Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary: what do users think?
Jane Becker: I recently moved to the area, and was so happy to find this place! The people are so friendly and supportive, and the quality of the instructors and workouts is excellent! Thanks to the staff here, and all the members, I am probably in the best shape I’ve been in my entire life. If you are looking for a fun workout, where you can really work at your own pace and be yourself, try the Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary. You won’t be disappointed!
Brandy Barnes: Earlier in 2023 my husband and I were talking about ways to build community, but also do things we enjoyed. I have always loved dancing but have never identified as a dancer. With that being said, he realized Jazzercise was still around and after lots of research on the company and this facility, he recommended I give it a try. It took me a couple of months but I woke up one morning feeling extremely anxious and realized I needed to try to move my body for stress relief. Prior to this day, I would say I lived a sedentary life style with no exercise plan at all. This is true for the majority of my life.To say I fell in love with Jazzercise and this facility is an understatement. It has not only given me a chance to get in shape and build strength, but also strengthen my soul with it’s community and dancing my mental health into a better place. I firmly believe in the importance of laughter, song, and dance for a wholehearted life and this has fed those values time and time again.I started my journey with Jazzercise 4 months ago and have worked my way up to 5 to 6 classes a week, use of 8 lb weights, use of resistance bands, went from an average XL size to a large, and now own tons of retro Jazzercise apparel. Needless to say, I drink the kool aid.I recommend this facility to anyone that is curious. No matter your level of fitness… everything can be modified and this is a judgement free zone. The instructors are so kind, helpful, energetic, and passionate. They also have so much knowledge. I asked about recommendations for building hip strength in addition to my physical therapy and no joke, their recommendations have been life changing.Ginny, the owner, is one of the most incredible people and her passion is truly contagious.I don’t see my future without the word Jazzercise in it. It has truly changed my life in 4 months and I am so grateful to my husband, the staff, and the community for impacting my life in many ways.If you visit, my name is Brandy and I hope to meet you in class.

Linda Chappell: Jazzercise is the best program for the total body workout. It includes dancing, yoga, Pilates, strength and cardio. Just as important are the people you meet who become your friends. There are a variety of classes to choose from as well as the instructors who give the best workout. I’m 72 and feel better than I did when I started at the age of 48. It’s also the safest workout around.
Susan Grassel: I recently moved to the area and joined jazzercise as a way to keep exercising and meet new people. I’m so glad I did! Owner, Ginny as well as the instructors & members were so welcoming to this new girl from the north! I love the music, the dancing and strength building - it makes working out fun. But the people make the difference - such a great community - come try it!
Mariellen De Lellis: Jazzercise is the best total body workout. I love all the different class formats from dance to interval training to strength and many more. As a long time Jazzercise member I know there is no other way I’d like to close out my day. In addition to helping me live a healthier life, I’ve made many lifelong friends. Love it!
Cindy Rising: A new neighbor brought me to my first Jazzercise class about 5 months ago and I was immediately hooked! It is a really fun way to get a great, full body workout. You will recognize many of the songs as they are current, charting artists in many cases. Routines are changed up/rotated and easy to follow. Ginny, the owner, and all of the amazing instructors could not be more welcoming. I have met many new, wonderful people and feel the best I have in my life thanks to Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary!
Lysa Fulbright: I just got back into exercising after a 10 year "gap". Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There are no mirrors and no judgement! The class was so fun - everyone works at their own level and alternative exercises are given for those of us with physical limitations. So happy I found Jazzercise!

Debbie Greene: If you like to dance then this is the workout for you! Jazzercise is a perfectly balanced blend of cardio, strength training and stretch, infused with elements of yoga, Pilates and kickboxing. Classes are set to the kind of music that gets you moving, it’s fun and you are sure to walk out with a smile on your face. To top it all off, everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!
Katie Kyte: The best workout, hands down! It is high energy with great music. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They provide options and modifications when needed. Honestly, everyone should give Jazzercise a try.
