Ashworth Drugs: what do users think?
Yunus G.: soda fountain was closed ):
Charlie Copeland: Simple drug store counter hot dogs. Has that hometown downtown draw. Nothing special with the dogs, just quality. Slaw was cold and the chili was hot.
Ellyanna Newman: Bad food. I felt sick later. The service was ok but distracted. The place did not feel very clean. I like that it’s an old vintage place to eat and shop but otherwise very uncomfortable.
Audrey Carans: Waited 20 minutes in the booth and was never served despite not being busy, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went to eat at Serendipity and it was incredible! I highly suggest them, great service!
Randy Howell: Please update your sign with the correct hours. My wife and daughter sat down at the soda fountain today (Saturday) at 2:20. They were told that y’all close at 2:30 and would not serve them. The sign on the door says 3pm.
Ebony Franklin: Cool spot for a good hotdog. Love the chip variety. If you like super sweet iced tea- this is please for you! I had to get mine cut with unsweetened tea. The wait can be a little crazy so grab a seat and relax.
Holly Sullenger: Great place for prescriptions and hot dogs!
Mark McMains: Always have the drugs that we need not like the Big Box Stores always out Thank you Ashworths!!!!!
Jim Scarborough: You’ll not find a better pharmacy! I started getting meds from Ashworth when I moved to Cary in 1999. When I moved farther out, it seemed silly to go half an hour to the pharmacy. It’s not. These folks attend to the details. For example, I have a medication that should be refrigerated before use - and they were the first to put a warning label on the container saying that. They’re also great with processing refills, transfers, and answering your questions. They also have a great selection of drugstore items! Judging by the size of the store, you wouldn’t expect much, but big-name competitors don’t stock regular strength Tylenol, Coban, and other helpful items. Ashworth has them. Other places get many of these things right, but few check all the boxes! If you’re downtown at lunchtime, check out the lunch counter! It’s a popular spot.
Anna M: Best hot dogs! A step back in time. Affordable prices, vegetarian hotdogs and sandwiches!!
Allison Reynolds: Friendly people & great prices!
Tyler Burris: Step into Ashworth and you’re instantly taken back to an American classic small town restaurant. Big Parts Unknown vibes. Historic pharmacy with hot dogs, sandwiches and ice cream, served the same way for over 60 years.
Mia's Ministry: First time going here for mess, was informed to try the hotdogs. The hotdogs was ok, it would be better if the bun was toasted. The lemonade was ok could be better.
David: Wish it was worth the parking but it’s no longer worth the trip after todays visit. 5 stars for the manager there, I was only going to leave a 3 star but this guy you could tell was the only reason this place is still running. I’m sure if he wasn’t doing everything he’d have time to fix the simple issues I had with my visit outside of parking. The menus could be fixed by the on duty employees gossiping with off duty employees. I’m sure the manager was taking a well needed break but I was ready to leave, didn’t feel welcomed the entire time, maybe they just had a rush or something
reginald solomon: Went in to try Ashworth Pharmacy today for the first time and was not impressed. First of all the cooking area is old and grungy, but oh well the place has been there since the early 1900's. So I decided to order the turkey n cheese sandwich which I thought was a hot sandwich not a cold one. With that being said when the gentleman bought out my sandwich with cold meat and cheese on toasted bread I told him that I wanted the whole sandwich grilled n hot. Then he gets a attitude and tells me to throw it in the trash. Yes he made a fresh sandwich just the way I wanted it but after the way he treated me all behind a misunderstanding I will not be returning. The want to be 5 star chef needs to work on his customer service skills.
SHANAAZ Eisenberg: Dean loves the Wed specials great taste amazing prices and even more amazing service
L S: I go to the counter for food. The hotdogs are okay and the egg salad is not the best as it has not flavor at all. I love the small town charm of Downtown Cary so I stop in often but am not ever 100% satisfied. The counter employees are not always friendly but I guess it's just their personality...I'm not sure. Its cute and quaint though.
Rick Rhoads: Pharmacy of yesteryear. Hot Dogs are classic.
Jamie Miner: Great service from the pharmacy. Only place my husband could find open during a hurricane. The lunch counter has great chili hotdogs.
Vanessa Rose: Paul Ashworth is a very kind and considerate pharmacist. He was attentive and took time to understand our situation as new comers to the area. We’d highly recommend him and his pharmacy.
O Keogh: Nice atmosphere and a good idea but it was not good and unnecessarily dirty. We took our two little ones in and the hot dogs looked like they had been cooked and reheated - I’ve had burnt dogs that were better. The pimento grilled cheese was freeze cold and not fit to eat. We’ve been before and it was better. Not sure what happened today but we won’t be in anytime soon. Thanks

A to Z Pharmacy: what do users think?
