Jonathan Fitch: The girl on drive thru this evening was over the top rude. I initially asked for a beverage that apparently wasn't available in a trenta. I was rudely informed of this fact, when the disgruntled barista barked and very shortly asked If wanted something else. To which I responded 'not anymore' and left the drive thru and straight to Caribou Coffee where they are always polite and never pretentious. I'm a lifelong food service industry worker, so I definitely know life isn't always happy, and sometimes I hate my job, but I never let a guest know it. I also over-tip. Too bad they couldn't contain their disdain for a 30 second transaction or they would have found that out.

jennifer Jaylina: I was here doing some work on my laptop with my headphones one. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I enjoy my drink. The baristas offered a sample of a dragon refresher drink that was delicious. It was served in a Starbucks logo shot cup. The baristas are great- very enthusiastic and excited about their job! Love it!However, the manager / supervisor not so much- area for improvement with people skills. Around 4:30pm a lady in a pink cardigan / sweater approached me informed me that the indoor seated area will be closing in 30 minutes (5PM) for a gathering that will take place for an hour. She shared with me that she would like me to leave within 30 minutes. I verbally acknowledged her. She went around informing the other customers in the seated area in groups. At 4:49pm, she (pink sweater - possibly manager?) approached me and demanded I pack up my things and leave now since the seating area is closed. I then proceeded to ask her "I have a couple more minutes", she stormed off and ignored me. She then approached a couple, a male and female, that she had previously approached at 4:30pm about the 30minute reminder, and said the same thing; she demanded them to pack up and leave since the area was closed - it was 4:49pm. When the lady said "yes, we have 10 minutes" the manager / pink sweater lady responded "the area is now closed" and stormed off. Very Unprofessional.

Cassidy S: This Starbucks does not redeem star rewards less than 150 stars for a free drink (no 25 stars for an upgrade or 50 stars for a plain coffee or tea). Many in-store Starbucks locations have this same policy, which is not a problem. What frustrated me was that the employee at the register said that I could redeem 50 stars for a hot tea when I asked before ordering. When she scanned my app, the reward did not process. After she belittled me in front of a growing line, asking why I expected them to "give away tea for free," I ended up paying for the drink that I expected to get with rewards—and to make it worse, it wasn't even the kind of tea that I had ordered in the first place.
Dina G: I decided to stop by Starbucks before work and get an iced honey Oatmilk latte. When I got to the window she asked me what I ordered. I told her a large iced honey Oatmilk latte. She then proceeded to hand me a hot one. I told her it was an iced venti. She asked me three more times to be sure. Then they handed me a grande latte. I told them it was still wrong but it was fine because I had to go. I was asked multiple times about my drink, I said iced and venti each time. I think she also charged me for a venti but gave me grande.

I had forgotten to order a danish at the speaker, so I kindly apologized but asked Michelle at the drive-through window if I could add it to my order. To my dismay, she responded by rolling her eyes at me and was very short with me the rest of the transaction. Her rude gesture was completely unwarranted and insensitive...It was disheartening to realize that even amidst my own challenges, I managed to maintain a polite and understanding demeanor, while she displayed no regard for basic customer service. This is the nearest Starbucks and I come here often because the other baristas are truly sweet as can be...but I sadly might think twice about stopping here next time, because I don't need any more negativity in my life at this time.

I come here (on Kildare farm road) because they’re both nice and professional.Mostly though I’m here because its a reliable location in both drinks and efficiency. It seems well run.However on March 5 2023 I noticed something, I suppose it snapped me out of my daze. Perhaps it’s what all Starbucks employees got through.The day manager was upset, I couldn’t tell you if it was justified or not. It had to do with “working the bar”, that’s all I heard. Eileen O'Riordan: We had no electricity yesterday and the drive-thru lane was huge. I went in to order and despite the craziness of the line the who team were so kind and considerate. There was one lady doing the food and she was working at 200% capacity but was so kind and sweet to everyone . I was blown away by the warmth the team showed the people who had no electricity. It was 8am and they were so bright and kind it was a credit to the team when they could have been otherwise as it was unexpected

Ricky Brown: I used to go here all the time. The staff is great. However, when you request something done specifically to your drink. Light ice or extra sauce. They ignore it. A coffee is almost 6 dollars. For 1 coffee. It’s a point where you say something once. But the whole purpose of being a able to edit your drink is to have it made the way you want within reason. Hats why they put the labels on your drinks with your requests. They ignore them. For me I will not being going to this location anymore. They have not made my drink right the last 5-6 times I’ve been there and that is after asking them to fix it multiple times. Im not asking for much, lite ice and extra Carmel. I would give it 1 stars. But that staff is really nice and they work hard for sure.

Bailey Siebel: Sadly, I’ll be sticking with the Starbucks in the Arboretum…shame on me for picking this Starbucks on the way home, simply out of convenience. Placed a mobile at 10:18am - got there probably around 10:20am so I told the girl on the speaker to take their time as I knew I was there very early - get to the window and actively hear the crew (while the window is open) talking about me and wondering why I was there already, as they loudly yelled my name from the mobile order etc, etc. My apologies for thinking people here do their jobs. Told the older gentleman at the window what I heard and how I thought it was rude - obviously fell on deaf ears as he came back with an excuse. He’s been rude to me before as well so I’m not surprised. Not that the crew even cares about reviews but, thought it should be known and escalated since I spend a GOOD amount of money at Starbucks.