Lori: Everyone was super friendly and I had the best workout! The music is great and the moves are fun! With so many class times to pick from I will always have an option for getting a workout in, no matter what my day looks like!
Ilene Pitruzzello: Wow! What a welcoming group of instructors and customers. I have been taking Jazzercise classes for years. When I moved to the area, I knew that I needed my favorite workout. I knew I would love the music, the moves, and the physical challenge that the program offers, but I did not know how much I needed the friends I would make there. Since the first class I took at Jazzercise Fitness Center of Cary, I have felt such a sense community and friendship. Thank you Jazzercise Cary for providing such wonderful classes and caring for everyone who walks through your doors.

Erica Wirth: Pure Bare CCC is wonderful!! I joined to get back in shape post baby and I’m so happy I did! The classes are both challenging and fun, the staff and instructors are super friendly and helpful, and they offer enough classes to meet my needs each week. I highly recommend joining!
melissa brown: Great studio. The instructors are phenomenal and so supportive. I am far from being in shape but I feel so empowered when I take a class.
Amy Morgan: Pure barre at Cary Crescent Commons is fantastic! The owners, teaching staff, and front desk staff are wonderful! It’s a welcoming environment that offers a challenging and fun full body work out! Highly recommend!
mylene avend: My daughter and I decided to try out Pure Barre in Cary. We love it! The staff are great and the instructors are the best! The owners are very accommodating. My 17 yr old daughter said, her focus and physical strength improved and she can't wait for the next session. I feel a sense of accomplishment whenever my"old" body" is able to stretch a little better than before. If you are looking for a great work out group - this is it. The atmosphere is friendly, non intimidating and non judging.
Robin Hudson: Pure Barre Cary Crescent Commons is great! The staff is friendly all the instructors are great It’s such an excellent workout!
Anne Robertson: Amazing workouts and top notch instructors who help with form... Quality over quantity is the mantra! Staff are all so helpful if you've never done Barre!!
Travel Mom: Hands down the best pure barre studio in the area. The owners are fantastic and so helpful and responsive. The teachers are seasoned and passionate about helping you with correct positioning. They also give healthcare employees a discount and a the virtual classes are not an added charge. You can also take classes in North Hills. Highly recommend this studio in the triangle.
Sydney Armstrong: The best and most welcoming environment has been created here by the owners, Megan and Rob. Each instructor is knowledgable, kind, and will motivate you while still encouraging you to do what is best for your own body. They keep their studio clean, keep music up-to-date, and it's an overall great experience that I would recommend to a person of any age at any point in their fitness journey!
Alyssa Robertson: I have loved being a member at Pure Barre CCC. I joined in November and so far, the classes are motivating and I always get a well rounded barre workout. All of the instructors are great, I particularly love Lydia, Megan and Chloe. This studio has been so welcoming and cares about all of their members!
Aimee Glupker: What a great place to work out! The classes are challenging and fun at the same time. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. The owners and front desk staff are kind and friendly and the studio is filled with really lovely people who are enthusiastic to be there.
Tanya Faisal: As a total novice to barre (and exercise in general), I can't recommend this studio highly enough! The instructors make the classes clear and enjoyable, and they correct any mistakes/positioning errors in real time. All of your equipment is provided except barre socks (which are 100% necessary, and I found the branded ones at the studio to be the best). Each class is slightly varied, even if you go at the same time slots, so you never get bored. Plus, the class has no wasted time - you work out for the entire class class, from the moment it starts to the moment it ends. For a person like me who isn't really enthusiastic about exercise, it was a highly efficient and surprisingly fun use of my time. Highly recommend!
Karen Khoury: This studio's teachers made it possible for me to achieve success when returning to exercise. The program is unique and does change your body and strengthen you! The workouts are always different and challenging. The staff is super pleasant and helpful - all of them - and the studio is super clean. Highly recommended.
