Fancy Bee Co.,Inc.: what do users think?
Vegan Victoria: Came in late, and started going on about vaccinations. Maybe not the best topic for shoppers. Also, what sort of store won’t do “on approvals” or returns when you’re buying a $250 lamp?Just didn’t feel like a great business to support

Lighting Inc.: what do users think?
Laragh Covington: The folks here did a fabulous job of restoring my original carriage lights for my house. I was told they were past any hope by multiple folks but they exceeded my expectations. Hoping they will last another 150 years!
Ranjit Thomas: Needed a chandelier part and Wink was very helpful in locating it.
David Soper: Given what retail has turned into... Do some research online go to the store ask a few question buy the item. Or fewer options for service of any kind. This shop offers great service, my wife and were pleased with service and price of the lamps. We plan on coming back to finish shopping.
C Perotti: These brothers do a great job at a good price. We've been bringing our lights to be repaired to them years. One time I asked them to take a lamp bottom from a lamp the shade had broken on and see if they could create a new lamp with another mica shade I had from another lamp. They made the lamp look better than I could have imagined. Picture below.
Sue Austin: Very helpful and friendly. I just wish they were cheaper.
High Knife: Great staff and extremely fast service (they rewired a vintage chandelier in a matter of days). Great place!
Bj Jadwick: Great store
Randy Overton: Friendly service. Had our floor lamp repaired at a good price. If you need a lamp, light, etc, repaired their repair service does a good job.
Elijah: There aren't any nutrition facts on the light bulbs
Adrienne Mickels: Love Lighting, Inc! I have been shopping with them for many years and always find a new treasure. They are reasonably priced and the customer service is top notch. They have been in business over 50 years and I can see why. Support local and check out this mom and pop!
Charles Smith: Great store but bankers hours and no weekend hours means it’s an absolute nightmare to actually visit this place.
Russ Barnette: Excellent service and reasonably price. Highly experienced staff.
Rachel Petillo: I had several old lamps from my apartment in Paris moved to North Carolina. Every lamp had to be re-wired to work with US plugs. Lighting Inc handled each lamp with care and they were all working just fine once they were finished. They even provided new light bulbs for each lamp. They delivered them to my apartment safely and the whole process was quick/smooth. I ended up knocking over one of my floor lamps, breaking off the socket from the lamp base after they left. They let me bring it back in and fixed it without any hesitation. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is simply because they didn't call to notify me when the lamp was fixed the second time, so it was sitting there ready for a few days. Other than that, both John and Fred were kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services and will use them again in the future if I'm back in the area. -Francis Ford Coppola
Victoria Allred-Bennett: Based on Google reviews I went to Lighting, Inc on Dec 5, 2016. They have an impressive collection of antique lights - very fun to look at. There were 4 very nice gentlemen who spent the hour that I was there, discussing their weekends and how their wives were, while I browsed. I selected a light. I paid a 50% deposit and arranged for some changed to the light - wiring, painting it a bronze color, etc. They told me the light had been there 12 years so you would think they'd be thrilled to move it. They told me they were backed up on "repairs" by 4-6 weeks when I paid my deposit. I waited 8 weeks. When there was no proactive call, I called them. Nothing had been done to my light. They told me "we're backed up 4-6 weeks, we'll get back to you". We did this dance periodically for six MONTHS. I finally called them a week ago (last week of June 2017) and told them I'm done waiting. They kindly agreed to refund my money with profuse apologies. They again cited "we're backed up 4-6 weeks". I said, "no you're not, it's been 6 months". The gentleman on the phone (VERY nice) said, "your order has been placed out of sight, out of mind" and "we've not been able to catch up from our move 2 YEARS ago". Please sir. Get it together! Unless you want to buy something from their floor and handle any changes or repairs yourself, don't bother with this place. High point - they did refund my money promptly when requested - which is the ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 (or negative star values...if I could).
