Scott Gee: Nice selection of beers on draft, everyone should be able to find something they like. If draft isn’t your style, they have two coolers to pick out beer from.I saw many different styles in there as well.Also, they have a huge selection of cants/ bottles to take home. I personally found a couple of cans from a cool brewery outside of Charlotte. So all-in-all, definitely a cool place to stop by.

Janet: Been here a couple times, and while breweries tend to be quite standard in look and feel this one feels more on the industrial side with hard surfaces and minimal decor. Not an expert on beers but the selection was fairly decent and the staff very friendly. Good for groups as there's plenty of picnic-table seating both indoors and out.

Mike Roberts: Kristen has been helping me with my prescriptions for years. She is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and caring pharmacist I have ever had the privilege of working with. The day she opened her own pharmacy I transferred my prescriptions. I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you have any regular prescriptions that you need filled stop wasting time filling them with rude that waste your time and could care less about you as a person. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself how big of a difference having a wonderful pharmacist can be.

Avery H: Love, love, love this place. It's the only type of "boutique" pharmacy I've ever been in. There are tons of locally-made arts and crafts everywhere, and there are some nice couches for you to sit on in the back if you should ever need to. (Although every time I go I am helped pretty promptly, so I don't know why you'd need to. Maybe a nice place to rest after getting a vaccine or something). The atmosphere is overall so much more homey and cosy than your typical pharmacy.In addition, I have found the owner and assistant, Deborah (I think that is her name) to be wonderful, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable about my prescriptions. It's always nice to stop in here, and I can see that others feel the same way!

Laurie Marcey: This is the place to go with kids for COVID vaccines and boosters. The staff was incredible with my nervous kids. So patient and wonderful and making every effort to make it a positive experience for my three and five year old. We are very appreciative and will certainly be repeat customers.

David: They are Amazing! Top of the line customer service! They went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. They didn’t know me at all before today, just some random new customer that needed a rare prescription for my bp meds filled. I heard they were a small local business and asked my Dr to switch, me being a guy I’m forgetful and ran out of my medication last night so I called the dr and they reminded me that I had asked to switch to this pharmacy last visit(thank god), I quickly called DJs and set up an account and asked if they by chance had my rare meds on hand. The gentleman replied no, but was able to get it in for me quickly within a couple hours but we discovered there was an issue with my insurance and it would take a few days for insurance to clear it. They had at this point already gone 100x above and beyond any competitor because they acquired my meds fast but my Drs were also taking a little longer to get the prescription over BUT it got better, when they couldn’t get in touch with my dr to see if they had samples for me, they gave me enough to get by until my insurance clears in a few days. Who does that today? Name one corporation that would do that. They don’t know me from anybody but yet my health was important to them, I felt like a human again not a customer number and had a great conversation with the gentleman working. I was going to switch to them anyways but now I’m a customer for life.

Casee Loudermilk: The Labcorp people are extremely rude and could use a lesson from the cashiers at the front. You’re still customer serving, so act at least somewhat decent and fully explain things instead of expecting people to understand when you say one sentence that has zero instructions.
Joseph Jannuzzi: I've been going to the pharmacy here for many years now and they are always great. Everyone here is so genuinely nice and professional. There are several pharmacists that have been at this location for several years, I wish I knew all of their names so they get the shout out they deserve (i believe one of their names is Brett). They always have helpful information and make things as smooth as possible. Thank you all for the great assistance over the years!
Thomas Dale: The other pharmacist are great. But this morning I called a pharmacist that would not tell me if my prescription was in stock. Last night I called and they said they could fill it but today they said they can't tell me that information which is "not right" according to the other pharmacies I've called.

I was told that would be fine, however when I arrived I was told that I should have made an appointment because the wait time would be 20-30 minutes. The store appeared clean and well stocked. Staff is not very friendly.
Anonymous User: If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time and lines are ridiculously long. I use Walgreens faithfully but had never been to this one in particular before. I was put on hold when I called about my prescription (no one ever came to the phone) after having to drive back to the doctors office concerning it. When I returned I still had to wait for the medication. I spent over an hour there before finally getting my medicine all with a broken tailbone and in extreme pain. The customer service needs severe improvement. I didn’t feel important or like a priority and will never visit this location again.