Stevie West: Look no further if you’ve been looking for a fantastic full-body workout, with low intensity! Pure Barre is without a doubt the most effective and efficient I’ve come across. I have been taking Pure Barre over the span of 10 years and just recently joined the Crescent Commons Studio. What a great decision that was! The studio owners, Megan and Rob are a lovely couple who truly care about their staff and community, and it shows. Their facility is always clean, the staff is phenomenal, and they’ve really culminated a “caring community.” I have taken classes with a mix of instructors, each bringing their own taste while still aligning with the Pure Barre format/method, and have all been great! If you’re searching for an exercise community that will support and embrace you on your journey, Crescent Commons is it! I hope to meet you at the barre.
Nacchianti The Wine Fairy: Absolutely love this studio! So clean and welcoming not to mention every instructor makes you feel like this class is "just for you." The personalized vibe made a new #barrelife member easily adapt and flow with the younger and more experienced members.
Kirsten Williams: I recently joined pure barre and am loving it so much! The instructors are amazing and the owners are so nice. I wish it wouldn’t have take me so long to join this great studio!
Shao: My friend and I had so much fun and sore muscles next day. Caitlin was out instructor and she is awesome!! 🙂
Amanda: I took a class here through ClassPass. The class was challenging as I usually find Barre to be but I found it even more difficult as the instructors verbal descriptions were hard to follow and she hardly offered modifications up or down. Overall the vibe was the least welcoming of the sleuth of fitness classes I have been taking.
Kelly Casp: Love this Pure Barre location! The owner and all the instructors are all so sweet, positive, and attentive and I always feel amazing after my classes. They keep the gym very clean and I feel safe coming here.

M. Sophia Tillman: When I moved to NC 2.5 years ago, I didn’t know if I’d be able to find a pole fitness studio nearby. Then I found Aradia less than 10 minutes from me and was thrilled to start back again! I really like the way they structure the different class levels so that they keep it consistent but you're still able to build upon the skills. The instructors are fantastic and very encouraging and they have really created a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The classes are challenging but also fun!! Being that I’m super shy and introverted the biggest benefit for me, though, has been the self-confidence I’ve gained. I don’t feel self-conscious in class which is huge for me! I’m glad to have found Aradia and be able to continue my pole fitness journey! And I would absolutely recommend Aradia !
Jane Warstler: I’ve been looking for a safe place to do aerials since COVID shut my gym down and I have been so in love with Aradia Cary! Their instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and I always feel so strong and confident leaving class. Safety is important to me as a nurse and I always feel COVID-safe here.
Stefany Ortiz: I absolutely love the classes offered here. They're so fun and inclusive! I definitely would recommend coming here.
Athena Zhou: Positive:Communication,QualityThey are the nicest people that will help you with anything you're struggling with and also encourage and support any progress you make.

Since reopening during covid they have worked hard to keep safety of the team and clients top priority. I look forward to my personal training appointments every week. There are a variety of classes offered and I have enjoyed all that I have taken, they also offer a great online option that is full of various classes that are offered. I highly recommend the studio.
Cassie Grimm: My home away from home! I've been going to Aradia for 4 years now and would recommend it to everyone! The instructors are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The studio environment is exceptionally positive and welcoming. You can really start at any fitness level with so many different class options. Whether you're looking to explore pole, Lyra, aerial silks, or just awesome group fitness classes, Aradia has it all. So thankful I've found this studio!
Frazer Cornette: I stumbled upon Aradia just after I moved to town a few years ago. I was looking to get active in a non-traditional workout environment and make some new friendships. I immediately fell in love with the classes offered, the instructors, the overall uplifting atmosphere and made so many amazing connections from joining this community! Would for sure recommend!
Alissa Ashburn: This studio is a fantastic community of individuals! I have been coming here for years and the support of the staff as well as students is amazing. This studio is a safe space to explore your own creativity with well educated and trained staff to help you do this safely. I highly recommend this studio for all your aerial and fitness needs !