Mike Roberts: Kristen has been helping me with my prescriptions for years. She is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and caring pharmacist I have ever had the privilege of working with. The day she opened her own pharmacy I transferred my prescriptions. I cannot recommend her highly enough! If you have any regular prescriptions that you need filled stop wasting time filling them with rude that waste your time and could care less about you as a person. Do yourself a favor and find out for yourself how big of a difference having a wonderful pharmacist can be.
Sean Tipton: Posted hours are NOT adhered to. Period! Completely unprofessional. If you can't run a legitimate business, just stop!! People have schedules. Do NOT recommend!
cocoloco marie: 1. They have great customer service2. they go the extra mile3. 99% of the time your waiting 5 minutes before they wait on you if they have someone before you.4. If they don't have it, they will call around to others to either get it for you or send you to them.5. Wouldn't trade them for others again.
Sheryl Sullivan: What can I say? The best in the business. Caring owner, caring pharmacist, customer service that can’t be matched anywhere else. If you aren’t using them as a pharmacy yet, I don’t know what you are waiting for.
Dana Dana: You will not find a better pharmacy around. They are caring and concerned for their patients.
Skyler Ogden: Super helpful and always friendly.
Chele Fish: One star simply because of poor customer service and bad vibes. I ended up putting the products back as I was standing in line. The employees barely acknowledge you. I waited in line for 10 minutes to get one product before deciding I don’t want to give this business anymore of my time nor energy. This is my second time here and glad to say I’ve never spent a dollar here.
Robert Hemmerly: Was a great small town pharmacy now they don’t answer the phone their text service doesn’t work and too busy to pick up orders…what a shame was a great place at one time
Lauren Doyle: The pharmacists are not only nice but extremely caring and helpful with kids, especially kids that are scared or have anxiety about shots. Highly recommend and they are so nice! Women owned!
alfredo caceres: Great local Pharmacy, always has things in stock, the owner always super friendly. Excellent place to get your kids vaccinated because they use shot blockers.100% recommended
L J: My daughter has horrible needle anxiety. This is the only place that's ever offered her a shot blocker and she happily gets her flu & covid jabs with no tears. As a mom, I couldn't ask for a better experience. THANK YOU!
Derrick Evans: Great people and great communication. Much easier to deal with than your typical chain pharmacies. I only wish the costs were not a little higher.
Dana Cassell: My daughters asked this year if we could do flu shots at A to Z instead of our pediatrician because A to Z made them feel so comfortable over the last year with COVID vaccinations and boosters. 3 Love the warm, kind atmosphere, and clearly my kids do too.
Ellen Comai: These 2 women are the best Always so helpful. No waiting Super.
Michael Prue: Best pharmacy ever! It’s like the Cheers of pharmacy
Nicole Savago: Love using a local pharmacy! Plus it’s woman owned! 👏
Jenna Stutsman: Absolutely fabulous staff! Brought my son here for his first covid vaccine. He was a bit apprehensive going in but left jumping up and down saying he can't wait to go back for his booster shot!Edit: Just had to add, received his booster today and was just as pleased as the first time! Spreading the word about this fabulous establishment :)
Tammy M: Great pharmacy!
Avery H: Love, love, love this place. It's the only type of "boutique" pharmacy I've ever been in. There are tons of locally-made arts and crafts everywhere, and there are some nice couches for you to sit on in the back if you should ever need to. (Although every time I go I am helped pretty promptly, so I don't know why you'd need to. Maybe a nice place to rest after getting a vaccine or something). The atmosphere is overall so much more homey and cosy than your typical pharmacy. In addition, I have found the owner and assistant, Deborah (I think that is her name) to be wonderful, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable about my prescriptions. It's always nice to stop in here, and I can see that others feel the same way!
Melody Mangun: Excellent friendly knowledgeable owner operated pharmacy with great cards and an art corner.
Cynthia Hughes: Wonderful pharmacy! They make filling a prescription like hitting an EASY button.

Swift Creek Pharmacy: what do users think?
Margie Sved: Been going to Swift Creek for years now. Great independent pharmacy, Ravi is an excellent pharmacist, cares about his community, far superior to any of the chains. Friendly, personal service. Keeps my refills up to date. Everyone should go here!!
الأصيل ابن الأصيل: My mother catches the virus at the pharmacy and that’s the only place I took her too please don’t go to this pharmacy save your self from Indians virus’s
Barry Rosett: Friendly and great customer service. They go out of the way to provide customer service and try to keep costs of prescriptions down. Very unlike CVS or Walgreen’s. I am very happy with is this pharmacy.
