NextCare Urgent Care: what do users think?
omar el morabet: Professional work team
John King: Staff and Dr superb!
Luis Chinchilla: Excellent professionalism very well they attended me very well and fast
Tony Blackwell: Great Staff at this location, from the reception to the nurses Care to the Doctor! They were All Very friendly and the doctor provided great information pertaining to my Reason for being there and going forward!
Taewan Park: will never pick up calls, they will close unexpectedly and won’t take walk ins
Kirsten Hower: The staff is really friendly and helpful. They were able to fit my daughter in on a same day appointment with a very short wait time. They wrote her prescriptions and we were able to get her started on them that same day as well. I highly recommend this place.
Keyshawn B: The doctor was really kind and extremely helpful. Service was great and the front desk associates were kind as well. 10/10 experience
Sara Gautcher: Worst experience. Waited a full hour. When they finally call me they tell me I have to pay $75 before I can be seen because they are an out of network provider. I show her on my insurance app they are in-network. Then she says “oh sorry that is for the deductible you haven’t met”. I again show I have fully met my deductible. She then just says it is policy and I need to pay $75. I inform her that I just need a step swab and that there is no way that would be $75 considering I have met my deductible and they are in network which means I would only owe 10% of the cost of the visit. She calls another person to go back while I am informing her there is no way this will cost $750, $75 being 10% of that. Finally she goes back to talk to someone and agrees I can be seen and pay at the end but now my turn has passed and I will need to wait likely another hour or more. So incredibly shady. I called her out on her lies of being out of network and also for having not met my deductible so she basically skipped me in line. I left and went elsewhere that is actually above board and not trying rip off sick people by lying to them and taking far more money than they actually owe hoping they don’t get called out on the lie. Stay away!!
Tawanna Jackson: I'm not one to write a lot.Fast, friendly says it allAlways came here no matter whose closerKudos!
A Arnson: This team of dedicated professionals were quick and pleasant too! I made an appointment online and the team were on time! Very cool. I recommend.
Adriel de la Cruz: I booked an appointment online to be seen for foot pain at 10:45 AM and made sure to fill everything out before hand, but still only saw a physician assistant at 11:55 AM. According to the app, I had no one in front of me on the wait list, but the front desk lady said I had one person. The place was mostly empty, two more patients waiting beside me. I waited through annoying talk shows playing loud on the TV. I tried to work on my laptop while waiting but their free wifi was useless. They took X rays and the PA explained, by drawing doodles on a piece of paper, the cause was a minor heel spur, then sent me home with care instructions. I asked for X ray copies to make sure I actually saw my bones, and they provided a CD. These days no one uses CDs, it is time to move on to USB flash. I would not recommend this urgent care.
Anne Johnson: I was seen quickly. Staff all were very pleasant and helpful. Glad I went here.
Madi: Everyone is so nice and attentive. Went twice this week as the doctor told me to come back if I needed to and they took care of me both times. Amazing team!
David Herrick: All the staff were polite and professional. The lady at the front desk was amazing. My insurance is for "catastrophic" situations only, but she contacted my company and arranged a discount for me, which I didn't think was even possible.
Dawn S: Such a great place. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I’d come back if necessary.😀
Susan McCormick: Quick, convenient and friendly service.
Christopher Nolan: Great staff and very attentive to my daughter. Thank you!
Kim Leighty: Very quick and friendly service! The team was very kind to me and my daughter!
Elise Senay: Barely a wait and very kind, professional and caring staff
Kentrell Richardson: I went in a week or so ago last minute and received great service from the nurse Tasha and Dr. Maria. Not sure of the lady name at the front desk but the staff was very nice. I will definitely come back again if I need their services.
Samuel Everhardt: Was seen back in January for what was eventually diagnosed as gastroenteritis. I was waiting for over 3 hours and blacked out in the waiting area 4 separate times due to dehydration and fever. No concern was shown, and no help was given. Not even water to try and get fluids into my system

Cary Area Emergency Medical Services: what do users think?
