She was very patient, helping to get my projects printed, and chose to personally oversee my order to ensure it printed correctly. I will take future projects to Staples because of the customer service I received.

Sarah Frye: Had an appointment for TSA pre check. Workers seemed to not care that their only worker called in sick and we’re not proactively helpful with providing solutions to not being able to complete the task we signed up for. A suggestion to better customer service would be to call and inform individuals that they could no longer be helped or even provide suggestions on other locations/calling to see if other locations had walk in availability.

An older gentleman was waiting for service on the other side and was next to be helped. Michelle proceeded to ignore him and his ink cartridges. She asked me to come forward until I said he was next. He thought he could refill them. She was short and mean with him. He didn't understand the services available and she didn't explain. The lack of basic human kindness to this man was painful to watch and listen to. I'm angry with myself for not saying anything right away. Nobody would want their family member treated this way. There was no line, only me. It would have taken two minutes to kindly explain the recycle program to him. She ruined his and my morning and should be ashamed of herself for providing nothing but a negative experience at Staples.
Taylor Long: I came here for my TSA pre check appointment. After the machine wouldn’t work and waiting over 40 minutes, the lady said I could wait two hours for tech to fix the issue, or return another day after 2pm. I came back a few days later at 2pm and had to be considered a walk in. She took all the other appointments before me one after the next even people who came in way after I had been waiting. After 45 minutes I was finally able to get my TSA Precheck done.They need to have a better system for this. Not only that but she was incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend going to Staples for your TSA appointments.

Valentina Carpinelli: It's not the first time I need the printing service, the ladies who are in the printing service are rude, they don't make an effort to help, and they even make faces that they are not happy to help you, I felt like begging for friendly service . And still whispering about you in front of you, totally unethical and unprofessional. The only one who really does a wonderful job is Leah, she would work exemplary. I noticed in other reviews that many people have the same complaints, and I still have to hear from the manager, I'm sorry she's not having a good day, too much service. This happened twice in one month. I think it's time for some customer service training. I will definitely never come back, I literally felt humiliated.
Katharine Bayer: I came here to print a document and of the 5 printers, only 1 worked. All the machines behind the counter also were down . There was no urgency to fix them. People cut in line. Not a good process.

The shredder I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf even though the website said they had 3 so Sean looked up the store stock, went hunting for me and not only did he find it he had it waiting for me at the register. It was priced lower on the website so they matched the price!
Constance Smith: The one star is not directly related to staples as the front counter cashiers were very friendly and eager to help, my issue was with the print and copy management. I utilize a third-party service that I pay for opposite staples. On this particular visit, no one in the department had a working knowledge of the service. I find that to be a quality control issue w upper and middle management. Why is it that only management is familiar with postal services?
Mital Desai: Never really go to staples unless I need something printed. Every single time I go there the ladies working at the printing/copy center are absolutely miserable, unfriendly and rude. They don’t make eye contact when talking to you. They don’t say hi, thank you, please or bye. Wish management would review their performance and take action.

Erika L.: Disrespectful staff with poor communication etiquette. One associate spoke to me as if I was a child. When I tried to express my concern on how disorganized they were with sending me over a new contract in a timely fashion. The phone conversation was so intense I had to disconnect the call, as I am a professional and not a child. I will be escalating this issue to corporate immediately. Will never bring service to them again.

Mario E: I ordered a refrigerator online that said it was in stock. I soon found out it was not in stock and the search to find one was one. I was then called a few days later and told they found one and would deliver it by 530 pm. This one was larger and more expensive. They asked me to sign a new form and said the first charge would be refunded and a second charge applied. ** The second charge was applied, but the first one was not refunded.The fridge showed up at 7pm, completely filthy with broken shelving and drawers. The next morning, we were appalled to learn the fridge didn't even work! We quickly called the manager, who said she would find us another fridge and have it out to us that day. She later called to say they found one but they couldn't bring it out until the next day. So far, we haven't seen the replacement fridge and have a broken fridge sitting in our house. This has to be one of the worst experiences from a retail store we've ever experienced. And nothing has been done to correct the situation. We will certainly attempt to contact the corporate office and file an official complaint.

Cairo: It’s a beautiful and wonderful company and unit with wonderful workers and staff who try their very best and hardest daily no matter the task or issue. It’s amazing and you should get your furniture handled professionally by them. they’ll always get the job done for you no matter what!!
Vikas Arora: No Black Friday or other special sale. Prices are much higher than other places offering same/similar used furniture. Adjustable arm pads were broken in chairs. Other chairs were squeaking. Most are dusty and dirty and don’t look sanitized at all.
The Czech: Good selection of items, however the price does not go below $120, while similar furniture goes for much less elsewhere. Which imo beats the attractiveness of used furniture store.

I assume because it gets really busy here which brings me to my next point- I would very much recommend not going during peak hours especially on the weekend because it gets super busy. Be prepared to be patient in a long self checkout line when it’s busy lol. Other than that, it’s a great Target.

They funnel everyone through self-checkout and it creates a super long line that everyone has to wait in every single time. With as much money as Target makes, they need to hire just a couple more people to work registers so everyone isn't forced to wait 20 minutes in the self-checkout line.

Although I'd sent a inquiry after business hours, I received a response bright and early the next morning and was then met by Alan (before the store officially opened) who showed me the chairs I was asking about. When those weren't what I was expecting, Alan quickly emailed me with additional options. It's so nice to be treated with respect and great customer service. MUCH appreciated and would highly recommend this company to others!

They also layout pricing in a way that helps me with budgeting. MOVING - It seems we move furniture within and between our locations quite often and DOS is always available to help. Their staff members are friendly, accommodating, and do a terrific job. Being the project manager on renovations and office moves can be overwhelming and knowing I can rely on DOS for so many of our needs alleviates a great deal of my stress.
bperruccio: Dynamic Office Services was great to work with. They did a fabulous job of "space planning " our new office as well as providing very reasonably priced furniture for the space. The delivery and install team was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We had to swap out a table that was to big and a chair that was slightly stained and the replacements were delivered within 48 hours. The entire team at DOS was a pleasure to work with!
