Bennett David: Most honey baked hams are over loaded with people especially around the holidays. This location was quick efficient and had plenty of hams, turkeys and side options. This is a must visit and a hidden gym.

Terry Williams: The Honey Baked Ham store, is a new store in Garner NC. If you want the slice ham, you will need to go to the one on Falls of the Neuse Rd, or the one in Cary NC, because this store sells the whole ham with the bone in. But they do sell the turkey slices.

April McClean: I order my food and the guy that took my order took my money and didn't change his gloves i told him that i didn't want that sandwich that's disgusting. 4/1/23 and this is not a April's fool. Update I visit the restaurant today and the guys on duty today were excellent they wore there gloves and took them off and washed there hands. They were polite and seemed to care about there job. Keep up the good work.

I dumped my entire cup of fries into the large cup and it barely filled it.Edit: I tired submitting a comment several times as the owner requested on the PS website but not sure if they went through. Candi Sanders: Worst experience of my life. I ordered online so that I could pick my food up quickly while on lunch. Stood there about 10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. Once I got back to my office and ate my sub, within minutes I began to feel sick vomiting and diarrhea. I have been sick and unable to keep anything down for the past 24 hours.

They explained the sizing, what mike’s way is and the store was impeccably clean. You really could tell every person there valued their job and was going to do their absolute best. They were very respectful and considerate. Just a remarkable experience!Wheelchair accessibility: I was using my cane today but the door was super light to open. It doesn’t have a handicap press but everything is on one level no stairs inside or to enter.

Ryan McGriff: I’m currently on an extended work trip and have been coming to this location for lunch every Wednesday the last four weeks. I order the same thing every time; #8 Club Sub. Last week, the bacon was missing from my sandwich. When I went today, I specifically made a comment that it was forgotten last time, and to please not forget again. I was assured it wouldn’t be missed, I even saw the guy grab bacon out of the pan; but somehow, it didn’t find its way to my sandwich. And of course I got my order to go, so I didn’t notice till I was back in the office and there was nothing to be done at that point. I’ll be looking for an alternate location next week. I recommend keeping a close eye on your order during its preparation to ensure accuracy.

Khayla Valet: Today I had the WORST experience ever. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the location my order was not there. There was one nice employee ( cool white dude with glasses ) whom seemed to believe me and was trying to help me figure out what happened to my order. the guy who was in charged basically told me if I didn’t have a receipt i needed to leave. I went to my car and called my card in which I had been charged $31 for the online order & I was able to confirm my order was placed at the high house location. Was able to speak with my bank and they refunded my funds after explaining what happened. After speaking with bank I decided to go back into location and replace order. I requested for a specific person to make my subs and the person in charge asked me to leave and proceeded to lie and said I threaten him. In which I did not. I ask for his name to refer to who helped me when I gave a call back to the manager in the morning regarding my order. He did not want to give me his name & that was ok. I didnt understand but I made no big deal of it. he proceeded to ask me to leave and called the police on me. & also proceeded to run out the door behind my car to get my tag information.

Tersha “NC Foodie”: Service was very slow on 10/28/22 evening. There was only one person ahead of me waiting and I placed my order online ahead of time so that it would be ready by the time I got there. I might as well had ordered when I arrived because that's when the young lady started making my hot subs. On top of all of that someone came in after me and received there hot order before me. Difficult to not take it personal. One of the employees offered to help the young lady fixing the hot food and she responded to him with such annoyance. Made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be back to this location. I'll stick to the locations I normally frequent.