Alston Kornegay: Absolute worst people ever. Tried 3 times to get a IV on my 3 month old son. Not trained properly. Very rude. Need to be fired. Hope Cary can find some better emergency service people. So sad to see how rude society has become. Even the people who are supposed to look after you.
Douglas Shaw: Thank you to all First Responders who serve and protect. Cary is known as one of the safest places to live, and these fine men and women are a an important reason why. Thank you and please stay safe.

WakeMed Cary Hospital Emergency Room: what do users think?
Michael Brown: I would just like to say from the time I was registered to my discharge time it was a wonderful experience despite the fact that I was not feeling well and in pain. I found the staff to be caring and compassionate. I especially appreciated the genuine interest in my case. I have been to other hospitals for surgery and other issues, but WakeMed Cary is the best in my experience.
K: Excellent care.
Chris H: I waited in a wheelchair in the hallway just past the double doors of the emergency dept. for a total of 4 hours. The care I was given totaled 30 minutes. I was taken to x ray 3 hours after arrival. The puncture wound was not cleaned until I asked the PA if it was going to get cleaned after he gave me discharge information. I really don't feel that this was proper treatment.
Russell Villard: Went at a very busy time. Everyone was nice. My opinion is they are trying their very best.
Christopher Murray: Arrived at 11 PM because my pregnant wife was having trouble breathing. We were told to walk over to the OB Ed, after forty minutes we were told it wasn’t baby related and walked back to the emergency room where we were admitted… to sit in a small unventilated room that stank of weed for forty min while my pregnant wife was still complaining of not being able to breath. At 2:20 we were finally given some Benadryl ….
Tim P: Terrible experience at WakeMed. They didn’t treat the root cause of the problem and gave a wrong diagnosis without conducting any tests. Would not recommend.
carla saunders: Nurses and general staff were excellent. I was seen by a young nurse practitioner who was very aloof, superficial and did not adequately answer questions about questionable diagnosis. I was discharged with no resolution and condition continues this following day. Very disappointed with visit. No resolution of problem.
lynn fragoso: Extremely caring for patient and keeping relatives informed about testing and results and options. Thank you for your prompt response
Abbie Lemus: I was really hoping I didn't have to visit WakeMed Cary ER again because the times I have needed to go I always get disappointed with the service because it has been pretty bad.I had to go today against my will because it was the closest ER I had. The doctor and nurse were really nice this time, and I really appreciate it, but as for the nurse in Triage taking my vitals... I almost left! Every time she asked me about my symptoms while I was trying to explain to her what was going on, I was getting either interrupted or gaslighted! Worst part, I was bleeding, and she said, "You could've just wiped it up and don't come to ER," like for real?In the end, she said that she was going to get a doctor to see me anyways, like if she was doing me a favor! I really hope I don't have to go back again...
Cary Walker: Emergency room twice in a week, for UT issues. First time, Staff was compassionate, gave me pain meds fast. (UTI infection). UTI solved within a day- strong antibiotics. Wasn't so sure about the forced stent procedure ER insisted I have, involved an overnight stay. Old stone that had been there for 2 yrs w no pain, scheduled for removal 2 weeks later, after antibiotics course complete. Stent created a whole new level of pain for 10 days and another trip to the ER the next week- 9/10 pain, vomiting. Nurse that time was indifferent, annoyed I called after an hr with no meds. Doctor on staff that night was great, first nurse not so much. Other nurses were more humane, handled pain and discharge after 6 hrs mostly just waiting for tests and meds. I'd give it mixed reviews.
L H: Everyone was pleasant I met in the ER. From the front desk, triage nurse, registration and physicians. Dr. Erik Manning was awesome!!! Great bedside manner and patience. Thanks to Garrett for explaining all my discharge instructions thoroughly before leaving.
Ann Rogers: Emergency checkin were not too friendly. Confused on how blood pressure is taken. Was cold in waiting room, thought I was in cold weather. Little busy, but took 2 1/2 hours, to read my cat scan, after waiting a hour to be seen, let alone get out of hospital. They moved us, my husband and I , ages 70 and 80 to back emergency area and it was cold and we had to ask for blankets.. not a very good experience. Very disappointed.
