Vaishno Bhog: what do users think?
pragnya sri ghanta: We ordered Dahi puri , papdi chat, and paneer pakora, which are all okay. I tried their yellow chamcham sweet, and it was definitely not fresh, but taste was okay. The place was not big but the menu was good. Service was fast. Padmaja Jonnalagadda: Giving 1 star because I cannot give -5Bature were as thick as the rug we use during -30 degrees F in North Carolina. The paani of pani puri was sooooooo sour that the tamarind in the whole entire world production is bought by them and used only in one cup of pani given to me. Overall pani puri dish did not look like pani puri dish from any angle or taste.
Sonali Bell: “Our dining experience at Vaishno Bhog was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. We were a big group of 15 people and were celebrating my parent’s anniversary. They took good care of us. The vegetarian thali menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chef even added in my mom’s favorite dessert-Jalebi, in addition to the usual dessert that comes with the thali. Every bite was a culinary delight, and I can’t wait to return to Vaishno Bhog to explore more of their delicious creations. Highly recommended!”

Jay Prakash: It was my second visit there, the food taste isn’t bad but it’s the service. There were a couple of ladies at the reception who took the order and After reminding them thrice and waited for half hour I had to ask them to cancel it. She said “ Sir ho jata hai kabhi kabhi”; I understand ho jata hai but even after reminding her thrice … that’s not done 😢
Bharat Mehta: Vegetarian options: Punjabi thali was served without achhar, papad, and raita. Pakoras served without any chaatni! Otherwise, everything was very tasty and healthy.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5Recommended dishes Punjabi Thali …More
Jaysheel Movaliya: I go there for lunch. It's a good place to have Indian food over there. I ordered Manchurian and chole bhature. Both have good taste. The overall ambiance was also good. When I visited it was not that crowded and I didn't wait too much for food that was the good part. The Sweet was also good. There are a lot of Indian vegetarian options. That's the good part. The staff is also good and hygiene is well maintained. It is next to the Patel brothers and the parking space is also huge so you don't find parking space over there.Overall it was a good place for your lunch and dinner. I recommend it, it has good taste also. Good Indian food is available there.

She was eating her plate while taking my order. After I got my order.. which I ordered. the Aloo chat, it came watery.. like extremely watery. I tried to cut the Aloo and it was cold in between. I told the girl at the front that the Aloo is cold and not cooked and she replied "oh." She did not offer to remake my food. The food was defintely old and watery. They dont care about food preparation and I do not feel safe to eat here.

praveen Kumar: Food for no doubt is bad. But the way they treat you as a customer is worse. They assigned a seat to me and when I started eating, one of the working staff told me that seat was assigned to different people. I don't know what to do or how to react, I came to my senses and directed him to the person who asked me to sit there. I couldn't eat my food there and had to come out finishing as soon as I can. Worst experience.
Manasa N: We had lunch at this restaurant and also have Visited many more times for dinner and lunch before….Food is top notch…Really awesome food…The buffet was first time for us and enjoyed the wide variety of food( vegetarian). Not to forget dosaaaa…Also our favorite was Siraga samba Biriyani( The Best)..They had huge options for both veg and non veg buffet…Must visit when you in Cary..

Mohan G: Oh yeah! This is what I have been waiting for. The food spread was beautifully presented, and the taste was excellent. The non-vegetarian dishes had that extra kick of spice, which added to their appeal. Briyani was simply awesome; just blissful(can be less of oil). Oh man...I'm still craving for the Biryani (next time tummy 😋) . I must mention that the Payasam and Jamoons were exceptional as well. It was definitely worth the money, and the entire trip to Cary became worthwhile (obviously after our beloved friends😊) Staffs were courteous. Well done Team Anjappar! You made Tamilnadu Proud. Vishrut Sundararajan: Ended up coming on a busy Sunday afternoon and it was crowded with long wait times. We decided to wait, and it was worth it! The chicken biriyani tastes the same as their other branches that I’ve tried in Chennai and Muscat. I was expecting the restaurant to be larger than it is, hence was a bit taken aback by the size. But the food and service more than makes up for it!
Robin Mathews: Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5Recommended dishes Chicken 65 Biryani, NaanMore
Hans Enders: Really slow service, but yummy meal. 45 minutes for two dosa? Sad that they use one-time use plastic bottles of water and plastic to-go cups for other beverages. Apparently, they don't have a dishwasher for glasses. I feel they put the orders in for in-dining patrons in the same production line as the many to-go orders. Probably why we had to wait so long, ug! There is a nice mural painting of an agricultural scene in India, and somehow a really sweet, wooden canoe hanging overhead. I suppose that is leftover from the prior leasing business here. shrug

H. A. (Rocky): Drove 65 miles to pickup the food I ordered and then 65 miles back to home but it wasn’t worth it…Food was very very bland almost no taste at all, biryani was totally made from pre mix spices that are usually available in local desi markets and used by people who don’t know how to cook also, the sauces that came with the food was gone bad more like expired so we had to throw them away…Chicken tikka was served with white rice which doesn’t make sense…I paid $120 for 5 plates with little amount of food which was expensive. If you are looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine then Kababish cafe is not the place.

