Best Conveyor Belt Sushi Restaurant Cary Near Me

Cherese Boyd: Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered curbside and there was a selection for extra white sauce I selected that option. No where did it state that the extra white sauce would be a substitution for the ginger sauce. When I inquired about my missing ginger sauce, the lady immediately said it’s gonna cost extra, which is not a problem but the way that she made it seem was that because I chose extra white sauce, I should have known that I would not get the ginger sauce. There is a way to get the information across without being rude. I mean it was only $.82, and if I asked for it, I must be able to afford it. Then she came out with the bill for the sauce, but with no sauce to ensure that I paid the amount first otherwise I would not get the 2 ounce cup of sauce. How insulting

Fresh, tender sushi that held up its shape when grabbed with chopsticks. Good variety of both rolls and nigiri/sashimi. Service was amazing despite me being a lone party of one. Attentive, knowledgeable server who seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing after slamming multiple of the best priced sapporo I've found in the triangle. Hot sake was a cool touch thats hard to find elsewhere. Resevervations dont seem necessary, but might be a good plan past 6pm. 10/10, would spend my severance check here again.

Ellie Whitt: I went here for all you can eat lunch with a friend, and it was ok. The Las Vegas roll was amazing, and the other rolls were alright, but the shrimp tempura roll was not fully cooked. The hostess said that the kitchen said that's as cooked as it would get, but the shrimp was still translucent, not white, and clearly raw. I have worked in two sushi bars and eaten at many different sushi places over the years, so I know what a cooked shrimp tempura roll looks like, and that wasn't it.For the kitchen food, the spring rolls were good, but don't waste your time with the bland fried rice or the hibachi vegetables, which were mostly onions.I only tried the chocolate cupcake for dessert, and it was very, very dry. I couldn't handle more than one bite. I didn't want to try any of the other desserts in case they were as bad, just in case I got charged for leaving them.The service is nonexistent since it's a conveyor belt place, but I was very disappointed with how the nearly raw shrimp tempura roll was handled.Now that I know what's worth it and what to avoid, I would go again if friends really wanted to go here, but I would definitely try another all you can eat sushi place if I get to pick.

William D: $17.99 for the worst sushi, expired and smelly and the hibachi was horrible. This place needs to be shut down. Spoke to the manager and told her the sushi was not fresh and the worst sushi I have ever had. She tried to reassure me that the food was fresh and offered me a plate to go. Why would I want anymore of this terrible food and there was no way the food was fresh. I also didn’t like the fact that she lied when I asked her if anybody ever complaints about the quality because there is no way no one complaints. I should have gotten my money back. I felt scammed and ripped off. The health department seriously needs to come here. Just look at my photos and you’ll see how old the food is.

Danni Gurl: Edit for recent experience: we visited again on the 20th of June and it was horrible. There was no food on the belt where we sat. Everyone was seated in this area even though there were empty seats all over the restaurant. The food was ok but the selection was slim when they finally put food on the belt after about 15 min wait. We complained to staff, because they didn't inform of us of any delay in the production of food. I will not go to this location in the future.Previous experience:I absolutely love it! The miso soup was great, my spicy pork bulgogi bowl was awesome, and my wife's sushi rolls were top tier! Also the pot stickers we had for an appetizer were delicious!