Lucy B: This pharmacy is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to contact, get help from, and pick up prescriptions at than the two nearby chains. I've struggled for years with a certain three letter chain and I will never go back to waiting on hold for 30 minutes anytime I need to contact the pharmacy (which some medications require you to do monthly). Drive thru and in store pickup wait times for the Chain stores have been SO excessive lately too and this store is a huge stress relief.I highly recommend switching over if you have been struggling with the chain pharmacies also. Swift creek has text confirmations on refills that are super easy, and you have no trouble getting in contact with them via phone. They were incredibly helpful in reaching out to my doctor about insurance approvals and a name correction.
Lisa S: Rapid Covid tests are available without appointments, they'll come to your car, (2 day test is included with rapid test).
Turd Ferguson: I’m so grateful to have found this pharmacy. They were able to get my VERY expensive medicine at literally a fraction of the price I usually pay at Walgreens. The pharmacists and technicians are all extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this business.
P J: Simply thank you to all the service you provide! Was able to walk in for RT-PCR covid test and results are sent within a day.Was able to book rapid test for same day.The lady there was super quick to provide instructions and get testing done.
Al Popilek: Covid test on Thursday. NO RESULTS and its the following Tuesday! Its posted with TBD.
Michael Pullen: Went for a Covid test on the 28th, still have yet to hear back with our results. Seems they send their tests out to a third party with no customer service, or anyone to talk to. Staff was very nice but wouldn’t recommend for Covid Testing.
Brittany D. H. Edwards: Absolutely excellent pharmacy. We couldn’t get a COVID test in time to travel at any major pharmacy but they took care of us with a walk-in appointment. And all the employees are kind and helpful!
Hocine Beghachi: Very friendly and caring staff, I definitely recommend this pharmacy, thank you so much.
Mallikarjun M: Well organized and quick. No appointment needed for Covid shot or test.
Lillian Johnson: Excellent customer service a d great prices. I will be returning.
Divya vora: I did covid test and transfer my prescription from CVS. Pharmacist and staff amazing. Most important thing is you don't need appointment for covid test and shots.
Rachel Buckner: I had a very quick COVID test done by them and they were amazing about it. I will be coming back regularly.
Leela F: Nicest pharmacist and staff. They saved my life the other day when cvs screwed me over. They also were able to fill a prescription both walmart and cvs wouldn’t fill bc its ivermectin. I’m so happy i found a mom n pop pharmacy, they typically treat customers better. This was my 2nd visit and I am so, so happy. I hope to have a long relationship with them.
Sarah Marshall: Great experience getting vaccinated!
Kathy Quimbach: A very friendly place and staff. Your neighborhood pharmacy feel . So nice to have something available that isn’t a huge chain store. I highly recommend!
Dania Farawi: My family and I have been going to Swift Creek Pharmacy since it has opened, and it was the best switch we have made! Ravi and his team deliver very high quality of care, are attentive to keeping costs low, and have prescriptions ready very quickly. Ravi is also very personable, will remember your name, and himself will talk to you on the phone for any questions. I also get my flu shot here every year!
Buddha Nepal: Better than big chain pharmacies like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. They were super helpful and super fast! Thank you, Ravi!
M. B.: Excellent service! Knows me by name and what I need before I call... could not be more impressed!

Triangle Compounding Pharmacy: what do users think?
Ayla Volpe: I was desperate to get my medication. My doctor sent in an Rx for bio-idential HRT and I called the next day to fill it. However, I still had questions and reservations as this was my first time using hormones. So, I spoke with pharmacist Wendy H at TCP. She was the most helpful, informative, comforting, and responsive pharmacist I've ever met. I felt so cared for and educated by her. All of my questions were answered and she continues to respond to me promptly with comprehensive, thorough instructions and advice. I can't say enough how appreciative and calm I feel knowing that I can go to her with any concerns and/or questions. The staff was also wonderful when I went to pick up my Rx - extremely professional and the office was immaculate. I'm telling all of my women friends to use this pharmacy if needed.
dlboarman: Customer service does not exist. No call back even when they ship to the wrong address. The ability to leave a message is very limited. No attempt to fix problems.