Marissa Touhey: I’ve never been disappointed by their hospitality or food quality, This place also had amazing Halem” which is hard to find on many menus , it was incredibly tasty! A must go place in Cary.
Ayisha Rehan: We came here on Friday afternoon for lunch with my son and daughter. We ordered Chicken 65 as an appetizer, and chicken biryani and paya with naan. My son didn’t eat much but he said the paya was really good and the chicken 65 was okay. For my daughter, we ordered the biryani as low of a spice level as possible so that she could eat it. The biryani we got was soo good she almost over ate!! She insisted we order another biryani to go so she could eat it for dinner too. So we asked them to pack a chicken biryani with the same spice level as the one we’d just been served and we also packed the remaining biryani and paya. When we got home she finished the remaining biryani and very much enjoyed it!! However, when she opened the 2nd pack of biryani we had ordered to go for dinner, she had a VERYY hard time eating it as she said it was too spicy for her. When we tried it, we too agreed it was too spicy for her. In the end she still managed to finish it ( with the help of a lot of dahi). She was very sad that the biryani she ate during lunch with such gusto became so difficult for her to eat during dinner. I hope that the staff takes care from next time to note down customer preferences more accurately so that such incidents don’t happen again. Besides this incident, the rest of the food was great and I will probably return here to eat again.

Jennifer McEwen: Delicious and delightful. Incredible Pakistani food - started with the samosa app and then shared the Tandoori platter and the eggplant entree and it was enough to fill both of us and have a meal leftover to take home. Love the casual but intentionally thought out ambiance. Will for sure be back.
Feyzan C: This is our go to place for the most authentic and delicious Indian food. Owners are really amazing.
Fauzia Chaudhary: Delicious food and pleasant, welcoming owners. Nihari, Haleem, tandoori are super flavorful and authentic.

Ingrid Rivera: The meal was fantastic and the service really was above and beyond. I am so impressed by the attention and care we received during our meal. If I could give ten stars I would.
Amer Omanovic: Recommended dishes Butter Chicken, Chicken KormaMore
J. B.: The service here is really great, but it is an order-at-the-counter setup, so not a full sit-down service, but still very helpful people. The food is really good. It is almost as hot as the food served in India, so don't think you can handle the hot level if TexMex is your idea of hot. One of our guests from North Asia said he likes really hot spicy food, but was shocked at how hot the hottest dish was. He had to get extra bread and mix in some yogurt in to finish his meal. The manager was very helpful and offered to replace the meal with something less spicy. However, my friend was determined to finish what he ordered. The manager later gave him a gift card for his next meal. Now that is customer oriented service! I had the shrimp in butter sauce and enjoyed the normal spice level just fine. The cilantro sauce is excellent and adds flavor to the dish.
Jay B: Sorry, but this food is awful. Greasy, does not taste authentic, a real let down. I literally dumped in the trash after a few bites and cooked ramen, which was better/also awful, but that is what I had on hand. For example, sag paneer was mostly onions, and a minuscule amount of paneer (cheese) and sag (spinach)..People give this a good review, why?never again..
Regan Arora: Amazing place to have infian food, samosa chat was super delicious.Warning- Try karahi chicken only if you can bear 8/10 level of spice. I liked it though 😀Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

goutham siddhu: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biriyani Maxx Indian Cuisine and was absolutely blown away by the food. The standout dishes for me were the Bezawada Boneless Chicken Biriyani and the Pepper Chicken. The Bezawada Boneless Chicken Biriyani was a true masterpiece. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the biriyani itself was perfectly spiced and fragrant. Every bite was a delight, and I found myself going back for more even after I was full. The Pepper Chicken was another highlight of the meal. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice and heat. It was a real treat to have such a flavorful and well-prepared dish.Overall, the food at Biriyani Maxx Indian Cuisine is absolutely delicious. The flavors are bold and authentic, and everything is prepared with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine, especially if you're a fan of biriyani. The Bezawada Boneless Chicken Biriyani is a must-try! The service was also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making the dining experience even more enjoyable
g sandeep: Ordered food today and found a new charge after my card was processed. When asked the reason, I was told that the charge is for processing the card and If I pay with cash there won’t be any extra charges. In other places I have seen this processing charge when total is less than $10. But looks like the total amount does not matter now. I do understand how difficult it is to maintain a restaurant, but it would be good if we are told upfront about these charges. Hope the management will be more transparent when implementing these new charges.

