold of anyone. My husband called several times on his phone during these past few hours and neither has he reached a real human. I am frustrated and discouraged. What is the point of a Saturday office if they do not answer their phones? Even if they do not have any more available appointments, the professional and courteous thing to do would be to at least list that on the voicemail. We have never been able to get in on a Saturday since my son was born 3.5 years ago so I would discount the Saturday office hours as a perk this office offers. Now we will have to take my son to an Urgent Care instead.
Jamie Al-Akkari: Dr. Khatri is wonderful, and a great communicator--not super common in doctors in my experience. My son has been seeing her since birth, and she has treated us like family since day 1. She is amazingly kind, upbeat, and caring; and the staff and nurses have always been friendly and easy to work with. I honestly can't imagine a better general pediatrician.
elif ekin bilen: Dr Khatri is the best!My daughter has been seen by her since from she was born!Very caring, patient, efficent.I texted her about her pnomonia on a Saturday, immediately responded back, and helped us.Ece and her family love you Dr Khatri!Thank you!
Natalia Giancola: Dr. Bliss is amazing. She is always so caring and knowledgeable. She is always attentive and takes her time with my children. My children are comfortable and so am I. I trust her and respect her medical opinions!!
T M: Recommend not going here unless you want to pay $351 for just the office visit. In and out in 20 minutes with obvious strep. $500 later. Going back to my old office where they don't gouge you.
Guadalupe Corpus: Excellent service!! My daugther has been a patient here for more than 15 years.
Tifa Lockheart: This is by no means a review for the entire 11 years that my family has been going to this facility, however today I took my child to get her 11 check up early and the new front desk receptionist was the most argumentative woman I have ever ever ever dealt with. They would do well to find someone more soft spoken that doesn't argue with a long time client . It was so bad that my husband and I agreed it was time to find a different office to take our child to.
Kirsten A: We love Dr Kahtri! She is amazing! The best pediatrician there is!
Brittany Wilson: First time taking my daughter for her well check visit a few weeks ago and it was an awesome experience. The staff made us welcome and Dr. Bliss was so good with my daughter and attentive to any questions I had. Great experience, very happy I chose UNC pediatrics!

Jeffers, Mann, & Artman Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, P.A.: what do users think?
MagickMare: This practice thinks my child has another child trapped inside themselves, and requires life long medicalization in order to survive.I require a pediatrician who understands the difference between medicine and politics! Don't you?
Reem Al Shaka: Love All JMA physicians, specifically Dr. Lehrich who feels like family. She’s attentive, genuinely caring, so patient and knows to put a mother’s mind at ease while remaining concerned and focused on the child’s health. My son has been her patient since he was 2 days old, and she’s one of the first people I think of when he hits a milestone. Thank you, JMA.
Freedom Of Speech: I received a certified letter on 01/05/2023 stating I have 5 days to take down an honest google review about the JMA practice. They actually sent me a letter threatening legal action. Yes, a sense of humor is about all this practice offers. JMA— if you don’t want bad internal reviews, do better for your employees and patients. Spend your $ on employee salaries instead of threatening legal action against past employees that post truth on public forums. See picture:
Lindsey Bullen: Picking a pediatrician is terrifying for any new parent. We were so lucky that a friend recommended JMA. We see Dr. Kreiner and Dr. Sutton and they have always gone above and beyond to take care of not just the boy but of the whole family is well. I have also been more than impressed by the nursing staff, especially with all the shortages and the huge demand for health care right now. They have taken such great care of both my boys. I feel so lucky for their care and dedication. Thank you for all that you do!!
Kim Gentry: Our family always receives exceptional care from the staff at Jeffers, Mann & Artman. The Drs and nurses are kind, listen carefully, and provide thoughtful care. We primarily see Dr. Sutton, who is wonderful, as are the other Drs and PAs that we've seen on occasion. Most importantly, our children are comfortable in their capable hands. We have never had difficulty getting an appointment and the one time we needed to talk with someone during the weekend, we got a nurse call back quickly who then advised and scheduled a weekend clinic appointment. This type of responsiveness really puts a parent's mind at ease. We are equally impressed with the front office staff that are helpful and responsive to any questions and concerns we may have. Overall, we feel so lucky to have Jeffers, Mann & Artmann as partners in the care of our children.
Rebecca Hart: I'm a bit sad to leave this review, as I really like the doctors at this practice. My daughter saw Dr. Sutton as her main doctor, and he's great. Actually, all of the providers were good (though we rarely saw the same doctor twice). The problem with this office/practice is with the administration. Either the organization is a mess and/or the practice has taken on too many patients. I regularly waited 30-45 minutes or even longer with a sick child before being seen. This was true before and during Covid. Unfortunately my 2yo has had 7 ear infections and quite a few other illnesses in her short life, so we've been at the peds a lot. Getting a same day sick visit was often tough, as the place books up extremely fast. Once her dr. told us we needed to come back the next day for an injection, but I was told at checkout that the practice had no spots for the next day. We went to other locations several times and almost every time there was some type of issue. We would be told to park in the back but then get there and be told to come in the front. And vice versa.I kept giving them one more chance as the medical care we received was good... but a doctor's office is only as good as its administration. I hope for the doctors' sake the practice can acknowledge their issues and improve.
