Patel Devang: Went in the morning for notary service. Agree that I took an appointment in the morning itself before I entered. When I entered in the bank, waited for more than 20 mins for someone to atleast come and ask. No one show up. one person was there and show me three to four times with cross eye but not even stood up and came to ask. I have a personal and business both accounts with PNC, luckily not this location but in different branch.DONT FORGET THAT EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING BREAD AND BUTTER BECAUSE OF OUR ACCOUNT WITH BANK.Lesson learn, always open an account in small local growing bank to get good customer service and stop providing business to this kind of arrogant people.

There was absolutely no reason to scan and email back to me my financial and PII info I'd prepared and printed out for them. A simple apology and a prompt call to IT to attempt and clean up the mess would have done it for me. But I received a blame email instead.
forrest newkirk: I went into the Branch and sat down to wait on a Personal Banker on 10-4 around 3:40pm. The personal banker was on the phone with someone which I understand. There was 1 customer that was in the Bank talking to the tellers. I sat in the chair for about 10-12 minutes and no one spoke to me at all. The personal banker walked out of her office made eye contact with me, never spoke and waited on the customer that was there which is correct. Still no one said a word to me. I sat for a couple more minutes then I left. My issue is not a person that worked there Greeted me or even said we will be right with you.

Praveen Sriram: I have a checking account here opened in June 2014 and I don't use the account much but have a fair amount of money in my Virtual Wallet account and am happy I don't get charged any fees. Took one star off since they charge you to use a teller but I guess that is because of their overhead and labor costs. First Citizens Bank is my primary bank but I am also a proud customer of PNC Bank and never had any problems bank here. Greg who is the sales manager at this location is also very friendly and amicable.

Everyone greets you with a warm smile and takes the time to understand what exactly you are looking for and how they can help, And at any time during the process you have a question, the office leader, Jennifer Murphy, is there to step in and help answer and guide you through the process. It's so nice to have a bank like this right around the corner that I can drop into or call whenever and know that my financial needs will be met.
Mary Pierce: I work with Pinnacle through both business and personal transactions. For business purposes I have always found them to not only have the BEST customer service. They are always responsive via email, answer the phone and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer. I have had bank/check fraud that they jumped on immediately. They alerted me, they helped me setup a positive pay program (so I could verify daily charges remotely before they would clear) and they called me daily to not only make sure I understood the software, but that they were just a phone call away with anything I needed. They assisted me with a check scanning system to make my deposits inhouse easy and cut down on bank trips and so many other things.I cannot tell you how valuable this is to have a good banking relationship. On a personal note, they have helped me setup my own accounts and are super helpful anytime I have a question. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bank, especially this branch. I recommend them to everyone who asks and even some who don't:)

Matt Barnes: I was looking for a "small business friendly" bank and was very happy to find Pinnacle Financial Partners. I worked with Charlie Smith when i first signed up and was a bit skeptical - I thought the extremely friendly & helpful service was just because i was a new customer and that it wouldn't last. Well, Charlie transferred to another branch and enter Jennifer Murphy. Several years later and the service is still as good, if not better, than day one. Every interaction i've had with the staff at the Cary branch has been outstanding. They are always friendly and eager to help. And Pinnacle as a bank, could not be more small business friendly. As my business has grown, they have been very accommodating regarding deposits, etc. Please - don't change a thing! You guys are awesome!

Meagan Riddle: I rated Pinnacle 4 stars because every other banking institution is open to customers for regular business but for some reason Pinnacle Financial Partners is only allowing drive-thru transactions, you can call and make an appointment for a future date and time but that isn't very convenient. I figure most people feel the same way I do about this, the place that holds all your hard earned money should allow you to come inside for business. I understand wanting to keep their employees safe so instead of allowing the maximum Covid number of occupants allow half, that way it would keep your employees and customers safe but also keep your customers happy, without your customers a bank can't stay in business. I'm just a little disappointed with Pinnacle's customers service right now; they also closed my branch when they bought out Bank of North Carolina so now I have to drive twice as far for my banking needs😞
dd dd: Very disappointed with the transition from Bank of NC to Pinnacle. Commercial clients have lost services, online banking is more cumbersome and a Cary Branch employee just left me with the impression that I can take it or leave it.

paul pardue: The Cary location is the only one I’ve ever used. But the staff there are AWESOME !! Dealing with Mr. Charlie and all the pretty ladies there, makes for a quick and easy banking experience. And the only negative thing I could think to say about this bank is the fact that their are so few locations around. Their needs to be one in Apex, that would make my banking a lot more easy on me. But the staff at the Cary location would get an 11 on the 1 to 10 scale from me. I sure hope they will soon open more branches in our area.or do another buy out of another small bank like they recently did with The Bank of North Carolina as they moved into our area.But for friendly staff that act more like one of your friends, that the old cranky tellers from your last bank!! Go check them out you’ll be glad you did. I know i was skeptical when they bought out The Bank of North Carolina. But now I’m sure happy they did !! 😜😘😊

Erik Nilsson: No tellers no drive thruHow can they call this a bank
Mike Stellpflug: Beware that if they buy your mortgage, they will do everything in their power to avoid you making your first payment on time. You'll get many servicing transfer letters, which refer to separate secure messages with PIN and new account number (which can't be looked up by unique address, SSN, name and other info they obviously got with the loan), but those won't actually exist, and you'll spend hours on the phone trying to avoid exorbitant penalties, which is the actual business model.
Vincent Schmidt: Thank you for opening the tellers back up. Jasmine was awesome. She had me in and out of there in no time at all. Professional and polite. That’s the way I like to do business.
Austin Ferguson: Went out of their way to help me solve an issue with my auto loan. Ran into a few roadblocks, but Alfred reached out internally and got it solved. Great service, friendly and patient.
Ashtyn Nies: These are amazing people. I had trouble with my online banking and I came in like 4 different times trying to fix it but everytime I came in they treat me with kindness. Alfred and Melinda open my account and help me understand everything. Erik was the one that solve what was going on. They all try their best and I appreciate everyone of them.
Honest Review: Terrible bank with terrible practices
Donna Rich: They do banking....no frills, but the general tasks. I will say I've noticed they either lose or move employees around alot because the faces don't seem to remain very long in the branch. I like familiarity and trust built myself with banking matters.
Jason Mooberry: I needed help transferring funds in preparation for closing a loan with another lender. The teller was friendly and patient, ultimately referring me to Don who listened carefully and made a thoughtful recommendation to simplify the transfer. I don’t love PNC on the whole due primarily to their weak online services but the staff at this location definitely improved my overall impression of this bank.
Srikanth Janga: I was originally a National City Customer that got absorbed into PNC when they merged. The main reason I use this bank is because of their services. I am not sure about discrimination like the other reviewer mentioned, but I have always been treated with respect and made to feel welcome. If I had to pick a negative about this branch, its the occasional call from them about once or twice a year to setup an appointment to talk about financial services they offer.

Deidra Hoskins: Bank is great but this is the slowest least attentive branch I've been to. All I need is a withdrawal and it takes forever, Every time.

David: The employees are nice but the bank itself is horrible. Online banking is a nightmare to use, avoid like the plague if you use online banking at all. Be prepared to have holds placed on your cards/accounts and being told how much of your money you can spend.

Current PNC tellers and bankers are nice as they can possibly be but they just can't compare with previous employees. PNC please treat your good employees better so they don't leave!!! I changed my 2 star review to a 1 star because my wire transfer was done incorrectly. For the love of God, please don't put incompetent people in charge of transferring money, especially overseas.