Kim Moore: It's important to understand that this is a highly specialized, accredited, compounding pharmacy. The set-up is different from getting a compounded prescription from a retail pharmacy. Many retail pharmacies offer compounding services, but compounded meds aren't federally regulated - you really don't know what you are getting unless the pharmacy is accredited! That said - there are definitely retail pharmacies that are accredited and supply a good, sound product, and that is fine! Those types of pharmacies are usually following a set "recipe" for the compound that any trained pharm tech can follow. They can't get too creative and deviate from the "recipe," simply because they don't have the extra education and skills. If you need a pharmacist to really work with you on different flavors and formulations when previous iterations have not worked, then Triangle Compounding Pharmacy is THE place to go. My cat is on compounded fluoxetine, which is quite bitter. The retail pharmacy we were using was accredited, which was great, but their answer to the bitterness problem was to add tons of marshmallow flavoring. That solution did work, and I could get my cat to take it via oral syringe, but he could still smell it and he wouldn't take the med in food. When I had the prescription transferred to Triangle, they listened to my concerns and they tried several different flavors. They really care about their patients, including the kitties! And now thanks to Triangle, I now have a formulation that my cat will happily eat in food. My stress level is cut in half, and so is my cat's.
Melanie K.: We desperately needed a prescription and made a special trip at the behest of a doctor who said this particular pharmacy is the only one who could get us what we needed due to the type of Rx needed This pharmacist almost immediately sent us away and told us there was nothing they could do due to a small typo on the Rx. They didn't even bother reaching out to the doctor for clarification even though we told them the doctor literally rushed us out the door to this pharmacy a mere 10 minutes prior. In addition, they told us we would just have to wait until Monday to get what we needed. This was on a Friday evening. So, knowing how desperate we were, they lacked compassion and empathy and told us to wait 3 additional nights for relief for something that could have been handled with a simple phone call. All this while knowing we needed their specific pharmacy for a compound Rx. They showed an absolute disregard for patient care. They never received my business and never will. We will drive to another city rather than return here.
ben hawkins: A prescription was made especially for our cat and the pharmacy contacted us promptly. We were very pleased with the inner action from the front desk as well as the Pharmacist who answered our questions concerning the medicine. Thanks very much.
A. G.: Price gouging, 2.5 to 3.5 times the price of other pharmacies. Not friendly either, the front staff wouldn't talk to me and didn't greet me.
Tom Davis: Specialty compounding pharmacy. Very good results not too easy to get in touch with
N C Tatum: Get compounded formulas, that are not available elsewhere.
Leslie Stewart: I very highly recommend Triangle Compounding Pharmacy! They are very easy to work with, very helpful and very responsive to inquiries. I was amazed at how quickly they filled and mailed my last prescription!
Kel And Clif: Do not fill at this pharmacy. Find another pharmacy that is willing to bill your insurance. This pharmacy refuses to bill ins companies because they are trying to make the most money possible instead of taking what ins is willing to pay. They give patients false hope of getting a reimbursement by giving them a claim form to send their ins. Save yourself time and money and find a pharmacy that will bill your ins company.
Rachel Sliby: If your looking for a job that’s going to last you more then a year...this is NOT the job for you!!! I’m still living the nightmare!!! 100% Unprofessional. Multiple chemical spills, they talk behind your back, etc. Expect to work with NO help! Expect to do a 2-3 person job! They don’t care about their employees! Had issues with not getting enough help and manager ignored. Expect to be let go if you have a family and your a hard worker. I hate writing reviews because you never know if one is true or not but believe me...run away from this pharmacy! If you are not looking to stay and you don’t mind chemical spills this job is for you! Good Luck!!!
Devin Wallace: Great staff, extremely professional, one of the cleanest facilities in the country.
David Williams: They are very helpful, and prompt! Much appreciated.
Bobbie Gardner: I've used this pharmacy for almost 10 years. I have never had a problem with them, and their staff is always very helpful whenever I have called with a question or a request. I have a recurring prescription that I refill monthly, so my experience with them is of a regular frequency. Because my medication can be made exactly as prescribed by my doctor, I am not forced to try to take standard dosages or drugs with ingredients that don't work well for me. For the benefits to my health, I am glad to handle the insurance claim myself.
Sean Hanehan: This is one of the few compunding pharmacies around and our doc sent the prescription over before we knew there were other options. This place is pricey and they will not file insurance. I was not impressed with the service either. All in all I would not go here unless it was the last resort.

Wellness Compounding Pharmacy of Cary: what do users think?
Harry Kurtz: This place has been a great adjuvant pharmacy to our practice. We have been able to receive compounded medications that have been difficult to find or on backorder. We've also had them create formularies for us to better suit our patient's needs. They discuss pricing and amounts up front so there are no surprises at the end. You can also get them to make medications if you are allergic to a certain brand but need it. Definitely worth checking out.
J San: I’ve been using this pharmacy for about six months now. Service has always been excellent. Christina went out of her way today to make sure my prescription was delivered to me because I was on a time crunch preparing to fly out tomorrow. This is exceptional customer service!