Diego Torres: Pain level of 9-10, 40+ minute wait and still nothing. Empty waiting room. What kind of service is this?
diane laws: Unfortunately I have had to use wake med Cary too often. Have always received incredible care, yesterday no exception. Nurse Alex so kind and ED dr exceptional. Thank you for all as I hopefully get better soon. So wonderful having such a great place to close.
Michael Holmes: Horrible hospital. Went in for pain in hands was held for almost 7 hours with multiple tests ran and nothing to address the pain. Even at discharge! Also two very unprofessional experiences within the already horrible visit. 1st a patient should never hear how “sh***y” of a med school a physician has been too. Overheard the Drs. Conversation right outside the bay I was in. 2nd if you are speaking with a patient it is very rude to have another Dr come in about another patient to give an update. Then after that debacle . 2 mins later she overhears her name and walks out of the room mid conversation. Horrible hospital with even worse staff.
J B: Daughter went in with stomach bug issues and diarrhea with a fever for 24 hrs prior. Staff was friendly and quick despite saying they were short staffed. My 4 year old was even gifted two teddy bears before we left. The wait wasn't long, considering. A ton of people came in after we did.The bathrooms on the other hand, we're NARSTY. We went on around 8pm. One of the rooms had NO toilet paper. The other bathrooms toilet had splatters of --I don't know what- perhaps puke or blood. So we went to a different one. Luckily we made it in time for my little girl to make it to the trash can. Poor thing. The bathrooms are why we didn't give it 5 stars.
Darla Brown: The staff and care was wonderful but the wait time was terrible. We were there for seven hours for a wound not healing well that included an ultrasound.
Rebecca Utterback: I was in the ER waiting room for 3 hours after suffering a serious car accident. When the doctor finally saw me, he spent barely 5 minutes with me doing a very brief exam and said you are fine...you didn't break your neck. I was having back and neck pain.
Meagan Hughes: I saw a doctor for less than 2 min and was there for 6 hours. I was not listened to about my pain and things were “overrun” and couldn’t have access to speaking to a doctor per the nurses and staff. I saw someone for triage, for a literal minute and someone bringing me papers to sign me out and told me to take Tylenol. For 6 hours. Horrible. I will never go here again. Like wake Med but they need to do something about Cary ER it’s not run efficiently.
Aubrey Hart: I'm only giving this two stars because the doctor who diagnosed me was incredibly kind to me, and made sure to help me understand my labs, treatment, etc. And the ultrasound tech that I had was amazing, warm, and good at her job. However, the nurse, who I communicated with more than anyone there, needs more training, or else she shouldn't be working there. When she sat me down to take my vitals, she almost didn't get my blood for my labs because she didn't read that labs were ordered for me. She later tried to come in and give me two different medications without explaining to me what they were or what they were for.Probably the worst part of my experience was when she tried to discharge me before the doctor had come back and explained my lab results and diagnosis to me. Thankfully, I'm pretty good at advocating for myself and refused to leave before talking to the doctor again Then finally, when I left, she never had me sign the discharge papers. So as far as the hospital knows, I'm still there!Overall, it wasn't the worst experience, but I definitely agree with previous posts on the fact that multiple HIPPA violations were made. I definitely got stuck in a hallway a few times and had to talk to the doctor about my case, and personal information, in front of other people. And I think the nurse's overall negligence could be a huge liability, and could even really harm someone if their case was exponentially more serious than mine.I can't imagine what going to the ER someplace else would be like, as this place had the best reviews that I could find. Really makes me feel discouraged about seeking medical attention here in the area.
Jim Brackett: Prompt efficient service, very nice and friendly staff.

FastMed Urgent Care: what do users think?
Anna Meadows: The Doctor was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns. The front desk attendant double charged me and was not the friendliest.
Veronica Fulling: Very efficient and professional staff from front desk to the PA. Thanks
Vanita Sehgal: Very professional and friendly. Made an appointment rather than walk in. No wait.