Sherry Johnson: These guys were extremely helpful. I love doing business with people like this. They helped me figure out a rough estimate for a chandelier that I bought from someone else. Plus showed me how to take it apart. Very nice people who I will gladly do business with in the future.
Myra Higgins: We had a pair of lamps and found that one of the switches had stopped working. I called around and spoke to somebody at Lighting, Inc who talked me through a couple of things I could do to test the switch. A couple of minutes later, I was able to get the switch working and the lamp is working again. I really value businesses that take the time to help.
Heather Hazelwood: Drove over from Durham to have a pendant lamp from my dining room repaired. They re-wired the lamp and did the work the same day to save me another round-trip from Durham. The price was very reasonable and I was impressed with their customer service. Will certainly bring any other lamp repair needs to them.
Heather Scott: My husband and I are renovating a Victorian Era home (1871) in downtown Raleigh that was stripped of all of its original lighting in the 40s. We have found treasure after treasure at Lighting Inc. They have restored antique fixtures in all sizes and finishes. They also re-wired and re-finished fixtures we found at auctions. They are reasonably and competitively priced. We were very surprised by the large selection available. We have purchased or restored 95% of all of our lighting with Lighting Inc. It is locally owned an operated. Would highly recommend.

The Home Depot: what do users think?
Julianna Bellingrath: Bought dirt. Tasted bad
Greg Totherow: This Home Depot always seems to have the best selection in the area. The service for my pickup was super fast and the person who loaded my car was friendly!
Bryant Tant: Manager is not very good
David Brodie: I visit frequently... Multiple times a day.... It's a very frustrating place to visit
Jody Colp: Always awesome, but economy is making everything expensive, can hardly afford to walk in the door
Candice Cutler: Good location of this store with very helpful employees!
Db Mills: Pretty reliable over the long term.
sasha wilkins: Great location and well stocked with the items we needed.
Xinran Li: The only contractor with Home Depot is ARS for installing new HVAC unit in Raleigh area. However, they provide really poor job.ARS installed a brand new HVAC unit at end of March. It has been repairing for at least 7 times wasted days of our time. As now, June 5, my air conditioner is still waiting for parts. The cover/hood left wide open. The manager Brandon promised us they will replace the cover and install the missing parts. But they never do. Brandon also ignores our call and messages. Till, it has been 6 weeks since we talk to the manager Brandon. Nothing has been done.Besides, the technician damaged the coil fins while they were "repairing" the brand new unit they just installed, and they are not promising to repair it.In the contract, they promised to refund and remove the unit within one year if we are not satisfied with their product and service. When I request refund, they just sent a technician, talk to you and promising to repair, which is something they never does.I heard ARS is a good company for plumbing. However, for HVAC installation and repair, they are not professional based on what they did, such as misconnecting wires during installation which damages the outside unit, failed to repair, ignoring costumers and not being responsible, not following the contract.
Punniamoorthy C: Good
Katrina Farris: Plant selection is lacking. Need more native plants. The soil has been good. Very good customer service
Mitchell Mills: Bought a Milwaukee combo set was sent all over the place and told to pay more money than the cable stapler for my free battery then the lady acted like I didn’t wanna pay and I explained I already had she said it was canceled while I was driving there even though the one in Cary called both stores are at fault I went from 245 dollars to 350 and they tried saying they couldn’t cancel my order. Absolute hot garbage wasting 4 hours of my day
Thomas Holley: Great Location, convenient, garden center was well stocked today, as it is planting season 🌳😁Home Depot location is usually busy on the weekends and still manages to offer friendly customer service.
Emir Akins: Picked up a new shovel for a project. I didn't have to look forever for it and they had several to choose from.
Robert Phillips: Quick, courteous service.Got 2 Rubbermaid trash cans for yard waste.Good value.
