I got to the store 5 minutes before closing time (my apologies). They helped me with smiling face and warm conversation right up to the point of checkout 😃 Charles was a heaven sent because I had no clue what I was doing. He politely answered every one of my questions. They need to all be given a bonus, raise, and a promotion 🙌🏽 👏🏽. How I felt like I was done wrong by Harold, see as I was the last person in line. Once it was my turn, He made me go to another line that was longer ilo of just checking me out with my one item. While I was in the second long line. I watched Harold messing around doing nothing.

Travis Horton: Cheap Chinese tools. Cheap customer service. Lunch time, busy time. A dozen people in line to checkout with the one open register. Supervisor comes up, opens a new register to check out someone and tells another customer to get back in the long line. A supervisor? Save your time and gas and mail order if you want savings and selection. I left my arm full of potential purchases on a nearby counter and left. Great customer service is the only metric to use in today's homogenous commerce and economy.

Tongjun Wu: It should be 0 star. We brought a Stihl MS 291 chainsaw three weeks ago. It costed $529.99, used once and broke. Not able to start. We brought to store at cary the repair technician cleaned sparkle and it was able to start. Unfortunately when we brought to home it was not working. Brought back to store and the technician said engine is broken and warranty does not cover. If repair it will cost about $650! Ridiculous!!!! $530 junk. What a service and what a product! Be aware! We will never buy anything from the Northern Tools again!

Chris Holiday: John Doe is just about spot on. I did not write anything before but he is correct. I lasted 3 months there. I left August of 2014. Even the benefits back then were some what shabby. Health insurance was going to be just over $300 every paycheck.Not to mention the GM is more involved in watching cameras through out the shop to make sure everyone is busy. Not usually a problem, except in this case he decides to take it out on you in front of everyone.They have some great machines and projects that go through the shop. Its a shame that the culture is so bad.I wish them and future employees all the luck.

To more than one customer based on the end of the conversation we heard as we got in line. Took window screens in for repair including reattaching the clips. The guy taking the order cut my husband off more than once. All he was interested in was name and phone number not what we wanted done. It was the abruptness of the comments. I have no issue that they don't make screens and that they don't reattach the clips but good grief be polite when conveying that. And if you don't reattach clips don't accept them from us to just lose them so that we have to buy new ones. Shame on us for opting to have the work done. Should have left and taken our business elsewhere. 2 stars only because the repairs that were done was decent work. The lady running the check out was super nice. Store clean and well stocked. Just don't get help from the back of store crew.

It has just about everything you need and because it's not a Lowe's or home Depot they'll help you with what you need pretty quickly. Unfortunately some of the staff seems new and service can be a little bit slow. Especially at the front counter But they're organization and friendliness will when you over for sure.

I had been shopping at another hardware store, but they didn't have it in-stock. Town & Country Hardware had it in-stock and I'm glad they did! Larry Davis: I took a screen there to be fixed and waited two weeks.I called to check on it and I admit there was one young lady that was very helpful, her name was Katheryn. After the two weeks I called and told them I was just going to come and pick it up and take it somewhere else. Katheryn was very apologetic, but there was another young lady there that treated me really nasty and made me feel hurt. I recently lost my only son and this experience certainly didn't help 💔me. I sorry if I did anything wrong!

Brad Bazemore: They markup traeger products. I went to buy a Traeger shelf for my grill. Traeger a site said it was 60$, they were selling it at 77$. I asked if they would match prices such as Traeger’s. They told me no and that Traeger set the price. That is not true. I asked Traeger and they told me the price on their site is the retail price others were to match. I will not be going here again for anything.
