David Frisch: Very professional service from the first phone contact, project walkdown/bid and installation.
Atila Abdulkadiroglu: Super sweet folks. Quick and clean window screen repair job. I dropped the screens and picked them up a few days later, easy peasy. Would work with them again.
Stephen Prior: I was about to do a $3,200 EZ Breeze project with them... and they had given me a date that was about a week away.Right before I paid, I come to find out that was only for measurements and to do prep work. The installation would be another 4-6 weeks away (depending on availability of panels).No mention of this at all until right before I paid. In fact the sales rep indicated they could be done fast.Very disappointing.

They said it was very easy to fix.When we got it fixed, there were gaps, uneven placement, and overall it looked very rushed. After a while of emailing and emailing, I was finally able to get someone to come out and redo it. The new screeners did a good job, but kept telling me the first fix was not done wrong and it’s just my old porch being warped. Who cares? It looked terrible and you obviously were able to make it look better in the redo. And if something is warped and will affect the final look, you should note that during the quote.So I’m glad it’s done but was not an ideal experience.

Dan Henkle explained what the job would involve and came prepared with material samples and shortly after the initial review we got a very fair reasonable quote. Day before the actual scheduled job, Chris made sure they had the right measurements and right parts available. On the day of the job both Chris and Joe kept us informed of what they were doing (and why) and fnished the job on time and in excellent manner. I highly recommend Screen Medics for all your porch/screening related needs.

The work done was satisfactory, and I was very impressed with the work that Sparkle, the Office Admin, did to follow up and help us out. We received a small discount for the hassle and everything has been installed and looks great.I inquired about services in October, had a great experience with the gentleman that came out to provide an estimate. Got on their schedule for December. Was told that morning that they were coming, then they weren’t. Could fit me in in January. No response to several emails I sent. January rolls around, the product is damaged they’ll get a new one. Should be another date. No answers to follow up emails I’ve sent. No show, again.I’m sure plenty of people have had great experiences with them, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Not the delays, but the total lack of communication and response. Would not recommend this company that I could not get to actually arrive.
Alan Harrington: Ordered a door and screens 8 months ago, was told it was coming in multiple times, lied and now don’t respond to email. Recommend avoiding.edit, they ordered the wrong color hardware. so $1400 down the drain and will probably be over a year before it's fixed.DO NOT USE. Sparkle - you've been emailed a week ago and no reply.Update, No contact for over 21 days since Sparkle asked us to contact her.

Later when removing the screens for cleaning, however, some of the clips that fasten the screens to the sill came off completely. There was no way to simply attach the clips again, which made reinstalling the screens a challenging task. We have tried emailing and phoning Screen Medics for advice, but no one has responded which has been truly disappointing. This leads us to believe that the quality of the product is questionable.

I drove from Knightdale to this one, it really is the best in the area. Staff is very helpful and honest, with great opinions and recommendations. I’ve found that in addition to the invaluable insight, they have genuine interest in what I’m building or designing.They’ve also helped to correct issues from other stores, whether it be issues with pickups or orders, or other stores not honoring policies (return, protection plans, etc).
Anthony Hogan: One of the better Best Buy’s I’ve been to in a while! Wouldn’t you know it, an employee asked me if I needed assistance. I didn’t need it but nice that it was offered. Especially in todays time.

Sydney Golden: Went to geek squad to get my iPhone 13 Pro battery replaced which was quoted at $89. I’ve literally had this phone for just over a year and the battery is defective. I got there and I have a small crack in my phone and he tells me that I have would have to pay almost $450 for the crack and battery because they can’t work on iPhones without fixing everything that’s wrong with them. Then when I asked if they really can’t just fix my battery the guy says “well we could - we’re just not supposed to” and then doesn’t offer to help at all. Giant waste of time.

Kaycee Thompson: I’ve been coming here since 2015 for all my electronic needs. The last few years, maybe due to the pandemic, I started shopping online instead. The only thing they offer better than other stores is hands on tech support. If you buy the geek squad protection for your device and it breaks beyond repair, they’ll give you a new one. In 2015 they were open until 10pm and now they close at 8 making it nearly impossible to get off work, make dinner and still have time to make a run there if I needed to. I went there yesterday for the first time in about 6 months and the customer service was subpar at best. I brought my iPad in with the intentions of deciding which keyboard case I wanted for it. It was between two expensive brands and I wanted an expert opinion. When looking at the cases, the security alarm went off which attracted someone I could ask for input from. The employee stood by me as I compared the cases and I asked her questions about them but she didn’t know the answers. I had already done some research online so the knowledge I came with is the knowledge I left with. I did see a streaming microphone that caught my eye, so I thought I should go check the selection of those. There was only one to choose from, but 2 colors. Next time I’ll just buy what I need from Amazon instead of wasting my time and gas to go to this store where nobody knows anything and the selection is sparse. Very disappointed.