Macy: I went in already knowing what I had and was looking for a prescription to get rid of it. They said sure, no problem! Called my pharmacy after waiting over 24 hours for a text to learn that they never even called it in. Not only that, I’m guessing that when they look for front desk staff, “rude” and “standoffish” must be a requirement. Seriously, I’ve gone in here multiple times over the years, and the front desk staff has always sucked. So, if you’re looking to NOT get your medication and be treated as an inconvenience, this is your stop! Live laugh love, I will not be returning.
St.Barbaras Tablet3: Fell saving a trapped bird (true) and cut my arm on shelving in 3 places. PA Marcy was absolutely informative, conscientious and professional while cleaning and sewing me up. Bad day ended with pleasant care!
shonta smith: Thank you to the staff at Fast Med Urgent Care! Care here is excellent with compassion!
Casey Lambert: A very pleasant experience. It was a relatively fast visit and did not take long to called to go to the back. Everyone was extremely nice and professional.
Jared Compiano: Easy to get care. No wait. Fast check in process. The provider I saw was friendly. Very good experience all around.
Mark Anthony: In and out quickly. Unable to scan barcode as directed by agency.
Seth Asher: The website, Google and the sign ON THE DOOR said holiday hours for Easter were 8:00am to 4:00pm. They were not open. Absolutely ridiculous.
Erin Hobbs: Received email open and then drove there and closed. For day. This was for preemployment screen and was inconvenient to have to go back again
Khizr Kazmi: Went to the urgent care on a friday and they were ever so conveniently closed, what kind of urgent care lies about their hours on Google when people are sick? they are only opened Monday Tuesday and Thursday, beware of this place.
Deepak Khopade: Waste of time and money. They dont know how to diagnose the problems and just know how to collect someone's bill using debt collector without sending customer a proper bill. Stay away.
Tina G: I have always had a great experience, very satisfied
Memento Morgan (Effect): The fact that they let you make an appointment online, send a confirmation twice, then have you show up and they’re closed three days a week is AMAZING. I love when people waste my time :)
Keith Mckinnie: My Experience was Awesome at FastMed all the staff were very polite and helpful I wasn’t there long they move super fast
Arun Ramakrishnan: Had a short wait when I went as a walk in which was good. Neat and friendly staff. The PA that attended to me was clear and thorough. I was referred to do a scan and within an hour of the scan the PA called me and talked through the results and next steps. Great experience overall.
Kevin G Rkggsbee: Professional and friendly.
Rahmaan Muhammad: I was a walk in to do a DOT physical. Probably not early about 10 am. In and out less than a hour. The medical personnel had was did the full physical. No shortcuts and I was still in and out of the facility. I thought I was gonna be at Fast Med all day because I started later in the morning. But I was pleasantly surprised to be finished so soon.Everyone was pleasant and attention to detail. I even for got my credentials but one of the faculty ran outside and gave my credentials to me before I could leave. This is my new location for medical services. Thank you for your service. You are appreciated.
Emily Roberts: great experience , highly recommend
The End: Little wait time, clean offices, and expert stitchwork since I came in for sutures after an open wound. Careful removal when I returned, patient throughout, even when sedating under the wound so the sutures could be administered properly.

WakeMed Urgent Care - Kildaire: what do users think?
Alexandra Campbell: 2nd time in 10 days we ended up at the ER. First time was at the Raleigh Campus. We choose the Kildaire Campus in hope of faster service. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was great! We were greeted with a smile and kindness. The intake nurse at the front desk was awesome. The nurse that put us on the books was friendly and comforting. We didn't get a room in the ER Bay and had an area in the hallway. It was a busy morning. My husband's nurse Melisa was awesome! She was kind, super friendly, very accommodating and communicative. The doctor took his time to discuss my husband's issues, he listened and asked pointed questions. He laid out a plan of action and it was followed through swiftly.Check out and release was an easy process. Again, nurse Melisa and the doctor took their time to explain the new medications and next steps in treatment.Overall it was a great experience. Next time we need to go to the ER we will choose the Kildaire Complex again.
Lois Nixon: Both the check-in staff and PA were caring and efficient when I walked-in on a Sunday morning. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The next day my regular Dr. confirmed that the diagnosis and treatment plan were correct.