Ayvee Lavender: Megan is so kind and knowledgeable, her staff is very helpful as well ! They offer high quality compounded medications and I appreciate the high quality supplements they have on hand as well!
Rocketthepro 99: I started going to Wellness pharmacy to get my prescription filled. I prefer a compounded prescription and have used several over the years, however This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! The staff was knowledgeable and caring when I had questions about application. They were honest about the time frame it would take to get it filled. Since I live far away they offered to ship it home to me (just pay shipping ~$5) if I didn’t want to dive back. Not only did I get my prescription but I started going to some of their free seminars where we could eat and chat one on one about the services they provide and how I could get my hormones back together. The pharmacist really took time to talk to me and explain things. I will definitely continue to use this pharmacy. They are A+ in my book!!
Kelley Reis: Best pharmacy ever! I get my pup's prescriptions filled here and the staff is so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to make it easy to fill (and refill prescriptions)!! Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone (for yourself and your pets!!) Thanks Wellness Compounding Pharmacy of Cary!!
Amy Jones: So Wellness Compounding promotes on their website hormone testing with the salvia test. When I call about getting a test done and a consultation, I am told I need to attend a seminar. Really, a seminar??? So basically you can't be seen on an individual basis.
Taterly “TaterSalad” Saladman: Best compounding pharmacy in this area! Megan and the awesome staff she has assembled are professionals at compounding and they are focused on the best in wellness care for their clients.
David Katz: Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly service
Lauren Patriss: I have been using Wellness Compounding Pharmacy for several months. I love the high quality vitamins, Probiotic and Antioxidant Combination capsules as well as your RX needs. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s not your regular chain pharmacy. It’s personal service.
Joel Stalcup: I am dissatisfied with Owner's Business Ethics.
Eric Parsons: Dr. Megan is absolutely wonderful. She has a very professional and genuine disposition. Her knowledge of healthy alternative products to mainstream drugs and dietary recommendations are top notch.
Joseph Jeffries: Always fast and friendly service. Professional and helpful staff. Dr Megan is the best in the business.
Carol Watt: One of the only pharmacies in my state able to fill a literal life saving script. Ordered on Friday, received on Saturday! Only complaint, not open weekends 😢
Jim Boone: Poor service. I dropped a new prescription in the morning and it couldn't be filled in the same day. I won't return.

AdhereRx - An AdhereHealth Company: what do users think?
Desiree Craig: I used this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for the Hero medication dispenser. Things were going well for six months and then on Monday I was asked to have my doctor fax refills to Adhere. When the doctors office called them the next day, they were told that all patients had been transferred to another facility. When I asked if they planned on telling their clients, they said it would be disclosed in our final shipment. I was told my order would arrive on April 20th. By the 24th, I called Adhere and they told me that the order had never shipped. So not only would I not have been informed about the transition, but I would not have received my meds. Very unprofessional.
Stephen Lu (SLu): Friendly, personable, and fast customer service! Adhere makes it easy to receive my medications through mail.
Betty White: Your medicine deliveries are not always on time or correct
Leah “Symbatine” Pulido: I love that my medicines are automatically set up for delivery. I don't have to rush my pharmacy when my bottle is empty.
Tanner Johnson: I’m a member of HERO medication management system for my Aunt, and AdhereRx is the pharmacy associated with that service. I have been so pleased with their service - for example, just tonight the HERO app told me that my Aunt only had one pill left of her medication, so I called AdhereRx right away and, I’m kicking myself for not remembering the name of woman who helped me, but she remembered talking with me before, knew all the medications, and then shipped what I needed out, overnight. We are still in the process of switching all of the meds to them, and haven’t quite got the pill counts accurate yet since I don’t live near my Aunt - BUT - AdhereRx is working to get everything synchronized and I really appreciated her answering the phone tonight and just getting the meds shipped out without delay.
ltrifecta: Been a customer of them since before they were Adhere. They have always went out of their way to help get medicine approved from Medicare, which is like pulling teeth sometimes. Usually everyone is super friendly. In 7 years with the service I've only had 1 time that my meds didn't get to me on the delivery date, and it was because of a trainee & I still got them the next day. Very good service. I would highly recommend. Also I'm in upstate SC & they deliver here also.
Brian Atwood: Very helpful, courteous and responsive. I've had great experiences with Katelyn and Cornelius.
Jess Dowd: Tried this service because of Hero. To my surprise, AdhereRX was profoundly incompetent. They sent the wrong meds and didn't correct the issue when they said they would; they sent medications with the incorrect copays and claimed that medications are not covered when in fact they are covered (confirmed with insurance); whoever their delivery partner is is terrible: they leave the meds in random places in the mailroom so they impossible to find; they constantly have problems receiving prescriptions from my doctor, as they do not have an online system.I've never had an experience with a pharmacy to bad. Stick with your neighborhood brick and mortar.
