wendy gray: This place does not have the inventory that the other uniform shops do. The petite section is terrible. I also believe that they must lack in business for customers as they offer no refunds even if tag is still on and it is only a day old. Again the other uniform shops all offer refunds/exchange within the set time. I made a huge mistake shopping here and should have gone to the others where I have before. If you are someone who decides differently; DO NOT SHOP HERE!! GO WHERE YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK!! They eventually need money!!I have read your response and you do not have the best selection; I turned around and went to another uniform shop and found so much more then you carry in your store; plus I was informed that if I had a change of mind I could return with a full refund as long as tags are present. Even ordering online gives you a full refund when you send it back. Why would I want to buy and only get a store credit if I didn’t like the store???? Stores that do that are usually desperate for sells.

Sam: The two star for only the Store but nothing for the staff, if you want to spend 45 minutes in cashier line then go to this place, short staffing, they need to hire more cashiers.
JessKT: Normally I would give a 5-star to most Burlington. This location isn’t really organized. I cannot find kids undies. It doesn’t have a section for those stuff.

As a result, I'm sorry, but if I ever go back to Burlington, it's only the one on Capital Blvd from here on out. Pathetic.

Both cashiers were rude and they didn’t know the store’s policy. Most of the customers at this location are immigrants and they Get hard time When they want to return or exchange something. Many customers are thinking to file a discrimination lawsuit.

London Simone: This Ross Dress for Less is fantastic! I found so many adorable outfits, dresses, jewelry, and shoes. I adore the brown boots I bought. The Puma hoodie is adorable! The staff was quite pleasant. The wait time to cash out was quite short! The store was spotless. Excellent value for money. Also, adorable children's clothing!

Gil Cromshaw: There is very little selection, they have two fitting rooms, tiny spaces at the very front of the store. When I went to try something on, the fitting room was piled w other people's stuff all over the floor. There is lots of wasted space at the front of the store. The whole place is just ghetto. I haven't seen a more poorly managed store of really any kind than this in a long time. It might only be this store. The one on Glenwood is definitely better but Ross overall is clearly in third place (in fact maybe fifth or sixth) compared to similar stores like Marshalls and Burlington.

I wish I had gotten her name because this wasn’t the first time she has been rude . Maybe try to have at least one other cashier working during peak hours.
April Mizelle: This was a messy store. I could understand the holidays and being messy but this was a Friday. Stuff everywhere on the floors and restroom locked and told out if order when I had a 5 year old with me. This is not how Ross normally is.

She was training a new hire at the time, and taking great care to explain how everything worked, why they did things that way, and how to handle weird situations. It wasn’t elaborate enough to take away from the customer experience. (honestly, i found it interesting to listen to!) I hope she is y’all’s main trainer or that she gets compensated well- we could only be so lucky to have such a good trainer at a new job! Dalton Fortner: I always come here whenever I need something for golf. I have gotten my irons re-gripped recently and they did a fantastic job (Shoutout Conan). I’ve gotten my driver shaft replaced and re-gripped fantastic job always ready and helpful with any questions I have.

No effort to help find a shoe that fit my style. I'm going to Fleet Foot this weekend, hoping the people there will be more helpful (low bar to cross.).

I rarely get this level of service in stores these days.The service was appreciated.Alanna was nice and assisted me with correcting the phone number on my rewards account. This was the third time I could not be found because someone typed my phone number incorrectly at the initial setup. I appreciate the initiative to correct it. Hopefully, it's right this time. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I felt good spending my money here with customer service reps who appreciate having customers to assist.
