Paradox Dollbox: This store is a joke! Several of the aisles are empty, as in they don't have merchandise up. When I went this last time, there were two employees and only one was working. The other employee was sitting in an aisle, surrounded by boxes of merchandise waiting to be shelved, and was playing on their phone. This will be the last time I shop here...I have no idea how they have a four star rating. I didn't even end up buying anything, just dropped the one thing on my list that they had in stock and walked out the door.

Judy Rebold: I asked a lady for help and she gave me half of a garbled answer. I then got to the register and she interfered in me getting being taken care of. I tried to give change so that I could get a 5.00 bill back. The gentlemen didnt know how to do it so I asked him to key in the amount and the register will tell him what to do. The"lady" said he doesn't have to do it that way and told him to take the 10.00 and give me change. Very poor customer service and on top of that, I believe it was a racial issue. This woman obviously did not like me from the moment I asked her for help. I was shopping for a friend or I would not have continued the purchase.

This particular Dollar Tree is farily big. Has groceries and supplies. If there is anything you need, this store may just as well have it.

Cubillos Inc: This saturday was my moms surprise 50th party with over 100+ guests coming from all over the country.There was a helium shortage and we couldn't find anywhere that would fill balloons. When we found this store the Friday before, you had 2 associated who told us we could place the balloon order and pick up the next day.I was worried about this and asked "Are you sure when we pick this up tomorrow that you will have them filled and not tell us you ran out of helium?"Associate said "As long as you pay NOW we can guarantee it"So I pre-paid.I asked over and over "ARE YOU SURE THEY WILL BE DONE TOMORROW?"Associate continued to guarantee and asked me to write my name number and time for pick up on Saturday.---------------------I left and came back the following day....I did not see my balloons blown up and waiting for pick up and then I found them still in a plastic bag and wait.... THE HELIUM TANK HAD A SIGN THAT SAID "OUT OF HELIUM!"I cant begin to say how upset i was.2 different associates were trying to help and then a manager came out to speak with me.....I understand that it was only $6 worth of balloons but these were needed for a backdrop! The manager told me she couldn't control that the helium would run out....I 100% understood and told her that I agreed BUT when their employee continuously tells me he guarantees it'll be ready... THEY CAN CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE.They said they would either refund the $6 and I would end up wit no balloons...OR... I can keep the balloon because I paid for them and the helium was "free"....In order to fill up the helium the Publix next door said they would do it for $2 PER BALLOON!!!The manager didn't even offer to cough up the $12 for inconvenience..... said she was unable to do that because it would come out of her pocket!I ended up paying $18 for 6 balloons because of this......This comment may be read and go unnoticed .... but I had to share because this was beyond DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!TERRIBLE SERVICE.TERRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE IT.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

vgoodma: They need to put a NO Pet sign up on their door, cuz I've always gone into this location and brought my dog in and no one had a problem. Today one of the employees who was sitting outside and was on the phone, spoke to me in broken English said no pets. Put a sign up, get this location more cleaner and organized and more staff as the lines are always long. That or let's get some robots working the check out counter.

Today I stood in line for 20 minutes while a guy tried to figure out his coupons on self check out. 2 employees stood at 1 register talking. I just put my stuff down and walked out. So unprofessional and literally no customer service. It's like they forget without the consumer they don't have a job. All good cause I won't be giving this location my money anymore. Let me add most Dollar generals don't give great customer service and that's cool. But this store is in the negative when it comes to the customer service they give. The store manager is always nice and will talk to you but no one else does.

I was in line waiting to be assist and noticed the Dollar General employee ignored another cust asking for help with check out. In addition, the assistance manager watched and said nothing. I was very disappointed. Could someone please investigate this because I truly believe it was racism behind their negative tone.

Employees parked in parking lot but no entry for customers. So be sure to arrive during the day if plan on visiting. It’s Me Shakia: Always close by the time I get off of work despite being advertised as open until 10. For the past two months every time I stop by there they are closed by 7 pm. Today they were closed by 5pm. I wrote a review like this last month and I assumed they deleted it. Karyna Boone: My mom had to go into this store to grab a few things. When she arrived the lights were off which made her think that they were closed. Cashiers were told buy the owner and district managers to cut the lights off to conserve energy. This is dangerous for customers as well as people working in the store. If you are not making enough money to keep your lights on then maybe you need to shut down your stores. I will be taking this further. This is unacceptable!

The associate the checked me out agreed that is NOT THE CLOSING TIME. I will be complaining to the manager tomorrow AND Corporate. The hours clearly state 10 o'clock. I walked in at 9:46. At 9:48 the manager said they were closing in 2 minutes I said the closing time says 10 o'clock pm. She ludicrously said we close at 5 minutes until 1O. WHAAAT! No store closes 5 minutes before an hour. I Came in plenty of time to get the items that I needed if they closed at 10. I stated I needed to use the restroom and I still was told that they were closing (early!!!!) I have never been rushed in this store before and am very disappointed.