AJAY ANUGU REDDY: NOT Recommend FOR INDIANS.STOP buying colored rice and chicken. It used to be so good, with recent two visit the taste has gone 100% bad - Biryani is now just a cheap chicken rice, tandoori is a color chicken- nothing in it - you will sure do much better at you home.I personally do not recommend to buy food from this new renovated place- taste changed and no one cares if you try to complain about the food.If people stop buying even when the taste is bad - restaurants will never increase the quality- If we stop buying food the quality will go up.BiryaniMaxx - you will never compromise in the cost then why are compromising in the quality of the food - so pathetic experience in the recent 2months orders.

Des S: They dont give you soup and if you take veg combo they dont give you naan. if you hop over to biryani XPRX nearby you get good soup and good chicken65 for the same combo price.
R J: We tried the biryani combos and Paneer Biryani. People running the place are very pleasant and smiling always. It was nice to get some enthusiastic and friendly service. Food was good although the paneer Biryani was more a pulao than Biryani. The naan and double ka meetha in the goat biryani combo were very good. Samosas looked a little small. The only issue I had was that no receipt was given to me and apparently there was an additional 2-3$ added to my 15$ Biryani. For what- dont know.

Divya Kandikatti: June 24th My first time at Urban Angeethi, food and ambiance were amazing a little pricey for Indian food. We order mutton soup, ghobi Manchuria, tandoori platter, paneer and chicken curry.Food was great but service was bad.mutton soup that I barely touched was taken away by wait staff as it was on the edge of table, note: they didn’t ask me or my table if we were done with it rather they just took it away. They did give me a new soup to go after I insisted. We ordered Punjabi lassi at 1:15pm ish.. we mentioned that we need it With the food, after reminding them 4 times we finally got aforementioned lassi at 2pm.I completely understand that maybe there is staffing issue or kitchen will be closed that could have caused the delays, just communicate to your customers and set expectations. When you know customer is unhappy with experience do something about it and fix the situation.