Bill O'Neill: My experience here was 100% positive. I went in today for treatment for a sinus infection and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, the place was new and super clean, and I was in and out very quickly.
Maureen Mcdivitt: I was given discharge paperwork which listed 2 medications given?I never received any meds and saw Dr for 1 minutePlease take off bill and contact me this message was received and my billing corrected.Thank you!
NC Homemaker: Unable to talk with a person. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes, and counting, just to clarify if my daughter needs to come in again! Why be an urgent care and Not pick up your phone? What part of urgent do they not understand? Why have that in your name?
Morgan Crutchfield: Super clean, well-kept and well run Urgent Care with kind and attentive staff. Parking was super convenient and the waiting room was spotless with plenty of seating. Reception was quick, efficient, friendly. I was in and out with no fuss and the help I needed.
Grandma Kage: Admitted with severe chest pain. seen right away and treated with the utmost courtesy.Tests showed nothing wrong with heart or lungs. Two days later pain has subsided but still feeling unwell. Overall good experience. Very friendly and professional staff.
Rene Morrison: The doctor I saw was wonderful! The entire staff was really caring.
Kelley Crawford: Had a great experience at this Urgent Care from the front desk staff to the PA on duty, Kris Decker. His bedside manner was excellent and he listened and spoke thoughtfully, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt like a patient and not a number or a nuisance. The healthcare world needs more Kris's these days! Thank you!
diane laws: Thank you Dr chow again fir your guidance to Ed Appreciate your expertise and care
Ajahlyse Bollar: If you’re having an emergency, go somewhere that’ll actually take care of you and not have you sitting in the waiting room for hours at a time. Wait time is disgusting, staff are horrible
Michael Arslan: Went to this urgent care with a really bad migraine and saw Dr. Chin. He came in the room and was honest with me that he wasn't able to treat me for my particular case because they didn't have the medicine that could break my 3 week long headache. He was extremely nice and caring and helped me understand my options. He didn't even charge me for the consultation. I was very happy with Dr. Chin and I'll see him again if I have any other urgent needs.
Joanne Bisson: Phenomenal - from front desk staff, to the prep room, Patrick****, and the doctor who spoke with me.....all wonderful and caring folks. Seriously, they made me feel as if I was royalty.
New Again Art Inc: 10/10!! Parking is a bit challenging due to it being in a building with busy medical offices, but this is a state of the art, impeccable facility with excellent staff! Went in for a broken toe and was treated extremely well from start to finish, everything was done expeditiously, and with the utmost care and friendliness.
Hailey Bernier: Went today & the team was super sweet especially one of their nurses!
Tania Stafford: No wait, easy parking, staff was great.
NCred501 NCred501: Staff were friendly and compassionate. Response time was quick.
Ashley Gross: They treated my toddler so fast! Had tests, x-ray and monitoring done all under 3 hours. The nurses and staff are excellent, efficient and most importantly empathetic.
John Wolf: WOW, is an understatement. I went in with a torn Rotator Cuff and was in severe pain. This has got to be hands down best emergent care ever (not that I'm a regular at these places). If you need to go, go here. You will be taken care of by a compassionate and professional staff. The nurses, PA's, EMT, various technicians (ultrasound) and admission staff were quick and caring. The Phlebotomist did miss (but to their credit she was new and that was ok by me). Her supervisor was right there and helped her make it right. Everyone had a smile and an appropriate sense of humor to help get my mind off of my pain.Thank you ALL!!!
Bobbie Kelley: Went to Wake Med Urgent Care on Kildaire Farm Road early Sunday morning. Nobody else was in the waiting room, there was no wait to be seen. The three people who helped me: the receptionist, the nurse and the PA were polite and professional and also very warm and compassionate. Things were explained in detail throughout the visit.. The facility was clean and bright and there is adequate parking. PA Christine Williams and her assistant Debbie were top notch! Thank you!
Stephanie Moore: I had an excellent experience here! Dr Chao, Patrick and Melissa (med tech?) were all personable, caring and good listeners. I felt heard and understood and they were all committed to discovering what was wrong.

Park Primary & Urgent Care Cary, NC: what do users think?
