Judy Rebold: I asked a lady for help and she gave me half of a garbled answer. I then got to the register and she interfered in me getting being taken care of. I tried to give change so that I could get a 5.00 bill back. The gentlemen didnt know how to do it so I asked him to key in the amount and the register will tell him what to do. The"lady" said he doesn't have to do it that way and told him to take the 10.00 and give me change. Very poor customer service and on top of that, I believe it was a racial issue. This woman obviously did not like me from the moment I asked her for help. I was shopping for a friend or I would not have continued the purchase.

This particular Dollar Tree is farily big. Has groceries and supplies. If there is anything you need, this store may just as well have it.

Cubillos Inc: This saturday was my moms surprise 50th party with over 100+ guests coming from all over the country.There was a helium shortage and we couldn't find anywhere that would fill balloons. When we found this store the Friday before, you had 2 associated who told us we could place the balloon order and pick up the next day.I was worried about this and asked "Are you sure when we pick this up tomorrow that you will have them filled and not tell us you ran out of helium?"Associate said "As long as you pay NOW we can guarantee it"So I pre-paid.I asked over and over "ARE YOU SURE THEY WILL BE DONE TOMORROW?"Associate continued to guarantee and asked me to write my name number and time for pick up on Saturday.---------------------I left and came back the following day....I did not see my balloons blown up and waiting for pick up and then I found them still in a plastic bag and wait.... THE HELIUM TANK HAD A SIGN THAT SAID "OUT OF HELIUM!"I cant begin to say how upset i was.2 different associates were trying to help and then a manager came out to speak with me.....I understand that it was only $6 worth of balloons but these were needed for a backdrop! The manager told me she couldn't control that the helium would run out....I 100% understood and told her that I agreed BUT when their employee continuously tells me he guarantees it'll be ready... THEY CAN CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE.They said they would either refund the $6 and I would end up wit no balloons...OR... I can keep the balloon because I paid for them and the helium was "free"....In order to fill up the helium the Publix next door said they would do it for $2 PER BALLOON!!!The manager didn't even offer to cough up the $12 for inconvenience..... said she was unable to do that because it would come out of her pocket!I ended up paying $18 for 6 balloons because of this......This comment may be read and go unnoticed .... but I had to share because this was beyond DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE.TERRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE IT.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Commodity Management: This company is awful. Several bad experiences over the years. From placing an order and PAYING, only to drive there and they claim they sold the inventory. Call to place an order, they have to “check with warehouse and call you back.” Then they don’t call. Call back, “hey what happened to the phone call? Do you or don’t you have the boxes?” “Uhh, well it’s Monday...uhhh let me check with the warehouse and call you back in 5minutes.” Well, it’s FRIDAY and guess who hasn’t called. Try Best Price Boxes, they are much better and appreciate your business

monte christian: They are running a Budget Truck Rental Service there which is horrible! They gave me a broke truck I brought it back to them and their roadside service said that it was nothing wrong with it. Then when I took it back the check engine light came back on and began to lose pressure as I drove it. Then once I got to my destination and began to return the truck would only drive 5 miles per hour. I was almost 100 miles away from home and they never brought me a replacement truck or tried to accommodate me at all. It has been 5 days since my incident and I still have not gotten my $250 back. When I asked for support the guy running the store for Carolina Packing said that I should of gotten the insurance! WoW... Run from these people! DO not rent or buy anything from them because you will not get any support if anything goes wrong. They are money hungry and suck at customer service issues!.

Paradox Dollbox: This store is a joke! Several of the aisles are empty, as in they don't have merchandise up. When I went this last time, there were two employees and only one was working. The other employee was sitting in an aisle, surrounded by boxes of merchandise waiting to be shelved, and was playing on their phone. This will be the last time I shop here...I have no idea how they have a four star rating. I didn't even end up buying anything, just dropped the one thing on my list that they had in stock and walked out the door.

Ohmy Nolababy: Very very rude staff. Asked to use the bathroom because it was an emergency. They said I need to ask the manager for the key. Don’t know if it was the manager or not but she said they can’t use it for customers even when I said it was an emergency. So I had an accident and messed all over myself. A key should be sufficient to let customers use the bathroom. But to not even allow them to use, the key is insensitive and cruel. Thank you for letting me experience some thing so humiliating.

AND I AM 15 YEARS OLD AND THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF MEE !!!! the manager & employee need to be checked and need their job lost asap ! 😂

She never gave me my total- i just inserted my card. She handed me my receipt and that was all. MacKenzie Cavanagh: Worst customer experience ever. Was in the store 02/24/23 at 4:30 pm today and attempting to check out. Line was long and female cashier refused to service my husband and I because we had been looking at our phones while we waited in the line. She aggressively tried to embarrass us in front of the other customers and starting picking customers behind us in line, letting everyone know “she wouldn’t be servicing us”. Husband and I were very confused as we hadn’t been talking on the phone or anything rude. Ultimately left the store entirely without buying anything and will never be shopping at dollar tree again. This store really needs to fire this employee.

Kevin Auslander: At around 4:25pm on February 24 my wife and I were attempting to check out with some small snack items after a tough work day. We were standing next in line behind another customer who was being helped with some balloons, which were taking awhile, so a line backed up behind us. Another female cashier opened up her line and called the two customers behind us into hers, which was strange but could have been understandable since we had our items on the belt already. When the balloons were still taking a lot of time we shifted to the new cashier’s line. As she finished up with the customer in front of us, she started yelling towards us, saying that she didn’t call us over previously due to me playing on my phone while I waited (I was texting on my phone but clearly not causing any disruptions or rudeness, as the balloons were still in process throughout this whole ordeal). At this point, I was feeling pretty disrespected but I had an important text message to respond to from a coworker so I started responding, since we were not being serviced yet. A couple moments later, the cashier calls for the customer behind us to cut ahead, letting everyone know that she will not be checking us out and was refusing to serve us. For emphasis, we were not using our devices while being serviced and were quiet and respectful the whole time. Disrespected and confused more than anything, we left without buying our items since it appeared she would never check us out and we will not be returning. Hopefully it was just a bad day and she has better days ahead :)

A Mills: The store was a mess. Bathrooms closed and cartons of products sitting all over but no one working with them. I love Dollar Tree but will avoid this one. Cashers were nice.