Barbara Brunner: I have been a customer of Adhere for at least a year. Found it to be an excellent service until the last two months. All of a sudden they are late scheduling monthly deliveries, no one calls to give you approximate delivery time and today delivery did not come at all. I was told that driver was here at 1:45 and no one was home. I have been here all day and my building is accessible by a code. Driver has to call me to let them in building….no one called. I am diabetic and have been without meds for 2 days. What has happened to your customer service and delivery service? You
Patricia Hipps: This is not a good pharmacy to use, so disappointed😞I'm out of 3 medications, they won't answer phone, never call back to reorder meds, thought this would be a better plan, I'm changing back to my other pharmacy.
Crystal W: Very impressive experience with this pharmacy. We’re a small business that really wanted to provide an on-site flu shot clinic. AdhereRx was the only one that could make it happen for us. It was a smooth process and we’ve kept in touch with them so we can send employees out to their Cary location when they have available COVID vaccination appointments. We’ve been really grateful for their work helping to keep our staff safer during these times.
Just Me: I wish I could give a 0 star rating. At first I was thrilled with the service when Adhere took over from Physicians Pharmacy (who was always prompt, and reliable) but for the last several months, I get no call to schedule medicine delivery and when I call I get an endless recording but no actual person then leave a call back number but NEVER receive an actual callback. I have had to figure out ways to TRY to not run out of my lifesaving meds. Very disappointed!!
Marie Herring: If I could give ZERO stars, I would! They've been constantly late, and they WILL NOT answer their phones! My poor mom has to sit and withdraw from her medicine, while they lolly gag and ignore their customers. I swear to god, if they cause my mom to end up in the hospital, I'M SUING.
Wendy Johnson: This group seeks out patients and convinces them to switch pharmacies. They call the pharmacy on the first of the month for transfers. Then the patient doesn’t get their meds in time and guess what? The patient comes back to the local pharmacy for us to “give” them meds until their meds arrive. I repeatedly told this pharmacy what was happening and they told me I was being reported to the Board of Pharmacy. It is a shame that pharmacy is propelled by profit.
Susie Landry: Very curtious and professional on phone. Delivery people are NOT. They dont show up when they are scheduled and then tell their employers that they tried to deliver. Leave us waiting for hours and never show up! This has happened many times.
Monica Spigner: Very accommodating, courteous & professional

Mutual Drug: what do users think?
Ruben Goldberg: Best Pharmacy by far in Durham 27703 and the Raleigh Durham NC area and they deliver. Thanks Tony.
Central Pharmacy: Great company! We have been a long time Mutual Drug Member and continue to be impressed with their service and competitive pricing, as well as all the additional assistance they provide our pharmacy to help us succeed.
Steven Detter: They have the best customer service hands down. No one even comes close. They always look out for the independent pharmacy.
White Oak Pharmacy: We just had a successful pharmacy grand opening thanks to the help of Mutual Drug! They have contributed so much in the making of our White Oak Pharmacy! Great people and great services!! We could not be happier with this wholesaler.
Melinda Childress: Mutual Drug has been a great wholesale company to work with for an independent pharmacy. I have enjoyed getting to know the employees of Mutual Drug to be able to call on them whenever we have a question or concern. They are always willing to help or find someone that can help. Thanks for all you have done.
A to Z Pharmacy: Great prices on a wide variety of items. Customer service can't be beat. Everyone is extremely helpful, competent, and enthusiastic about their job and the company.
Clinic Pharmacy: We have been Mutual Drug customers for as long as our pharmacy has been open (over 30 years). From our own store representative to the customer service reps who assist when you call, our experience working with Mutual Drug has always been top notch. They are more then just a wholesaler, NC Mutual has helped us stay afloat with industry news and aided greatly in navigating the ever-changing pharmacy landscape. We would highly recommend Mutual Drug for anyone looking for a dependable wholesaler.
Larry Irwin: Great wholesaler, easy to work with, always friendly and helpful. Love Michelle!!
Peter Wilkins: Great company! Customer service reps are always there willing to help! They make the pharmacy industry a lot easier, with the knowledge they bring to the table! ~ Prescriptions Plus Pharmacy
Carolina Forest Pharmacy: Great wholesaler for pharmacies , Truly care about the small businessAwesome customer service , Dan and Amber are truly personable and they find solutions for any questions I may have . Highly recommended
Kristin Beal: Great wholesale drug company with awesome staff and even better customer service!!!! As the manager at Barbee Pharmacy we love doing business with you!!
