The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facility is well kept, even with the constant traffic of guests (human and pets). Sonesta made my week-long stay in Cary a pleasure. This was my first time using this chain of hotels, and I look forward to using them again.Rooms: I like the layout of the bedroom and common area. Also, the rooms were clean. If an animal was previously in the room, I could not tell. (And believe me, I checked!)

B G: Had to make a quick trip for a lousy reason and the staff here went above and beyond. Melissa at the front desk as well as whoever was working was so friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast and plenty of options for food. The room was very clean and the lounge area was very nice and spacious. There is two outdoor bbq and tv with fire place. Definitely stay again and recommend.

We have been playing here a good bit lately and this is the best hotel in the Raleigh area that we have stayed in so far. The hotel was just great, the room was clean, the breakfast was awesome, and you can't beat the location right off I40. This will be our go-to hotel for our remaining tournaments this Spring.

I asked for a high floor room that over looked the trees behind the hotel. Beautiful view. Coffee was excellent and all the staff members were friendly and professional. The only minus - limited breakfast options, which is in general ok for the 3-star place. Will choose this place again next time in Cary. There's a self-service laundry room for guests, which was of great value for me on the 3rd week of travel in North America.