I wanted to write this before driving away.Actually a nice looking store and I figured I’d have the normal experience I have at a Walgreens.I was greeted when I walked in, then nicely greeted again when I arrived at the counter to checkout.I got cash back on my debit card and asked if she had enough quarters for a $5 bill.She clicked her tongue, looked in the drawer and shook her head as she counted quarters. I felt like I had just asked if she could give me some of her own money.... When done, she has, what should be, enough quarters to make it for the rest of the day in her drawer. But her attitude in saying ‘bye’ was completely different from the ‘hi’ I received when walking up to the counter...... over quarters......I don’t want fake nice people when I go into a retail store. But getting attitude over something as trivial as getting change back in quarters...?I would never ask a family run establishment for that sort of thing, because they might not have a safe in the back with more money in it.......? But a big business store like Walgreens, quarters shouldn’t be sacred.

Anna Hoppert: Every time my children or I have antibiotics needing to be filled, it takes over 30 minutes. The staff is rude and gives ridiculous excuses regarding why it can't be quicker. They have no sense of urgency. The reason I go there is because I can avoid getting out of my car and infecting everyone there. Next time I will use Target in Cary where the pharmacy staff are always polite and so fast.

Barry Rosett: Friendly and great customer service. They go out of the way to provide customer service and try to keep costs of prescriptions down. Very unlike CVS or Walgreen’s. I am very happy with is this pharmacy.
Lucy B: This pharmacy is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to contact, get help from, and pick up prescriptions at than the two nearby chains. I've struggled for years with a certain three letter chain and I will never go back to waiting on hold for 30 minutes anytime I need to contact the pharmacy (which some medications require you to do monthly). Drive thru and in store pickup wait times for the Chain stores have been SO excessive lately too and this store is a huge stress relief.I highly recommend switching over if you have been struggling with the chain pharmacies also. Swift creek has text confirmations on refills that are super easy, and you have no trouble getting in contact with them via phone. They were incredibly helpful in reaching out to my doctor about insurance approvals and a name correction.

Michael Pullen: Went for a Covid test on the 28th, still have yet to hear back with our results. Seems they send their tests out to a third party with no customer service, or anyone to talk to. Staff was very nice but wouldn’t recommend for Covid Testing.

Darren Murray: They would get zero stars if it would let me due to the pharmacist there being very rude about my medication and making comments that she has nothing to do with, it’s one of the older lady’s there and a guy there, the younger lady’s in there are good though. Will be changing pharmacies asap.
Nathan Miller: Took nearly an hour to receive a COVID-19 booster even with an appointment scheduled in advance. I did eventually receive the scheduled service but for how simple the process should be and other options available for the same service, that is unacceptable.
Delora Murphy: There is no worse place then this Walgreens Pharmacy. The store and people are nice, but the pharmacy! The pharmacists are rude and out of control. Everyone in the pharmacy moves as slow as they possibly can and lines can extend down the aisle. I recently had an issue with the pharmacy, and decided to transfer my prescriptions to the Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy. I was a bit reluctant but knew I could never go back to Walgreens. To my pleasant surprise, the Walmart pharmacy is awesome. There was a line of 5 but I was out in just a few minutes. The kicker, a prescription that cost $150 at Walgreens was $21 at Walmart.
M D: Super slow. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes for your prescription. I always leave at least that much time for a pickup. Seems like this location is terribly understaffed and the staff seem stressed out. Only reason I still go here is my insurance.