Mandy Wilson: Mutual drug has the greatest customer service. They always have what our business needs and provide support and services to help the business as well. Our sales representative, Jim Buff, is always stopping in to take care of our needs and make sure all of our concerns are handled and keeping us up-to-date on everything. Couldn't be happier with the services and products they provide
Scott Brewer: Just wanted to say that we are so glad to have Mr Jim Buff as our rep. He is always very helpful and always follows up with us on all questions we may have. He was our first rep and has been the best we have had through out our time with Mutual. Thanks for all you do.
Art Minton: Mutual Drug sells drugs at competitive prices, but they are more than that. They provide many support services needed by "independent" pharmacies that are necessary to survive. No pharmacy can be truly independent any more. Mutual is a partner in our business and works very hard to help us keep up with the competitive market and be successful.
Gregory Vassie: Great wholesaler with exceptional people!
CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy: Excellent Customer Service, always ready to help and take care of issues. Our rep is Michelle Sivak and she is simply outstanding. The information she provides is very useful and she does a lot on her own without you even realizing. Mutual Drug is the best out there for independent pharmacies.
Michael Quinones (Christiansburg Pharmacy): Good customer service and personable staff. Mutual listens to their customers and will go out of their way to hunt down products you need. Regional reps check in often and keep you updated on the changing independent pharmacy landscape.
Alice Dillard: We have been Mutual Members since 1975 and I am a second generation pharmacist/owner. Mutual has an unparalleled suite of services that makes their service more 5 diamond than 5 star! Marketing, accounting, education, & front end support--all the tings a small business owner needs to grow and thrive.
Amy Watson: Great Company!
Joe Holland: Mutual Drug is a fantastic wholesaler. They really look out for your pharmacy and the level of service is outstanding. If you are an independent pharmacy in NC, SC, TN, VA or WVA then Mutual is the only way to go.
CLARENCE ELLISON: Mutual Drug is one of the few companies that are supporting independent pharmacy. They go above and beyond for customer service and offer a full range of products. Have been associated with them for decades and appreciate all that they do for us.

Walmart Pharmacy: what do users think?
Melinda Lopez: 2 meds sent from ER for my daughter. This is their screen. Both names spelled wrong. Second misspelled so badly they couldn’t find what it was for or tell me. They said maybe it’s for blood pressure. I left it bc I’m not giving my daughter a med that the pharmacy cannot explain. I leave it and come home and look at what the Dr sent over. It’s supposed to be ondansetron, anti nausea med. Called pharmacist and she was not concerned simply said it’s filled and I don’t know where you got the spelling from. I repeated that the pic is from their screen. They once gave my daughter double the dose of antibiotics for twice length of time. Final straw was them getting a mental health med dose incorrect. Horrible pharmacy. (ER sent to wrong pharmacy as I don’t trust them anymore) check your prescriptions if you go here.
jason freeman: My order was placed 30 minutes before their lunch, I arrived 15. It was just 2 pills. They told me they weren't going to work on it until after lunch. I was the only person in line. Made me wait 45 minutes for no reason what so ever
Carrie Smith: My prescription was not ready on time— I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get it.
Stacey Gilliam: After today, I am officially DONE with this particular Walmart pharmacy. It’s hard enough being a chronic pain patient. My misery is further compounded with each visit to pick up my medications, because I’m interrogated like a criminal every time. Honestly, I do not feel like I owe the pharmacy employees a detailed accounting of all my health issues, of which there are several. I feel that if a provider sends you a prescription for a patient then you should fill the prescription for the patient, and if you have any concerns regarding the prescription, address those concerns directly (and privately) with the provider! Do not subject the patient to embarrassment and humiliation by interrogating them and asking them EXTREMELY personal questions in a public place where lots of people who have no business knowing your business are within earshot. But today was it for me. First, I asked the person ringing me up what my total was going to be, and instead of giving me an answer they proceeded to say “[name of medication] isn’t covered by insurance!”. I gritted my teeth and told them I knew that already. I paid for my prescription. Then I was sent down to the end of the counter to be “counseled” by one of the pharmacists. Keep in mind, I have already told these people MANY TIMES why I’m being prescribed this medication. I’ve explained my health issues to them over and over, and I’ve even gone as far as showing them my X-rays of my spine that show in graphic detail the issues I have! I don’t understand all the intrusive and personal questions each and every single time. Can you not put notes in your system for each patient to refer to? I am just NOT COMFORTABLE talking about my private health issues in such a very public setting! The worst part was when the pharmacist held up the pill bottle before handing it over and said “now you have to make this [name of medication] last 30 days!”. My humiliation was complete at that point. I literally hung my head in shame as I walked out with my medication that I didn’t even feel deserving of by that point.Experiences such as this make me fervently wish I’d NEVER sought help for the chronic pain issues that plague my daily life. I honestly feel that I would have been better off continuing to suffer in silence and without any help of any kind because this level of shame, humiliation, and being treated like a criminal has most definitely NOT been worth it.
