From Blue Ridge Rd Go on Beryl Rd, building is on right side, so have to go all the way end of the street to turn around unless you want to blindside from street. 7 skids to unload, was in and out in 15 min. Nice people at receiving.

Jessica Vega: It’s an ok store. A lot of the stuff is all over the place and the service you get here is pretty hit or miss. I’ve had excellent visits, but during my most recent one I had a pretty rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me other than to tell me the total and to put my card in the machine. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever else she was doing.

I picked my balloons and it took, maybe 10 minutes. Even the manager asked me if I was finding everything okay. My wife was super happy with hers balloons. Ohmy Nolababy: Very very rude staff. Asked to use the bathroom because it was an emergency. They said I need to ask the manager for the key. Don’t know if it was the manager or not but she said they can’t use it for customers even when I said it was an emergency. So I had an accident and messed all over myself. A key should be sufficient to let customers use the bathroom. But to not even allow them to use, the key is insensitive and cruel. Thank you for letting me experience some thing so humiliating.

avaa: the managers and employees are sick.. me and my family were just shopping and basically my brother and his bestfriend were messing with the balloons, the employee asked to not be over there and the rest of the time, they were with my mom and her best friend. then they made an announcement saying “ages under 15 must stay with their parent” while they were with their parents. me and my sister went to checkout while my mom was still shopping and they were talking bad about them infront of us. my mom and them were checking out and they were videoing my mom and them without there consent. we went out and the one employee came out and had a buggie and took a picture of our license plate and kept taking pictures of us. we did absolutely nothing wrong !!!! AND I AM 15 YEARS OLD AND THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF MEE !!!! the manager & employee need to be checked and need their job lost asap ! 😂

MacKenzie Cavanagh: Worst customer experience ever. Was in the store 02/24/23 at 4:30 pm today and attempting to check out. Line was long and female cashier refused to service my husband and I because we had been looking at our phones while we waited in the line. She aggressively tried to embarrass us in front of the other customers and starting picking customers behind us in line, letting everyone know “she wouldn’t be servicing us”. Husband and I were very confused as we hadn’t been talking on the phone or anything rude. Ultimately left the store entirely without buying anything and will never be shopping at dollar tree again. This store really needs to fire this employee.
Kevin Auslander: At around 4:25pm on February 24 my wife and I were attempting to check out with some small snack items after a tough work day. We were standing next in line behind another customer who was being helped with some balloons, which were taking awhile, so a line backed up behind us. Another female cashier opened up her line and called the two customers behind us into hers, which was strange but could have been understandable since we had our items on the belt already. When the balloons were still taking a lot of time we shifted to the new cashier’s line. As she finished up with the customer in front of us, she started yelling towards us, saying that she didn’t call us over previously due to me playing on my phone while I waited (I was texting on my phone but clearly not causing any disruptions or rudeness, as the balloons were still in process throughout this whole ordeal). At this point, I was feeling pretty disrespected but I had an important text message to respond to from a coworker so I started responding, since we were not being serviced yet. A couple moments later, the cashier calls for the customer behind us to cut ahead, letting everyone know that she will not be checking us out and was refusing to serve us. For emphasis, we were not using our devices while being serviced and were quiet and respectful the whole time. Disrespected and confused more than anything, we left without buying our items since it appeared she would never check us out and we will not be returning. Hopefully it was just a bad day and she has better days ahead :)

Allison Gibbs: Dollar Tree has definitely stepped their game up! I found this cute canvas tonight that will look perfect in my room full of plants. Staff is friendly, and I always find something cute at this location.
Chanchal: During my recent visit, I found it has many items on its shelves. Lot many crockeries, glassware, kitchenware, decorative items, cleaning supplies, small tools, storages and other generic stuff on either 1.25 cents or $3-5. Staff was helpful and they were doing good job. Parking has enough spots.

Paradox Dollbox: This store is a joke! Several of the aisles are empty, as in they don't have merchandise up. When I went this last time, there were two employees and only one was working. The other employee was sitting in an aisle, surrounded by boxes of merchandise waiting to be shelved, and was playing on their phone. This will be the last time I shop here...I have no idea how they have a four star rating. I didn't even end up buying anything, just dropped the one thing on my list that they had in stock and walked out the door.

Enas Hajj Hussein: The Manager was very disrespectful to me, my family, and a large group of individuals behind us. He shouted out to me and my family and a big group of people behind us, telling us that it was an express line even though it wasn't, and there were 2 groups of people who had wayyyy surpassed the "10 item limit" that then changed into the "20 item limit." There was no sign indicating that it was an express lane; rather, the line we got sent to had an express line sign even though it wasn’t. The whole store is in shambles. It was a very hot and humid day. Me and my family weren’t looking to argue, so we chose to ignore this incident, but later overheard him making exceptions to others that he knew in the line who went way overboard with the "20 item limit." I just don’t think it's fair to treat customers like this, and I do very much understand that it was a hot day, but the way he acted was just disrespectful and uncalled for.

Daud Shah: There are some good products I like at Restaurant Depot that I can get on a day pass. However, it is painful to wait longer on checkout. Every other time I go there, I have to wait for an hour or more to be checked out because the cash register system is not working.The issues I am told are all sorts of things from connectivity to other technical issues. I wonder if it is really a big investment for the chain to fix while compromising on losing customers.

Why not do it on night shift and have a few on the floor throughout the day replenishing. That place is an OSHA violation waiting to happen. Be careful of other customers potentially plowing you down also…rude as hell. My last visit I felt like I was in a maze. Went down several isles and Couldn’t get the isles due to all the pallet in the isles…oh and don’t get me started on management. I accidentally picked up and bought the wrong chips because they were stocked in the wrong location…corn chips and Cheetos in the same location . At the return counter they called management to approve the return. When the manager learned of how this happened he told me to more or less pay attention to what I’m purchasing because he had to come “all the way from the warehouse”to approve the transaction . Being the nice person I am I declined to tell him that was his job and to choose another profession. Any who, that was a few months ago. My last visit the same manager was supposed to look for some lids that matched the cups I had picked up…he disappeared around the corner and never came back. Place is so disorganized. Most things have no price tag so you don’t know what something costs. The bottleneck at this location is management for sure!!

Shaniva Patel: Today I went to do my shopping for my business. I quickly chose everything that I would take from this store. When I got to the cash register, I met this person who is supposed to be a cashier. You can see her name and her face Managers of Restoran Depot. When my turn to pay came, she looked at me for a few seconds with a worse face than the one you see there. Body language: sloping shoulders, slack hands, and a face that showed that being there working was a great pain for her. It was so unpleasant to see how forcibly she marked things with her red pen and how she scanned the codes with utter laziness and negligence. But yes! She was pending the conversation of her companions. It made me think that she could make a mistake in checking her merchandise, she seemed absent and little concentrated. She was not friendly and she never communicated any gesture of knowing what she was doing. Oh and not to mention the way she's dressed yet. It absolutely looked like her pajama clothes were worn to work. I do not pretend that she wears an office suit but at least that she takes her work and personal care seriously. Restaurant Depot and warehouse, transportation and ATM staff: thanks to the businessmen who come to this place every day to take our money, you have a job and a reason for being there, so everyone change your attitude. Well, absolutely nothing there, they all have the face of being so unhappy. So either this company's recruiting is failing or the current workforce is dramatically lackluster.
