Judy Rebold: I asked a lady for help and she gave me half of a garbled answer. I then got to the register and she interfered in me getting being taken care of. I tried to give change so that I could get a 5.00 bill back. The gentlemen didnt know how to do it so I asked him to key in the amount and the register will tell him what to do. The"lady" said he doesn't have to do it that way and told him to take the 10.00 and give me change. Very poor customer service and on top of that, I believe it was a racial issue. This woman obviously did not like me from the moment I asked her for help. I was shopping for a friend or I would not have continued the purchase.

Krissi Faith: Wheelchair accessible. David was my cashier. Nice guy. The staff were efficient and helpful. This shop is next to a Publix and located in a very beaufiful plaza. This particular Dollar Tree is farily big. Has groceries and supplies. If there is anything you need, this store may just as well have it.

Cubillos Inc: This saturday was my moms surprise 50th party with over 100+ guests coming from all over the country.There was a helium shortage and we couldn't find anywhere that would fill balloons. When we found this store the Friday before, you had 2 associated who told us we could place the balloon order and pick up the next day.I was worried about this and asked "Are you sure when we pick this up tomorrow that you will have them filled and not tell us you ran out of helium?"Associate said "As long as you pay NOW we can guarantee it"So I pre-paid.I asked over and over "ARE YOU SURE THEY WILL BE DONE TOMORROW?"Associate continued to guarantee and asked me to write my name number and time for pick up on Saturday.---------------------I left and came back the following day....I did not see my balloons blown up and waiting for pick up and then I found them still in a plastic bag and wait.... THE HELIUM TANK HAD A SIGN THAT SAID "OUT OF HELIUM!"I cant begin to say how upset i was.2 different associates were trying to help and then a manager came out to speak with me.....I understand that it was only $6 worth of balloons but these were needed for a backdrop! The manager told me she couldn't control that the helium would run out....I 100% understood and told her that I agreed BUT when their employee continuously tells me he guarantees it'll be ready... THEY CAN CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE.They said they would either refund the $6 and I would end up wit no balloons...OR... I can keep the balloon because I paid for them and the helium was "free"....In order to fill up the helium the Publix next door said they would do it for $2 PER BALLOON!!!The manager didn't even offer to cough up the $12 for inconvenience..... said she was unable to do that because it would come out of her pocket!I ended up paying $18 for 6 balloons because of this......This comment may be read and go unnoticed .... but I had to share because this was beyond DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE.TERRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE IT.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Lot many crockeries, glassware, kitchenware, decorative items, cleaning supplies, small tools, storages and other generic stuff on either 1.25 cents or $3-5. Staff was helpful and they were doing good job. Parking has enough spots.

Paradox Dollbox: This store is a joke! Several of the aisles are empty, as in they don't have merchandise up. When I went this last time, there were two employees and only one was working. The other employee was sitting in an aisle, surrounded by boxes of merchandise waiting to be shelved, and was playing on their phone. This will be the last time I shop here...I have no idea how they have a four star rating. I didn't even end up buying anything, just dropped the one thing on my list that they had in stock and walked out the door.

Donna Custis: Store always dirty. They always close early. Boxes everywhere. Cashiers are not friendly most of the time. Nothing is organized at all.

Harlie Mundy: Store was very dirty, there were shopping carts full of merchandise blocking every isle while there was nothing on the shelves. I wouldn't waste my time here, go to the one by Walnut Street.

Keytsiia Shy: Maia is a Fantastic employee, and will make you experience here wonderful. Be mindful of the management. There is one with an orange wig that is not only disrespectful, and rude to customers but also treated Maia like a slave in front of them. Maia deserve a raise and then some!

Ron Fernstaedt: Management was rude and treated their employees terribly checkout girl (Tina) was doing an awesome job trying to keep her line caught up and was actually reprimanded in front of the customers for asking for help unacceptable Nancy needs to learn how to treat a co-worker or an employee… she was mean and rude and didn’t care that Tina’s had a bunch of customers in her line I know when you have a good help you treat them well so they stay with the company and are known to be nice to people but when you work for somebody that looks down on you as that is how it looked today… I would sure want to know if I on the business truly truly unacceptable treat your employees better

Ebony Ransom: The employees here are not customer service oriented. They will literally stand outside for a cigarette and leave the store full of customers with the self check out line backed up. Then still won't check anyone out after they finish their cigarette. I won't be coming back here. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes while a guy tried to figure out his coupons on self check out. 2 employees stood at 1 register talking. I just put my stuff down and walked out. So unprofessional and literally no customer service. It's like they forget without the consumer they don't have a job. All good cause I won't be giving this location my money anymore. Let me add most Dollar generals don't give great customer service and that's cool. But this store is in the negative when it comes to the customer service they give. The store manager is always nice and will talk to you but no one else does.

Karen Lawrence: WORST store EVER!! For several weeks now maybe even a month or more, no inventory on the shelves. Can hardly walk through the store due to bins and boxes of items needing to be unpacked.Hardly any staff in the store. You can only have a real person check you out IF you pay with cash… IF by card, you’re on you own to self check out, assuming you can even find anything to buy! Awful store! #dollargeneral

Tribe Of GAD: Today, I decided to visit my local Dollar General to treat my co-workers with snacks for all their hard work. I was in line waiting to be assist and noticed the Dollar General employee ignored another cust asking for help with check out. When Shirley finally answered the customer, it was very rude and disrespectful tone. I will never visit Dollar General again at 832 E Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511. In addition, the assistance manager watched and said nothing. I was very disappointed. Could someone please investigate this because I truly believe it was racism behind their negative tone.

So I searched for the nearest dollar general from the hospital. Made it there 8 minutes before they were suppose to close for it not to be open. They close BEFORE 10pm and don't bother looking for their hours on the door of the store....they have peeled then off....for the closing hour. Employees parked in parking lot but no entry for customers. So be sure to arrive during the day if plan on visiting. Luck may be better than mine unless they peel the day time hours off the door next lol. Waste of time and much needed gas.

It’s Me Shakia: Always close by the time I get off of work despite being advertised as open until 10. For the past two months every time I stop by there they are closed by 7 pm. Today they were closed by 5pm. I wrote a review like this last month and I assumed they deleted it. I would have just appreciated if they updated their online times to be accurate so I don’t have to waste gas to go there and be disappointed.

Sometimes though when certain employees are there dont expect any customer service. And if you demand service you just get stared at like you are the antichrist. However their self checkout works very well credit/debit only.