Kevin Brown: Customer service at this store is becoming bottom of the barrel. I asked for help at 3:30pm. Waited 15 minutes and no one came. An unrelated employee came down the hardware aisle from plumbing but was moving at about 1/2 mph and not helpful. I needed a shorter threaded rod than I had found there . After 5 more minutes of him meandering the aisle , he told me the longer version they sold (already in my hand) couldn’t be cut there. I was super surprised in the lack of intent to help or ability to resolve the issue. Instead he tried to sell me a hacksaw to make one cut. Super disappointed….
Helen Zhou: We went there yesterday and were impressed by the beautiful plants, worth going there and bringing something back to your garden this Spring.
olman rose: Great place to find what you need to improve your home
TALIA Will Tell Ya: Found Everything & Decently Priced!
Marta alicia Martinez quintanilla: Muy surtido casi en todo te lo recomiendo

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?
Daniel Marcus: Whatever you do, DO NOT order appliances from Lowe's.The delivery company usually doesn't call either to confirm the day before or to give a delivery window, calling is a joke; "longer than normal wait times" is the norm, usually over an hour. They broke two dryers in a row by carrying them in incorrectly, until they ran out of replacements and told me I'd have to wait "about a month" for new ones to come in. They also didn't hook up the water line for steam for the dryer even though I specifically asked them before they left if they had (they said yes they had).
David Hutson: They freely admit their inventory information is always wrong and can't be trusted. They've said this for many years and still haven't fixed it. I've been mischarged. I've been flatly lied to. Get contradictory information from different employees. The "mylowes" tracking doesn't register half my purchases. They have missed delivery appointments by 12 hours with no updates and 2+ hour waits to talk to someone on the phone or chat
Rachel Kelsh: Had an issue and the assistant manager Courtney could not have been any more helpful. She was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to interact with.
Rebecca O'Sullivan: It's a good Lowe's.
Diana Smith: I absolutely love their garden center .I buy a lot of plants from all Lowes locations.
Sandra Finnegan: I come to this Lowe's all the time and normally used to find people who actually helpful. Slowly it seems that the associates care less and less about helping customers. Today we were here for over an hour waiting in the lumbar department. The item we need required one of the lifts to get and we were told by the associate that he had two things to do and then would get our item down. We were waiting in the area with no problem for about 45 minutes and then stepped into another aisle for 2 minutes while they were still on the previous item to look at something and then came back and both associates that were there were gone. We went to the register and someone was paged and waited 10 more minutes and no one showed up. We literally wasted over an hour after being told that we would be helped and then the associates were gone. Most likely on a break but this kind of management and customer service is ridiculous and disappointing.
Tracie Robinson: Good place for any of your home improvement needs
Norm Kelly: Close to home. Always have what I'm after. Very helpful staff.
Holly Sullenger: My go-to place for home and yard projects.
Allison Gibbs: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of plants, and the store is always clean and organized.
Sam Sigarto: Good store, nice staff.
Russell Villard: Very friendly man searched the store for wall plaster for me. Wish I got his name. People are friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles.
Walter Prince: The employees are always willing to help. Class act here
Nicole Smalls: There are many options.
Alex Grossman: Staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. Store is usually well stocked. I do wish they sent out fliers in the mail, that would be helpful for knowing about sales especially when you don't have cable tv. Overall through the store is nice and clean and your standard home improvement store.
Nikronomikon: Отлично
Syed Yusuf: No complain, everything is perfect
斯奈德菲爾: This Lowe's was clean the employees were very helpful
Dapper D: They don't want to check you out anymore and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to getting the customers taken care of. I avoid Lowes and prefer a local hardware store.
SS P: Worst customer service department as they only value themselves and behave as they are the CEO. The Hispanic female needs a solid retraining on how to interact with customers or just not work there. Policies change based on the person behind the counter and when notated they speak to you with an insulting tone. These females definitely cater to specific races which needs to be addressed by management.
Cizkaro Kiwaku: It's a Lowes!
