The staff are super friendly and polite, and nice areas for chillen, studying, with outlets too. They have a cool coffee roaster machine to check out. Delicious espresso and Cortados, with tons of pastries if you make it in he morning. By closing time they typically are out of most fresh pastries. Nice outdoor seating as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s up a flight of stairs as far as I can tell, it did not seem too wheelchair accessible depending on route to take. You’d have to loop around the building first.

Raven: This was my first time visiting and if I could give a million stars I would. The girl who helped me gave me FANTASTIC suggestions, the coffee was delicious, the savory bacon pastry was so flavorful, and the crème brûlée donut was literally the best I ever had! If you don’t go here it is a crime against your tastebuds! Cannot recommend enough!!!!I will definitely be back next week, I’d be back tomorrow but sadly they are closed so I look forward to going next week!
Shannon Pergerson: My husband and I started coming to Crema before the pandemic and it was one of the few places we continued to come. Everyone is friendly and now recognize us as regulars.I get the chai latte, which tastes just as good iced as it does hot. My husband prefers the iced latte flavored with Nutty Irishman. Every Saturday I look forward to coming to my favorite coffee shop!
Dhruv Patel: Good vibes coffee shop / roastery. They have a wide selection of beans if you are looking to purchase. They also had three different drip options, most places have one or two max (thought it was self-serve which I thought was a bit odd).I had their Crema Austrain blend (assuming it's their house blend). It was very smooth and had choclately notes. There was no nuttyness or sweetness. I did not find it to be a dark roast as labeled, rather medium. It also did not leave a dry aftertaste. Pleasant experience, would definitely return to this shop.

Beta F.: The place is usually crowded inside, but I believe it is because they basically have good coffee, delicious bakery/pastry and friendly staff. They also sell bubble tea that is more like a milkshake type with bubble pearls. It is a little too sweet for me but it’s very creamy and delicious. Nice atmosphere and decor.

Kim M: I've been enjoying coffee from Muddy Dog for several months now and finally realized I hadn't written a review! I've tried out several of their roasts which were all delicious, but my absolute hands down favorite roast to use with my aeropress is their classic italian espresso. Oh my gosh, it has such a beautiful flavor! One time I ran out of it and had to pick up a substitute bag of a different local roastery at the grocery store - ugh. The difference between those beans and Muddy Dog's beans was night and day, and it made me realize how spoiled I am by their coffee!Anyhow I'm rambling - if you're in the area and love coffee, definitely give MD a try!

We had been using beans from the grocery store and another local roaster and they never tasted quite right in the espresso machine (drip was fine). Found Muddy Dog and I won't go back to big box stores or the other roaster for my beans. Not sour or bitter tasting. I love that they actually put the roast date on the bag so there is no guessing as to how long ago the beans were roasted.

Chloe Crayton: Here lately any time I come in for a simple honey lemon tea I've been getting nothing but hot water and yellow tint. When I first started getting my hot honey Lemon tea it would have lemon shavings in it from the lemon skin and it was slightly thicker and sweet. Now they just take my money and give me hot slightly yellow water. They know they've been out of the stuff to make it properly, but will not say anything at the time of purchase. My last few teas,I had to go to the store and buy items to deck it up to taste, like how I used to get it. I could make this here at home, but I literally drive out the way to get that ol thing back. Well if you do not mind giving up few money to a place that'll give you semi par service, then this is your place to be

Olya Scott: Event though this cafe was crowded once we were about to leave, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I loved my chai latte and toast with blackberry jam. Very delicious and crunchy. All sorts of food to choose from. And the folks there are sweet and ready to serve the moment you come in. I think this would be another place to go study for a little while.

Great location right downtown.I’ve had problems with their wifi on multiple different days and need to use the town of Cary public wifi instead - which is slow and sometimes doesn’t work. I keep asking about it when I’m there and it doesn’t seem like they have any plans to try and improve this problem. The place also could be a a bit cleaner (wipe down surfaces more often, clean floor).

A Elder: Worst, Miserable-after millions of trips to restaurants, eateries, bars and esp coffee shops this was hands down the most regrettable. The cashier refused to literally, not give one extra ounce when I tried to just pay for a larger size. Took unapproved order via child saying what they want off the menu without asking me, thoroughly garbage attitude. And didn't flavor the drinks as advertised, and poured by each stingy drop from a carton. AND expensive even for coffee. Never again. Ever. McDonald's is 10x better.

Thomas Hargrove: Got a lavender oat milk latte that was pretty good. Nice balance of coffee and lavender if that’s something you’re looking for. Most places I’ve been usually lean heavily towards the milk and lavender flavors, without much noticeable coffee, so it was a refreshing take on it. Enjoyed it out on the street front patio, which will be great once the new developments are done being built downtown.

Michal Schmitt: I am impressed with Esteamed's business model. It has great people, good coffee, and nice atmosphere. I can't recommend it enough! If you like complicated coffee you may have to be patient but they work hard and make sure to get it right. If there's a local business worth supporting it's this one. Check it out.Parking: There's a shared lot with the strip mall. If that's full there will usually be street parking near by.

Ive been drinking coffee since knee high, and this brew just brought me back to my childhood days. This is something worth writing home about. The aroma and the taste of the coffee actually matched. I quickly realized how important fresh (correctly) roasted beans are. This coffee is perfectly roasted and so fresh. I've tried a couple roasts, but prefer the Santa Lucia both for it's flavor and the connection to the owners family in Honduras. I buy bulk and they do free home delivery. They have made a loyal customer from me :)

Ashley Penny: I LOVE Five Star! I drink Chayote (single origin Costa Rica) almost every day. Nelson and his family are actually coffee producers from Honduras. They have coffee for everyone and from many origins - no matter what you like, they are willing to help you find the best option for your taste preference. Very knowledgeable about coffee and generous with their time. They do home delivery if you are in the area! They also import their own coffees. They really do it all!
John Furnari: One Star, would not recommend. Delivery service was bad. No communication after placing order. I emailed after not hearing from them and received a response that made no sense. Was told they shipped the package by mail but did not have the tracking number, later that day they delivered it to my front door. I ordered 4 dark roasts, all 4 were under-roasted to barely medium. 2 were so acidic that they were undrinkable, the other 2 are drinkable but not great. Really disappointed because I heard good things about them and really wanted to have a great roaster nearby. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from them again.

Andrew: Bought some coffee from this company at Lowe’s Foods. I grind the coffee and made 6 cups of it. The coffee was very light in flavor to the point where I almost felt I was drinking water with flavor. I figured I didn’t use enough coffee so I made some today. Put more coffee and still very light. I have had lighter roasts before that had more flavor. However what I was tasting was good and I do give the company props for being local and doing what they do. I will try a stronger roast in the future and revaluate.
