Alanna Aungvibool: I’ve brought two pairs of shoes here. The first pair were brand new Christian Louboutins. I had the protective bottom added to them and everything turned out great. No complaints there. I decided to bring in some Chanel ballets flats to be resoled. They said they would only resole half of them so the logo and text in the middle wouldn’t be ruined. Great, that’s perfect. The total cost was about $125 for the soles and the heels. I pick them up and the Chanel CC logo on the bottom of one of them is almost nonexistent. It looks like it was basically sanded off. The owner stated it probably came in like. It definitely did not. There is a smooth dent in that area, too perfect to have been worn down. They take photos upon dropping off the item so I asked to see the photo from the drop off. They stated they couldn’t locate the photo of the soles in their system. They offered 10% off for the miscommunication.

One person was rude to the person who dropped my shoes off while I was at work, then told them to just leave it without telling him how much for the deposit on fixtures. . So he disregarded what I originally told him to do which was pay upon dropping them off. Called Saturday where the gentleman told me that he was sorry but he didn't understand the question that I had asked him on Thursday. They call me back on Monday morning asking me to pick up my shoes after them giving myself and friend the incorrect information. I needed the shoes for my b'day dinner (January 4th)and festivities I had planned. Which was thrown off and delayed all because of their miscommunication. The statement about me cursing again is not true, I never cursed at the gentleman on the phone because I was with my mother who I do not cuss around. Furthermore if I called you in advance telling you I would drop them off on Friday and pickup for Saturday, and told you the services I wanted why not tell him the price we had already discussed on the phone. Instead you made him feel as if he was not worthy of your services, or I guess because his appearance didn't look to your standards you told him to "Just leave them here, and the ticket will be finished when you talk to me. He asked you how much.... But it's ok I sold the shoes due to the misinformation by the gentleman who answered the phone who also stated he didn't understand my question on Saturday when we spoke on the phone. Continue to be blessed, and I still refer people to despite hope the flamboyant gentleman treated and talked to us.

Othman Fatfat: Really nice people except my Louis Vuitton keepall's leather is cracking more than when it first came in. The bag is from the 80s and had some cracking. I was hoping after cleaning and conditioning it, it would bring some life to the leather, however it made the cracking even worse. They did a good job getting some stains out of the leather and removing the smell, but I would rather have both than breaking leather.

These guys can pretty much do anything to fix a shoe they have a really nice location and they seen to take their stuff seriously I like the new location that there in well it's not that new they been in this location since about 2015 but it's still nice to see that they have grown and this location is big and can handle a lot of shoes everyone seems knowledgeable about how to fix stuff so it's really good to be able to leave with an understanding of how your shoes and leather will be taken care of.

Their company policy states they are a hundred percent liable for your items but this is false. My Chanel handbag was ALLEGEDLY stolen out of their store, not once did a representative reach out to inform me of this. I had to go out of my way by calling and going up to the store to find out. I continuously had to reach out to get information on what happened to my bag. Now they are only trying to give me 20% value of my bag. Tanisha Blacknall: So I went in to repair a LV wallet as well as a handbag, I literally had to show pricing on my phone which was directly off the site for the repair of the wallet which they attempted to charge me more than twice the amount the sales woman claimed “I’ve never seen that before”. Okay we get to the handbag and she says well it will be over $500 to replace the bottom (water stains) it cannot be repaired at all. I’m like well will anything else be fixed on the bag at that price? She said no and continued to throw numbers out for different things like cleaning the straps and sealing the bag after the leather is replaced of which she said would not match because LV uses aged leather. I kindly took my bag back and will just get another before I pay close to $1000 when I could in all reality buy a brand new bag! Please beware of these pricing up charges perhaps the location in Raleigh NC is operating in a manner that other Santana care facilities do not and I will attempt to take my bag to another location these are very shady business practices. Literally the site states the pricing and when directed to the site I was told never seen that before. Yeah I’ll try another location

However, when I arrived to pick up my pre-paid shoes, I was disappointed to see the white rubber sides of the sole around the bottom of the shoe had been stained with polish. When I questioned the owners they denied the obvious. I left disgusted because they did not take responsibility for their poor workmanship.I do not recommend this business because they are dishonest and lack credibility.

Karen Trax: Very disappointed. I took in a pair of neutral colored shoes to have the soles replaced; they had a crack across the bottom. Otherwise they were in excellent condition. They require full payment upon drop off. When I returned to pick them up 2 weeks later as requested, I was informed they only had black soles and not a similar color of the original . A quick phone call to let me know, would have saved me a trip. Against my better judgement, I decided to go ahead with it.I was told to come back in another 1.5 weeks. The shoes were far more scuffed than before. In addition, the glue used to adhere the sole was not a smooth seam. In some places it overflowed onto the fabric or bubbled. I assume it was not properly clamped or excess glue was not wiped away. They look horrible, much worse than when I dropped them off. I did complain, however, the language barrier is problematic. He simply said there was damage and walked away. Therefore , my recommendation would be if you need shoes repaired, choose a different establishment .

I thought I had totaled my shoes after catching one of the tips on the pavement but they were able to make it look like nothing ever happened. Yes they do make you pay up front, but they will warn you about what they can’t repair. The nice lady at the front explicitly told me that they wouldn’t be able to remove the water stains and I appreciated the honesty. Worth giving them try.10/10

So far he has saved the stitching on my Rick Owens Drk shadows which I ripped and repainted the back of one of my Jordan one shadows. The shadows are a hard color to match with fading and he matched the paint like factory! Super impressed. I won’t go anywhere else the guy knows footwear.

Bear Plowman: Three years ago the service was great, on time, and above and beyond. This time not so much. Dropped my boots off for two weeks for heel repair and rip repair. On arrival, they were not finished. Had to wait for the work to be done same day like another reviewer mentioned. And then I had to request the finish work to be done.