R Brymer: Great customer service. The ladies always help me with a smile. If I have any questions, they are answered without making me feel like I’m bothering them.
Dave Simcox: Always prompt, polite and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Jazmin Molina: I recently switched from CVS to Walmart Pharmacy for the much more affordable prices- the staff is actually kind and want to help. I recommend!
Mike Stellpflug: 5 stars for price! Negative 7 stars for policies... somehow everywhere else in town has figured out to refill a prescription, but at Walmart, "sorry, we're not allowed to use the internet... you have to call 5 times and miss a few days every month"
Dalton Williams: I cannot believe I had to go round with the pharmacist about the the pain med for my Fiance Rhonda Godwin. She had an 8 inch insertion in her back and had 2 vertebra fused together with rods and the pharmacist who was so concerned about the dosage decided that it was better to grill my bed ridden fiance for over 10 minutes about the meds the doctor prescribed instead of calling the doctor and she kept screaming about liability and I was like you need to take that up with the doctor not the PT. Her name was Lameg or something like that a foreign Pharmacist and when i asked her was it a practice to grill Pts instead of the doctor all she kept talking about was the dosage.I explained to her that if you take 13 aspirin it will be your last headache and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights.I should give 1 star but they did get the meds to me quickly once I got there.
k everette: I have had a change of heart on this pharmacy. Most of the staff here actually try. It is unfortunate the other half show up but that's life.
Bill Fletcher: Always efficient and courteous. Happy to do business here.
Carole Delaney: You are "short staffed" and cannot meet your obligation of curbside prescriptions for seniors during this crisis. If you would not have removed your dedicated staff, who have worked in the pharmacy area for a LONG time, you would have the staff needed to satisfy your own policy.
Purselmer: Dr. sent prescription electronically on 1/17/20. I went to pick it up on 1/27/20 only to be told that my insurance doesn't cover that medicine anymore. Never informed me, never imformed the doc who sent prescription in - just threw it away! No apologies, no explanations, just a glassy stair w/a fake smile on her face.
Bhushan Timilsina: Good and very big
lay ashlee: Literally I’m always in and out! This older lady even mention about coupons and savings, when I had new insurance she even explained the break down of my insurance!
Mervat A: I love the staff @ the pharmacy in WalmartThey are very nice 😊
Fred Proctor: Not sure which is slower the DMV or this pharmacy
DJ Stevenson: Visited as soon as they opened on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, to try to get a prescription filled. It had been a few months since I had anything filled there, but my contact info, insurance info, etc were all in the system, proving that I filled there frequently. I work a mile away from this location, so at times it's easier for me to swing in this particular Walmart (Kildaire Farm Rd. & Tryon) when I need my medicine asap. After taking my prescription & verifying everything, I was told by a woman at the dropoff counter (who was very nice, I have to say) that it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I thanked her & told her I appreciated that b/c I was on my way to work & was already late b/c I just came from the Doctor. I hung around & waited, & after about 15 minutes, I was told that they couldn't fill my prescription due to the date in the database - which was INCORRECT & only 1 day off from what was printed on my bottle - which I HAD right there in my purse & showed them. The pharmacist was a male with very little regard for my wasted time or medicinal needs, despite the fact that I have been to that pharmacy several times before, that I NEEDED my medicine b/c I was out, or the fact that I had PROOF of the date right there in my hand (which he didn't even bother to look at). With his pseudo-yuppie bow tie (which made him look as pompous as he acted), he rudely "dismissed" me with a wave & not a single apology for my wasted time. Walmart should be ashamed to have someone like him behind the counter. I left & immediately went across the street to Walgreens - where I've never taken a prescription before, & my prescription was filled in SHORTER the amount of time that was wasted sitting at Walmart just waiting to be treated poorly by some arrogant, self-righteous, sorry excuse for a pharmacist.
Adam Cassill: Painfully understaffed. Bad at time estimates. Also every single person in the Triangle comes here. It's busy all day everyday.
Stan Smedley: This Walmart pharmacy is very friendly and professional. I have used it 15 years. The pharmacist is very nice, and knowledgeable.
Ame Green: this pharmacy is full of incompetent people, they can't fill prescriptions in a timely fashion, very rude, the pharmacists are complete idiots,
