Nuss: The best NY style deli in the Raleigh area, hands down. We've been several times in person and via door dash. Their deli meats are the highest quality and we've never had anything that wasn't delicious. Plus, they have Dr. Brown's soda! Amazing food and service, can't recommend them enough.

Mookies is a deli...order the way you want it. I like a no frills sandwich, pastrami on sourdough (wanted rye but their rye has seeds, no big deal) with deli mustard and THAT'S IT. My style. I got what I ordered to perfection. Bread was as expected, the pastrami was decadently moist and just warm enough, not salty and the right amount for the bread. I don't expect a life changing experience, just a real good sandwich. Next time, the lox and bagel platter...can't wait. Good job. Our waiter was friendly and as other servers passed they always stopped to see if we were fine. We'll be back......FAST FORWARD...we did go again and had the lox...was not disappointed, quality lox and guess what, will be going again soon!!! Fast forward again! Went again, my husband and I now realize this has become a habit!

The younger girl that was making the sandwich has some serious anger issues & is very hostile/aggressive. She was actually going out of her way to be extra rude for literally no reason. All i ordered was a simple turkey avocado sandwich &was super polite the whole time but got unwarranted attitude in return. She had an attitude the whole time & when I asked for mayo on my sandwhich she literally flipped out & had a temper tantrum- the mayo bottle she grabbed was empty so she proceeded to slam the empty mayo bottle on the counter as hard as she could, then reached for the new bottle & proceeded to sloppily put mayo on the Sandwhich while mumbling stuff under her breath... Then she very aggressivly cut my sandwhich & rung me up with zero interaction. It took everything in me to bite my tongue b/c I was on my lunch break & didnt have time to stop elsewhere for lunch after this. If i was not in a time contraint then I wouldve definitely walked out& just went elsewhere after this disrespectful encounter. Then I also heard this same girl yelling at the manager lady about something else while I was sitting in there eating. Terrible atomsphere to sit and enjoy lunch. The ownership here needs to do some serious quality control b/c the employees acting this way towards customers is unacceptable and shows lack of accountability from the management/ownership. This was my last time going here. Highly recommend going elsewhere where they actually value your business instead of this unorganized mess of an establishment.

It tasted very fresh and it was a good balance of sweet and sour. On the other hand, the loaded potato soup was not for me. I like it super cheesy and it kind of just tasted like potato. I also tried an Oreo milkshake which just tasted like milk to be honest. But I did enjoy the people working there. They were very friendly and accommodating. I would probably go back to try a sandwich and maybe get the salad again.

Wow this is possibly the worst screwed up order I have ever received while still getting two sandwiches. I asked for no mayo, spicy mustard, light tomatoes, pepper relish and banana peppers. Got mayo, honey mustard and lettuce with nothing else. Light on the meat and soggy from the amount of condiments used. Wife asked for no onions and pepper relish. Got onions and no pepper relish. The order was so far off ours that we checked the bag to make sure we didn't get someone else's food. Brandon Bell: I'm a Jersey Mike's fan. The one near my office in NE Raleigh is a weekly go-to and i have my assistant use their catering options all the time. I don't think I've hit up a Subway in years, but I swear, the evening crew here must be sniffing glue. They can't get an order correct. You call up there about the order after you get home, and no one answers. My last 3 times here, including tonight, have been wrong. Not a big order. Not a complicated order. A #2 in a wrap and a Philly. Staff came to the window 3x asking what I'd ordered. Tried to charge me twice. Insisted before I left that the order was correct. Got all the way home, and it's wrong again. I get it. Staffing is hard to come by. But it's not assembling a rocket. It's supposed to be a quality sandwich shop. My wife likes what she likes. She doesn't want anything other than what she asked me to get her. I don't like coming home with the wrong order. Get it together, guys.

Candi Sanders: Worst experience of my life. I ordered online so that I could pick my food up quickly while on lunch. Stood there about 10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. Once I got back to my office and ate my sub, within minutes I began to feel sick vomiting and diarrhea. I have been sick and unable to keep anything down for the past 24 hours.

Sarah McGregor: First time ever at Jersey Mike’s and everyone was fantastic. I forget their names but I was blown away. They explained the sizing, what mike’s way is and the store was impeccably clean. You really could tell every person there valued their job and was going to do their absolute best. They were very respectful and considerate. Just a remarkable experience!Wheelchair accessibility: I was using my cane today but the door was super light to open. It doesn’t have a handicap press but everything is on one level no stairs inside or to enter.

Ryan McGriff: I’m currently on an extended work trip and have been coming to this location for lunch every Wednesday the last four weeks. I order the same thing every time; #8 Club Sub. Last week, the bacon was missing from my sandwich. When I went today, I specifically made a comment that it was forgotten last time, and to please not forget again. I was assured it wouldn’t be missed, I even saw the guy grab bacon out of the pan; but somehow, it didn’t find its way to my sandwich. And of course I got my order to go, so I didn’t notice till I was back in the office and there was nothing to be done at that point. I’ll be looking for an alternate location next week. I recommend keeping a close eye on your order during its preparation to ensure accuracy.