Katie Rebich: I'd give this place more stars if I could. Their classes are great, but their personal training services are amazing. You can do online, or in person. Whichever you pick, you get guided personalized workouts that meet you where you're at, and begin to push your growing edges, moving you towards your goal. They help you work hard, and work smart. The amount of experience working with body diverse clients paired with extensive knowledge about muscle anatomy, you'll get the best affordable training session in town. Aradia supports whole body growth- mentally and physically. Live without regret and join this incredible community.
Claudia Davis: I really loved my birthday party and Jessica was absolutely the best instructor. I learned a whole dance routine. I am ready to try some classes soon, after the soreness wears down. Jessica you rock!!!! :))))
Alysa Buchanan: I honestly can't say enough good things about Aradia. I adore all of the instructors, love the class variety and challenge, and am grateful for the camaraderie built with the other students. If you are hesitant to visit the gym, please know that ALL are welcome here - I have never felt judged.I never believed that I could be strong; Aradia has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and I carry that resilience throughout the other areas of my life. Coming to Aradia has meant "stability", especially during this pandemic when everything else in life feels so uncertain. When I walk into Aradia I know there will always be a smiling face (behind a mask), positivity, and community.

Pure Barre: what do users think?
Ash D: Had a FANTASTIC first fitness class here today! Super clean facilities, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They sell really cute lululemon outfits here too! I got a pair of yoga grippy socks for floor workouts that were really comfortable. Thanks again so much guys! See you again soon!
Carrie Bland: I absolutely love Pure Barre Cary! I will admit, I was intimidated at first taking a barre class. I am not at all the most graceful or coordinated person you'll ever see... but the instructors were so great and the Foundations class was perfect to prepare me to the more intensive classes. Everyone I've met their is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Emily K: I am not a gym person and I’ve been trying to get into some classes and figure out what’s fun! This is a lot of fun. I can’t do a lot of the poses (yet) but there’s modifications and just doing what you can! The instructors are great, they advise your poses, and the sessions are lively. Everyone there is nice. Special shout out to Katherine who did the foundations class I took and helped me after class when I thought I was doing a pose wrong. It’s fun, bring a friend, and try something new!
Chelsy Davis: I joined Pure Barre Park West in January of 2022. I felt welcome, accepted and an overall sense of community. Working out was something I knew I needed to get back in, but I thrive when I have someone telling me exactly what to do and for how long. I quickly fell in love with the Classic Class format. The instructors have been friendly and supportive all along my PB journey. There have been a lot of wonderful instructors who exited around the same time. Although this was hard for me to see them go, I felt confident that the owner would work to recruit more people to teach! She really has been working to get more instructors and is spending extra time with training to ensure that the entire PB community is happy with new instructors. This makes me feel a sense of community. There are 2 things that are a challenge for me. Class times and style change often. I wish there were more 6:30pm classes on Monday and Wednesday. I am going to the Tues/Thurs classes at that time. Weekends have been changing up with 10am on Sunday or switching this class from classic to empower. I’m a classic girl, so wish weekends were more consistent, as some weeks I can only attend weekends.I love the PB apparel! I’d love to see some Lululemon come into the studio. Leggings, sweatshirts, etc.All in all, I feel confident continuing to go to Pure Barre Park West. I enjoy the new instructors and the people I’ve met along the way. I highly recommend that you take a class, it’s a blast!
Abigail Fuquay: Wonderful instructors and great selection of classes
Sonia Gonzalez: Awesome experience! I love Pure Barre in Park West. I have enjoyed all the class formats offered at this location. The community and instructors have helped me build confidence, keep me motivated and developed a sense of belonging. I highly recommend it. ❤️
trudi denoon: I’ve been going to this studio for a about a year and I truly enjoy the workouts. I struggled with working out and was looking for something that was low impact but would help tone my body and improve my overall fitness. Pure Barre provides a challenging workout that will help tone and strengthen, while improving your flexibility and posture. The staff are super friendly and supportive and provide gentle assistance during the session to help you with your form. If you’re in the area, I strongly recommend checking them out!