Andrew Korhonen: This location is consistently out of food and coffee syrups. They say that it's supply issues but other nearby locations don't have this issue. This is especially disappointing because they've removed many syrup flavors from their menu and can't even keep the few that they offer in stock.
Google User: I have literally contacted corporate to tell them how lucky that they are to have Jason on staff.Anyone who comes into contact with him at the drive thru will automatically know him by his wit, kindness, and friendly demeanor.Every time that I am a patron there, I feel welcomed but particularly, I cross my fingers that he is working that day.He even gives me stickers that I use as a driving instructor in my class!I only truly hope that he knows how valued he is by everyone around him. anonymous: I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with Starbucks customer service until today. I did a mobile order and was spoken to rudely by one of the male workers who was upset that I didn’t wait “7-10 minutes” until getting in line after placing my order. What’s the difference in that and just ordering like normal in the drive-thru? When I got up to the window, the man was telling on me to his coworkers (making sure he was loud enough that I could hear him), saying “She literally ordered a minute ago.” It felt so uncalled for. It seems like there’s been an issue with new employees at this location based on other reviews.

Within the last couple of weeks there’s been a sign indicating they no longer accept cash — I cannot support a business that will not accept physical currency. I’ll be visiting another cafe until cash is accepted again.
Ileana Riley: Walked in for a coffee with a shot of expreso. After waiting 5 minutes (for a coffee that takes 5 seconds) and seeing other drinks being made I went up to the barista to ask if my order went through since I haven’t seen it come up. The barista was very curt and told me that online orders take priority as well as drive- through orders. She went on to tell me my order will come up eventually.Even if that’s the case there are are ways to make every customer feel like they matter and that they are a priority. After all Starbucks depends on every business to meet their organizational goals. Perhaps better training and immediately addressing customer issues should be part of your training. I canceled my order and moved on.

He gives top tier customer service and makes the experience of getting my morning coffee just that much better. Paul Drew: What’s worse than waiting 15 minutes in an empty store for a small cup of coffee. Having a barista tell you that there are other people in front of you in a semi rude manner, this is not an abnormality but typical at this place. Maybe they should just hand customers an empty cup and pour it themselves for the almost $3 they charge.

The barista was rude and unfriendly (by description it sounds like the same barista in other negative reviews for this location). I literally got the same drink at this Starbucks 2 months ago. They could not be any ruder or unwilling to serve customers. Do better Starbucks.

Kianna Mullins: It saddens me to leave a negative review, I've been coming to this location for 3 and half years, and for the past 2 months this was part of my morning routine. It took awhile receiving my order but the customer service made up for it. However the last couple of days the customer service has let me down. They have hired new staff and it has been a bad experience, particularly yesterday morning, I ordered a drink and the young man accidentally rung up a grande instead of a venti , the new plus size African American young lady, refused to remake my order until she made the 5 drinks before me . Her advice was for me to wait in line and re order my drink . This has been the second time I've received poor service from her. She has truly spoiled my view on what use to be the best experience ever!

April Williams: I have been visiting this Starbucks for years. I am pretty much always greeted when I come in. My drinks are fixed the way I expect them to be. Rarely have a long wait. Bathrooms are kept clean. This one is under good management. WARNING:. If you go through the drive thru, once you get your drink there is a stop sign for a crosswalk. After the stop sign the median continues further than it should, in my opinion. I have curbed my tire more than once. I have to pull forward further than I feel like I should, to avoid curbing my tire.

April Williams: I have been to this Starbucks location many times and have always gotten good service. This time in particular they were pretty busy and only 3 staff. I mobile ordered in the parking lot. I only had to wait a few minutes inside to receive my drink. I was greeted by staff and asked how she could help me and she let me know my drink was being prepared. I was handed my drink with a smile and a have a good day. If you use the drive thru watch the median to your right as you pull forward to turn right. It extends out past the stop sign.
Luminous: Every time I go to this Starbucks, they find a way to get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. And it's a dead simple order, too. Literally just an iced coffee with a touch of cream and light ice. Sometimes they use so much cream it's not even blonde, sometimes they fill it up completely with ice, today they put sweetener in even though I explicitly said I wanted none. It's uncanny how many ways they find to screw up a simple cup of coffee.
Taylor Texeira: I placed a mobile order here for peach green tea which I get everyday. I reached the window and the barista went to give it to me I noticed that the color was bright pink. I had stated that I didn’t think it was right because tea is brown. She insisted that it was correct but begrudgingly offered to remake it. She then turned around and must’ve told the other barista what happened because they both rolled their eyes and looked at me. She remade it, but it was still pink and told me that Starbucks changed the peach juice and now it’s pink? Either way, it doesn’t taste the same and could’ve lived without their attitudes.

I order coffee every day from various coffee places, and I went to this one because it is close to the tanning salon I go to. I ordered almond milk in my coffee because I have a disease and I cannot have diary at all. The drink even said it had almond milk in it but it tasted weird and about ten minutes later I realized they had given me whole milk. I really wish the baristas were more careful and paid attention to what the customer ordered. Now I can never go to this location again. I had to throw out the entire coffee. Very disappointed.