Jenny Oti: The only reason we are with this office still is Dr Kreiner is an amazing doctor. The nurse triage line and medication refill line is horrible so if you have a kid on medications you'll be waiting days before a nurse actually follows through with what you need and you'll be left calling after hours for stuff they shouldn't be called on or cannot handle. Very unacceptable!
Brittany Mellin: Drive-thru flu clinic was quick and easy. The medical staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough. My 20 month old son did great and they gave him the best care. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and then we were on our way! We LOVE JMA!
Jim Flanagan: Nurses were awesome! Super helpful, polite, and great with my kids! Thanks so much!
Ann Sides: Love the drive thru flu shot clinic! In and out in 5 minutes 🤗
Kate Nappi: Great experience at the Flu shot drive-thru clinic!
Laura Hinson: Very efficient flu shot clinic and friendly nurses
Alysse Campbell: Very happy with our experience here. Great doctors and we can always get a last minute or weekend visit.
Ty Thompson: Can't get medical records transferred in a timely fashion for emergencies. They do not give status updates or let me know what is blocking them from getting them sent over. The doctors themselves were good. Front Desk is terrible.(Front Desk could be waiting for a doctor's signature but without them giving reasons for what is blocking them I really don't know!)
Alieza Dupree: I want to start off the practice is nice and clean. Doctors are super nice and helpful. However, absolutely the worse customer service from the front desk. The 3 times I came in for the past 3 months for appointment there either issue with checking in or documents that my kids need or want. They are not helpful in explaining in what needed to filled out nor are they are convenient with communicating. I finally ask for a transfer to a whole different practice. The front desk can make and break with the experience at the practice. No one needs to come in and deal with unprofessional people at the front desk. Never coming here again. Also, there is no lactation nurse on site at this location.
Brenda Piontkowski: We had to return today for additional tests and I have to say the rudeness I experienced the previous visit was not there! Over all was a very pleasant visit! Thank you guys!
Larissa Pauly: I wanted to like this practice I really did. When we moved to the Raleigh area it was quick and easy to get an appointment. However when I arrived to my child’s first well visit they said they never received our chart from our old pediatricians office in Maryland. I called our old practice and luckily they were able to give me the name of the person that had signed and received our records and even offered to fax over my child’s chart as to not delay our appointment. Turns out whomever signed for our records when they were sent just didn’t upload them in the system. The doctors and nurses that my child saw on our multiple visits to the office were all fantastic hence the 2 star rating vs 1. Later we then had to move out of the area for my husband’s job and encountered more problems with the front desk and records department. I had a well visit scheduled for my child right before we left the area and at that time I filled out a records request form and paid for it. I was told it was a 2-3 week processing time. I asked if there was anything I could do to speed the process up as I needed to make another appointment at our new pediatricians office once we arrived for follow up. I was told this was no problem and they’d send it right over to the records department for processing. I waited a month without response. Finally I called them to see what was going on and was told they lost my request. I had to resubmit the form and when I finally received the copy of my child’s medical chart it was incomplete. I emailed the supervisor whose email I was given by the front desk staff about my concerns and have yet to hear back. This has delayed my child’s ability to see a pediatrician where we live now since they require a full paper copy of the chart before you are accepted as a patient. So not only is my child behind on her well visits but her scheduled vaccinations as well. I’m a medical provider myself so I understand what limitations the system has at times but this place is a mess. I feel bad for the doctors and nurses who work here because a front desk can make or break your practice.
Bonnie Wolcott _ Staff - HollySpringsHS: We have been with Dr Artman from our premature delivery 2008 until present. We have seen other doctors in this office and all have been conscientious, kind, caring, informative, helpful, professional, and respectful. We have never felt the need to see another practice
Eileen L: While I can't comment on the below reviewer's experience, I can say that my experience with Dr. Sutton and with the whole Cary office has been beyond excellent. Our 3 children have been patients there and I couldn't imagine a better level of care than we have received over the past 9 years. For example, we saw Dr. Sutton late on a Friday afternoon, just as the office was about to close, and he spent over two hours of his own personal time talking to medical staff and arranging with Duke hospital for my son to be seen in the emergency room so that we wouldn't have to go through lots of red tape when we arrived there. I think it is exceptional for a doctor to go to that level of care and commitment for a patient, especially after a long work week.
G Gayle: Do not see Dr Sutton. Didn't wash or sanitize hands coming in or out of the room. He did not even put on gloves as well! I have a newborn just no, no, no. He needs more training if he is working with pediatrics and I will not be seeing him again with any of my children!
Yolanda Perez: The girl at the Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Completely ruins the office visit. I regret switching to this cary location.

Brian Agster: Dr Seidel was wonderful with my 15 year-old daughter. She took the time to talk with her one on one as well as with me before we all came together to ensure we were on the same page. My daughter said that she felt very comfortable, “it was like she knew ME”.