AD: Took takeout order from here. Food was good but for the price, quantity was very less so not for everyday order for us.
Reetin Ghasi: Nice location, right off NC 55 and close to the RTP triangle. Smaller than expected but we were able to get a reservation for 12 without any issues. Slight drink mixup which was corrected. The Fajita category of foods was a fun mix of Mexican presentation of Indian food and in general all the food and drinks were 👍. Extensive drink menu so a great place to meet at the bar.
Streaming Analytics: We have experienced Urban Angeethi in two ways. First, they catered a party at our house. The service was exactly as advertised. It was professional, efficient, and delicious. Our guests ate more than we expected! We absolutely recommend them for any party catering. Second, we have dined at their restaurant. The decor is very nice and the service was quick! It seemed like just a few minutes between when we ordered and the food came out piping hot. Overall, I can say that both experiences were very positive and that I can’t wait to enjoy their food and service again. Thanks Sagar and the rest of the Urban Angeethi crew!!
Dan Jukic: Another gem in a non-descript spot, not to be missed if you're in the Research Triangle area. The tandoori paneer was outstanding, as were all three dishes we sampled (lentils, lamb, chicken). The atmosphere is "comfy modern" and appropriate for a date or a lunch. Kathmandu Kitchen: what do users think?
H K: We’re well traveled N Indians, with a fine palate for all foods especially Indian. We visited Kathmandu K over 4th July weekend, and were supremely disappointed. The service was dismally slow. The sauce served with the mono’s was haldi+water. And a gut wrenching chili! Imagine that. Pointing out to the owner how inappropriate that was she quickly exchanged it. The chicken that we craved for came on a sizzler, but lacked the malai flavor or the tenderness we expected for the price! The only good thing was perhaps the parantha’s which weren’t cheap either. The class of people who visited was low albeit with money. Our general recommendation - don’t waste your time coming here
Alex Holler: Amazing food. The samosa chaat is my absolute favorite anywhere. Ebony Franklin: The food was so delicious. I had the mushroom chicken and it did not disappoint. The service could be a lot better. When I dined in there was a mishap in the kitchen that caused the restaurant to smell. Mick Thomas: We get take out from here every week or two, and it hits every time. Tiki Masala and Tandoori Chicken - can’t go wrong.Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala …More
Lambodar Ray: This restaurant serves Indian cuisine with different variations and spice level. Tondoor bread is fanatic. Rice said with Rajma is supper delicious. Both friends who always explore different food options enjoyed our lunch
Beverly Brevit: Food was great. We stopped for lunch but had no lunch menu. Table beside us received a very steamy dish the spices got I to my throat and had a coughing fit. Place could use some ventilation.
goutham siddhu: Title: An Unforgettable Culinary Adventure at Kathmandu Kitchen!Review:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My recent visit to Kathmandu Kitchen was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that instantly made me feel at home. The restaurant's authentic Nepalese cuisine and impeccable service left a lasting impression on me.Let's start with the star of the show—the Chicken Thukpa. This traditional Nepalese noodle soup was a burst of flavors that awakened my taste buds. The tangy broth infused with aromatic spices was the perfect balance of warmth and zest. What truly made it outstanding was the addition of tender fried chicken, which soaked up the flavors of the soup and added an extra layer of deliciousness. Each spoonful was a delightful journey that left me craving for more!Another dish that stole my heart was the Chili Chicken Momo. These bite-sized dumplings were a work of culinary art. The thin layer of dough was expertly wrapped around a succulent meat stuffing that oozed with juiciness. The balance of flavors was spot-on, with a tantalizing blend of spices that left a delightful heat lingering on my palate. It was a truly heavenly experience that showcased the chef's mastery of Nepalese cuisine.Aside from the exceptional food, the service at Kathmandu Kitchen was second to none. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to accommodate any special requests. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional, providing recommendations and answering any questions I had about the menu. The restaurant itself exudes a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The decor beautifully captures the essence of Nepal, with vibrant colors and traditional elements that transport you to the heart of Kathmandu. Whether you're dining alone, with friends, or with family, Kathmandu Kitchen provides a comfortable space to enjoy a memorable meal.Overall, my experience at Kathmandu Kitchen was nothing short of extraordinary. The Chicken Thukpa and Chili Chicken Momo were the highlights of my meal, offering an explosion of flavors that I won't soon forget. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a welcoming ambiance make this restaurant a true gem. I highly recommend Kathmandu Kitchen to anyone seeking an authentic Nepalese culinary adventure.
Pamela Huang: I got the butter chicken and it wasn’t very good — the chicken was slimy and old tasting and the sauce itself didn’t have much flavor. I much prefer the butter chicken at tandoori trail
Lily: Really good first experience-everything was spicy as requested and very delicious! Cannot wait to try in person. Amazing palak paneer- extremely good! Tasty chili mo mo’s and good vindaloo.
Meherin Mosharaf: Disappointed! It was my first time visit there the environment was fine for dinner. If I talk about the taste it wasn't good I'll give 5/10! I ordered Veg pakora, Samosa chaat, Chicken Chow-men noodles, Butter chicken with butter naan & garlic naan. The chicken chow-men noodles tastes very bad 👎🏼 worst chow-min noodles I ever had I complained the server & returned it so she didn't charge me.The butter chicken tastes okay not that good I had better than this. Samosa chaat was okay & butter naan was the only thing I liked it was perfect but they burned the garlic naan I regret ordering that. I believe they should change the chef to serve better food service!
Andrea Wilson: My British husband and I have been dining here for about a year. Curry is now the british national dish and these curries are a close facsimile. He always goes for the lamb bhuna and I love any of the vegetarian options. We've eaten here about eight times in the last year and found that it is best to avoid any fried food. Also the soups were not to our liking. We ate here again yesterday and the curries did not meet our expectations. No idea why. We arrived early, so maybe they didn't have stuff ready? The breads did taste great. So the tandoor oven was fired up. Anyway, they only have an all day menu, so lunch is not cheap. We will continue going there for now as it is the closest to a british curry as my husband can get.
C C: Food was very delicious, service was excellent even though they were very busy. I gave them 4 stars because the bathroom floors were nasty and sticky, toilet was clean though. We’ll comeback for sure, hopefully they’ll improve in this area. Great and quick service.Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori …More
Colin Rothwell: Best Indian food in NC hands down. Don’t miss the garlic cheese naan!
Seetha Arun: Very disappointing first visit.Very oily and not worth for the money. We ordered fries, crispy cauliflower which was very oily and the taste was very awful.Felt like the fries was done using reused old oil.We have to throw the food after taking our first bite.Definitely will not recommend this place.
Donald Clark: We had dinner here tonite. The service was pleasant and the food was outstanding! Chicken tika masala, butter chicken, egg plant, and momo’s for an appetizer. All was excellent!
Daniel Jacobs: First time trying this place and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious but the chicken dumplings really surprised us… they were awesome!! CheersFood: 5/5 …More
Janet: Service was friendly but unfortunately the food was very overcooked (especially the chicken and lamb in the tandoor platter we got, which were so dry you could barely bite into) plus the dumplings were almost rock hard despite how good the sauce on top was. Overall was disappointed as I expected everything would be better prepared vs what we got.
Karen Smith: Cozy atmosphere and the BEST tandoori chicken I've ever had!
Rijul Razdan: We ordered the chilli fried momos (spice level medium), thukpa (spice level medium), and tandoori chicken (spice level mild plus). I liked the side of rice and dal that helped cleanse my palette as my spice tolerance is low. Overall, if you're craving momos in the US, this is the place to go as they not only are delicious but offer multiple options as well.