Laura Russell: I’ve been a regular at Pure Barre for several months now and plan to keep it going. I always get a great workout and love that feeling of building stronger, leaner muscles and having more endurance. Great staff and facility!
Laura Croyle: I just decided to try Barre for the first time about a month ago, and this studio has provided an amazing experience. There is an abundance of class types offered at an abundance of times, so it's really easy to fit into my schedule. Immediately, I sensed the community vibe, and I look forward to continuing to become part of it. The instructors are amazing--super helpful and supportive of where you are at. Eliza has been especially wonderful--so encouraging and motivating!!
Jessica Baga: Love this studio and the workouts.Welcoming, supportive instructors who encourage and assist - tidy space with a nice selection of gear and just aGreat community vibe. Lots of choices for classes times and styles to keep you engaged. If you need renewed motivation to get moving and get toned this is a great total body workout!
Amy Mistler: I first tried Pure Barre here in 2020 - the studio did a great job keeping up with safety recommendations during covid, so this got me back on track with my health and fitness coming out of the pandemic! It's a great full-body workout, that has improved my running, and increased my strength and stamina. The studio is always clean, and everybody is always so nice and encouraging! It's fun that the owner teaches or attends a lot of the classes, so she is around to see how things are going, and to make changes and hear our feedback and preferences. I like that they recently added more evening classes, so I have more options that I can get to after work, and there are also still the 6am and daytime classes for folks who like earlier classes. They sell cute workout attire and cute socks too, and I have bought way too many cute workout outfits here! Thanks Pure Barre Cary! :)
Travel Mom: I love barre but something changed in this studio. Most of the teachers suddenly quit so now the owner teachers most of the classes. I much prefer the other barre studios in the area and the variety of the teachers are amazing.
Amanda: I took an introductory class here through ClassPass. The instructor and owner were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the class but was unsure if I could stick to it long term and tried out some other Barre classes via ClassPass. I didn’t not get a membership here but still had a good experience.
Steph M: This my home away from home PB studio when I visit family in town. Great energy and love the experienced instructors!
Laura DiMichele: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWhat a wonderful studio! I have been a member for over 750 classes and am thankful for the supportive environment! I am challenged in every class and love all the instructors.
Alexis Carambot: Was looking for a new gym after moving to the area, knowing I was not a fan of group classes I was suggested by a friend to start taking Barre classes because of her results. Hesitant at first I now have the full membership with the ability to go to as many classes as I want in a month! I love the staff, always pushing me in my workouts and are super COVID safe
kensley still: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI have been a member at three different pure barre studios over the years and the Cary Park West location is easily my favorite! Being in an exercise class can be intimidating at first, but the staff and other members at CPW are SO welcoming and kind! I could not recommend it enough.
Susan Spring: As one of the more "mature" members of Pure Barre, I find the workout challenging even after several years, and helpful in maintaining strength and muscle tone, with very low risk of injury. The studio is clean, staff knowledgeable and class times convenient. An added bonus is the friendships I have made over the years with like-minded, wonderful women.
Alicianne “Courtney” Everette: I visited Pure Barre through Classpass. The class that I took was a cardio class and it was great. I had a hard time catching my breathe, extremely out of shape, and had to leave early. The staff was great with making sure I was okay and even reached out to me later on that evening to check on me. Customer service A+.I will be returning to this location to try more of a beginner class.
Olina Young: Amazing instructors; great fun all over body workout; super friendly, comfortable, positive culture! Trying it out practically cost nothing and my body really changed in less than 2 weeks. It feels so good, I'm totally hooked :)!
Mandy Moultrie: Cheryl and team are absolutely wonderful! Love the ladies at the front desk too. 6am is astretch for me, but so worth it!

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Jonathan Creasman: Friendly staff, knowledgeable coaches and fantastic classes!