Robin Thomas: If you have Cigna insurance don't go to this place. They will send sample to some local labs for kickbacks and the lab claim will be denied for out of network. Lab will send you a hefty bill for annual physical lab work, which you are responsible for not your fault. Instead go to Dr who can send your Labwork to Labcorp or Quest.Normally Annual Physical is 100% covered, but because of kickbacks you will end up paying the bill of Labwork out of your pocket.
Janine Gray: The absolute worst experience ever. I contacted them at 9am due to a positive COVID test. I was given a 12:45 tele med appt. It’s now 4Pm and no call from the doc. I called a few times during the day and was always told he’s running a bit behind and finishing up with last patient. Well, it’s 4 and clear to me that you won’t be calling. In the meantime the pharmacy closes at 6. I’ll get no med or relief for my symptoms. Why don’t you just be honest and tell me you can’t see me today instead of stringing me along?
Ishani Patel: Dr. Vijaya and Nurse Practioner Jacquelyn are both very knowledgable providers who will take the time out to truly listen to the concerns of their patients.
William RTP: They want you do everything by phone or to come in person.
Alison Vroome: The wait was so long in the lobby (with no other patients ) and then once in the room, I waited another 30 min. The person to intake my symptoms and record blood pressure just came from behind the receptionist desk and there was no nurse anywhere in sight. Finally, when the doctor came in, he diagnosed me and read to me direct paragraphs from his iPad from the internet to explain my diagnosis. The doctor did ask some diagnostic questions but nothing about the experience made me feel like I was getting proper care. I won’t go there again.
Rhonda Williamson: We were seen quickly, within 15 minutes.
M Agarwal: Terrible service. Waiting for last 45 minutes with no doctor in sight. Others are having similar experiences.
iyoniyon sennediyon: I've been at this Primary Care office once ,and seen Dr. Raj.Polavaram he was definetly greatest doctor ever i visited. Due to internet search on linkedin, and other websites has definetly credible medical backround experience to me ,it's not difficult to understand that he is a kind, and knowledgeable doctor who has improved themselves with up-to-date scientific information.Other than You may find that the front desk secretaries are looks a bit busy with paperwork, you may have to ask a few times about your concerns ,and keep track of your paperwork timeline. but not a big deal to me still 5 starsThank you.
Brian Lin: Dr vijaya polavaram has no bedside manner whatsoever. Went with father in law to get his lab results and she walks in and says "his blood sugar is high" and whenever I asked questions about other issues she just kept repeating "his blood sugar is high." She doesn't listen or give any attention to patients. I can read a dang lab result, what do I need you for if all u are doing is reading a piece of paper
bharat vegesna: Takes forever even for regular follow ups. Not coming back
praveen krishna: If I could, I would have given a 0 rating. This is not primary care, but a primary business. I was confused if was Dr. Raj or Businessman Raj that I was talking to. I went to get my GC medicals done. I paid all the necessary fees required for both my wife and I. Then later after a month, I went again to request duplicate reports of the same previous medicals done. The so called Dr wanted to charge me for the full amount of medicals instead of just charging me for the duplicate documents saying that his signature doesn't come free. When asked he says he is running a business and not a charity. I questioned and explained repeatedly the situation, he acted as if he doesn't understand at all, just for the money. People like Dr. Raj are prime examples for why health costs in the USA are priced the way it is. They call their service as business and trying to loot the patients in whatever way it is possible. Please refrain from going to this place. They waste your time, your energy and your money. If you can find another place to go, please do so. They try to sell products like a salon or spa when you go in for treatment.
Satish Garla: We visited for urgent care on a Saturday afternoon and we had a great experience. Dr Raj is very approachable and the front staff is very accommodating.. definitely recommend
Sandi Spier: We went here to use the urgent care because it was the closest to our house, but we should have just driven farther to the clinic we usually use in Morrisville. I think the problem is because they are also primary care, that the urgent care patients just get put in between regular appointments, so I felt like there was really no urgency at all. So even though we were the only ones there for urgent care we still waited an hour to be seen. They didn't seem to have a very organized system and everything was a bit chaotic. The front staff and doctor mis-gendered my daughter multiple times (even though they had the paperwork that said female), and the doctor was talking about her like she wasn't in the room (she's 15 and capable of answering questions). Ultimately the doctor was helpful but we won't be back.