Nadia Kennedy Zdrojkowski: Looked cleanish. They are only Walgreens in the area that is open past 9 and at least until 10. I'm not sure that it can often suck to be "that guy!" Having said that, the pharmacist did not in fact need to be so rude at 9:01 p.m., with an hour left! There was no other cars in front or behind me & when Hudson asked for a l l o l l i p o p she snapped at him saying they don't have lollipops for kids?!?! She also didn't get off the phone that made me sit there for about 8 minutes instead of just making sure she could read my name off the prescription!. I've been here before!! And, I was only dropping off one prescription which was for eye drops I called ahead to make sure they have in stock. She told me it would be 25 minutes and she would need to see my license again! I said okay no problem I will wait. In the parking lot obviously. Then she said it's still going to be 25 minutes! I DIDN'T ASK?!?!.
Will Refvem: 2 years of bad service, spam calls and text messages, and sorry excuses for why calling in a prescription never works. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bipin Nair: This is one of the worst Walgreens in the area. Good luck finding someone to help out. Be it the pharmacy or the photo center, most of the times the, staff would see you looking or calling out for help and still would act busy or keep talking among themselves. Even when we are at the register to check out we would still end up waiting.

Rachael Dodge: I recently had my prescriptions transferred here from a large retail pharmacy and I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Bee Well Pharmacy treats you like an actual patient, rather than just a number in their system, and they truly do care about their patients. I actually called during a time when the pharmacy was busy and unable to answer the phone, and I received a call back within 5 minutes, which was unexpected since I didn’t even leave a message. Taylor Fuller: This place refused to accept my Flipt insurance for a prescription that is for my 10 month old daughter and instead they demanded $80.00 cash for a tube of ointment. If they had accepted my insurance, I would have payed $0.00 however my 10 month old daughter has psoriasis and I was desperate enough to pay the the $80.00.Take your business elsewhere! The flyer, stamped along with their business card, even stated “All major insurance accepted”.

LP Rahal: Be careful with this pharmacy and watch your cash.They are overcharging the customers and request cash vs. processing the insurance to get the correct form of payment for the service needed.I needed a PCR test and went to this location to get on January 6th, 2022. The male pharmacist “I think the lady working for him called him Mr. Bee” approached me in the pharmacy and ask me to step outside to talk to him. I found his request very strange, and I accommodated it.We went outside and he told me to pay $200 in cash if I wanted the PCR test. I asked him why when I have Insurance. I asked him to process my insurance and he refused. He insisted to give him $200 in cash as a guarantee to get the test to me.“WOW” His behavior was not only unethical but also unprofessional. He is stealing people money by asking for cash especially when you have an urgent need.Those people should not be in business and their license should be taken away since this is stealing. The US government need to start putting better controls/affordable pricing for the people on all medical area cost to stop this type of unethical and illegal behavior/cost increases.Based on my personal experience I do not recommend Bee Well Pharmacy.
Diamond Branch: It has been a year since my last review, and I am happy to say I am still very happy with the service and care at Bee Well pharmacy. The owners are honest people and I have never been cheated out of my money. I am informed about any increase in pricing for my products and why before my order is filled. Also, if there is an increase, they try to find a discount for me if possible. I would like to say this. As we the consumer write reviews about our experiences, we should always be fair. Having a bad experience one time and not allowing the business owner or staff member the opportunity to apologize or make things right before writing a negative review is not fair. We must also remember we have the right to accept the service or not, pay a fee prior to service or not. During the height of Covid and After Bee Well pharmacy has been an amazing ally of the community. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for your service.

Rosanna Johnson: First time buying at-home covid test kits and the Morrisville Target pharmacist sent me over to Bee Well because they (and the other local Targets) were out of stock. I wish I had thought to check a few more places though because I didn’t know it at the time, but later learned that it actually costs small businesses such as Bee Well, a lot more to stock these at home kits. So the price of the kits was much more than I expected. Nice people though. Just wanted to share this info with others so that they aren’t taken by surprise when the test kit costs you more than it would have at Target or some other big pharmacy chain.

Hank Zappa: Great folks, classic example of a small local business making a difference. They are always very helpful and going out of their way to help.Note that for Covid tests, they send your tests to other labs so they're at the lab's mercy as far as speed of test results. I've got a result back in a day and half when I got it done early part of Dec. During the Xmas - end of year crunch, all the labs were backed up tremendously and it took a week to get results back EVERYWHERE. In short, if you got the results late during that time frame, I wouldn't hold the pharmacy responsible. I got my results after a week but they kept trying to follow up on my behalf with the lab - I think this is a little gem of a pharmacy.