Ari Halbrecht: My OTF Coach #395 @pumpup_the_volumeA Great Area Coach...Meredith did a Fantastic job on the 🎤 for today's Memorial Day WorkoutSo Full of Energy from the start with the intro and her 'Whoop, Whoop's throughout class & great music during the class💥Great job leading this 3G class
Kelsey Barrasso: If you're looking to change your body, challenge yourself in a new way, or just to have some fun with fitness, come join the team at OTF Macgregor. I went from taking class once or twice a week postpartum to now a regular 5X a week. I regularly take class class with Coach Meredith who has THE greatest energy. She has been so supportive in my fitness journey post-baby and always pushes me to do my best. It was because of her encouragement and coaching that I felt confident enough to take on my first Dri-Tri this spring! This community is incredible and fills my week with so much positivity. Thank you!!
Kira Greer: Coach Meredith is awesome! She is incredibly enthusiastic and makes the work-out fly by! I couldn't recommend this location or coach anymore:)
Bethany Schreiner: Thank you Meredith Taylor for a great work out and event! Meredith was fantastic and The facility is beautiful! What a fun Friday night!
Courtney Lucille White: Great staff! Wonderful and supportive community. It’s clean and in a cool shopping center. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging! Meredith Taylor, is a fabulous coach. She brings so much energy and love to you classes. And, Great playlist too!
Robert: It was an insanely fun experience, but be ready for a good workout!
G: This is a very small gym, very cramped and way over priced for the workouts they offer.👎👎👎
Sneha Neupane: I liked the workout. However it has been pain to cancel the membership. I have been trying to cancel since January. On Feb 1 st week I was told I will be charge 1 extra month. I was charged in mid February and again in mid march! I haven't used their service in Jan. They telling it is hassle free cancelation and payment is month-to-month, you can cancel anytime during sign up. Don't listen to them and do your research. For me it's been so much hassle to get this membership cancelled.
katie stokely: Took Meredith’a class at CaryMcGregor and it was nothing short of amazing. Her essence radiates through the room. She is truly the definition of what Orange Theory is!!! Passion, motivation, and strength!!
Jasina Maldonado: Coach Meredith is absolutely amazing! Her music and her energy is out of this world and gets me so excited to join her weekly classes. If you're looking for a really fun/funny coach who pushes you to be your best, she's the one!
Kitty Swennes: I actually look forward to going to classes Monday and Wednesday!!! Meredith’s enthusiasm and positivity make my day!!! I get an amazing workout and feel like I’m hanging out with friends, Win win!!
Lina Lu: The best home studio I’ve ever had. Seeing great results and enjoying the workouts! Everyone is super friendly, the manager Holly is wonderful, and the coaches are all amazing. Coach Meredith classes are fun and the workouts are great! She’s so cheerful, supportive, professional and knows how to push you towards your goal in such an enthusiastic way. Highly recommended.
Melissa Hagen: Love Orange Theory and especially the Cary-Mac location! It is such a fun environment. All of the coaches are great. Meredith is such a fun coach and I always love her playlist. If I don't do a class for a few days, I definitely crave to get back in there!
Stephenie Allen: The manager Mary Morgan Mills is the most disrespectful individual that I have ever spoken with. I have been in management for the past 10 years and I have never spoken to or treated a guest the way that she treated me. She told me back in May that she would honor my request to cancel my services due to a medical issue that I suffered as a result of my free workout at the gym. Since that time I have not returned per the doctor's order. Fast forward to Sept. I receive an alert from my credit card company that Orange theory is attempting to charge me yet again. It turns out they never stopped. I called to speak with Mary and she was beyond disrespectful and rude. She spoke over me and cut me off and would not allow me to ask questions. She refused to give me any information for someone else to speak with and to top it off she hung up on me. I would not recommend Orange theory to anyone. They have no integrity and they do not value their guests.
