Ladystardust04: I love this Target but some complaints. They are very often out of stock of a lot of items. I assume because it gets really busy here which brings me to my next point- I would very much recommend not going during peak hours especially on the weekend because it gets super busy. Be prepared to be patient in a long self checkout line when it’s busy lol. Other than that, it’s a great Target.

They have no motivation to do better or even care for their jobs because managers aren’t even seen on the floor.This is in a prime location of crossroads 20 plaza and by comparison, the location in apex, blows this out of the water. Worlds difference.get fresh energy in there and a management who can lead by example.
Jessica Crossley: Just another Target. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because they never have enough registers open. They funnel everyone through self-checkout and it creates a super long line that everyone has to wait in every single time. With as much money as Target makes, they need to hire just a couple more people to work registers so everyone isn't forced to wait 20 minutes in the self-checkout line.

Christine Wei: This is the Walmart we go to the most often, and it’s pretty well stocked. Cauliflower is in short supply sometimes, but we luckily found some the last couple times we went. Service is fine, checkout is very fast, and I can’t complain. Good selection, fair prices.

Concerned Family: I just visited my local Walmart on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary NC. I had a small package that I had ordered online that I needed to pick up. Since I had additional shopping I wanted to do there, I decided to retrieve my package at customer service instead of checking in online and sitting in my car outside the garden center. I THOUGHT I would be helping the employees - not bothering them to walk outside to my car since I had further shopping to do there.Well…that was a BIG mistake!!! I went to the customer service area to retrieve my package as I knew it was a tiny parcel and should be located up front. “Customer service” hence the words “customer service” was no help! Let me be clear, they weren’t busy….best I can remember no one was behind me in line.Instead of providing some customer service, I was told “oh you have to drive to the pick up lane out at garden center OR you can try calling “this” number as they pointed to the wall and maybe someone from there can come up here and help you.” My thoughts….’Hey, you already standing here…no one in-line behind me…can’t you help me?’ So I said, “maybe I should just cancel this order because this is becoming more complicated than it needs to be.” Thinking…I’m standing here with my pickup info…no one inline behind me…can’t you just provide some customer service and do this job?So I then walk to the garden center instead of moving my car. A VERY NICE HELPFUL employee approaches me and says “looks like you might need some help?” His name was Tristian. Thank you so very much Tristian for 1)noticing I may need help and then 2)helping me.I tell Tristian I was in the store needing a few things and thought I’d just pick up my package. He looks up my information and walks with me right back to the customer service dept and retrieves my package. He even takes the time to explain to me that the garden center really only houses LARGE parcels and that tiny packages are housed up front in the customer service area!Thank you so very much Tristian. He walked from the garden center all the way to the front customer service counter. I couldn’t budge 2 employees that were standing behind the customer counter to walk 2 feet and help me.AND then…. wait for it……the MAJOR issue transpired as I was leaving the store. One of those customer service “ladies” had the nerve to say out loud in front of other customers now in line at the customer service area… “thought you were canceling that order?” as I was leaving the store. I backed my self up from the exit door and asked, “Do you REALLY want a cancelled order for this store? Do you think Wal-Mart REALLY wants me to cancel this order?” She continued on with “that’s what you said you were going to do.” I mean seriously, this employee is trying to start an argument in front of other customers???” Who hired this person? What qualities did she fake in her interview?That my friend is how that one “employee” treats customers! All this I’m sure can be replayed on the store camera so the store manager Stephen can see who he has working there! Thank you Tristian! Need 100 more employees like you….the other one obviously doesn’t care about customer service or the future of Walmart so she needs to go home.Please note, I purposely didn’t mention the rude associate by name. The store manager can review stores tape and/or work log to know exactly who she is.6/16/23 approx 10:45 am

Thomas M: Heading on 40 towards Wilmington in Raleigh near Garner.. driver literally almost caused a 3 car pile up and then swerved past a black truck and didn't see a transport truck carrying vehicles and nearly missed that. I never thought I would leave a review for somebody's company based on an employees reckless driving... Discipline this driver because that is absolutely horrendous

Jason Carpenter: First there are NO actual checkout line employees, ONLY self checkout, with NO proper signage. We approach the only counter with an actual person, only to be told that it’s 10 items or less… that’s ok. However STILL no signage stating that. We were TURNED AWAY AND TOLD TO GO TO SELF CHECKOUT , EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES THAT REQUIRED PERSONAL ASSISTANCE!!! So upon us moving over A CAUCASIAN family approached THE VERY SAME COUNTER WITH MORE ITEMS THAN WE DID!!! and guess what. He took them. Once the alcoholic beverage signaled anEmployee over (that we knew we would need) he heard our complaint and said “ we aren’t allowed to turn customers away”???? BUT YOU JUST TURNED US AWAY WITH LESS ITEMS!! So THAT Logic doesn’t add up. They was LITERALLY only 30 seconds between us and the next family. The ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS OUR “race”. This WILL be reported further.

Matt Rosine: This is the kind of target you need to fuel up for before you visit, and potentially even meditate. It takes real mental strength to go into this store for something and not come out with a much degraded state of mental health. There is NEVER enough checkouts open, doesn’t matter what time you go. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I’ve never seen more than 3 open, even if the lines are stretching down the aisles. There are plenty of staff doing other things like restocking shelves or whatever, but never actually checking out. This place desperately and I mean desperately needs self checkouts (or you know, actually manage staff duties properly so there are more available at front, or just hire more people).*edit: literally a few days after I posted, self checkouts appeared at this target. So I’m not saying that I’m personally responsible for introducing self checks but I kinda am. You’re welcome everyone.
River William: Very nice employees. There is no self check out so the lines are consistently long (see the majority of the reviews say the same about self checkout). The customers are ALWAYS stealing in this location. Just walking out with full carts of stuff and the alarm does not go off in the storeI only gave this Target 2 stars because of the nice employees otherwise I would have given it 1 star. Get self check lanes and have Police presence.

I wish her name was on the receipt. She deserves KUDOS!!! She was working the register that does returns and checkout, on 1-15-23 around 6:35 pm. She made me smile. My daughter & I discussed her lovely demeanor & how nice she was. Great small talk while she still worked in a timely manner.

Neal Daniel: I constantly have to keep an eye out at the prices when the people scan them because constantly the prices on the shelf are wrong when they ring up. This is after standing in line to up to 20 minutes because they only have one register open. I would say about 70% of items I buy don't ring up the same price as it says on the shelf. The most egregious one was when the shelf was 15 dollars less than what I rang up as. I take pictures of every price tag on the shelf in case they try to dispute it.
Tiffany Haynes: The Target in Cary has always provided top notch customer service. The associates are helpful with finding your items and completing transactions. It’s always clean and the line wait times seems to be until 5 minutes or less.
Bill: The Target at Parkside Town Commons never has enough checkout lanes open and no self checkout. Too slow during peak hours. I avoid going to this location if I can help it.

The process is always seamless and efficient, and I never have to worry about spending too much time in the store.Overall, I highly recommend this Target location to anyone in the Cary area. It's a great store with great products and great customer service
