Prakash Sambath: Restaurant shows they are open until 11pm, I walked in around 9.10 but the light at the entrance are off along with all the lights in the store. With doubt walked in to the store and the door is open one guy was working behind counter preparing online orders. He asked me to wait… literally waited for 15+ minutes for him to finish 3 foot long… since it was only him I’ve waited… when he finished all the takeout orders he turned to me… I wanted to order veggie delight with the veggie patty… now he says they don’t have patty and it won’t be here until next week… changed my order to teriyaki chkn…and when I asked to add sweet onion he says they don’t have that either. It took me 30 minutes to get 2 footlong sandwiches.I want to ask the owners and subway franchise why are they open until 11pm if they can’t have enough employees to support the store… I drove to your store from apex cause you are advertising that your store is open.. but it doesn’t look like it… store lights are off along with your entrance sign and you don’t have stuff to finish sandwich top it all off you have 1 person working. This is wrong.About your food… bread is chewy and hard to pull it off and chicken was so bad my wife literally removed every single chicken piece then tried to eat the sandwich. Still the bread was so bad she threw half of it in trash.. it was the worst subway experience I had.

A H: Horrible experience today!!! Went to pick up lunch at 2:15 and tried to run through the drive thru. Proceeded to sit there with no one answering then parked and went inside. I told the man that came out that I had tried to go thru the drive thru and he said it’s off and I asked why they didn’t have a sign, he was SO RUDE and asked me over and over again why he should have to put up a sign, I said so we know it’s closed, he replied that if no one answers then it’s closed!That guy had the worst attitude I have ever seen! Teddy Jones: Staff here is super nice. The foot on the other hand is below average. The meat is not quality and there is alot of cross contamination going on. Last time I went there was two ladybugs in my sandwich. I had to go back to get refunded in which I am still waiting but taking that loss. There are better options in the area.
James Zboyovski: Used to get subs here multiple times a week. As far as food quality, it was always decent. I would order online and pick up in the store...then they started calling me that they were out of chicken...but turns out they were not. I would use the online coupons and they just didn't want to honor them. This was confirmed when I went into the store and they just posted a printed sign saying no coupons on subs with meat. Now they do NOT participate in most all of Subway's promotions...try any advertised promo code from Subway's website when you order and it states this restaurant "does not participate". So, they use Subways franchise name to get business, but don't honor their promotions. I would rather support a different business...that's just my opinion.
Mansoor: Went to this subway location located at crossroads in Cary. Will say this location is a sleepy one. It needs to be remodeled to the one they are showing in the commercials. No fountain drink available all bottle drinks still and still short staffed with one worker doing all. Bought a tuna footlong with some buffalo sauce. The bread looked old and smaller scoops of tuna in the sandwich with tomatoes not fresh and the lettuce starting to go brown. Makes you wonder why the brand is on sale and doing very expensive promotion with all the sport celebs.

I don’t normally write bad reviews but that’s the first time I’ve ever eaten a bad sandwich from subway & I feel like I wasted my money. I should’ve had them remake it but I just opted to take my $20 baguettes & leave. Won’t be back to that one ever again.

N H Tanner: Have always liked Subway and felt their sandwiches were a good value--even when they were being criticized for various reasons. Some locations might not have been as good as others, depending on their owners, but overall they deserved good ratings. This opinion is based on experiences all over the U.S.I have noticed that the selection of breads has diminished in local places, at least in the NYC area, and my favorites seem to have been discontinued. I can't rate them that 5th star because of that, though I'll have to see what those selections look like next time I'm on the road.

Yu-Ting Lin: Yesterday, 11/2, while at Wal-Mart I stopped by Subway to ask a staff member (tall young man) whether they accepted coupons at this location. I showed him the coupon as well and he confirmed yes.11/3, arrived at 11am and I believe the owner was there. Ordered two subs, proceeded to use the coupon and was told by the owner they don't accept coupons. I politely said a staff yesterday said yes. He begrudgingly said he'll "check" and after a 15 seconds of reviewing the coupon and scanning it, he said sorry I can't accept this. FYI, he also didn't have ranch dressing nor Italian Herb & Cheese bread...We usually go to either the Subway by Crossroads or Ten Ten Road, who btw never have an issue accepting coupons. Highly recommend as both locations also don't skimp on toppings.

IJ Oragudosi: The foot long I ordered was delicious, one of the best I’ve ever had. I was very satisfied with the customer service, I can’t seem to understand why this spot gets so many bad reviews. The guy with the orange hat who fixed my sub was very polite and cute, he even offered to take money from his tip jar to cover the rest of my bill. I will definitely be returning!
Baseball Boy: This store is great! The service was amazing and the food was exactly the way I wanted it to be! I’d highly recommend to go to this location and buy your sandwiches. Phillip Paugh: 1 Star to high for this business. Received coupons in the mail. Asked before ordering if they accept coupons (showing it to them) and received a "yes" response. Coupon was "Get Free Footlong when you buy ANY Footlong". Small print on the coupon indicated "Free Sub of lesser value". Placed the order and presented the coupon at checkout. Server then said he couldn't take the coupon but he would discount the sandwiches. Bottom line I was given half price on higher of two sandwiches. I argued I didn't receive the discount promised to no avail. Will not be returning to this Subway location again and esculating to HQ due to employees disrespectful tone. Discount received was $2.66 short of promise.