Ritika Shamdasani: I arrived to my OTF studio (in Cary) exactly 5 minutes late due to a major car accident and traffic. I tried to explain this when I walked in the door on the dot (exactly after 5 minutes), and the staff members were beyond disrespectful. Two minutes after I walked in, another member entered who also impacted by the car accident; she was also dismissed. While I understand that most of the class seemed to be there, there was an utter lack of deference for external circumstances outside of a members control. Beyond that, my major issue with this scenario arose when both the other member and myself were both charged a late fee and utterly disrespected. Feeling unheard and dismissed was definitely disheartening, and I haven’t experienced this at any other OTF studio. It was also very disappointing to see that both me and the woman who was denied today were women of color. I understand there are rules, but the various aspects of the scenario does make me feel that as a minority, I should speak up on how we were spoken to. I understand rules and policies are necessary, but the way the staff acted towards me was actually ridiculous. I will not be returning to this studio.
Tara Lindstrom: Great workout. Very climate controlled cool space, clean, nice instructors
Cydney Morel: 🙌🤩
Choli Stephenitch: The workouts are an excellent mix of strength and cardio without the boring. I’ve been going for two months and am seeing great progress that I wasn’t getting from the workouts at home. The coaches give excellent cues and instructions. They seem to know when I’m about to give up and shout out to hang on for 15 seconds. So I do. Great people! Enjoy the transformation!
Liz Hill: Positive:Professionalism,QualityI have recently relocated to the Raleigh, NC area from TX and this is now my new home studio. The facility is very nice, much larger than most studios I have visited. Everyone has been super welcoming and very friendly. The coaches are all great, especially Jacob. If you are on the fence you should check in out and give it a try!
Erin Knight: Super encouraging coaches and amazing staff. I always look forward to attending classes each week!

Phase II Personal Training Cary NC: what do users think?
Brian Whitfield: The owner & training staff are top notch and very professional.
Brianna Roberts: I was racially profiled at this gym. I would not recommend it to anyone of color. I initially received a warm greeting via telephone and offered a free hour long trial session. However, when I showed up for my appointment; I was told that I must be at the wrong gym. The owner William acted like he had no idea who I was and as if he had never spoken with me. I clearly wasn’t welcomed in or embraced because I am an African American woman. Please never settle for this kind of treatment and take your money where it will be appreciated.
Meghna M Dutta: Highly recommend this place for all your fitness needs. All the trainers are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and there is an atmosphere there that makes you want to work without whining :)My personal trainer was Michael, who I definitely recommend for creating rigorous fitness workouts, motivating me to push past my limits and helping me stay positive always.
Sumit Dutta: Highly recommend Phase II and especially, Michael Rudolph as a trainer!Pros:- Very knowledgeable, helpful and personable trainers- Facility is adequately equipped- Good price- Customers often bring wonderful goodies (e.g., produce, plants) to shareI worked with Michael Rudolph at Phase II (in Cary) for ~2 years to recover from my patellar tendonitis condition on both legs and for overall fitness improvement. The facility is equipped adequately. Michael is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, sincere and takes very good care. Eventually, my wife joined too and had a wonderful experience. We used to hate going to the gym and working out but, Michael played a big role in changing our mindset, teaching us workout basics, injury prevention techniques, and making workouts very interesting. I recently moved out of the country and my wife and I miss Michael and Phase II sorely.Although, I have not completely recovered from my patellar tendonitis condition, Michael helped me make substantial progress on it, and also increase my overall body strength and fitness level.Thank you Phase II and Michael for your fitness support.
Thomas: I recommend them highly. You train 1 on 1 with a personal trainer in a small gym with all the equipment and no waiting for machines, etc. The workouts can be purchased in groups. Can also come in and do cardio when they are open for no charge.
Margaret Eason: Amazing, knowledgable trainers who work with your goals and limitations!
