Eric Kang: Had a $20 dollar bill that had 5% missing piece on the bottom and dirty looking but you can see all serial numbers. The teller glanced at it and said they don't take contaminated money. I called wells Fargo customer service number and they told me they do accept it and maybe it's just that branch. He suggested trying another branch.
Sandi Hopers: Walked in to open a business account. Talked to the business banker who had appointment coming up still he got Steven Megaloudis to open the account for Me . Very courteous., fast , knowledgeable. Thank you guys .
Christopher Scalcucci: Sat with my wife for half an hour waiting, while they continued to take walk-in customers. One of the bankers walked out to greet multiple walk-ins and serve them immediately. Ignoring us entirely.It was very obvious they were serving older customers who were dressed sharply and did not respect me for being in a hoodie and jeans.The descrimination was clear. What they don't realize is that this is common engineer clothing, and you've lost a customer who by no means had a meager account with Wells Fargo.When I expressed my frustration we were again ignored.
K B: Lazy, uninfromed worker lied about what I needed to open an acct. I had to go to another branch who confirmed I did not need the paperwork the representative said I needed. The lady was obviously trying to avoid work, so sad. What do they pay you for?

Ines Rios: The staff is eager to help you, they are friendly and keep things simple. Some of them speak Spanish.

After getting final numbers from the lender (a different company) right before my scheduled closing, Lilly here at the branch got me set up with a last minute appointment to get the closing money squared away. She was very helpful and cheerful which helped calm down my stress, and helped me get my funds submitted on time.
Erik Erb: What an amazing group of people. I went in yesterday to buy a vehicle from a private party, with my mom joining me to help me through the process. First off, I didn’t end up buying the vehicle, the guy was trying to pull a fast one on me. The guy ended up raising his voice and got pretty mad because he knew he got busted. Every single teller and Wells Fargo team member jumped in to tell us that what he was doing was not only sketchy, but also wrong. If it weren’t for the input from everyone there, I’m not sure what would have happened. I wish we lived closer so that I can just walk in and talk with everyone! What an awesome, enlightening, and also mildly frustrating experience (the frustration came from dealing with the vehicle owner who was trying to scam me) Again, kudos to the young gentlemen who put that scam artist in his place for interrupting my mom, as well as him. Thank you.

Gr33n_ Gh05t: I opened an account here around a year ago and have so far had a great experience with this bank. The staff are very friendly and overall easy to work with. I have been here at lunch time on many occasions and the wait is always short and they always seem to be well staffed. Had to have a document notarized for a claim and was in and out in 5 min. Overall i have no complaints and would recommend them despite recent issues due to their prevalence in the raleigh/cary area

Ben B: Staff was friendly and helpful. Long wait times at this branch in particular. It must be one of (or the only one) that has Spanish speaking employees. Wait times are long due to this fact. Would avoid this branch in particular if you need to speak with a "personal banker". If you just need to go to the ATM or even inside to deposit a check or see a teller it wouldn't be too bad.

k kao: suck and lazy service from the janitor who do not know how to count. I would fire all of them (especial 2 of them I do not want to reveal their name for their job security) if I am the manager.I went to other branches near by and got a much polite and better service.Don't go to this branch - it would save 80% of your time to complete a deposit or withdraw visiting the high house or kildaire farm branch just 15 minutes away. I spent 45 minutes for deposit here. Next day similar transition at kildaire farm took on 9 minutes.

Анна А: I contacted this branch to inquire about opening a new account, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I have an accent, and when I asked about international options, the lady I spoke to seemed dismissive and rude, leaving me with the impression that the bank had little interest in assisting me. Her comment about my documentation needing to be in English caught me off guard. I guess speaking multiple languages makes me stupid? As a result, I have decided to open my account at a different bank.

Kara M.: I came in here after an unfortunate experience at another Wells Fargo.I set up a bank account yesterday with this chain since our other banks are not in this state.Sadly, this state does not allow for ALL assets to pass legally to another spouse if one dies without a will as the state laws in NY and FL do allow. Therefore, we wanted to have a basic will signed protecting each other.My husband and I came into this branch hoping they could notarize the simple will document we had printed from online. If they refused, I was just going to close the account out.We were told the bank will no longer notarize this type of document and provide witnesses .That’s great for them if they want to have these rules. However we will no longer be using the Wells Fargo mortgage lender and this company just cost themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars in loan interest that we would have paid.We have already talked to the other lender and will move forward with them.

James Petty: I have been dealing with Wells Fargo Bank for years and have had to correct issues that they are being paid to take care of...I am a person who keeps all receipts(Glad I do)....one should never have to present a receipt(Glad I did)to prove I had made a payment....if you are considering doing business with Wells Fargo make sure you keep all your records,because they keep few...Record keeping saved me major headache,the hours I spent correcting the incompetents is totally unacceptable... period... buyer beware!!

Jonny Cannon: Friday before Labor Day and only 1 teller working and the drive through is closed so those of us tired of the ineffective mask mandate clown show have to go in, wear a mask and stand in line 12 deep. Ridiculous!

Todd M immediately alleviated my concerns. His professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Wells Fargo has a first round draft pick with Todd M.

Beverley Winfield: Unprofessional customer service rep!!I called to ask advice for a friend who banks with Wells Fargo, but was unable to call herself. I didn't ask for any personal information..my friend just needed to know how to proceed with an issue. It took over 20 minutes to connect with a person who was then extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and who said she was going to put the phone down on me because I don't personally bank with Wells Fargo!! Ugh! I did call back later to a different branch and the second rep was much nicer and more helpful..but she gave me a different number to call that is not in service !! Overall not a great experience!

Maneesh G: Went to open an account on 28th Dec - and was told that there is no one to help for the rest of the year. What a wonderful customer service to decline business!! I hope WF is listening because customers have other options - and it is your loss.
Rebecca Schlieman: Came here to start a new business account. I was told that there was no one who could help me for the next three days, despite having already spent a lot of time filling out all the required paperwork. They offered no solution, no other branches to try, etc. I ended up going across the street to a different bank, and they got me in immediately. Wells Fargo obviously doesn't care about getting new business, so they'll never get mine.