Kristin: Went for a strep test and two ladies at the desk acted like they couldn’t be bothered. They said they ran out of strep tests and that was that
Kedzie Blanton: I went get bc I was having an allergic reaction. They put me in a room that wasn't clean during COVID. The Dr was nice. I had a spreading rash from a iron infusion. He was suppose to send in my Rx. A he went by, I called the pharmacy...NOTHING! Urgent care closed with no on call Dr. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Alyssa Lett: Took my 2 month old because she was super lethargic and we were out of town thinking it was an urgent care. They didn’t have a baby scale so they couldn’t get a weight. After telling the doctor baby’s symptoms he listened to her chest and told me it was allergies. He then prescribed Claritin. 2 days later we were admitted to a children’s hospital because of a stomach flu not allergies which caused her to get dehydrated.
Katie Thekkekandam: Warning! This IS NOT an urgent care! If I could give zero stars I would have. I was visiting family on a Saturday and started feel left flank pain. I just knew it was a kidney stone (have had two previously). My intention was to go and have urinalysis done, possibly an x-ray and hopefully get some relief before our drive home which is over an hour, I walked right in, there was no one in the waiting room so I thought it wouldn’t take too long. They do not accept UMR insurance so I paid out of pocket to be seen. The same lady that checked me in also roomed me. She took my temperature and pulse oxygen, no BP. She closed the door and said the doctor would be in soon. At this point the pain was an 8/10. 20 minutes passed and still no one. I went into the hall and asked if I could give a urine sample to check for blood and the lady said sure. I came out of the bathroom and asked if she would go ahead and run it. She said, “ we sent it off to a lab.” What?!?! An urgent care that can’t do their own testing?! So I went back into my room. Another 10 minutes went by, still no doctor. I leaned my head out and asked how much longer? Mind you I have only seen 1 person in the office. The lady said the doctor was in with a patient. At this point I was in so much pain and had no idea what this “urgent care” could do for me anyway. I asked for my money back because I was leaving.Maybe this doctor is great at primary care, but I can tell you, do not go there for an urgent matter! It would be pointless.
Selena Romero: I went to Park Primary and Urgent Care in May after badly cutting my thumb open in a kitchen accident. They are located less than 5 minutes away from my house and there was no wait to be treated, but that's about all the positive things I can say about my experience here. I was fairly certain that I would need stitches, though the Dr who treated me simply wrapped my thumb in many layers of gauze wrap and told me to come back in a few days. He did not flush the wound or attempt to really see what damage there was. After my thumb was wrapped, I had to listen to a 5-10 minute lecture about imbalances in our lifestyles which seemed very unprofessional as I sat there in a lot of pain feeling uneasy about my experience. After leaving this urgent care facility I immediately went to my urgent care at the UNC campus where they were frankly appalled at the lack of treatment I had received. My thumb needed 7 stitches to close the cut, and I am glad I listened to my instincts and got a second opinion. I do not think my thumb would have healed well if I had continued using Park Primary and Urgent Care.TLDR: I did not get the care I needed here and am glad I got a second opinion and the appropriate care somewhere else. I would not suggest going here for stitches.
Neeraj Chaturvedi: Excellent services !!!The staff is polite and Dr Raj is really good. He gives very good advises for healthy living, which most doctors miss to tell you.
Paul Lueth: I have been a patient since 2005. At first I used the Durant Road location and now I use the Carpenter Fire Station Road location. As stated above, I have been a patient of Dr. Vijaya Polavaram for many years, and have found her to be thorough, highly knowledgeable, caring, and genuine. Because of her good nature, and for ease of communication, her patients refer to her as Dr. V. Hands down, she is the best intuitive doctor I have had in my life! Several times over she has discovered things that have saved my health, ergo my life. I highly recommend that you seek out her care. Your body will thank you. You're welcome.
Krystyna Dubrovshchenko: Great Place. Fantastic Service. We had so many questions, they were very polite. Very nice.