Davis Grove Pediatrics PLLC: what do users think?
pearl G: My whole family has Dr. Min as our primary care provider. She and her team are super helpful and professional.
Manyu Li: Dr Min is very nice and professional. She talks with me like a relative to me. She is always trying to help me and my family. Best physician I have ever met.
Amanawit Shimelis: I came here with my brother to complete a civil surgeon appointment and I am beyond happy with my experience! Every single person there was beyond helpful and made me feel at ease with everything. I typically hate going to any sort of medical office, but I completely loved my experience here. Honestly, we need more physicians like Dr. Zhao Min. She talked me through the entire process and answered all my questions without hesitation. I am being 100% honest when I say Davis Grove Pediatrics is the BEST medical office I have ever been in. Dr Min is so genuine, caring and funny; I loved her so much; we need more physicians like her! Every single person who worked here was AMAZING! Thank you for all your hard work! For anyone planning on having their physical checkup or needing to see a civil surgeon for USCIS documents, I highly recommend going here.
Wayne Plaid: Terrible front desk team, unprofessionalism, lack of medical ethics, refused patients to visit in person even with no COVID symptoms
Taniko Nugent: I was one of Dr. Mins first patients when she opened her practice years ago. She is an amazing Doctor. Unfortunately I will be transferring my kids to another facility because of the unprofessionalism Dr. Mins team has shown. I’m not sure who does the hiring but her front desk team is TERRIBLE!!!!! They are very rude and BIG LIARS! They sent me another child’s shot records in the past!!!! That’s not cool at all! Again, Dr. Min is great but her staff SUCKS!!!!Dr. Min if you see this please hire new staff!!!
Dan Meyers: Easy and fast experience with COVID testing.
Chao-Chieh Lin: Great place for immigration medical exam. I got my report in less than a week. The whole team is very nice and friendly.
Joe Meyers: My flu shot appointment was fast and the staff treated me with the utmost politeness and respect
Fish Granny: Dr. Min and her teams are wonderful and super efficient. They always answer my questions with patient. They make me feel that it is worth it to drive for about 2 hours to visit their place. I would highly recommend this pediatrics!
Herman Ng: Dr. Min and her crews are amazing. We went to some pediatrics in Fuquay Varina around our house but those places always have different doctors and every appointment we feel the new doctor barely knows our baby's history and background despite all the online support. It is very hard to build connections and relationships with new doctors all the time (in fact we feel like the treatment is very robotic). Davis grove Pediatrics is a little bit old school and doesn't have a fancy online portal but it gives the best care to my baby and makes you feel the real relationship between patient and doctor. Dr. Min is very professional and knowledgeable and her crews are very friendly. Our baby really likes it even it takes 30 mins drive for us to go there.
ANURAG VISHNOI: Don't go to this clinic. They will schedule and appointment and suddenly will call you that they are cancelling the appointment because you didn't send the info. Even though I sent emails to them 4 days back and they never replied to the email. There is no point of getting an advance appointment with them. Very very unprofessional behavior.
Judy Wang: Dr. Min is highly competent and responsible professional and shows genuine care of patients (and their family). I would give her 6 stars if I could. Hidden gem.I am an adult and first saw her in my GC application many years ago as she is one of the designated providers for relevant medical exam forms. She impressed me with a thorough follow-up of my checkup results as before then, I had never seen the full checkup report for my annuals, nor did I receive such detailed explanation of results.I did not transfer my kids to her right away as they had been with a popular pediatrician practice in West Cary ever since they were born. However, fed up with issues in that practice (the money chasing operating model and incompetence with even common illnesses), we switched here to see Dr. Min. The kids suffered less from common illnesses under the professional care provided by Dr. Min.
Inhwan Kim: Dr. Min is a civil surgeon designated by USCIS. (I am an adult and you don’t need to be a child patient for I-693 green card medical exam) I called almost all civil surgeons in the triangle area and her quote was one of the cheapest. As long as you have the vaccine record ready, I-693 preparation can be done very fast. Dr. Min and her staffs were all so kind! I highly recommend her for green card medical exam especially if you are from Asia as she knows vaccination systems in Asia really well (hassle free)
Shelly L: Dr. Zhao is very nice and thoughtful, my child loves her!
xin sun: The service of everyone is very good, the doctor is not only patient and meticulous, but also very professional! After taking the medicine today, the condition eased.
Zainab Joodi: Dr. Min she is very nice and my kids love her , she always provide important advice to the family , and the girls in the office are very polite and helpful ,,, I recommend them.
Jim Wei: Dr. Zhao Min is very professional, knowledgeable, and very good with kids and parents. I am very thankful for my friend who referred me to this clinic. Will recommend to anyone!
Boxbox L: Good dr
Grace MG: Min Zhao has been my son Pediatrician since 2009, she is very nice , patient and professional, we love her
Jerry Wang: Dr. Min is very nice and professional!
Ibu Loy: Dr. Zhao Min was recommended by a pharmacist who fills her prescriptions. The pharmacist said that she was very knowledgeable, very careful and detail oriented with her prescriptions. When we met, she was beyond our expectation. She is friendly, respectful to parents, and explains everything thoroughly.
