    First National Bank: what do users think?
    Kierstin Murray: I’ve used this bank for a few years now, and not once have I had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. The previous branch manager Nix was amazing, and always understood what I needed. Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status. I couldn’t ask for a better banker to have on my side. Tristin is the heart and soul of the Cary branch, and is the reason I continue to stay.
    Mark: Bad and rude customer service, I was addressed by "man" instead of "sir" (hey man, yes man, etc). They were not friendly and I did not feel like they cared about helping me

    Jason Wayne: The branch manager is amazing. He needs to dismiss most of his staff. They're not customer service oriented people. They're abrasive, they don't listen, they do what they want to do and they make no attempt to connect. Also. I tried to get cash out of my adp paycheck one friday and they refused. Adp is the most trusted name there is in payroll.

    omar chaman: horrible costumer service have been banking with them since they where yadkin bank, and my wife tryed to cash a 570 dollar check and they refused to do it, i showed them their their policy on the internet and it said checks for none costumers was 1000 limit oviousley they dident want to do their job!!!!