Jenny Somerville: Michael Rudolph is a great trainer. Small gym and very personal environment
Charlie Dean: I've done my fair share of personal training since I retired about seven years ago. I have also been fairly active athletically all my life. As I have toned down my sporting activity, I have tried to enhance my strength and balance by working with a number of personal trainers.I have found a gem with the team at Phase ll. Working with my trainer, Deb Richter, is like attending class at the graduate level in an area that fascinates you. I most appreciate the holistic approach she brings to our sessions, because she has elevated my wellness via motion and movement that I thought only possible through the medical profession. Her combination of skills, knowledge, and understanding truly allows her to customize our sessions oriented toward our mutual goal of 'delaying the decay' as we advance onward.
Michael Elliott: I like how comfortable this facility makes you feel. I also like the fact that its a one on one only fitness center. You don't have to wait on machines that interrupts your workout. You don't have loud crazy people to deal with.
Son Kei: For the past year I have been participating in a Phase II personal training program designed to help me overcome the many side effects of advanced prostate cancer treatments. These include muscle deterioration caused by Lupron injections, four surgeries and radiation. My trainer - Deborah Richter - has done a first rate job designing and helping me executed a recovery program involving exercise, nutrition and emotional/mental tranquility. Although the training has been interrupted by surgery, Deborah has helped me loose 20 pounds and develop a slim, fit, physical appearance. Assuming my cancer and the side effects of cancer treatments do not reappear, in another six months I will have the health, physique and energy of a man who is 20 years younger than I now am. Who could ask for more???Sonny Keisler
Karen Cloninger: PHASE II has been an integral part of my life for over 10 years. William Wagner and his team of trainers work hard to create an individual workout based solely on your needs. It is always an interesting, productive and even enjoyable hour! I highly recommend giving PHASE II on Ashville Avenue in Cary a try.
William Watson: My trainer Deborah Richter is the greatest. Been training with her for about eight years. They have top notch equipment to work with and great people as trainers.
Aaron Isbell: I have gone to Phase II since February of 2013. It started a couple days a week to prepare for a wedding. My high school physique was long gone and my diet was out of whack. I was skeptical of myself from day one that I'd be able to commit and maintain a steady work out routine, but Phase II proved me wrong. William is my trainer and his knowledge in the area and patience is commendable. I love the focused attention of one on one instruction and I see the same other clients each week.I found myself enjoying the results and the incremental increase in my workout stamina that I switched from going in the evenings to mornings so that I could use the energy from the workout through the day. And also so I wouldn't have any excuse.Fast forward to November 2014 and I could not be more thankful. My friends and family notice my improvement. If you are reading this post to this point then you should really consider it. The real reason I've been successful is because when I go to workout the other clients and trainers act more like a community. It's a great environment! Consider it and maybe I'll see you there.I'm the guy who will yelp out a Ric Flair 'woooooooo' every so often :)

Owners are amazingly friendly . Instructors are great and they do modifications . I’m a curvy woman and intimidated by some of the boutique type places but I can say the staff here is doing an amazing job of being welcoming and inclusive . There are all shapes and sizes here , all trying to achieve better health . As a health professional myself , I fully endorse this workout for anyone with joint issues that wants to build strength
Julia Ross: The barre3 instructors and team are so encouraging and accommodating. The atmosphere is so positive and welcoming to all levels too!
Kennedy Wells: I needed a break from weightlifting culture and wanted to find a new way to move my body. I had no idea how much I was going to fall in love with Barre. The energy in this studio is unreal and the instructors and staff are so kind and attentive. It’s a genuinely safe space and super beginner friendly. I feel like part of the family already!
Foodie Meryem: The best fitness class with low risk of injury! Everyone who works at this place is super sweet. Easy sign up, with no sales push to get you to pay for options you don’t need! They are very flexible too and have plenty of classes throughout the day/weekend! I love it!
Laura McWilliams: Love barre3. I have attended a lot of different barre3 studios and they all have their own unique flavor even though it’s a franchise. I have never had a bad experience at the Cary location- the teachers are great and the studio itself is well maintained and welcoming. I have been really happy with the childcare as well when I had occasion to use it.
Christin Smith: I love love love barre3 in cary! The instructors are amazing- and it’s a great workout that you can easily cater to your fitness or energy level that day!