Jesse Finkley: GENDER MISASSUMPTION-VERY OFFENDED: I'M A MA'AM NOT A SIR!!!! TODAY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEBACLE IN $DOLLAR 25 CENT TREE, HOLLY SPRINGS, NC!!! This is a big topic when it comes to addressing the public with gender specific labels. Never expected for someone to call me "SIR" though!!! I go into Dollar 25 Tree today, and grab a basket, and proceed to go down each isle as always to browse. I get to the last isle at the end of the store(not back of store) where kitchen ware products are. By this time my basket has more than I expected to buy. That is because I go from isle to isle. Bad idea. Because you WILL find something. SMH!! So at kitchen ware, an associate says, "Hello". I look, smile and say "Hello" back. This person was working with another associate. I walk toward the last row, and the other person obviously right behind me says, "HELLO, SIR!!" I turn halfway and say,"I'M A MA'AM!!" They respond by saying, "I'M SORRY!! I SAW YOU FROM BEHIND!!" RIGHT, FIRST OFF, YOU SAW ME FROM BEHIND, SO WHAT MADE YOU ASSUME I WAS A SIR, A MAN, A MALE??? BECAUSE I HAD ON A WINTER HAT W/NO EARRINGS ON, HOODIE, JOGGERS ON, A SHORT JACKET, AND SNEAKERS (I was in grey and black clothing)FOR THIS 'CAN'T MAKE UP IT'S NORTH CAROLINA INDECISIVE MIND' WEATHER AT 10AM"??? I'm from up North, so in the winter, I dress for the winter in comfy warm clothes to go to the store. I was just as ordinary as they were in their green shirt and khakis!! OKAY SO, WHY DID THIS ASSOCIATE EVEN GREET ME FROM BEHIND, UNLESS TO SAY EXCUSE ME?? AND THIS PERSON WAS WITH THE FIRST ASSOCIATE THAT GREETED ME, SO DIDN'T THEY NOTICE ME B4?? I KEPT ON WALKING AFTER THEY SAID, "SORRY" THE FIRST TIME. AND SAID, "UM HUM". STILL BEHIND ME, THE SAME PERSON SAID SOMETHING AGAIN LIKE, 'I'M SORRY AGAIN'. BY THIS TIME I TUNED THEM OUT BECAUSE I WAS PROCESSING BEING CALLED A "SIR". I SAID, "UM, HUM" AGAIN. I GUESS MY VOICE HAD ALERTED HIM I WAS A MA'AM!?!? I AM TALL AND SLIM; BUT, CAN ONE ASSUME I AM A 'SIR' FROM BEHIND?? HOODIE'S, JOGGERS, & SNEAKERS ARE UNIVERSAL. NOT MALE DOMINATED CLOTHING. TOBOGGAN'S ARE UNIVERSAL. I AM 100000000000000% ALL WOMAN, LADY, FEMALE, OKAY!! REGARDLESS OF WHAT I WEAR FROM A DRESS AND HEELS TO A HOODIE, JOGGERS, AND SNEAKERS!! OH, AND I HAVE A SHORT HAIR CUT YOU CANNOT SEE UNDER THE HAT. SO HE DIDN'T SEE ANY HAIR. SO DON'T ASSUME!!! THIS OCCURRED AT 10AM, AND I STILL AM THINKING ABOUT IT AT 10PM. LOOK PEOPLE IN THEIR FACE AND SAY HELLO, AND LEAVE OFF LABELS!! WE ARE AFTER ALL IN A GENDER SENSITIVE ERA!!! Customer Service Lesson: Don't assume the gender period!!! And, you don't need to greet a customer after they've been all around the store browsing, minding their business in peace!!! NOTICE that I didn't give their assumed gender-it's simple and appropriate to not do!!! And yes, future reviews will reflect that change.

S. Graham: "Love this place! My favorite place to shop!"....well that was true six months ago when I initially left that review but this location had declined horribly but, new management and employees are turning this location around.

INTERNAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY LLC: I walk through the automatic glass doors to enter Dollar Tree. I grab a green Dollar Tree basket with my left hand. Customers grab their food to put in their green basket as I do.We head to Belinda Allens at the cash register. I put my items on the escalator and she rings up my products. She bags my food and I take out green soft cash to make my payment after a very long line.I grab my plastic bags and leave.Employees ring products at all of the four cash registers. They see thousands of dollars inside the cash register.

natasha Dillard: I was there a couple of weeks ago and the customer service was horrible by the older lady with grey or white hair. I was simple looking for ballons fo an occasion and before i could get it out of what i was looking for she rudely informed me that she already blew up the ones they had in stock and there were no others. Girl with blue hair helped and i actually found the ones i was looking for. After getting the ballons i had to go back in the store to shop for other items and when i got to the register the old lady gave me such a nasty look as if i just ruined her whole day. I love the store cause it is fully stocked however the employee needs a class in customer service and how to be friendly even on a bad day.

Lex4val Macaroni: Worst dollar tree ever! White female associate with blue hair was rude and downright nasty cause I asked for my receipt. Can't help but wonder had I not been a women of color would I have gotten better treatment. She deserves to be fired ASAP!

Pierre Whitlow: My wife and I come to this location all of the time and we dread going through the line and getting Elizabeth. She never speaks and if you ask her a question she’s rude and dry. I’m not certain if it is the fact that we are African-American or not because allegedly she has no problem speaking to her same nationality people. It’s sad that it’s almost 2022 and people are still mean like this. This is a prime example of horrible customer service.
