Kristi Jones: I cringe every time I think of this place. I took my 4 year old daughter here for a gymnastics camp. The staff is rude and should not be working with children. I paid for a week camp and only went for 3 days, never received a refund.
Malak: I took my daughter for a tryout and the stuff was very rude i was standing in the front of them waiting for someone to assist me they just acted like they can’t see me terrible place ever and bed customer service.Fortunately I found a better gymnastic school free of discrimination and good customer service.

Amy Kangwater: I absolutely love this gym. My daughter has been going there for about 7 years now and she wont stop talking about it. The Coaches really try to get to know the students and they really engage into conversation. They really want all of the girls in the class to get to know each other. My daughter will end up talking to people I've never seen in my life and it will seem like they have known each other for ages. If you want to send you child to a gymnastics place I suggest Cary School of Gymnastics
Kathy Mendoza: I love this place!! I love the openness and the fact that I can see my son doing his exercises no problem. I also appreciate the fact that Ms. Q knows all her students and is always telling them how to do things properly. I have NO idea how she manages to do what she does! :)

CC 219: ExPo Life Fitness is the second functional fitness/exercise physiology gym that I have belonged to. I can tell you from years of experience, that what Brad and Lisa are doing at this gym is unique.Many of us start working out and stop, start and stop and it feels like the cycle never ends. With their classes, all you have to do is show up - and Brad and Lisa will take care of the rest.Their gym is a BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN facility. It's very evident that every square inch of the space is well thought out. The gym is two years old and is so well taken care of, you'd think they opened last week.I think the prices are fantastic for what they are offering. I can't think of another gym where I can lift, do HIIT, yoga, posture/stretching, cardio, etc. AND THEY PLAN IT ALL FOR YOU! I highly recommend to my own friends and family to sign up to be a member of ExPo Life Fitness. Hope to see you there!

Morgan Strickland: I've been to quite a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. Everything is always impeccably clean, and Brad and Lisa are amazing. One or both of them always greet me by name when I walk in which adds a special touch to a business we no longer see often. Brad is so great with the kids classes and Lisa is great with the adult classes. If you're looking for a gym that can help with all of your goals and make you feel appreciated this is the one to join.

The owners [Lisa/Brad] are caring, approachable and work hard to make sure that their clients are getting the progress they're looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable with the modalities involved in the workouts that they prescribe. The facilities are purposely put together and clean. They have everything you need to reach and maintain your fitness goals. I wouldn't waste my time with any other gym in the area. I've spent 20 years of my life in various gyms, and this one is definitely A1.

Christine Yau: I've been going to Expo for a couple months to improve in my sports and stay injury-free. The facility is clean, well-lit and modern. I tried most of the classes and that's my favorite part of the gym. I've only had Brad and Lisa, but both are great instructors (knowledgeable and patient) who take the time to know you and your goals.

Virginia Norton: Hands down, the best local gym - such a community feel! I look forward to walking through the doors every time. Expo Life has everything - cardio equipment, free weights, barbells, bands, etc... AND they have multiple stations for everything so you NEVER have to wait for a weight rack or treadmill to open up. Classes and programs for anything you can imagine. The owners are so helpful, and they take the cleanliness very seriously. The best part is that the gym is accessible 24 hours a day. That type of accessibility is hard to find. Would highly recommend!

Used to go to UNC wellness but they close too early now IMO. There are no mirrors & pool though but the price difference makes it a great option for those who don’t swim.

Working in healthcare, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the gym and precautions that are taken to ensure a safe workout. Brad and Lisa are the owners and one of them is always there. They take a personal interest in your fitness journey no matter what your fitness level is. If I need a modification it is offered. I have been going for 3 weeks and have seen huge gains in my energy and strength! A friend I havent seen in a few weeks asked me if I was lifting weights! I am impressed with the quick and efficient results!