We received our order and started eating and while we were in the midway of eating our meal, the staff mentioned lobby is closed so we had to pack and sit outside. . It was 9:44 by then. This is the first time I have ever experienced in a restaurant that people are made to move outside while having their food. I had to make the decision to either walk out and leave the subs on the counter or bite my lip and pay for them! Ridiculous!! Why do you send out coupons in the mail every month and then turn around and don't accept them?? From reading a lot of the other comments here and on FB.....this is a VERY common occurrence! This is a poorly run business and company who is going to lose customers with they treat them.

Sandy Bartholomew: B E W A R E ----I hope that your experience is better than what occurred with me at this Subway in Cary, N.C. at 921 North Harrison Avenue. I have been a loyal customer of Subway at multiple locations for many years and have never had a problem until today at this Subway. . I had dropped my friend off at another location in Cary for his car to be fixed. I told him I would be back but was going to go and get a sandwich. As I pulled into the parking lot of Subway there were no cars in the parking lot at all. I pulled in front of the store to get a take out and knew I would not be in their long. As I parked I did not park as straight as I should have but thought since no one is in the parking lot I will get my sandwich and leave. Once inside there was only one employee named Rose working. She was a young African American female. Instead of greeting me she started speaking to me in a very angered voice. "You cannot park your car like that." She went on to say that the way I parked my car was illegal and that she wanted me to move my car. I told her that my car was not bothering anyone since there are no cars in the parking lot and if anyone came up i would then move it but no cars even came. Rose was the only person working at Subway . She then again asked me to move it in a very angry voice and I told her that I was not and did not understand why it even bothered her. She told me to never come back. I did not say anything but left but I knew that I was going to call the Corporate Office and report her attitude. I went to pick up my friend and told him what happen and was surprised to just how rude she was. On the way home I had to pass the Subway so I told my friend John I am going in the parking lot at the Subway to just show you the way I was parked. I had no plans whatsoever to go in there and see her or cause any problems. My car windows are up and now I hear her screaming out loud but could not make out what she was saying so I cracked the window and she is on the phone with he police saying that we are harassing her and we never even said one word to her. My friend and I just left and I will never go to that Subway in Cary again. The second time I went their the parking lot was again empty. Also my friend that lives in Cary said that he later drove by their three times and still no cars in the parking lot at all. If she is as mean to other people as she was to me maybe that is why their is not cars their at all. I will not be returning to this location EVER and waiting now to hear from the Corporate office.

B H: Not the worst location I’ve been to but it’s top 3 worst for sure. I’m not even sure this one is managed by anyone. Pretty sure it’s just random nearby Bass Pro Shop workers that put on a subway uniform as a joke. As I eat my overpriced bread sandwich with some meat sprinkled in and a dime sized amount of condiments, there’s absolutely ZERO consistency in how your sandwich is made (I guess they are sandwich “artists” but imagine the “art” is your neighbors 5 month old’s finger painting) Speaking up to get more only increases the time you spend there because the staff takes hours putting just two slivers of onion on your sub. Only ask for more if you want to waste your entire lunch break. There’s always random people walking around who work there but don’t actually do anything customer facing or beneficial to us. Maybe it’s a Subway corporate office in the back? And “the lady” (you know who I’m talking about if you’ve been here) is terrible, rude to customers and, worse still, unhelpful to her own coworkers. Oh but she does make a decent sandwich, just be sure you read her mind and understand her low speaking accent quick enough or you’ll get attitude back.In short, avoid this one.

Ms Ward: Hours on google say they open at 8am. Unless your a white man you will not get any service until the rude woman say she is open. This is the closest location to my daughter school. I have came twice and she was making sandwiches for a white guy. I walk in and she said they are closed and she can't serve me but is clearly helping another customer. Today was the last straw. Same thing happened. I would skip this location especially if you have brown skin.

Kyli L: I placed an online order in advance and still had to sit around and wait 20 minutes for them to make my order AFTER asking if I was here to pick up. The order was MADE 20 minutes after the pickup time. The girls working were rude and more interested in talking to each other and messing around than actually doing their jobs. Do not bother placing an online order. Honestly go to a different subway if possible because the service here was ridiculous. The worst subway I have ever been to.
Comedian PamelaChanel: I just left this location, the lettuce was old and frozen, The tomatoes was slimy and frozen, the pickles was no longer green but gray and these items was sat out for serving for the public. I continusoly asked the lady to flip over the vegetables before putting them on my salad. This is ridiculous we pay enough money for FRESH vegetables. Please receive this issue because I will be back to write another review. ThanksIt's October 12, I returned for a salad and Nia helped me. She has a warm personality and do care about her job. The vegetable was fresh and I suggested flipping the vegetables after the fridge overnight. Salad was great!

#lazypondfarm: The sandwich artist was polite. The sub was about average. Good bread, good meat, lettuce and tomatoes didn't look so great. The floors needed to swept and mopped. Tables were dirty and the walls near the table I was sitting at. They were not busy when I walked in and only one person came while I was eating so I would think they had time to clean a bit.

cathleen miner: Went here for lunch on Wednesday. The woman making my sandwich was great! She was polite and friendly. She was generous with the toppings and acted as though she liked her job. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwich tasted great.
